Something More Beautiful Than A Well With Water

we always want a well full of water
like a glass to its brim

there is more beauty somehow
to a well running out of water
the hollowness beneath
the sound of the wind
filling its emptiness

much different than the dripping
of the rain
from a rooftop
where one may feel so safe inside

the darkness of the bottom
the dryness of the soil
beneath

it is in there that some real voices speak
the one that you have not
heard

they are so deep and real that they cannot
refuse to tell you the truth

it is like someone is moaning
and you feel that you are one of them seeking
the voice of God

Water On Glass

Written by ricky & marty wilde
Cascading down
Theres a sound vaporising into vision
Its a sound in my head
That I feel and it shuts me in a prison
Say it wont last
Say it will pass
Always the sound in my brain
Can you hear it
Water on glass running down again
Water on glass that sound
Water on glass running round again
Help me, the sound of running waters
Coming down
Dancing away
Like the lights on a moving coloured river
Sounds in my head seem to run
And again I feel a shiver
Say it wont last
Pray it will pass
Always that sound in my brain
Can you hear it (can you hear it)
Water on glass running down again
Water on glass that sound
Water on glass running round again
Help me, the sound of running waters
Coming down
Water on glass running down again
Water on glass that sound
Water on glass running round again
Help me, the sound of running waters
Coming down

You and I

I see a glass
Half empty
And I see your hands
Filling an emptiness
That I have
Invented.

I am empty now
And then
You fill me
Up to the brim

I am overflowing
And here you
Are
In the full blast
Of your lust
That you
Invented
Licking me
From the
Bottom
Beyond the brim.

I Need Water

Scorching hot summer’s day
Devastation struck on our holiday.
Water, water running out
No more water left about.
Where is water?
What to do?
Stressing, thirsty, hungry too.
Need a shower!
Need a drink!
But there is no time to think.
Running, running to the store
“No more water” written on the door.
I need water, but there’s none,
Definitely not having fun.
Feeling dirty!
Feeling sick!
Needing something so basic.
Water, water I need you
Then I’ll be as good as new.
Water, water always there,
Once it’s gone we’re made aware
Wasting water is not right
Now it’s gone I’ve seen the light.
I need water to survive
I’m lucky to be alive!

A Glass Of Water Please

and so the story wants to end itself with a
glass of water.

those who cry after always need
a glass of water.

those whose hearts are broken
those who sob
those who close the window of the niche
those who have nightmares
those who wake up at 3 o'clock in the morning
those who sit on bed and cannot sleep back
always go to the kitchen
open the refrigerator
get a glass and splash
a cold glass of water

this time, i am asking for a glass of water
for i could be
all of the above or you could be one of those
i have described

but who knows we are not one of those
who knows
we are but just anyone who is normally thirsty
and with nothing to ask
simply ask
for a glass of cold water.

and cheerfully, we do not forget to say
please....

Pure Life

Where is your life going?
Is your water in a waterfall, dropping, and getting worse?
Or is it filling your glass, overflowing, and getting better?
Is your water still there?
Not evaporating?
Being dried up by the sun?
Are you losing time?
Do you watch how your water flows?
Water is pure and signifies life.
How is your life?
Or are you sad, with your water raining tears?
Is your water warm or cold?
Is your water steam or ice?
Is your soul cold or warm?
I hope your water is overflowing like a fountain with joy.
Not everyone's water has to be evaporating.
Remember to always watch where lifes heading.
Because maybe your water will mix and lives will intertwine.
Be with that person forever.

Water On The Ground

By eric clapton
Water on the ground, cloud on the sun,
Moon on the rise and the wind on the run.
But you know its only water,
Water on the ground.
Snow is falling, weather is cold.
Maybe Im just getting old.
And I think its only water,
Water on the ground.
Back to the rivers, back to the sea,
Keeps on running, just like me.
But you know its only water,
Water on the ground.

Learning The Dance Of Your Life

one can learn the dance
in due time
one does not sleep but must wake up
to feel the song
at dawn
when the sound of the wind is
sonorous
it is the wisdom of dusk
that must tell you what to do
to learn
the true dance of your life

one can learn but it is not that
fast as reading a book the whole day
and saying to yourself
this is all and there is nothing more

life can never be a book with
definite pages
the title is misleading us
and the end always is a big surprise

your dance will always be original
you live and let live
and you can never have a pattern to
compare

at night you are stunned
things are not happening as you expect them
you adjust
like the water to the river
like air to a transparent container
filling each space
until the hollowness is full

you learn the dance of life
and no one is teaching you

Broken Fragments Of Water

Cool earthenware pot
holding water as if it were

love that slopped & lapped
over its top

full to the brim

wearing with pride
the touch of your fingerprints

still visible
from its making

one lost windy night

the fierceness of its blue glaze

and now it contains
summer

and this blessed coolness
of water

on this the hottest
day

green grass
becoming yellow

under the heat's gaze

and the angry voices
drifting out of an open
upstairs window

becoming lost amongst
thorns and their roses

bleeding into noon

our anger knocking over
all the things we made

seeing our earthenware pot
cool to the touch

& full to the lip with love
like water

fall through the air
becoming only shattered shards

an emptiness
that cannot be
contained no longer

for one moment in its falling
the water held

containerless
between Heaven & earth

before dashing itself
upon the floor

broken fragments
of water

(a voice screaming: 'It's
over...it's over! ')

broken fragments
of water

scattered here and there

splashes of lost love

love lost

lost love.

When The Well Spills Out Its Water

the well spills out water
what was beneath
rose and everyone
even children touch
the surface

when once it was dry
the hollowness
plays mystic to the wind
the deep voices
sing the notes of
what was once interesting

now we play on its waters
as though there is nothing to know
so unimportant

Cold water

Water is cold water is wet,
Water is cold and can be a big mess...

Water is a teer dropp running down your cheek,
Water is the stuff that makes you feel weak...

Water can be good if you feel down,
Water can be bad if you don't come back around...

Water is a thing that can make you feel cold,
Water is a thing that can make you be bold...

Water is a cold, cold thing,
Everyone has water running through them...

One On One With An Empty Glass

the final confrontation is finally set on the table
the mantel still pretends to be clean
the morsels are polite and the empty glass is civil

just a while ago, it was filled with water
up to the brim and now it is thirsty again
and it stares at me begging for more
but i give it silence hoping that it shall remember
what origin it has
from the department store

it stares at me and threatens me with the pain of emptiness
it does not move
giving me the semblance of an earth that stops to spin
nothing falls and the possibility of freezing is pestering me

i lay my hand on the chest telling it that i am not at all disturbed
i listen to the rhythmic beatings of my heart
i bite my lips like bread using my teeth
i close my eyes and begin my journey inward
my gut

i remember the sound of the broken glass
i recall how i sweep the shattered pieces
i still picture myself digging a hole and burying what should be forgotten

i do not sleep and i do not dream much
i breathe more air and then i awaken all my senses
the glass is empty still and it is there to manifest a surrender

i have learned to fill my lungs with air
the moments pass away taking all that i have and now
i am full.

4. Elements – Water

Water an elemental
Water a fundamental
Building block of life
Water of Life
Water of Death

Water in all religions
Water in all living things
Water in all countries
Water also used for barter

No life without water
No rife with water
No respect for water
Willful neglect of water

Water, for cooking
Water, for cleaning
Water, for drinking
Water, for living
Water, for dying

Water is the same
In all languages
Water is the same
To all living beings

Vanishing Eyes

I saw your shaft on the water
So empty was the depth
I touched the beauty
Which was torn in me

So long dark nights I had
With you in joy or sad
Kissing the land of myths
Rising the soddomies of love

I saw your shaft on the water
For a while she has disappeared
Maybe feared
Of me, a wicked outlaw

You soar from the water into my heart
You are naked in me as I am
The moon will cry to her emptiness
You are with whole life and gods in me

I saw your shaft on the water of my eyes
For she will never rise

Looking for Water

Still the leaves are spinning 'round
Take my hand as we go down, and down, and down
Looking for water
Well, our light's gone in a New York minute
Don't know about you, but my heart's not in it
(Looking, looking, looking)
I'm looking for water
I'm looking for water
(Looking, looking, looking)
I can't breathe the air, can't raise a fact
'Cause all we've got left is a beat in the night, and I'm
(Looking for water)
Looking for water
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
Take my hand as we go down, and down
Leave it all behind, nothing could be found
(I'm, looking for water)
I'm looking for water
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
(I, looking for water)
Looking everywhere
(Looking for water)
Looking here and there
(I'm looking for water)
I'm looking for water
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I can't live in this cage, I can't eat this candy
The edge of the earth to the spin in my head
The look in your eyes and never means never
The dawn's early light, baby, dark is forever
(Looking, looking)
(Looking, looking)
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for watter)
Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for watter)
Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for watter)

My Idea of beauty

Beauty is the sensation of your heart skipping a beat,
when eyes full of mischief glance at you...
Beauty is the smile which appears on your lips, when you think of the way he smiles at you...
Beauty is in the heart which touches another
Beauty is tender hands holding each other
Beauty is strong arms holding you warm
Beauty is in water, beauty is in weather,
beauty is in air, beauty is in life
Beauty is in love, beauty is in wind...
Beauty surrounds you days and nights
yet no one knows beauty's heights...

The Earthen Jar In The Garden During The Rain

it is there
it has a mouth gaping
filling itself
with the rain

this is a rainy
day and it
will rain here
for weeks

the jar takes
all the water
drinks it like
it is a thirsty
woman

yet just like us
it can never be full
even for weeks
or for years

there is always
a spill
of what is full
there is always
the emptiness
even in
the physical fullness

the jar is there
alone
it is raining and it
will rain for weeks

the jar never breaks
it is
alone.

Thousand Miles of Water

Thousand miles, miles of water,
running down beneath the running sea,

for when the time comes,
for when the time comes,
we will live freely beneath the shy.

for when i think of you think of you,
you will see what i what i see, and
be with me.

an-an-na-na-na-na wowowo

kiss me now kiss me now,
you will see what i feel..., so
kiss me now kiss me know,
let the fire burn wild and... free, so
run away with me and see what i see.

Water

Water is innocent as dew.
It sparkles in the sun like new.

Water is naive and childlike as a river.
It runs along and has no bother.

Water is naughty as waves.
It tickles the feet and plays games.

Water is beautiful as rain,
and washes away all your pain

Water appears wise as a sea.
It's huge and unfathomable as can be.

Water is humble as a lake.
It has beauty simple but not fake.

Water is mysterious when deep.
Its full of fear and gives me creeps.

As a fall, it cascades,
as if breaking barriers and liberates.

As a fountain it adorns gardens and palaces,
and symbolises aristocracy, richness and success.

Water is stagnant and muddy as a puddle,
but has a core to be someone special.
