Without The Windows

without the windows
where can the frames be?

without the space
where can air be and all those who thrive

because there is an emptiness between
arms and lips and bodies

without my emptiness
what is the use of you?

without this space between us
where can we be?

this nothingness makes us meet once again
let us love it, embrace it and make love to it

do we have a choice, my dear?
maybe you, on some uncertain terms, but

i have to be honest, i have none,
i have only you.

The Space Between Us

the space
between us is separated
by our own
self-made
pillars

in there
i breathe
and take my chances
of defining
all over again
what love is
what my
existence
means

in there
i sigh and stare
and look at you
from a distance
what you
are beyond
my intimate
touch

we agree
on it, the need for space
and traveling
inside ourselves
trying to figure
out
if we still belong
to each other's arms
if our kisses
still have the
warmth

the promise and the vow
that we must question
in order
to survive

love and its hazards
that only time
and space
and emptiness
can tell

Here To Love You

Michael mcdonald
Ive heard it said that the weight of the worlds problems
Is enough to make the ball fall right through space
That it aint even worth it to live
With all thats goin wrong
Well, let me just go down as saying
That Im glad to be here
Here with all the same pain and laughs everybody knows
Some men think theyre born to be king
Maybe thats true
But I think passing love around
Is all we were born to do
Let them build their kingdoms
Let them make the laws for this world to heed
cause you and I make life worth living
Right here in each others arms
Im here to love you, baby
No more loneliness
No more emptiness
Im here to love you
Let them build their kingdoms
Let them make the laws for this world to heed
cause you and I make life worth living
Right here in each others arms
Im here to love you, baby
No more loneliness
No more emptiness
Im here to love you...
Im here to love you
Just let me go on loving you
Dont stop me now while Im feeling this way...

Nothing?

you are everything i have
the sun where every planet in me
revolves
you are every space i have
and i am lost
in your vastness

shine on me
find me
light the darkness that engulfs me
touch me
make me live again

i am nothing without you
you are the sun and i am the emptiness that surrounds
your brightness

fill me
i am this emptiness that completes
the abundance of your heat and light

do not doubt
i am the space that completes you

and this is the irony
the paradox of which without me you are nothing too

I Am Not Afraid Of Emptiness

i may not have told you, but now i will tell it to you
three times,

girl, i am not afraid of emptiness
the one that walks upon you when you were once this huge
space like a Gothic church with doors like mountains and windows
like continents

the sound of emptiness reverberates like a tin cup
that falls on the iron rails of this room

it fills every nerve that coils upon itself and forms a hand gripping
for waterfalls

it closes the ears and rips every rational entries that your eyes
write in the pages of your journal

it encloses you like a mental jacket of that new patient
at ward 6,
it walls you in like you are a chair inside the congested kitchen

look, who likes the congestion of the spirits?
who likes the choking of the nicks of time?

who likes a light imprisoned in its own flames
burning itself upon itself like a candle consuming both of its ends?

who like the mezzanine filled with letters that you keep
containing love stories of suicide and escape?

look upon your face too crowded with your senses?
it is a forest with trees killing each other for an ounce of light

roots upon roots and leaves upon leaves this world is too crowded
with unraveling thoughts

i am not afraid of emptiness
i like my windows opening all the days of my life
i like doors without locks
stairs without rails, houses without walls and roofs

i live in open space and yes right here inside my heart
i thrive in its empty spaces without the nerves and the veins

0304 Drawing space

See this whitish sheet - now mellowing to a shade
of precious ivory - gently revealing in the finest lines of silver-point
two lovers whose whole air of innocence
makes them angelic, as if their ardent gaze
joined souls not bodies;
though those bodies, beautiful, transparent,
she all gauze, her dress
moved by the lightest breath of air as if it would
return her to the air; her breasts, to innocence itself;
he, every muscle of proud chest under pleated jerkin
joining his dancing legs to ardent eyes
consumed in adoration for what he barely dares,
her beauty and its innocence

this silver-point might be from Botticelli, or
a well-trained student in the master’s mind
glancing over and across the studio
at what the master, the magician,
conjures out of space and out of mind;

the then white vacant sheet
undifferentiated space as if
it were Creation waiting the command
to be itself;
there’s magic still to come, and space itself
yet to be brought alive. See these lines;
they are not bounding bodies, but the space itself;
on one side of this line, the air alive with happening that’s invisible,
the other side, her space we call her body;
all her life enclosed in what the artist sees –
awakening of love; see in the space
between her outstretched hand and his,
about to join with lightest touch in dance,
- electricity - before mankind knew such a thing or named;
and in this space, there’s love divine.

and see the space between their eyes: why,
in that space, their lives, the present, past, the future;
their minds, their hearts, their souls
hover all expressed and yet invisible;

from emptiness the artist has found space;
from space, from line, drawn as the first time, love.

What it is to care.

Kiss the emptiness,
Hold nothingness for comfort,
Need no one but you.

Kiss the cold ether,
That surrounds you in a mist,
Keep the innocence.

Kiss the lifeless cold,
And thrive in the emptiness,
And on the silence.

So kiss all your tears,
But know that I’m protecting,
What keeps me breathing.

You.

Kiss me, please.

Fusing Bodies, Diffusing Souls

loneliness has a way of
piercing
another body another soul
the hug and tight embrace
bodies fusing
scents diffusing
drowning minds into that
oceans of passion
diving and penetrating
what the void has been missing
into a substance
into some fluids of compassion
all eyes close
for this musing
lost and wild and hot as hell
after that emission of light
and power
reigns after
the satisfaction of heaven
having seen the face of the divine
one finally exhausted
rest in the empathy of another's arms
it is love that kills loneliness
murders it
and scalds it
it is love and affection
that makes all the green grass spread again
that makes all the lonely rivers sing
it is love and no other
whatever name that you are giving
it is love
that shuts your mouth up
that fills the emptiness in your bosom
that gives you heels
that makes the smell of your armpit
a mouthful a bit.

I Am Nothing But That Energy! ?

'With all I have lost, I found
that I never had Anything.
looking at nothingness of me,
I learnt same nothingness behind everything,
And that nothingness felt not in this plane,
Here that nothingness acts as everything,
That is true in that plane,
This is true in this one!

When I depend on light,
Time and space come to existence,
Where that formless energy assumes form,
To achieve some work on its own,

I am nothing other than that energy,
still something makes me,
myself look different,
And different forms!

Even my or your identity seems to be
Nothing,
but for me that is Everything in love, and love is the basis of all creation,
when energy love to have some recreation! ! ! '

Look strange, if we put some effort to rearrange jig saw puzzle,
We definitely arrive at meaning,
And this confidence of energy
makes it try to solve using different forms,
This is its belief
belief of energy entering the matter,
Make it to move and think
And arrive at the Truth!

Emptiness Comes

EMPTINESS COMES

Emptiness comes-
There is nothing to say
Nothing to write-

But Nothing is for me only nothing
It is not the goal and the meaning-

Egolessness belongs to saints of a certain kind
I am not a saint-

Emptiness disappears with the writing
Words and meanings come-

I suppose one will be empty forever
When one is alive
What can Emptiness give?

I have written against the Emptiness
And am less empty now for now-

Thank God I no longer feel empty now-

My Dear Dearest

My Dear, Dearest, Dear, [Oh dear dear me]

Are you too blind to see?

Far apart is the sea from the sky

And when did I last see you laugh?

And when did I last see you cry?

So far away

Does space divide?

The heart from the body?

It was so long ago

I saw you smile

I glimpsed your soul

Across a table one wooden space between

Did I ever really know you?

Is love what it seems

Or is love just for breaking

And awakening in dreams.?

My dear, dearest dear,

We have come to this place

But I must start this letter

Oh my dear, dear me!

What a waste!

My Invisible Ark

i build an ark
invisible to you

i am filling it
with all breeds of
emptiness

when you become a storm
when all your anger
floods
all the space that i
have

i will close all doors
and windows
wait till you are full
and then
gladly shall i sail away

Driving Me Away

Driving me away
is easier
than saying
goodbye-

kissing the air,
the last syllable
of truth
being always
two lips compressed
around
emptiness-

the emptiness
you dread
yet return to
as just punishment,
just reward.

Who
loved you
so relentlessly?
Who lost you
in that howling void
between infancy
and death?

It is punctuated
by the warm bodies
of women,
who hold you for a while
then run
down that echoing corridor
doing
as they are told.

It is the moment when you kiss me
And hug me that I feel the pain
Thinking all the while
In said close, tender moment
The shortness of space
Between us
The acceptance that the kiss
The passion shall be short
Time kills
Time buries me again
On the widening space of emptiness
We left behind us
When you close your eyes
And without a word
You shall go
And be in the arms that own you

There Is A Time When One Has Nothing Inside

THERE IS A TIME WHEN ONE HAS NOTHING INSIDE

There is a time when one has nothing inside
No birds sing
No longings demand their realization
Only the endless emptiness
Of what one has never been
The endless ambition to be
Without knowing what to be
Nothing inside
Endless hopelessness
Little fear
Waiting
No poem either
Nothing inside
But only
Emptiness
And more Emptiness
Like these lines
So small
So pathetic
So unworthy of ‘Poetry’
As if one’s life too
Were a meaningless passing of nothingness to nothing else.

How Does One Hear The Echoes Of Silence?

silence. Does not speak, silence is dead.
it is buried underneath the mouth,
and simply rots there, like dust,
with worms. It will be the worms
that shall utter silence, but at the end
silence is devoured
and gone.

what you hear and see is this
emptiness. it has feet and walks in air.
and tinkers in space, some moods and
feelings, fleeing, fleeting,

this emptiness speaks a lot
some words turning themselves
from elves to giants to cyclops
to monsters of the universe
where this emptiness dwells

it is in my heart, always, resounding,
with lots of echoes as it reaches
the walls of the farthest planet
and comes back to me
like the twinkling of a star.

and then i am full.
