That Early Morning Before You Go For A Walk

you dream about a court litigation,
there was this man, emaciated suffering
from tuberculosis, his bed is worn out, blood stains
on his pillow and blanket unwashed, you can estimate
how this foul smell emasculates him,
he does not sound a complaint,
yet you know he does not like everything around him,
including himself,

there are cockroaches feeding on his saliva
drying and more are coming from his mouth,
no one cares for him, he is left alone to die,
and you see these things above him
you are the spirit of his dream, his son, and he
is your father,

there are unresolved issued between you and him
years ago, you are ambivalent,

did he destroy you? or was it him who placed you
in the throne of your success now?

Hamlet, to be or not to be,
you murmur the lines in your sleep.

you wake up, remembering a friend under the same circumstances.
some of them, too, died in despair,
unable to understand the madness of the Furies
existing in the mind of the weak and
the feeble minded.

things are simple. Doubt is a reality.
Ambivalence is human nature too.
What is important is this: they belong to their world now
and you are on your own
in this contested Paradise.

Why not enjoy it now? Savor, and just be yourself.
Go on. Write about it and be the redeemed man that you are.
With God beside you, who can be against you?

Ah, not even your cruel father. Not even your insensitive self.
It simple. Life is simple. Do not complicate it with the unnecessary
Metaphors. Words are nothing but words.

Dreams are just dreams. The cockroaches are merely symbols.
The man with TB was never him. Funny, but it could be you.

Meanwhile, you take a walk, and be under the power of the sun.
Stare at it. Close your eyes. Savor what red is there.

To A Friend Who Says That She Does Not Know How To Write A Poem Anymore

it is sad, when you think that you do not know
how to write a poem anymore
a simple poem as simple as you
what does it take for humanity to write one poem?
does it take that much from those who claim they know the way?
shall blood be shed to drive another point?

do not lose hope in the power of our ordinary words,
for as long as we quiver, poems are written
for as long as we lose the consciousness about our beings
the metaphors always come and build upon themselves their own meanings

take your time, breathe the air of poetry, and let the molecules
enter your lungs that long to see the light of the sun,
just be patient, keep on waiting, savor the silence, shower yourself
with the light of the moon, on another lonely night,
sleep soundly, and listen to the sound of your snores,
in your dreams, the poems write themselves.

I shall make some slips no doubt, and shall perhaps talk in second-hand language, but not for long: the living image of what I saw will always be with me and will always correct and guide me. Oh, I am full of courage and freshness, and I will go on and on if it were for a thousand years! Do you know, at first I meant to conceal the fact that I corrupted them, but that was a mistake — that was my first mistake! But truth whispered to me that I was lying, and preserved me and corrected me. But how stablish paradise — I don't know, because I do not know how to put it into words. After my dream I lost command of words. All the chief words, anyway, the most necessary ones. But never mind, I shall go and I shall keep talking, I won't leave off, for anyway I have seen it with my own eyes, though I cannot describe what I saw. But the scoffers do not understand that. It was a dream, they say, delirium, hallucination. Oh! As though that meant so much! And they are so proud! A dream! What is a dream? And is not our life a dream? I will say more. Suppose that this paradise will never come to pass (that I understand), yet I shall go on preaching it. And yet how simple it is: in one day, in one hour everything could be arranged at once!

Simple Things

Wake up baby look around
Birds sing, ooooh that sound
Reminds me of a line
From Unchained Melody
Feel like I'm a little girl
Best thing in the whole wide world
Is I can see the makings of a memory
I remember how it used to be
Well I'm still dreaming...
Cuz I dream of simple things
I can believe in
Like the feeling this day brings
True love and the miracle of forgiving
I believe in simple things
Ain't nothing like a sunny day
Chit-chat at a street cafe
Just paint the picture, baby
Where you wanna be
Take a walk, take a ride
So far, you and I
Don't need a plan
But we can share
This revelry
I remember how I used to want it all
Funny now the big things seem so small
I dream of simple things
I can believe in
Like the feeling this day brings
True love and the miracle of forgiving
I believe in simple things
Through all the days
The blues, the greys
A ray of light keeps shining...

Dreams and Dreamers

No one exists
With out experience
Of the dream.

Nature also has the experience
Of dreams.

The rainbow is
Dream of clouds,
Twinkling stars are
Dreams of the night,
Flowers are
Dreams of the earth,
Moon is
Dream of the sun,
Woman is
Dream of a man,

Smile is
Dream of the tears,

Poetry is
Dream of the words,
False is
Dream of the truth,

Human is
Dream of the God,
Dream of human is
Dream of the dreams!

Dream,
It is a display of sight (view)
In closed eyes,
Action of the sleep
And riddle of the slumber, (deep sleep)
Solitude of the seclusion,
Mirror of the wounds,
Mumble of the mind,
Windows of the paradise,
Language of an individual
Les’ understood by himself,

Dream is a
Modern poetry
Has no syllable and meter,
Dream is a
Divine power of human, (desolation, super natural, forlorn)
Dream is not a myth
But it is a naked truth,

Dream is a secret room
Of an individual
He rest there
With his genuine face,

Dream is
Incubator of a man,
Dream is wings
Of an individual,
Dream is
A lighthouse of man
Dreams are
Colors of a man
To glorify his
Black and white life;

Let all of us praise for men
Who love the dreams,
And we express
Our sympathy to all men
who live in dreams too….

Simple Things

simple things are the simple thoughts to a

simple man
like me

simple things like a coin where there is no face of me
or you
but it can buy me something to shame me of my
poverty and helplessness

a simple yawn
i haven't really slept
to the minimum that my eyes need

and look at these eyes
they are sinking to my sockets

a simple
word is all i need and i will always repeat it

'love'

'me'

this is the simple man, let there be no complications
about
spelling
or ethics

i am a simple man and morality is too hard for me to understand

all i ask is that you must

love me.

Sweet Dreams

Sweet dreams are made of many things
The different thoughts that we constantly think
The very things that that lie in our fantasies
And create a thought that's tenaciously sweet
That we savor so much while soundly asleep
Things that can only happen in dreams

My sweet dreams are made of you
The perfect moments and the perfect gloom
The perfect place and the perfect dream
But whatever could be more perfect than you?
Is only what I can conjure in my sleep

Life is a reality and dreams are the opposite
It's the time we find peace from every worry
It's a place where every story has a happy ending
It's a place where every person has a chance to be happy
It's a place where you and I have a happy ending

A cradle song before we sleep
And escape the grimes of reality
And the things that keep you away from me
Life is a reality and dreams are the opposite
Dreams are the sweetest and life is life
In my dreams you and I are happy
But in reality... life is life.
Sweet dreams are made of many things
And mine are made of you

After All Hymn

After all I am human
And I get mad sometimes
Sometimes it is hard for me to think of something else in
Order to get rid of my anger
But I think I have to replace it with poetry
Poetry is my life
And I live writing poetry
Is poetry just a scribbling that doesn't make sense?
No
Poetry are feelings that are wrtten on a piece of paper or in the computer Scream
Poetry makes sense because every word I carefully select
And there are other words that might pop out of my mind
That I connect with the words in my heart
Do I use strong words in my poetry?
Yes I use strong words
Do I offend my readers with the words I pick?
That Is something that I try not to do
AAafter all
I am human and I do make mistakes
But after I make mistakes I try to move to the next step so I never get Stuck with my mistake
Yes poetry is my voice that is a message that I am trying hard to give to My readers
There are so many different styles of poetry
Haiku, rhiming, and free style
But I always stick with the free style of poetry
I find that it is the style that sooths me just fine
After all
I try very hard to live a modest life that is very plain and simple
From the one I lived 16 years ago
What is wrong to live a life of luxury to me?
First I need to have the money to live a luxurious life
The second part is that I don't want anything to do with a luxurious life
Because I am happy living my simple life
And I hope to live that simple life forever
I want to have dreams only and I don't wish them to turn into reality in My Life
Because I know that my dreams will be dreams
No I can't sell my dreams
Because my dreams are only fantasies that I face every night when I sleep In my bed
And after all I will always be human

A Simple Truth

Here is a simple truth
Which I write for you
The only thing I fail to say
Is what I feel inside
~
You are beautiful
You could be my world
I think of you anyway
In the deepest of affection
~
You have you little ways
Which always make me smile
Sometimes I will laugh
Remembering something you said
~
I dream of you like no other
I wish to talk to you
Share in your dreams and adventures
Wherever they may lead us
~
I guess my heart is simple
And would enjoy the little pleasures
Of just being in your company
Because you are so wonderfully you
~
And now I write a truth
I know our limited relationship
Will never match my ambitions
However I still love you

Faculty

Sometimes it seems so hard to work out the words,
and then again it seems not hard at all. Just write,
is as simple as that. There are times i can't seem to
work the words, other times the words come up
bubbling in my head with character and meaning.
At times i feel challenged by other writers, and i
begging to doubt my ability to work the words,
i simple read another writer and then i know i have
nothing to be worry about. I understand then that my
contest is with myself and not with other writers.
We all think about the same things, because once
in our life’s we all go through the same situations.
We all have the brain to create anything in our heads.
There’s nothing that i can't do if i focus and if i
don't focus; “you see” this word- focus is meaningful
in some ways, we need the focus, but in poetry we
need more the fantasy in our thoughts, the meaning
to our words, focusing can be important, but if your
head is not in the mood, there’s not going to be any
words bubbling up, even though you don’t need it so
much, because you can create a poem out of anything.
There’s one thing about writing, and reading poetry,
understanding the meaning behind the words.
Every word or phrase has a meaning behind, this is
where readers need to understand; for example-if i'm
drinking away my sorrows, it can mean, crying my
heart out, it can mean, i need to forget, it can mean,
a big hangover, it can mean, sleeping out in the porch,
it can mean, forgetting all you did last night; how many
things out of a phrase. Right know I would just like
to be in my cabin and sit right in front of the fire-place
with a bottle of wine and enjoy my pastoral life while
i write, amazing things.

My Lullaby (Song)

Close your eyes
Go to sleep.
Find your soul
In arms I'll keep
Dream you Little dark Dream
In your eyes
There's a glow
See your dreams
Now you know
Dream you Little dark Dreams
See your dreams
Come alive
Watch them dance
Through your eyes
Dream you Little dark Dreams
Coming now into eternal
Slumber, Sleep your Life's infernal
Lies called dreams within our sorrow
Never waking for tomorrow
Bow your head
Lay on down
Wipe your tears
Do not frown
Dream Dream Dream Dream Dream Dream
Dream you Little dark Dreams
Tonight.

A Kissing Mouth

something's pressing to my lips
something's trying to kiss me
mouths clash
saliva splash
stains my face red
i can't feel
anything
just a funny smell

something pulls my lips apart
something hot and wet and fast's
kissing me
and i'd scream
but for an alien tongue
i can't hear
anything
just a funny sound

my head's getting light
i try to struggle
but only hit my own mouth
the tongue between my lips
is so poisonously sweet

something's pressing to my lips
something's kissing me
mouths sing
depths unseen
and hope for a better world
i can't say
anything
just a simple chain of words

Thank You Father

Thank You Father,
For giving me this life that I live.
Thank You Father,
For giving me the chances to forgive.
I believe in You...
I pray each day to prove that I do!

Thank You Father,
The Keeper and Ruler of Love.
Thank You Father,
You're ALL things on Earth...and Above.
You opened up my eyes,
Your power can not be denied.

I dream of a life that is full
And giving!
To dream of a world
Where all people live in peace.
In true harmony released!

Thank You Father,
My soul will flow eternally.
Thank You Father,
The breath that I breathe
Just could not be.
In everything I do...
I ask of you
To help me see things through.

I know You are there with me every hour.
And each day...
It is clear that You're everywhere!
With You...
Why should I despair?

Thank You Father,
For giving me this life that I live.
Thank You Father,
For giving me the chances to forgive.
In everything I do...
My purpose here,
Is pleasing only You!

Thank You Father.
Thank You Father!
Thank You...
Father!

and were here
within touching youre skin with my eyes
Im a river so deep in your arms
sharin the same heart
within dont let me be one of your stars
cos I live all the dreams you dream
and I see all the things you need

coming through
into my heart
touching my soul here I start

within hold on when time seems to stop
cos I live all the dreams you dream
and I see all the things you need
(youve been down with me

Father

Father oh father
Hear me if you can
Is it true what they say
That life is a dream
I dont understand
The things that make rain in my eyes
Are they real or are they lies
You know I hear so much about you now
Id give anything
To go on a little boat with you
Talk about the scheme of things
On a little boat with you
Father oh father
Guide me if you can
Or give me the chance to follow you home
I am your son but I wish I knew you
When you were young
Were you lonely as a boy
You know Id give so much to see you now
Id go anywhere
Pick a little stick and walk with you
Talk about the scheme of things
On a short walk with you
Father oh father
You give me just a little hope
I feel something out there reaching for me
Well here I am
Wont you take me with you
Out of this maze
And away from this place
Because it gets so cold and lonely here
Ill do anything
To sit on a little rock with you
Talk about the scheme of things
On a small rock with you
Show me show me show me the way
Before they grind me down
And bleach me grey
Send me power not to be afraid
And when I close my eyes
Let me see you once in the light
Father oh father
Heal me if you can
Is it true what they say
That life is a dream

Please Pay Attention Pt 1

Pay Attention Part One

Your eyelids begin to flutter, shy morning light yearns to peek in
Savor that fleeting moment between worlds
Mind, not in the dream world, nor totally awake
Savor that pleasantly confused state of mind
Of household sounds distantly intruding
Sift languidly through tattered remains of diaphanous dreams
Extend and enjoy this common to us all morning experience
That the majority of us completely ignore

Really pay attention

To your soul-mate, still asleep across the bed
Hair tousled o’er face and pillow
Look closely at that sleeping face and see the lines and wrinkles
That you, the kids, and daily life have imprinted on that brow
Don’t see her as you do every day. Look very closely
See her not, as you know her, but as a stranger would
See her as a unique individual, not with the sort of faceless familiarity
That we so blithely impart to those close to us
Really look, and you’ll see a new, different, unique person
Than you saw yesterday

Really, truly, pay attention

Take the time. Really, truly take the time
To savor, dissect and enjoy all the seemingly, yet not,
Mundane, things in your life
Don’t rush about unseeing, unfeeling, oblivious
To each everyday experience
There’s a vast different world that surrounds us. A parallel universe of sorts
Which most of us don’t have time or patience to see
Or maybe choose not to see

Please pay attention

I’m going to try to open your eyes more
To unseen, everyday experiences and abilities
That perhaps you have lost, ignored
Or never learned to exercise to start with

If you read this and are interested in further exploration of what we don’t see and experience on a daily basis, please let me know and I’ll do a “Pay attention” part two

Take The Lid Off The Pot

Just take the lid off the pot
Savor all the flavor
Take the lid off the pot
Savor all the flavor
Take the lid off the pot
And savor all the flavor
That's inside of the pot
To then taste what that pot has got

It's been long in simming
With select ingredients
Mouths drool and this is seen
With a stirring up the scent
Eyes are watering with dreams
Now's the time to dip in and get eating
To stop the teasing that was meant

Take the lid off the pot
Savor all the flavor
Take the lid off the pot
Savor all the flavor
Take the lid off the pot
And savor all the flavor
That's inside of the pot.
To then taste what that pot has got

Delicious is the stew
To satisfy those licking lips
Deliciously it soothes
For those who sit and wish
With a wanting more of it!

Just take that lid off the pot
To savor all the flavor
Take the lid off the pot
Savor all the flavor
Take that lid off the pot
And savor all the flavor
That's inside of the pot
To then taste what that pot has got.

'What's the matter? '

There's none left!

'What are you saying?
What do you mean? '

It's gone
All of it
So
Take those memories you've got
And reminisce those wishes
That was inside that pot
There is not even a drop!

Trying Hard

i
I am not a poet, I'm certainly not
I am not like Denise Bekker, though she is my type.
Definitely, I can't be like Dr. Subhendu Kar
a brilliant writer full of love.
But I dream to be like Hasmukh Amathalal
Whose works for me are all five stars
I can't be like them, I'm just a copy cat.
ii
Who am I to be a poet?
I could do no brilliant pieces
English and writing are my weaknesses.
The truth is, with English I've never been clever
I rather close my mouth, lending an ear is better
Than to open my lips and be laughed by many
Is it not so funny? I am no one, but to dream is free.
iii
How can I create a better piece?
Most of the time I run out of words and I can't think
Of flowery words and metaphors that fit.
I just have simple lines, no simile, no idioms in it.
No, I was not born and aged to be like this
When it comes to writing I am nobody, I can accept this.
iv
I can only write out of boredom and loneliness
Seeking for something to sharpen my brain
Or I am just looking for someone to share
Just like Denise Bekker who send me message first
Though my works are simple and full of errors
I feel so delight, she praises me, I must thank her so.
v
I'm aware people has individual core gifts
They have their own area in which they're good at it.
But what's wrong in trying even if I'm in misery?
Hahaha, just give me chance please
Dr. Subhendu, I beg of you if I insist
Hasmukh Amathalal, tell me if I shall have to quit.

Dreams

In dreams I've won a million races
Fought with dragons slayed them dead
Played the game with all the aces
Taken all the praise as read

Dreams have seen me star in movies
Leading ladies swoon at will
Everything I touch seems groovy
Never had a dream off ill.

Hero, master, greatest leader
Just you name it I am he
In my dreams no life is sweeter
All the cards are held by me

So why wake and spoil illusions?
Join in life's reality
All it's pain and sheer confusion
Always haunting you and me

Simple question, simple answer
Or at least that's how it seems
Life's a tune and we're the dancer
We can choose to live our dreams.

Father To Friend

My Father, Savior, Lord and Friend, God is there, at every bend,
To go to Him is never a bother, as He cares for me like a Father,
Being the Eternal Creator, He loved me enough to be my Savior,
And as I journey with my Lord, nothing in my life, will be ignored,
For The Lord God is my Friend, walking with me through the end.

As my Father God cares for me, with care that goes into eternity,
My ways, my Father understands, for all my life, is in His Hands,
For all my life God is responsible, this as, He carries out His will,
Providing needs as a father would, as God's care is understood,
In ways beyond an earthly man; this, as I am in The Father's plan.

By my Savior, I was redeemed, through His Blood I was cleaned,
Redeemed from the market of sin, while given a New Life in Him;
On the cross Christ took my wrath, to put me on a different path,
From death, I was given life, through redemption, in Jesus Christ,
Because The Savior died for me, I now have a New Life, eternally.

As my Lord Christ is in control, of my mortal life and eternal soul,
Leading me by The Spirit of Christ, while God controls all my life,
Moving through my life to fulfill, not my own, but, The Lord's will,
While I'm obligated to my God, to be His witness wherever I trod,
This as my destiny's fully assured, through the power of my Lord,

As my Friend God walks with me, upon the path towards Eternity,
A real Friend Who is always there, to show me His Love and Care,
He, Who for me, suffered and died, now, daily walks by my side,
As my guide and a comfort too, as my trials He sees me through,
In ways I couldn't comprehend, without a Father, Lord and Friend.
