The Law Classes

when the semester opens
i usually create a bing bang to those who come
wanting to be lawyers, telling them that the
study of law is not that easy, in fact,
an eternal damnation,
for laws are made by man and man
changes laws everytime he wants to sneeze.

and they think i am bluffing testing their capacity
for endurance, like Louise, i tell them the story
of sisyphus,
how he pushes the stone
meaninglessly
on top of the mountain, and repeats the acts
with diligent efforts,
though there seems to be
no reward at the end,

but how can they ever believe me
when lawyers at every bend
ride in flashy cars and
live in luxury
smoke the best cigars
and take most of the money

well respected in the highest
echelons of political society,

and i tell then again
to do their best, whatever that be,

when the class is dismissed,
they all laugh & tell themselves
what is there in law
that should consume them,
when laws are not really well studied or applied and
only ten percent
shall be faithfully used
or followed at the end,

to succeed,
they say,
law is set aside,
what challenges them more
perhaps
is the subtle art of lying,
without blinking an eye
for truth, a kind of
projection,
image packaging,
psywars,
knowing the gods,
the art of pulling stings
and fidelity
to networks

pointing
where Zeus lives,
and knowing fully well
what thunderbolts to use,

integrity? principle?
honesty?
they all laugh again,
you cannot eat them

just lick them.

and so, i tell them again next meeting, that
sisyphus
is nothing but just a myth, forget it,
meanwhile
the oral recitation shall start
and there they are
their heads fuming
like mad
monsters..

Political realism believes that politics, like society in general, is governed by objective laws that have their roots in human nature. In order to improve society it is first necessary to understand the laws by which society lives. The operation of these laws being impervious to our preferences, men will challenge them only at the risk of failure. Realism, believing as it does in the objectivity of the laws of politics, must also believe in the possibility of developing a rational theory that reflects, however imperfectly and one-sidedly, these objective laws. It believes also, then, in the possibility of distinguishing in politics between truth and opinion — between what is true objectively and rationally, supported by evidence and illuminated by reason, and what is only a subjective judgment, divorced from the facts as they are and informed by prejudice and wishful thinking.

The Inner Voice - Conscience

Laws on earth can be made, unmade;
Laws can be bettered or worsened by change;
Laws may be just or unjust and never perfect;
Laws can be changed for comfort and convenience.

Laws may change from time to time;
Laws cannot reflect truth always;
Laws depend on the constituent makers;
Laws can never be ideal for all times!

But the inner Voice -the Conscience is static;
It always speaks the truth irrevocably;
It is not transmutable anytime;
It can never lie ever even by chance.

The Inner Voice scores over laws always;
One's conscience always tells what is right;
Freedom of man's conscience is paramount;
Laws to stifle the Inner Voice are simply futile!

Laws are needed but must be just and fair;
Laws aren't needed to fetter the conscience;
Laws are man-made and transmutable;
Conscience is God-given, remaining the same in everyone!

Obey the laws when they are fair and just;
Heed to your Conscience, God's law-maker within!

Your Own Lives

The truth is from the Laws,
For, the Laws are Spirit!
But, some of you still do not believe it;
And, you want to live your won lives here on this earth.

The Commandments are Holy,
Just and Righteous! !
So, believe in them and live;
For, only the doesrs of the laws are Justified.

Laws

Laws created to curb the rise of domestic violence.
Laws created to curb the rise of racial tensions.
Laws created to curb interpretations,
Of what is and what is not politically correct.
But those who are corrupted and create the laws...
Can not see their own flaws,
That initiate the mess.

Laws created to curb a racial profiling on the rise.
Laws created to curb a greed that has affected lives.
Laws that limit freedoms to blatantly discriminate...
Those who do this anyway,
No matter what the laws are to perpetuate a hate.

Laws created to curb the rise of domestic violence.
Laws created to curb the rise of racial tensions.
Laws created to curb interpretations,
Of what is and what is not politically correct.
But those who are corrupted and create the laws...
Can not see their own flaws,
That initiate the mess.

And those upset by these laws,
Want more of them and yet neglect!
Like 'Commandments' given no respect.

Stone Of Sisyphus *

Tomorrow is teasing me.
Time seems to run away from the future.
But this could be that lucky day.
A dream is make believe until
Blood, sweat, and tears turn pain to will.
It's gonna take some doing for me
To show them the way.
I'm gonna take the stone of sisyphus
I'm gonna roll it back to you.
Building a wall of stone.
Sometimes you know what's right
Sometimes wrong is better than nothing.
They cast a stone so heavy to turn.
I believe in a love so true.
I believe you get what's coming to you.
We get so tired of living a dream
For some other day.
I'm gonna take the stone of sisyphus
I'm gonna roll it back to you.
Wall of stone around the two of us.
That only angels can break through.
Looks like it's another of those long nights.
Will we always be alone?
Let's not stop before it's done.
I'm gonna take the stone of sisyphus
I'm gonna roll it back to you.
I'll take the stone of sisyphus.
Wall of stone round the two of us.
I'm gonna roll it back to you.

Within The Family

To each individual within the family,
Knowing this first that no prophecy of the Scriptures is of any private inter pretation;
For the Laws are Truth and, the Laws are Spirit! !
Able to convert a whole person,
But mankind had taken to evil to destroy the whole world with the bullets of war!

What Will I Teach For A Start

this semester is about to begin
another set of faces meet me in this
closed classroom, these students who swear
they want to be good lawyers

ambitious minds
their tongues in cheek
their mouths pocketing some
ancient motives
how to get rich quickly with the law on their fingertips
how to move ahead and pin the rest at dead-end streets
of their finicky, cunning, twist and turns of logic and
fraudulent flings

at their age of suspicion
they look at me with a scrutiny
this demi-god must teach
where the pot of gold lies where the rainbow ends
the map must be laid
the details verified correctly on the spot

the rules and exceptions
the exceptions to the exceptions
the laws of property and family relations

there is no law about who gets hurt
or who gets killed in the process
there is only the law of winning
the code of the loser is simply not found here

today, as an introduction
i will lay them the true cards of the study
for a start

everything starts with the rule on compassion
the code of humanity
the true law is love, and mercy and verisimilitude

the palimpsest shall be presented
i draw the shape of their hearts drenched with blood
they also must learn the value of hope
the art of patience
the devotion to the law
and fidelity to the truth

there shall be no disgust
no schemes to defeat the other by guile and ruses

i will teach love
and they may laugh for a while
afterwhich they can search some more
and be fragile like this white chalk
crumpling to the solid blackboard
questing for correct answers
this legal truth
from moral ones torn apart
in a wide chasm

by all means they can justify as the days go by
why they must love the law why they must be human too

Enjoying The Freedom to Breathe

The Ten Commandments were not created,
To have subdivisions of laws initiated...
For the purposes to make those 'Commandments'
More obeyed.

There are Ten commandments and that should be it.
But those creating laws to choose to create their own,
To make those laws more legit.
And who has not broken 'any' of them?

Soon there will be a tax on relaxation.
You know...
The act of it!
Choosing to take a walk alone through the park.
Enjoying the freedom to breathe the remnants of fresh air...
Will someday be reason to become taxed.
Someone is going to initiate 'that' as a money maker!

And in the beginning...
Well,
Closer to it than we are now.
There were just '10' of those commandments to obey.
Today...
There is a Supreme Justice Department.
Justices of the Peace.
Attorney Generals.
Lawyers.
Local Police.
Ministers and Priests.
None of which,
Are able to stop, control or re-invent...
The marketing of decadence, deceit and flat out lies!

So...
Do not talk to me about your Christian values.
Or your Muslim ideologies.
And WHY is the Vatican in Rome.
And WHY is there only one Mary sitting at the Last Supper.
Where are all the women, huh?
Where are 'those' standards in effect and practiced?
And you tell ME to keep it real?

No!
I don't have a dollar for your cup of coffee!
And that's well over two dollars now.

One Life To Live One Life To Love

One life to live one life to love
Cherish the good disregard the bad

Good or bad, take it as a learning experience and move on in life
Both the experience has to be shielded and accepted as souvenir
Utilize bad experiences to improve today
Treasure good experiences for better tomorrow
And escort the life with confidence, honesty and pride

One life to live one life to love
Cherish the good disregard the bad

Happiness or Sorrow either cannot be borrowed
Life is incomplete without each other and both cannot be ignored
Both brings you different flavors and taste to life
Happiness keeps you sweet, Sorrow keep you human
Taste the life with varieties and not to be narrowed

One life to live one life to love
Cherish the good disregard the bad

Life is wonderful gift bestowed by god and honored by nature
Has to be respected and believed by every human and creature
Everyone’s role are defined and are here with the purpose, decided by creator
Educate the life on the laws of god and the laws of nature
Imbibe these laws of life by choosing god and nature as a tutor
In no way, one should violate the laws made by god and nature, rather then desiring to be a pauper

One life to live one life to love
Cherish the good disregard the bad

Live life with honesty, with purpose, with determination and pride
Live life with Joy, with happiness, with good values and principles
Live life to the fullest but within the laws of the god and the nature
Your existence should be respected and honored for all the good work you render or did for self, family, friends & for the rest of the world during your tenure and the stay on this earth in this life.
Your exit should be without any guilt and you should die with peace, smile and satisfaction.

No one can outturn their destiny
Think good, Do good and Be good, rest live it up to the god to decide

One life to live one life to love
Cherish the good disregard the bad

The Laws of God, The Laws of Man

The laws of God, the laws of man,
He may keep that will and can;
Not I: let God and man decree
Laws for themselves and not for me;
And if my ways are not as theirs
Let them mind their own affairs.
Their deeds I judge and much condemn,
Yet when did I make laws for them?
Please yourselves, say I, and they
Need only look the other way.
But no, they will not; they must still
Wrest their neighbor to their will,
And make me dance as they desire
With jail and gallows and hell-fire.
And how am I to face the odds
Of man's bedevilment and God's?
I, a stranger and afraid
In a world I never made.
They will be master, right or wrong;
Though both are foolish, both are strong.
And since, my soul, we cannot fly
To Saturn nor to Mercury,
Keep we must, if keep we can,
These foreign laws of God and man.

Justice for all storypoem

The bards of old their stories told.
In rhyming verse they had writ,
to entertain the young and old.
Sometimes they stretched the truth a bit.

To please their current lordly host
They would extol his bravery
and of his prowess loudly boast.
Although their words lacked verity.

They spread the news from far and near.
Tailored to suit their audience.
Some news which they were glad to hear.
The bards received in recompense.

The recognition and respect
accorded to them for their skill.
A place to sleep as you’d expect
and food and drink enough to fill.

Always treated as a welcome guest
in manor house or lordly hall
They could fulfil their host’s requests
with stories suitable for all.

Love stories for the ladies ears
and tales of war to suit the men
Old tales for those advanced in years
which could recall their youth again.

The bards were guardians of the lore
which was passed down from bard to bard.
The masters of bryhonic law
Which they had studied long and hard.

It took them one and twenty years
to earn the title of a bard.
Long years of travel sweat and tears.
Authority was their reward.

All men were subject to the law
from kitchen churl to lordly knight
All disputes then were brought before
a bard to judge as was their right.

He listened to the evidence
then made his judgement openly
Applied the law with common sense
but always judged impartially.

But that was then unlike today.
When every man obeyed the law.
But sadly we have gone astray
There is no justice any more.

The laws today are not applied
to rich and poor men equally.
All thoughts of justice cast
aside in our corrupt society.

A guilty man can go Scott free
when clever lawyers twist the laws
and find some technicality.
For which they are well paid of course.

There are no bryhon bards today
and poets get but scant respect
But still we try to show the way
We must protest poetically.

The conscience of society
that has to be our modern role.
To outline with our poetry
Justice for all should be our goal.

Break Your Laws

when your laws
are applied and enforced
differently to people
according to their religious,
political, or sexual orientation...

when they by application
favor the rich over the poor,
the few over the many.

when they take away dignity,
and individual rights...
when they are used to abuse,
manipulate, and enslave...

when they are immoral,
unjust, and demeaning...
when they stand against freedom...

i will break your laws
with total commitment!

Telling you the truth and guiding you on,
For, you need to live by the laws.

My In-Laws Were Outlaws

this is a true story -the story of inlaws deciding a marriage was over -inlaw interference between two people who loved each other immensely. It is a sad story becuase i doubt anyone was happy in the long run- My ex remarried but divorced again-so heres to Long Beach California lousy In-Laws-I wont say your name but u live on Los Coyotes Drive hahaha

You came to our wedding and
blessed it!

You came to my college graduation and
blessed it!

You gave me gifts
You gave me warmth

A few years passed
and I found out you were phony

Full of crap
and balony

You talked about me
behind my back

You blamed me
for any problems
in our marriage

And cursed it

You plotted and schemed
about how
to destroy it
and cursed it

Ohhhh cause My In-laws Were Outlaws

Wanted by no one
Filled with greed
Destreoyed by hate

cause My In-laws Were Outlaws

Controlling their children
interferring with their marriages

Forcing their will

Cause My In-Laws Were Outlaws

Flaunting their money
Ignoring our love
Forgetting who else blessed
our marriage
from above!

Ohhhh My in-Laws Were Outlaws
