Two People
two people
when they get married
at first, they cope up
to be just exactly what the
other is
what he is becomes what
she is
even what she was
he also wants to be what she was
the bed is busy for the first
60 days
they become exclusive
the towels and under-wears
and even the kitchen utensils
but soon
they must be ready for
little changes
what is natural comes back again
asking for the costs
of compromises
he will begin to be what he is
and she will now insists what she is
they may still be together
in bed
with their bodies but their thoughts
begin to insist that they are different
that they can never be the same
inside their dreams
soon the problems come up
like alien invaders
in their so called honeymoon
which they say is over
one makes an issue of an underwear
that is left on the floor
it was not an issue before
soon there will be debates
without end
some have children whom they
believe are epoxies of their union
they are not
some will have no children
and their ways so easily part
like the way she parts her hair
as a new mode of her fashion
then the parting begins
with a new poem
how hard will that be
she will say
he will too say
how this can become a necessity
of their union
aching for separation
like a tooth that must be extracted from the gum
because it gets too painful everyday
some had it
some will have it
at the expenses set by the lawyer not the dentist of course
and the silent battle begins
people talk you know
who is the culprit
who are the irresponsible
childish bitch
or monster
and then it is granted
i mean the annulment
and then the celebration for freedom begins
and then there will be another
prison and another one and another one
beginnings and endings only to begin again
simply because it gets too lonely at night
and one has become the risk taker
of his life
stealing happiness
and other peoples' hearts
like the chicken of a neighbor
whose house
is not fenced.

Beginning In The House of God
Friend God’s Judgment shall begin, within the very House of God,
As He lifts high, against her sin, His Standard and Righteous Rod,
For far too often believers tolerate, within their hearts and their life,
The many sins God does hate, that cause the Body pain and strife.
We forget His Righteous Decrees, even though we belong to Him.
Going on in life just how we please, while falling back into old sin.
It’s not done with any evil intent, but, just sins that still have a grip,
This with that old humanistic bent, and back into old ways we slip.
The sin of gossip, just simple talk, can tarnish a testimony friend,
As it also corrupt a believer’s walk, while hurting others in the end.
Going where we should not go, The Holy Spirit hears and grieves,
As that subtle sin begins to grow, and other sin it now conceives.
Strong anger then begins to flare, and this, inside another’s heart,
And one who simply had no care, before that gossip had its start.
The question this is sure to raise, as one’s heart begins to search,
Does it bring God any praise, in the Body called Christ’s Church?
Have we strayed to the place, within The Church of God’s people,
That it’s not a house of grace, but simply a whitewashed steeple?
We need today repentant hearts, in the Body that God holds dear,
Before His Spirit within departs, with God’s Judgment oh so near.

Rhythms Of Life
Everything has a rhythm
that puts music in the air.
The morning with its bird calls
awakening everywhere.
The yawns of the waking
as they greet a new day.
The afternoon rhythm
is smiling faces to be seen,
especially while the sun
is high up in the sky
mingled with laughter
from children as they play.
The evening rhythm
is of the close of day
as the voices of the night
begin to appear.
A gentle breeze cools the air
to end another day of rhythms
before they all begin again.
The seasons have their rhythms too;
the spring with its new life
from the earth begins to grow.
The summer with its warmth
and bright colours, begin to show.
The autumn as the year
begins to die away.
The falling of the leaves nurture the soil.
Then the winter’s rhythm comes in play
with the cold winds that blow
and the bringing of the snow.
It is the rhythm of the closing of the year
and so the rhythms of life
go on everyday.

The Snowman
The snowman doesn't know why
The reasons are balanced perfectly by feelings …
He was dealing last week with a snowstorm
Wondering to know how many snowflakes could fall..
The snowman thinks of
The pure joy of being alive …..
Now rain comes down in trickles, melting the snow
And he feels to let all the weight of life fall to the ground and become a part of it....
He shines like a porcelain now,
And he knows that he has nowhere else to go.
He makes an effort to distinguishing between
These two incommensurable realms, nature and freedom......
He examines the black hearses spanning out of white
He discovers the twilight sky, the rising sun and this inconsequential world.....
He understands that flourish of innocence and simplicity ….
He makes an effort to distinguishing between
His own immortality and his existence ….
The snowflakes begin to fall so softly upon his ice heart
The gentle snowflakes begin to fall again...
A blackbird begins to hang the darkness of the night
The whole world constitutes for him now a great ambiguity and elusiveness
He remains tightly closed with his owner inside.....
Significantly, the night begins to kill the day's seconds....
He makes an effort to distinguishing between
The ineliminable inputs of external and internal sensations....
He begins to have his own consciousness.

Removing Discomfort Away From Happiness
When the death of taxes comes...
That's when a unity can begin,
And all troubles on Earth will end.
Someone created a way to pay for life.
Taking it and charging one to breathe.
Feeding on it with immoral greed!
And telling people on their lands to leave!
When humanity begins to show...
You'll see it in the eyes of your neighbor.
You'll begin to rush home to savor,
Time with friends and those of them!
Accepting different cultures regardless of skin.
When everything right ends any sins that begin!
Only then can it be said,
Evilness on Earth instead will end!
Removing discomfort away from happiness...
And watching frowns on sad faces grin!
That's when everyone can rejoice and sing,
With a freedom caring less about...
Just about 'things'!
Delighted with stock market counts,
And the sound of cash register rings!
Releasing minds from the urge to bite,
Borrow, steal and sting!

At A Certain Distance
at a certain distance
when you begin to talk
and i begin to be so silent
you become an alien
to a certain point a monster
and i shrink into a very tiny
shrimp waiting for my
big whale to swallow me whole.

Child Within
She loved the man
Who stayed the night
That made the child
Lord it seemed so right
Her mamma cried
And her daddy swore
It nearly broke her heart
She needed so much more
Life begin oh child within
Life begin a child within
Who can say
Why lovers part
Shell always keep a place for him
Inside her heart
He writes a bit
And people seem sincere
But she wished theyd call it more than
Just a souvenir
Life begin a child within
Life begin a child within
She fell in love
Was that a crime
Shes not a bad girl
But you know it happens all the time
You give yourself
To the one you love
Tomorrow heartbreak
You never dream of
Life begin a child within
Life begin a child within
Life begin a child within

Confessed and Detested
No one should have their hands out,
Pleading to feed themselves.
Too many today live in total gluttony! ~
And troubles we have are blamed on someone else!
Someone declared an enemy..there!
And there...and There and THERE!
There were places created
With cabanas where these enemies shared!
Over tea and crumpets buttered!
And we fight to save a culture based on 'fluff and floof! '
With doses of other added creations...
To spread a message we ourselves don't understand.
Selling wars soon wear out factories pumping out crime...
Perfumed with the power of peace.
The structure of it begins to rust!
The foundation begins to crack.
People begin to worry where the money is going!
And WHY is it flowing like that! Where AT?
Just to keep a 'few' fat cats...
Fatter RATS! ?
That's where it's at...it seems!
No one should have their mind on gloom!
Sitting homeless on the corners...
With no hope to come soon!
Someone is going to pay,
To have this picture painted
Glossed with doom.
Those now trying to balance at the top?
Are falling with lifestyles flipping to a flop!
Finding no amount of sympathy dropped.
This is going to happen...
And it wont stop!
No one should find injustice...
Unjustified!
If they sit and sip and stake no claim!
But in the land of dishonest beginnings,
Endings aren't always how real endings
End these games!
In these endings that begin new beginnings...
The ones who have miraculously returned to the top,
Do the mopping of the slop
Of the crop that left that crap,
Tracked by trapped followers!
No one should have their hands out,
Pleading to feed themselves.
Especially those who chose to use plastic,
To disguise the worth of their lies!
They are now the last to use the 'N' word,
Much perplexed!
They know to them it now means 'No-thing! '
Nada..poof! Gone!
Finding themselves now the criminals
And pests!
Looking downtrodden and forlorn.
'HEY! Get over it! Get over it...
OR go back where you came from! '
Words that should ring with familiarity
In many ears!
God ain't gonna let nobody rest!
Winds may blow on those self chosen...
And expose them less than best,
If not at least
Confessed and detested!

Us Oldies
It is that time of the year,
when my birthday is looming in the air
and I begin to feel quite ancient.
I felt old when my children
presented me with their children
and made me a grandparent,
but when their children
started having children of their own
and stuck a great in front of grandparent
you really begin to feel ancient,
especially when you haven’t retired yet.
When we were young,
oh, those lovely blessed days
when the summers seem to last forever
and the sun always shone.
Life was much more laid back then.
Oh where have they all gone?
Then came the teenage years
opening up all our dreams
of being some kind of superstar.
Yes, I remember them so well,
the music and the romance in the air.
Sometimes I hark back
to those days way back then.
Next, you are an adult
with responsibilities and children of your own.
From there you are on a downward slope
at least that is what some people say.
Well, don’t you believe it;
you’re always as young as you feel.
You can still go out and play
those young kids games.
Personally, I never grew up,
as my friends will testify.
I still have my Peter Pan persona,
Hip Hip Hooray.
I may not drink,
but I can act as crazy as if I do
and that makes life much more fun
being like me a kind old fool.
Kid think they are the only ones
who can have fun,
don’t you believe it,
us oldies can have fun too.

A Hero Among You
An unsung hero walks among you
But one That can't be seen
he may be black or brown or white
but the blood that flows is green
He is not a monster
nor a creature from the sea
he is a normal person
just like you and me
he has a normal job
sometimes a family to feed
but now and then he's called upon
to do his heroes deed
the thunder begins to crack
the flood waters begin to rise
everything is looking bleak
says the frightened look in your eyes
you hear a great loud noise
and you see a blinding light
you are cold and scared
you are shaking from the fright
your house is lost
you're not sure what to do
our hero suddenly appears and says
'here I will help you'
he grabs your hand and pulls you free
and you hold him with all your might
you step outside and suddenly
you begin to both take flight
'impossible' you think
no man on earth can fly
but then you look up and see
a chopper in the sky
what is going on you say
your thoughts are so alarming
you look down at your hero
His shirt says US Army
you finally touch dry ground
and as you cry and bow your head
your hero grabs your shoulder
it's your friendly neighbor ted
so when the ground begins to shake
and the evil ones draw near
know that there are those among you
who are taught to not know fear
they are national guard soldiers
the bravest in the land
when the twin towers fell they were there
to lend a helping hand.

Backslidden
As you walk with God in your life, you display the character of Christ.
As you walk away from The Lord, your fruit displayed is not ignored,
When a one becomes backslidden, the spirit inside is not that hidden.
A believer begins wrestling deep inside, when his Lord he has denied.
As you walk from His narrow path, you fill up with bitterness and wrath.
As a spirit of anger builds up inside, The Lord’s peace to you is denied.
And the anger begins to stir within, leading your heart and mind to sin.
Then as this anger turns into rage, sound reason begins to disengage.
When from Christ you do depart, His Light begins to leave your heart.
Your heart becomes a raging sea, as it begins to stir up past iniquities.
Your words begin to sow discord, as your heart strays from your Lord.
And Jesus Christ will have no part, of this darkness within your heart.
For when you walk away from Him, Christ’s Light inside begins to dim.
All your peace has been displaced, with no sign of Christ on your face.
Even behind your smiling façade, it is apparent that you left your God.
And the pseudo peace you maintain, within your heart is not the same.
And Christ will continue to let you fall, until you return to The Lord of all.
Friend, Christ died for you to be a light, not to return to the dark of night.
And as long as you resist His Grace, life will be a most miserable place.
If you only return unto The Lord, then His peace to you will be restored.

It Isn't Everyday One Makes An Order, And Throws Out The Past
It isn’t everyday one makes an order, throws out the past
Goes through the piles of old papers
And sees here a missed opportunity there another time of life
Which one has long forgotten
Throwing most of the business papers away
And holding on to most personal things
One finds letters one did not answer
And dreams one did not begin to realize
Pictures are most painful
People no longer here
Loved ones in youth
Oneself as one was and will never be again
A life in these things
And almost gone
Cancelled bank books
Money one had once and no longer has
Love and people who were once one’s whole life
And are now strangers
The children
In so many different ages and times
The children no longer children
The past too too much past
Weighing me down with grief and despair
Asking myself how I can go on and for how much longer
Before someone else has to deal with the mess

Curious
Welcome to the great unknown
Take a journey into the O zone
Feed your fire, feel the burn
And I'm learning the thing that you learn
Let's play the game
And I'm sure that you'll be so glad that you came
You never know till you let go
And discover your potential
There's nothing wrong with being curious
Adventurous
Step out of your mind
If something inside makes you curious
Then free it up
Initiation begins
When you jump right in
This is the end, let's begin
Lose your fear like you're shedding your skin
Nothing's lost when all is won
So I'm do all the things that you done
Feel the sound
And try to write a simple rhyme of spinning round
Before I leave, you ought to know
The more you scream, the faster that you go
There's nothing wrong with being curious
Adventurous
Step out of your mind
If something inside makes you curious
Then free it up
Initiation begins
Free up your inside
You're gonna like what you will find
You're never gonna know until you try
There's nothing wrong with being curious
Adventurous
Step out of your mind
If something inside makes you curious
Then free it up
Initiation begins
There's nothing wrong with being curious
Adventurous
Step out of your mind
If something inside makes you curious
Then free it up
Initiation begins
When you jump right in
There's nothing wrong with being curious
Adventurous
Step out of your mind
If something inside makes you curious
Then free it up
Initiation begins
When you jump right in

My Cavalier And My Friends
Long nights I was right there
Waited for you to come
The tears flowed up of my heart
The days became so long
The time has stopped there
Since the day you've gone
Years still are humbling by
Your words still like a knife are hurting my heart
Yet all still there in my heart
I gather them in my hands
I count them every day
I kiss them one by one
Once I forget that you've gone
My heart begins to fly
Flies again up there with the birds begins to sing love songs
Yea this is the where I always wanted to be
I become once again the most beautiful goddess of love
How amazing is the view of the life when I watch it from the sky
But I'm not there any more at once I return back to ground
Ah you were my honest cavalier and your words always expected to be real than real
Never thought that they could be unreal
Since you've gone my love
Across the nights I'm always alone
Untill me and the night became friends
He saw my aches and felt my heart pain
The night and his friends are my dearest friends
Every time I cry they come out of my dark clouds
We all begin to play games
The night and the moon and the stars with the sky
We all are good friends
Once I begin to cry they begin mocking to make me smile
Ah my love now I have lot of friends to take care of your pain.

The Clan Meeting
we were inside a circle
talking about the past
the years have made us
forget what our old folks taught us
there is always a time for
nothing but free talk until
some of you begins to cajole
and flatter and i begin to see
dogs and foxes around the table
some shall act as temporary prey
lots of words to seduce and entice
but here we are we are no longer
innocent children and we are no longer
giving and as compassionate as those
war times that give birth to mercy
we are numb as stone with unpredictable
thoughts inside our bodies crawling like
snakes so wary about the next prey
no one loses neither anybody wins in this
game of lies and then i look at my watch
it is 4: 30 in the afternoon and i really have
to go
i have a sunset to watch
another orange picture to take.

You Begin Again
Sometimes it's hard to believe
How simple life can be
Just when you think
You'll never reach the end
You're finally round the bend and see
There's no need to cry anymore
Life's better than before
Yesterday fades away into the past
The pain you thought would last
Is gone
[Chorus:]
And you begin again
Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win
But you begin again
Even though you're heart is breaking
In time, the sun will shine
And you'll begin again
You'll begin again
Life's bittersweet mystery
Never tells what will be
You can create your own reality
And make your dreams come true
It's really up to you
If you begin again
Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win
But you begin again
Even though your heart is breaking
In time, the sun will shine
And you'll begin again
You'll begin again
When you begin again
[Chorus]

Show Me How To Live
In with the early dawn
Moving right along
I couldnt buy an eye of sleep
And in the aching night
Under satellite
I was not recieved
With the stolen parts
A telephone in my heart
Someone get me a priest
To put my mind to bed
This ringing in my head
Is this a cure is or is this a disease
Hey hey I said
Near as I can figure
You gave me life now
Show me how to live
Hey hey I said
Near as I can figure
You gave me life now
Show me how to live
In the afterbirth
On the quiet earth
Let this things remind me
You thought you made amend
You better think again
Before my row defines you
Hey hey I said
Near as I an figure
You gave me life now show me how to live
Hey hey I said
Near as I can figure
You gave me life now
Show me how to live
And in your waiting hands
I will land
And roll out of my skin
And in your final hours I will stand
Ready to begin
Ready to begin
Ready to begin
Ready to begin
Hey hey I said
Near as I can figure
You gave me life now
Show me how to live
Hey hey I said
Near as I can figure
You gave me life now

Sunburst
Words and music by bob seger
The crowd without a face
Begins to fill the space
In the arena
Flashlights at his feet
The lion from the street
Awaits the christians
A single strobe ignites the night
The smoke begins to rise
A sea of staring eyes
Gaze on the sunburst
His weapon at his side
He flashes it with pride
Before his legions
Fires begin to rage
And they engulf the stage
All right
Bring on the night
Hes in complete control
Hes stepping proud and bold
And everything he touches
Turns to gold
Hes got girls by the score
Hes got em screaming for more
But when they get too close
He bars the door
He makes his great escape
Leaves them in his wake
Without a warning
The ritual is done
A night no longer young
Fades into morning
The sun begins to rise
As he begins to close his eyes

Swallowing The Seed
swallowing the seed
fear begins to grow
the seed sprouts inside
his belly and roots begin
to travel inside his prostate
down to his bottom
unto his feet
immobilizing him
the seed begins to have
buds and leaves
and twigs and
huge trunks
his eyes shrink on the barks
his nose all gone
there are no signs of the original man
he swallowed the seed of life
that no one dared.

The Power of Two
The power of two,
It all began,
With one woman and one man,
Who became wife and husband.
A perfect union.
Two winners of one team.
The power of two.
The beginning of a great book,
Begins with two sentences,
That's part of the first paragraph.
You two will begin a new path,
Of late night laughs,
Beach walks,
Endless hours of long talks,
Treasuring one another thoughts.
Bible taught church visits,
Memorable memories,
That you will never forget.
Always thanking God that you met.
The power of two,
The bible says,
When two or more are gather,
There He will be in the mist of them.
The power of two,
Two colors mixed together,
Becomes another.
What therefore God hath,
Joined together,
Let no man put asunder.

When the Bush Begins to Speak
They know us not in England yet, their pens are overbold;
We're seen in fancy pictures that are fifty years too old.
They think we are a careless race - a childish race, and weak;
They'll know us yet in England, when the bush begins to speak;
When the bush begins to speak,
When the bush begins to speak,
When the west by Greed's invaded, and the bush begins to speak.
'The leaders that will be', the men of southern destiny,
Are not all found in cities that are builded by the sea;
They learn to love Australia by many a western creek,
They'll know them yet in England, when the bush begins to speak;
When the bush begins to speak,
When the bush begins to speak,
When the west by Greed's invaded, and the bush begins to speak.
All ready for the struggle, and waiting for the change,
The army of our future lies encamped beyond the range;
Australia, for her patriots, will not have far to seek;
They'll know her yet in England when the bush begins to speak;
When the bush begins to speak,
When the bush begins to speak,
When the west by Greed's invaded, and the bush begins to speak.
We'll find the peace and comfort that our fathers could not find,
Or some shall strike the good old blow that leaves a mark behind.
We'll find the Truth and Liberty our fathers came to seek,
Or let them know in England when the bush begins to speak;
When the bush begins to speak,
When the bush begins to speak,
When the west by Greed's invaded, and the bush begins to speak.
