Numbed Guts
the gut is full of
shattered pieces
those that make you
remember nails
the feel of thorns
and porcupines
time has a way of
numbing guts
and then pain is nothing
but recurrences
you have no name for it
but survival
you go on talking the paths
with nothing but
the moon above you
and the silence of the earth

Aching Eyes
aching eyes
bleeding heart
trembling hands
a storm within
entangled hair
wind sweeping
pain in my ass
scarred skin
another wound
blues and bruises
sands of silence
tower of ivory

starless skies
faded moon
shattered pieces
of self
hands that want
to grasp
every broken
word, stuttering
existence

what writer's block
are you talking?

Remember When..
remember when i would cry
remember when you would just pass by
remember when you left
remember when i was blessed
remember when you left me
remember my whole family
remember your doughters and your sons
remember that they are not the only ones
remember all the trauma you caused
remember when our paths were crossed
remember when you wanted to say good bye
my world shattered because you were to me a nice mom.
i dont think you will remember this
because this might seem like nonsense.

my hands shall pick you up

will you love me?

I'm Still Here
I found the pieces in my hand
They were always there
It just took some time for me to understand
You gave me words I just can't say
So if nothing else
I'll just hold on while you drift away
Cause everything you wanted me to hide
Is everything that makes me feel alive
Cities grow
Rivers flow
Where you are, I'll never know
But I'm still here
If you were right and I was wrong
Why are you the one that's gone
I'm still here
Still here
Seeing the ashes in my heart
The smile the widest
When I cry inside and my insides blow apart
I tried to wear another face
Just to make you proud
Just to make you put me in my place
But everything you wanted to take from me
Is everything that I could never be
Cities grow
Rivers flow
Where you are, I'll never know
But I'm still here
If you were right and I was wrong
Why are you the one that's gone
I'm still here
Maybe tonight
It's gonna be alright
I will get better
Maybe today
It's gonna be okay
I will remember
I held the pieces of my soul
I was shattered and I wanted you to come and make me whole
When I saw you yesterday
But you didn't notice
You just walked away
Cause everything you wanted me to hide
Is everything that makes me feel alive
Cities grow
Rivers flow
Where you are, I'll never know
But I'm still here
If you were right and I was wrong
Why are you the one who's gone
And I'm still here
The lights go out, the bridges burn
Once you're gone, you can't return
I'm still here
Remember how you used to say I'd be the one to run away
But I'm still here
Still here

Some Day I Won't Remember
Some Day I Won't Remember
How you smell or how you look
Some Day I Won't Remember
All the pieces of me you took
Some Day I Won't Remember
What it was like to kiss you in the rain
Some Day I Won't Remember
All the tears and all the pain
Some Day I Won't Remember
The feel of your skin
Some Day I Won't Remember
All our secrets and our sins
Some Day I Won't Remember
Staying up late at night to cry
Some Day I Won't Remember
That vivid blue-green color of your eyes
Some Day I Won't Remember
The passion that we used to share
Some Day I Won't Remember
What it felt like to have you there
Some Day I Won't Remember
The precious sound of your beating heart
And when that some day comes
I will entirely fall apart

I Will Rise Again
I walk through the wilderness,
with sandals on my feet,
a crown of thorns around my head,
one-person helps with the cross that I carry.
Crowds follow my progress,
women weep at my feet.
I go to meet my father,
somewhere out there.
The crosses stand tall,
victims scream out with pain.
I am laid on my back,
my arms pulled open wide.
The nails penetrate my palms.
I feel no pain,
my feet are then nailed,
and still there is no pain.
The cross is hoisted up,
for all to see.
I look down at those,
all gathered there.
A spear bites my side,
but I do not die.
Stillness enshrouds everyone,
as silence falls all around.
My fate is sealed,
but I will rise again.
Men will dine with me,
just one more time.
My name will be remembered,
for eons to come.
They will call me by many names,
because I am God’s son.

The Pain Is Worth It!
If ones heart has never felt hurt
Than ones heart can never feel love.
Ones heart has to be shattered before ones heart can be put back together.
That person will pick up the pieces and make ones heart whole.
That person will show passion, love, and an eternity of happiness.
Those times when we feel we can't be more broken,
We have to pick our selves up knowing the one Is still there waiting.
They will make all the pain, suffering, and anguish worth it,
They will prove too you that you will never have to feel that pain again,
And that this is forever!

Then We Remember
You've got your secrets, girl I've got mine
We're fallin' apart one glance at a time
Night after night, actin' like strangers
Out of emotion, nothing to say
I brush your shoulder but you turn away
Nobody tries, nobody's changin'
Who'll be the first to say it's really the end
Who's gonna walk out the door
How did we let it get so out of control
Our hearts can't take anymore
Then we remember how much we love each other
Pick the pieces up for one more try
Then we remember how much we need each other
Do we really wanna say goodbye
One night of passion won't stop the pain
Back to the same old feelin' again
Time after time, is it worth savin'
Who'll be the first to say it's really the end
Who's gonna walk out the door
How did we let it get so out of control
Our hearts can't take anymore
Then we remember how much we love each other
Pick the pieces up for one more try
Then we remember how much we need each other
Do we really wanna say goodbye
Then we remember how much we love each other
Pick the pieces up for one more try
Then we remember how much we need each other
Do we really wanna say goodbye
Then we remember how much we love each other
Pick the pieces up for one more try
Then we remember how much we need each other
Do we really wanna say goodbye
Then we remember how much we love each other
Pick the pieces up for one more try
Then we remember how much we need each other
Do we really wanna say goodbye

Talk
Whenever
I talk to
Others…
I remember
Those times
I talked to you.
Those bits
And pieces
Of our
Fractured
Talks…
Could never
Make me have
Enough of you.
And now,
Our relationship
Is so much in
Tatters…
I don’t even
Feel like
Talking to you.

Sometimes When I Have Nothing To Say
sometimes when i have nothing to say
like the silence of the closed window
or the nights on the grass
or the twinkle of the stars... i feel so full
and when i get so full, i feel like
vomiting my existence,
i am nauseous to this hiding, sometimes
i want to say it all, and then i become so empty
and when empty i float, i feel like i am nothing but air,
and then i surrender again
to the walls.... talking and talking to the walls
and i do not really care about the rumors that they have ears.

Talking To The Moon.
Here it goes every day every night when the moon is shinning the whole earth
The whole darkness of the world with its night
wishing she is like the moon shines the darkness of others' heart
Wishing that she is the candle of hope and strength of their souls
But every once and while she has to stand up for her self
To charge herself with the strength to go on
Forgetting the distance.. Forgetting the '' memorial '' of the distance
Trying to reach his soul by gazing up into it
Trying to reach what he feels by talking to the moon
Wishing they are in the very same page
Because the moon is the only way to herself to feel secure
To feel him around her..
To listen to his heart's beats.. to feel his arms around her
How much distance is cruel and how much the moon is a healer of the pain
How long every night she spends hours and hours trying to find enough words to tell him how much he is loved by her
How much he is missed … how much she wishes that he is talking to the moon far across the distance
Because it is the only thing that reunion their heart

When In Pain
when in pain
i prefer silence.
but i keep on writing.
and writing.
and writing.
and writing.
when in pain
i prefer always the silence
of the stars.
makes me feel like i am a star.
this silence, this pain.
when in silence, like the stars,
the pain gets too peaceful
like the stars
and then the pain subsides like
an ebbing tide
like an anger subsiding into
a still undisturbed mind
when i shine like a star
i remember the pain and it does not pain anymore.
silence kills the pain
like a distant star on a dark night like this one.

One On One With An Empty Glass
the final confrontation is finally set on the table
the mantel still pretends to be clean
the morsels are polite and the empty glass is civil
just a while ago, it was filled with water
up to the brim and now it is thirsty again
and it stares at me begging for more
but i give it silence hoping that it shall remember
what origin it has
from the department store
it stares at me and threatens me with the pain of emptiness
it does not move
giving me the semblance of an earth that stops to spin
nothing falls and the possibility of freezing is pestering me
i lay my hand on the chest telling it that i am not at all disturbed
i listen to the rhythmic beatings of my heart
i bite my lips like bread using my teeth
i close my eyes and begin my journey inward
my gut
i remember the sound of the broken glass
i recall how i sweep the shattered pieces
i still picture myself digging a hole and burying what should be forgotten
i do not sleep and i do not dream much
i breathe more air and then i awaken all my senses
the glass is empty still and it is there to manifest a surrender
i have learned to fill my lungs with air
the moments pass away taking all that i have and now
i am full.

Here Comes The Moon
Everybodys talking up a storm
Act like they dont notice it
But here it is and here it comes . . .
Here comes the moon, the moon, the moon, the moon, the moon.
Impulse always quickens when its full
As it turns my head around me
Yes it does and here it comes
Here comes the moon, the moon, the moon, the moon, the moon.
Gods gift I see thats moving up there into the night . . .
Though dark the mirror in the sky reflects us our light:
Looks like a little brother to the sun
Or mother to the stars at night
And here it is and here it comes
Here comes the moon, the moon, the moon, the moon, the moon.
Breath is always taken when its new
Enhance upon the clouds around it
Yes it is and here it comes
Here comes the moon, the moon, the moon.

A Heart Broken Into Pieces
piecing together the broken pieces
takes so much of my time
this heart is broken and the pieces
shattered pieces
are too tiny to be pieced again
i am a very impatient man
on love
on matter of the heart
i give up, i cannot piece the broken pieces again
too much pain
guess what? i have just thrown my heart away
look at me?
my eyes are calm, my body stable
pierce my skin with a needle
it does not hurt anymore
my eyes have no tears
my mouth does not tremble
my legs are tall and stable
heartless, i shall love no one this time.

Talking Out Of Turn
When I took a little loving from you
Oh i, never thought about the hurting inside
But I took a little more than I should
Oh why, cant explain that I ever would
Let you slip through my fingers
Let you escape like yesterday
I would appreciate you knowing
I thought your love had come to stay
Talking out of turn
Shot to pieces
When will I learn
Talking out of turn
Shot to pieces
When will I learn
But I took a little more of your each day
When I didnt see that I was breaking you apart
With angry words of love I didnt mean
Oh why, cant believe that I ever would
Talk myself out of tomorrow
Talked like a fool to yesterday
And as the evening loses colour
Your love began to fade away
Talking out of turn
Shot to pieces
When will I learn
Talking out of turn
Shot to pieces
When will I learn
Talking out of turn
Talking out of turn
If I upset you
I didnt mean to hurt you
I didnt mean to make you cry
I dont need an alibi
To start me talking out of turn
When I took a little loving from you
Oh i, cant believe that I ever would
Let you slip through my fingers
Let you escape like yesterday
I would appreciate you knowing
I thought your love had come to stay
Talking out of turn
Shot to pieces
When will I learn
Talking out of turn
Shot to pieces
When will I learn

Depths Of Hell
Angels coming from above
Take the essence of his love
Challengers call him from al around
Demons coming from the ground
Battles won and nothing gained
Feel the pain
Feel the shock
From the depths of hell
Darkness dwelling in his soul
True damnation no control
Shattered pieces of his past
Broken dreams among the dead
When the smoke clears he will arise
Feel the pain
Feel the shock
From the depths of hell

He Took Away My Only Angel
He took away my only angel
He took away my only survival
I was perfectly fine in the life I stood
It was nowhere close to perfect
But I wouldn't call it miserable
I was fine the way I was
I was used to hiding in myself
I was used to living and talking to myself
I didn't like sitting in the corner by myself
But I hated talking to new people more
I didn't even mind being alone
Then you came along
Bringing something I never knew
Something I strongly desired
But more deeply feared
You came like the wind
I never knew existed
Picked me up from the ground
Showed me a world
I never thought I'd be a part of
You sensed every fear and scar I've had
Told me there's nothing in this world sane
Held me in your arms
And told me to scream
Scream as if he'll hear it
The lord you believed and trusted
You told me he'll listen
Told me he'll respond
He can never ignore a scream of pain so loud
He'll hear it and won't do wrong
You brought me brightness
I feared to loose
Looking into your eyes
Made all my worry disappear
You promised me you'll never go
And that I'll never have to let go
But you lied
You left
Left me in the middle of the meadow
Where we first met
Unable to cry
Unable to tear
It was last promise to you
To never cry
But sometime I still lose control at night
I scream and shudder at the pain
It's the time my heart pricks with thorns the most
But in a way I'm glad
The pain is my only reminder
You were real
And there's nothing in this world sane
But now here I am
Ignored like the wall again
Fearing if I even exist, cause...
He took away my only angel
He took away my only survival
So I went back
Back to the meadow you left me in
Thought about what you said
You told me he'd listen
He can never ignore a scream of pain so loud
So screamed once again
As loud as I can
First time in life I was jealous
Jealous of the god you believed and trusted
Jealous he had you with him
Right by his side
He stole you from me
In one split second
You trusted him and
He adored you back
So he took you like the greedy one he is
He had so many angels
Yet he took you too
As an addition to his collection
He took away my only angel
He took away my only survival
Now I'm unable to dream
Or forget anything you've ever given me
I can't even go back to who I was before
But there's still one think
I can still professionally do
Hide everything I'm feeling right now
Hide everything I've felt for you
It's something I do best
It's something I do most
But I know you're something
I'll never forget
And I'll take you back
Whenever your back!
I PROMISE!
But that's impossible, of course, cause...
He took away my only angel
He took away my only survival
YOU! ! !

I saw you walking by yourself
Your eyes were crying out for help
I know you feel your pain is more
Then anyone's been hurt before.
I know love hurts when it's over
If you wanna cry it's alright
You're like a fallen soldier
But you just can't lay down and die.
You've got to remember
You're not alone in this world
Always remember
You're not alone in this world.
The moment that i looked at you
I recognized the killing truth
You really think there's no way out
But if you let me, i can help you now.
Through all these shattered emotions
There's a lesson to learn
So come on let me hold you closer
Love can soothe what love has burned.
You've got to remember
You're not alone in this world
Always remember
You're not alone in this world.
You've got to remember
Never alone, never alone, never, never alone.
I got to tell you now baby
Through all these shattered emotions
There's a lesson to learn
So come on let me hold you closer
Love can soothe what love has burned.
You've got to remember
You're not alone in this world
Always remember
You're not alone in this world.
You've got to remember (got to remember)
You're not alone in this world
Always remember (got to remember)
You're not alone in this world.
You've got to remember (got to remember)
You're not alone in this world
Always remember (got to remember)
You're not alone in this world.
You've got to remember.

Throughout The Pain
Drowning in these tears I've cried
Hoping that it would drown out the pain
But instead I crawled through the pain
Ran through the storms
Hid all the pain inside of myself
Cause I knew no one else would ever understand
I was right they didn't understand
Not the pain I was feeling
Worse than a deep cut
Broken into and ripped apart
No one knew how torn up I was
How shattered I was inside
No one even knew it at all
Can't even describe the pain I was feeling
But here I am still
Still alive after I've tried to die
I can't say I'm pain free cause I'm not
I can say that most of the pain is gone
And that all in all I'm doing okay
I'm doing alright all things considering
This road I've traveled on was long and rough
These storms I've faced along the way
The scars upon me I made
It was all well worth it cause I learned a lot throughout the pain
Throughout the pain I made it
Still shattered I don't think I will ever find all the pieces
But I'm still here through the long suffering of pain
I made it throughout the pain and made it through the storms
