Meeting A Wise Man

he has thick glasses
and he talks about the world as an asylum
of mad poets and wise people gone mad
he is amazing
and i think he is one wise man
that i should listen

i followed his footstep
he says this is all leading to God
a cure to all my addictions
to whatever

i tried to walk beside him
but he has always been a fast walker
and so i just follow and follow him through
all the years of my life
so sad
i lost my interest about my own life
i have gone mad too

he did not mind at all
he only said, i am one kind of a fool!

Would You Follow Me

(john kongos)
Would you follow me if I search for another life
Would you walk with me through the dark and the hungry times
If I said, Im gonna leave today
What would you do
Would you pack some things and come away too
Lose or win, thick or thin
Where would you like to be
Lose or win, thick or thin
Would you follow me
Would you follow me
Even though my dreams seem too far away today
Take a chance and
Stand by my side and
Lose or win, thick or thin
Where would you like to be
Lose or win, thick or thin
Would you follow me
Would you follow me
If I said Im goin away to join some revolution
Could you ever give up what they call the good life
Would you care to know what Im lookin for
And if I find it
Would you take note of the time, would you mind it
Lose or win, thick or thin
Where would you like to be
Lose or win, thick or thin
Would you follow me
Would you follow me

Life Is An Adventure

Make it a happy one, it is up to you.

Life is moving and a progressing loop,
Sometimes people stuck or eventually get out of the goop.
Holding onto possessions, precious stones or old furniture
Have no value if the soul stagnates, have no new adventure.

Go on life, be brave, ready to face anything,
Let no one frighten you with any warning,
What they predict is from their mind,
If you do not like it, do not follow those kind.

Keep telling yourself: 'I am the child of God,
I open my mind to follow His guide,
Wherever I am God is,
I face what comes, my life is His.'

Sometimes sickness is necessary to give you some rest,
But if you take the BEST care of your body just follow the best.
You'll be strong, wise & know where your place is,
God's power is yours, so you can do the work, which is anyway His.

Then enjoy life, be at peace, do not go after any foolish pleasure,
Stay away from those who pull you down with pressure,
Give thanks every second for what you receive,
Let life bring you the next step & teach you to be productive.

Tell All The People

Tell all the people that you see
Follow me
Follow me down
Tell all the people that you see
Set them free
Follow me down
You tell them they dont have to run
Were gonna pick up everyone
Come out and take me by my hand
Gonna bury all our troubles in the sand, oh yeah
Cant you see the wonder at your feet
Your lifes complete
Follow me down
Cant you see me growing, get your guns
The time has come
To follow me down
Follow me across the sea
Where milky babies seem to be
Molded, flowing revelry
With the one that set them free
Tell all the people that you see
Its just me
Follow me down
Tell all the people that you see
Follow me
Follow me down
Tell all the people that you see
Well be free
Follow me down
Tell all the people that you see
Its just me
Follow me down
Tell all the people that you see
Follow me
Follow me down
Follow me down
You got to follow me down
Follow me down
Tell all the people that you see
Well be free
Follow me down
Tell all the people you see
Follow me
You got to follow me down

Asylum Earth

Frustrated I stood in front
of the God to Pray,
And asked him why lunatics
are increasing day by day.
Why there is scarcity
of people in a synagogue,
Why popping up of
Prozac is in a vogue.
Why people look as they
are coming from morgue,
Why all minds are clouded
by the depression’s fog.

Then, God appeared suddenly
with his mischievous smile,
And he started to speak
in his inimitable style:

“Son! this earth is nothing
but asylum of the universe
But for marketing my poets
described it in beautiful verse.
But most fools are the people
who claim to be wise,
And labors to turn this asylum
in a pretty paradise.
But thing which fills me
with a gaiety and mirth,
Is your construction of an
asylum within an asylum earth.”

“Do you know why this asylum
earth is devoid of joy and fun?
Because men who turned wise
are poisoned or shot by guns.
Unless and until you
immediately rectify your error,
This earth cannot be freed from
madness, anxiety and terror.
Benumbed by god’s answer
I immediately left his premise,
In order to prevent becoming
one more mad wise.

Fools haven 2

Fools haven
This is fools haven
All they do is to fool
When their belly is full
Be careful you fool

For nobody knows tomorrow
Learn the steps
Of the wise and follow

The life of the fool
Is like a that of a drunkard
He is happy on the morning
But in the evening a disgrace
For he ignores wisdom
And foolishness does he embrace

Like food
When it passes through the throat
It is of no use
But the life the wise
Is like a hidden treasure
Which is a mystery to fools
But it legend known to kings

Follow Me, Always Follow Me

follow me. always follow me.
do not worry. Do not be afraid.
There is no reason for fear.

We have the north star
and the compass and we walk through the rain.

we have the sun to light our way.
oh.. it will be as bright as noonday. except for the sweat
and the swear, do not have doubts.... follow me... follow me... come..

i will teach you the way to be lost.
i will teach you how it feels to be lost and not finding the way.
i will give you meaning to your life. You need to be shaken like

the way the earth shakes itself when people are too comfortable in their
homes watching tv and having parties for their first born, for their wedding
anniversaries, for their feasts of success, , , ,

come follow me. I am lost but i have no fear.
Because you are with me. Because i trust you. And because i was once
was lost and found my way. Because I am strong. Because i will be
stronger with you now.

Because you love me. Because you too wants to be lost with me.

Follow Me

Follow Me"
What we gon' do now (oh lord, try some if u like it)
Is slow it down on tha flo (you know you like that)
(try some if you like that)
Uh oh
Uh oh, yeah
When you look from outside
All you see is videos and shows (yeah)
But there's more to my life than people could ever know (uh huh)
Sometimes I gotta smile (smile)
When I don't feel like smiling
Sit back and ride (ride)
When I feel like driving
Nobody understands but you girl (fo sho)
I can always be myself with you girl
That's why I'm singing
[Chorus]
Ooooh I can't believe it
You came just in time with what I needed
And you're not like the other girls I meet everyday
You stay down like them girls from around the way
Uh oh
That's why I had to say
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me
Thats why I had to say
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me (uh oh)
Thats why I had to say
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me now
Right now
Since you been in my life
When I'm away from you I hurry home, aww yeah (aww yeah, I hurry home)
You live in my mind so I never feel like I'm alone, yeah (alone)
Sometimes I gotta go (go)
Where I don't feel like going
And when it gets too fast (fast)
And I feel like slowing down (slowing down)
No one understands but you
That's why I only see myself with you
[Chorus x2]
Ooooh I can't believe it
You came just in time with what I needed
And you're not like the other girls I meet everyday
You stay down like them girls from around the way
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me (come now)
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me (girl come follow me now)
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me now (oooh)
Right now (right now)
You've been there for me and i'll (so i'll)
I'll be there for you girl
[Chorus x 3]
Ooooh I can't believe it
You came just in time with what I needed
And you're not like the other girls I meet everyday
You stay down like them girls from around the way
[Fade]
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me (what we gon' do now)
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me (is slow it down on tha flo)
Come follow me, come follow me, come follow me now

Chinese Wisdom

In crisis, wisdom growth,
And gained.
Intelligence endowed,
But wisdom is learned.

Wise men listen more,
Talk no nonsense.
Wise men may be learned
But learned men may not be wise.

A silent fool can pass for a wise man.
Silence is golden & wise,
Silence is the trusted friend of wisdom.

It is easy to blame our memory
when our judgment is at fault.
It takes a tree ten years to mature;
It takes a man one hundred years to form.

We grow old fast,
We grow wise slowly.
Youth can look only forward,
but age can also look backward.

Maturity and wisdom
take a lifetime to achieve.
Achieving maturity does not
Grow with age.

Wisdom grows when
Ones learned to avoid the wrongs.
Stand for the rights.

Biggest flaw of ones
Has a lot of flaws and
Not correcting them,
Not avoiding them.

Life is a learning journey
To discover who we are,
Learning as if life is
one continuous lesson.

Wisdom is attained by learning
when to hold one’s tongue.
Discretion is the trusted friend of wisdom.
A wise head must possess a closed mouth.

Can't Catch Up To You

The ground you walk on will be for me
the path that I will follow.
For without you leading me where you go
my life would then be hollow.

I know the trail will be hard sometimes
for I'm not as strong as you.
But I will stumble and need your help
more times than just a few.

How you do what you do is more
that can ever meet the eye.
No one could ever keep up with you
for if they tried they'd die.

The energy you expend on each day
is more than I do in a week.
Just following you around with my eyes
makes me too tired to speak.

The only time I can catch up to you
is when you are fast asleep.
'Cause then I can synchronize my breathing
and follow the beat that you keep.

Life's Puzzles.

How you think, that's how your life is
Many knows that, you don't have to be a whiz.
As you think you pick up food and move,
If negative, your problems will be worse, never improve.

The only wise way is to be kind to yourself and others,
Do everything from the heart, don't follow the losers.
Have the real faith that your GOD is only good,
He wants to give you the best & you'll never be misunderstood.

But, if you are greedy & want what you want,
Your life will be a journey, which is unpleasant.
Problems, sickness will follow all your day,
Until you learn more wisdom to change your way.

My Little World

1 2 3 4.
1 2 3 4.
Little boy up in (? )...
Thats left behind to sin.
Moving like a camera I can watch you on my screen.
Fall into a shadow world inside of me.
Hidden like a treasure.
Secrets in my scene.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Ah, you can follow me.
Scream inside.
Whisper.
Picture in a dream.
You can talk to me and we can talk forever.
I could take you to the doorway and I can give you the way, the key.
No one here can see you, no one here but me.
Fall into our shadow, theres another world in me.
And youre invited.
And youre invited.
In the little world I make with all the little things I take...
A million ways to pass the time, in this little world of mine.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow you can follow you can follow follow follow follow follow.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
Secrets in this world.
Picture in a dream.
No one here can see you, no one here but me.
And you can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow.
In the little world I make with all the little things I take...
A million ways to pass the time, in this little world of mine.
You can follow me, follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow.
You can follow me. follow me.
You can follow me. follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
Where are we going?
You can follow me.
But where are we going?
You can follow me.
Where do you wanna go?
You can follow me.
Ok.

Scar

A grey day in February
Some flecks of white, but mostly brown
Purple surprises riding in on a nerve
Begins to excite you before it settles down
It's after the knives and the sutures and needles
I'm left with an arrow that points at my heart
I call it the seat of my sentimental sorrow
Gone seems to be one of the sum of my parts
And the night is cold
As the coldest nights are
There's a wise woman
She comes from an evening star
She says: Look for the signs
You won't have to look far
Lead with your spirit and follow
Follow your scar
A man I knew once said he wanted to see me
I said I'd been sick but was on the mend
I told him a few of the overall details
He said: That's too bad
And he's never called me again
What a gift in disguise that poor little puppy
So scared of misfortune and always on guard
A big man will love you
Even more when you're hurtin'
And a really big man
Loves a really good scar
Cause the dawn breaks
And it's breaking your heart
There's a wise woman
She sits at the end of the bar
She says: Look for the signs
You won't have to look far
Lead with your spirit and follow
Follow your scar
A grey day in February
Some flecks of white, but mostly brown
The world has tilted but
The world has expanded
And the world has turned
My world upside down
Cause the night is warm and all full of stars
There's a wise woman
She's moved right into my heart
She says: Look for the signs
You won't have to look far
Lead with your spirit and follow
Follow
Follow your scar
English translation of Gaelic:
Run with the red deer
And sing with the wind
The magic lasts
And meaning will follow
The scar is God given
As a sign for your life
Strength from your ancestors
And through your own mouth
Strength from memory
Like a tree on the wind
Show me your scar
And I will make it better

Follow the water

Follow the water
That follows the divine offering
Follow the womb that follows
The birth of a beautiful thing seen
Follow the dead body placed
Behind the place of purification
Follow the beatified soul
That will freely guide you
Follow the avengers of
Dead black sons gone soon
Follow the existence
Of your body and soul
The double make of you
Follow, follow, and follow
Where the poets go
Alone the lease traveled road
Follow the midnight cat hunting the darkness
It knows not where it goes put is up for the going
There is an adventure there
Follow the children concern with fighting
Impotent children of revolt against their own
Follow the justice slow to fill in Americus
Follow the battles of the black man
Follow the news of the pillars
Of given devotion in a famish year
Follow the two arms of the scale
That will reckon the weight of your sins in your life time
Follow the wickedness of the looker on
Who will do nothing to upset the cart of racism
And thwart all our enemies that rot the American soul
Follow the male love that in time will prevail
Against the selfish instruments of those who hate
Follow the followers who follow this poem.

Big Brother

Dont talk of dust and roses
Or should we powder our noses?
Dont live for last years capers
Give me steel, give me steel, give me pulses unreal
Hell build a glass asylum
With just a hint of mayhem
Hell build a better whirlpool
Well be living from sin, then we can really begin
Please savior, saviour, show us
Hear me, Im graphically yours
Someone to claim us, someone to follow
Someone to shame us, some brave apollo
Someone to fool us, someone like you
We want you big brother, big brother
I know you think youre awful square
But you made everyone and youve been every where
Lord, Id take an overdose if you knew whats going down
Someone to claim us, someone to follow
Someone to shame us, some brave apollo
Someone to fool us, someone like you
Someone to claim us, someone to follow
Someone to shame us, some brave apollo
Someone to fool, someone like you
Someone to claim us, someone to follow
Someone to shame us, some brave apollo
Someone to fool, someone like you
We want you big brother

Try To Remember

Words and music by tom jones and harvey schmidt from the musical the
Fantasticks
Try to remember the kind of september
When life was slow and oh so mellow
Try to remember the kind of september
When grass was green and grain so yellow
Try to remember the kind of september
When you were a young and a callow fellow
Try to remember and if you remember
Then follow--follow, oh-oh
Try to remember when life was so tender
That no one wept except the willow
Try to remember when life was so tender
That dreams were kept beside your pillow
Try to remember when life was so tender
That love was an ember about to billow
Try to remember and if you remember
Then follow--follow, oh-oh
Deep in december its nice to remember
Although you know the snow will follow
Deep in december its nice to remember
Without a hurt, the heart is hollow
Deep in december its nice to remember
The fire of september that made you mellow
Deep in december our hearts should remember
Then follow--follow, oh-oh
Follow, oh-oh

I Will Follow

Yonder mountain so high
I cant make it all on my own, no
Rolling river why so wide?
To sweep me up and to bear me on
Up against the sky so bright
That I cant even close my eyes
I know I will follow (follow love)
Yes, yes, I will follow (follow love)
I will follow (follow love)
Follow love
Growing slowly like a tree
Someday soon, darling I love you
I love you
Soft and gentle, full summer moon
Set my soul free
Thank you, baby
Drifting like a cloud in the sky
I can see myself from high above
I know I must follow (follow love)
Somehow I will follow (follow love)
I must follow (follow love)
Follow love
Oh, half the future and half the past
Theyre waiting inside your eyes
Yes, and after all of this
To last and last
Till at last its your time to rise, rise
True believer that I am
I am blind, lead me on (lead me on)
Blessed receiver of your love
I own my own time
And Ive been holding on (holding on)
Leave the word unspoken
And the spell will not be broken
And Im bound to follow, now (follow love)
I know I must go (follow love)
I must follow (follow love)
Yes, I must follow (follow love)
Someone to hold my hand (follow love)
Somebody to lead me on(follow love)
Somebody to walk beside me (follow love)
Someone to follow me now (follow love)
I must follow love (follow love)
I will fall in love
I will follow love (follow love)
Anywhere it leads me
I will follow love (follow love)
Follow love

Burned In

Come fool.
Where we create.
Follow me your life.
Set in World demise.
Lots to define.
Follow the bodies there.
Living in the past.
Said so as cold as the wind.
Cut through life.
Blind fool.
We overkill.
Chopped at the throat.
Set in burned in rot away.
Set in burned in killed away.
Burned in life of hell.
Have to survive.
Without fears of grave.
Lives left to die.
Where to? Says the mind.
You're first to die.
Set in burned in rot away.
Set in burned in killed away.
Time hurting make the change.
Time hurting waste away.
Inferior certain display.
Falls, sent to be convincing.
Be strong your alive.
Be strong to see them die.
To see them die.
Come fool we create.
Set in world demise.

Follow My Heart

I saw you at midnight, in a dream that I had.
From nowhere, you stood there, and you seemed so sad.
And a vicious decision is drivin me mad.
Should I follow my head, or follow my heart?
You were different, indifferent, unbelievably cool.
I approached you, to show you, that Im nobodys fool.
And an error, caused terror, as I sensed your dare.
Should I follow my head, or follow my heart?
Should I follow my head, or follow my heart?
Youve got the lead, baby Ive got a start.
Should I follow my head?
Should I follow my heart?
Should I follow my head, or my heart?
Follow my heart.

No Fool No More

Packed up all the pain
Left the tears outside my door
And Im not gonna be the one
Whos left out in the rain no more
I see it so clearly
The writing is on the wall
Tellin me Im gonna be
Alright after all
Now I open my eyes
And I finally wise, no, no
No fool no more
No fool no more
Not like before
Not the way it used to be
No fool no more
No tears this time
cause this time Im wise
To the game thats been goin on
And Im not gonna be no fool no more
Ooh
Oohoohoohooh
No fool
No room for sad regrets
cause the past is done and gone
And Ive learned that its time that makes you wise
And truth that makes you strong
You thought you were so cool
Pull the wool right over my heart
But now you see that you cant keep
This heart in the dark
cause I see through your eyes
Wont be blind one more time, no, no
No fool no more
No fool no more (no fool, baby)
Not like before
Not the way it used to be
No fool no more
No tears this time (no tears, baby)
cause this time Im wise (Im wise)
To the game thats been goin on (to the game, uh, uh)
And Im not gonna be no fool no more
Gonna pull my heart together
Gonna leave the past behind
Gonna get to somethin better
Put you out of my mind, yeah
Im gonna be strong
Im gonna be fine
I just want you to know
That Im not gonna be no fool no more
No fool (no, no) no more
Not like before (not like before, baby)
Not the way (not the way) it used to be (oh, no)
No fool no more (no, no, no, no, no)
No tears this time (no more tears)
cause this time Im wise (not cryin for you, baby)
To the game thats been goin on (whoa)
And Im not gonna be no fool no more (mmm, mmm, mmm, no)
No fool no more (no fool no more)
Not like before (not like before)
Not the way (no, no) it used to be (oh, ho, oh, ho, ho)
No fool no more
No tears this time (no tears this time, baby)
cause this time Im wise (cause this time Im wise, yeah)
To the game thats been goin on (alright)
And Im not gonna be no fool no more (no fool no more)
No fool (no fool) no more (no more)
Not like before (not like before)
Not the way (not the way) it used to be (it used to be)
No fool no more (oohoohooh)
No tears this time (baby, baby, baby)
cause this time Im wise (I cant waste my time on you, baby)
To the game thats been goin on (no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, uh-huh)
