Law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice and when they fail in this purpose they become the dangerously structured dams that block the flow of social progress.

Notions
Many of us state the notions of presence,
Mighty rivers flow and dive into the abyss;
Kicking me in the leg and then arms fly
For the might of rivers is high and mighty.
Let the years roll on like the seas and rivers,
Jumping along the bed of oceans,
Lulling the fight of the whirlpools.
Open a door to the heavens once they cascade,
Let the door be of love and mighty rivers justify
Our fight for survival,
For survival is the better goal for one’s trust.

Your Dance My Love
you are so beautiful when you start to dance
when all the leaves fall off from your arms
naked, i have seen everything that your earth has to offer:
your hills and trees and forest, your creeks and rivers,
your clouds and seas, your grass and flowers
i have seen them all and touched them
your hills i have climbed
your trees with sweet fruits
i have gathered them all
and bit and sucked and savored each sap and juice
its flesh and fiber
i have slept on your grass
i have smelled your flowers
i have gazed on your clouds and have taken the dive
on your seas
i have sailed on your rivers
i have bathed on your creeks
i have done everything for you to please you my love
yet why are your eyes so sad tonight?
you are like a moon fading in the dark
you are like the song of a bird dissolving in distance.

Disembarkment From The Nature
Love for the nature is always
there in my heart
I am as sensitive as
the nature
I love nature as love as
I love my mother
I am neither a tech savvy
nor development savvy
but I am nature lover at heart
I love shy butterflies
rivers without dams
i love sunsets and sun rises
which we can n't dreamt of
in our concrete jungles
With every new development make
us more insensitive, unkind
and arrogant to the nature
we always thought of above nature
we destroyed forests and building parks
we build the dams destroyed
the sanctity of rivers
we killed butterflies with pollution
and deforestation in the name of development
we lost ourselelves in
the cut throat competition
and globalization
It is not too late
let us start love the nature
let us not sacrifice the nature
on the altar of profits
if nature turns furious
it will wipe out human kind
(Dedicated to the nature lovers and who are in fighting for environment and human rights)

Twa Sisters O' Binnorie
There were twa sisters sat in a bow'r;
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
A knight cam' there, a noble wooer,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
He courted the eldest wi' glove and ring,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
But he lo'ed the youngest aboon a' thing,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
The eldest she was vexed sair,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
And sair envìed her sister fair,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
Upon a morning fair and clear,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie !)
She cried upon her sister dear,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
`O sister, sister, tak' my hand,'
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
`And let's go down to the river-strand,'
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
She's ta'en her by the lily hand,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
And down they went to the river-strand
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
The youngest stood upon a stane,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
The eldest cam' and pushed her in,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
'O sister, sister, reach your hand!'
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
'And ye sall be heir o' half my land'--
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
'O sister, reach me but your glove!'
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
'And sweet William sall be your love'--
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
Sometimes she sank, sometimes she swam,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
Till she cam' to the mouth o' yon mill-dam,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie
Out then cam' the miller's son
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
And saw the fair maid swimmin' in,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
'O father, father, draw your dam!'
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
'There's either a mermaid or a swan,'
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
The miller quickly drew the dam,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
And there he found a drown'd womàn,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
Round about her middle sma'
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
There went a gouden girdle bra'
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
All amang her yellow hair
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
A string o' pearls was twisted rare,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
On her fingers lily-white,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
The jewel-rings were shining bright,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
And by there cam' a harper fine,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
Harpèd to nobles when they dine,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
And when he looked that lady on,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
He sigh'd and made a heavy moan,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
He's ta'en three locks o' her yellow hair,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
And wi' them strung his harp sae rare,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
He went into her father's hall,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
And played his harp before them all,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
And sune the harp sang loud and clear,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
`Fareweel, my father and mither dear!'
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
And neist when the harp began to sing,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
'Twas 'Fareweel, sweetheart!' said the string,
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.
And then as plain as plain could be,
(Binnorie, O Binnorie!)
'There sits my sister wha drownèd me!
By the bonny mill-dams o' Binnorie.'

Pills, Life and Death
The doctors with their pills
plug the holes in the dikes of life
keeping the ocean of death at bay
But the dikes crumble slowly
or fast.
and the ocean takes over
to make new waves,
one following the other
some more foamy
some more relaxed
not much more than swells
one following the other
Just as the waves of life follow each other
some notorious, some titanic,
some broken by themselves or others
some joyful
but most unknown

beaver dams because my friend the beaver has a beaver dam
like beaver dams because my friend the beaver has a beaver dam

Fortunate Leaves
Fortunate Leaves.
Some leaves are dark jade and yellow, others so gleaming
pale green that you just now when they fall off trees they
will not rot on the ground but fly and join ocean, because
they are droplets of the seas that have tried life ashore for
a season, but they are glad to be back to marine life.
To ride the crest of a wave, to be a part of raw power, for
nothing can stop water from going where it wants.
Build dams and dikes it will keep the sea out for a while but
only to a great wave comes along and smashes it all. Yet it
was nice to be a leaf on an olive tree soak up the sun, to be
almost still, tickled by the summer breeze and see beautiful
butterflies, but ocean is their destiny it’s there they belong.

With the generated passion, I liked.

Water Anew
From mountain high to valley low, the warmth of springs thaw runoff comes clear cold water from the melting snow.
Spring rain, cool and clear, mist and fog, early morning's dew, creeks, rivers, lakes renew.
Though mud stained from the thaw, the water soon will clear, life sustaining, life anew.
With summer weather comes light or heavy rains, sprinkle, mist or fog, life sustaining, life anew.
With autumn arrives the cold, then frost, soon after winter follows, sleet and snow, water turns to ice.
Though covered with ice and winters snow, the water in creeks, rivers and lakes renew until springs thaw, the water still flows.
Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, water, life sustaining, life anew.

Melting Snow
Melting snow runs down from high peaks, into creeks,
over flowing waters, carry off layers of the forest floor,
nutrients, twigs, leafs and insects are all swept clean,
little creeks bulge into violent streams, and mighty rivers
churning, tumbling, and roaring down waves, into the ocean's mouth.
Melting snow on the forest floor uncovers chains of small islands,
spreading under pines and oaks and elms, low lands and high lands,
contrasting, the dark colored ground against the white melting snow,
the season of change calls to awaken the forest floor,
with a splash of melting snow, and a degree of heat,
natures cycle is complete.

Merchant Ship
A swallow swoops for flitting flies
While Johnny rubs his sleepy eyes,
(As morning reaps the rising sun)
And watches Captain's day begun:
The creeks arise from melting snows -
The Merchant Ship's in stark repose...
A rodent scrapes for scattered crumbs,
While Johnny bites his swelling tongue
(Beneath the blazing sun above)
As Captain counts the dead with love:
And while the quiet river flows
The Merchant Ship just sits and grows...
A serpent weaves amongst the weeds
And Johnny finally starts the deeds
(As evening hails the dying day)
To stop the Captain at his play:
And as the flooding rivers grow
The Merchant Ship rocks to and fro...
An owl above has watchful eyes,
She watches hard as Johnny dies
(Beneath the broken sky of gloom)
While tumbling Captain to his doom:
And with the raging undertow
The Merchant Ship is sucked below...
A chipper bird drinks morning dew
And Johnny Junior starts anew
(He's bathing in the dawning rays)
To rectify the former days:
And creeks arise from melting snow
As virgin rivers start to flow...

A silent pond
Lotuses, Lilies and some insects cajole with me
And I know they never leave me alone.
But I like to see the flowing rivers, creeks and seas
My unseen faraway relatives.
Oh! I am just a stagnant waters here
And no strange waves or peculiar sounds.
When gossip birds sing their beauty
Certainly I get depressed of my usual isolation.

Loved
I love those in need of it,
When they loved me mostly due to innocence.
My living and my dying is exact,
Our brethren refer to their tomes and sages
For this exactness to be accomplished,
For our learning confounds the oppressors of life,
Who want our cycles and loops to stumble.
The reminding is superior with those in love,
For when you love those in need of it
They shimmer, and swim along rivers of milk,
For sweet love is engineered by those who rule
The lovers and the loved.
