wake up early. Fold your blanket smoothly

It is your day today. Tell the servant

Tell your mama, you are going to

Smile. Laugh. Think of happy moments.
Sadness shall have no place in your heart.
At least today, a very important day of

Wipe out the tears of yesteryears.
Do not make mountains of your moles

Do not disappoint them. They are

IT is your birthday today. Cheers

Tribute to The Garcia Family

Today your life begins all over again,
Today you have the opportunity to be happy in it,
Today you shall experience love, and feel the warmth
Of everyone who loves you more than yesterday.
Today you can choose what to carry with you and what
To leave behind.
Today you have to live your life as you know best.

For today is Golden as today is here, and you are here
To give and accept the love that is deserving.
Today is the culmination of every day past and future too,
For it will be what ever you decide to make it do,
Therefore know the truth, that there is someone out there
That is thinking and loving you.

Oh Happy Birthday, Happy Birhday

I want to wish you a Happy Birthday
It was the day that you were born
Birthday oh Happy Birthday is the day.

Come see all the presents on the table
There is also a cake with many candles
It is a lucky day for all that are able.

Happy, Happy Birthday my good friend
It is a span that comes only once a year
Enjoy the moment till it comes to an end.

You see the lights are still fiery on the cake
There waiting for you to blow them out
Please will you do your part and stay awake

No tears please not allowed on this occasion
I know age grows older on this event
Why I don’t know, time doesn’t go on vacation

So happy salutes to you on your moment
Cherish the time it will never return
Celebrate, give, smile and try to be consent.

The lights are finally out on your cake,
And all the gifts were ripped open
All seemed to end in a sudden break.

Happy Birthday and hope you enjoyed the day
No more presents and no more wishes
Now one has to grow and see what comes this way.

More Than Happy Birthday

I wish you more
Than a happy birthday.
I wish you
Angels in the morning.
The brightest
Lightest dawning.
With chorus exquisite.
As the sun pays a visit
To your heart.

I wish you more
Than candles on a cake.
Astral diamonds
Hung
Over a moonstruck lake.
A scent from a blazing array.
Colours blooming
Especially for today.
And my heart
That I only gave away
To you.

I wish you more
Than gifts tied with bows.
I offer serenity
And a single red rose.
With a loving kiss
That never fades
But grows.
I have sent you sweet promises
On a summer breeze.
Delivered by Heaven
With ecstasies
Of love and moonlight to come.
Like a symphony
Your memory will hum.
Long after delights
Float away.
My darling
I wish you more
Than a happy birthday
Today.

Affirmations(2002-2004)

Today, I will get up before my alarm
Today, I won't close my eyes until dusk
Today, I will not get a speeding ticket
Today, I will count this day as a first
Today, I will enjoy the life that has been left to me
Today, I won't frown over the may-have-beens
Today, I won't cry over the should-have-beens
Today, I won't wonder about the could-have-beens

Today, I'll smile.......Today, I'll Laugh.... Today, I'll relax

Today, I won't feel alone because I don't see you
Today, I'll find something new that wasn't true of you
Today, I won't be afraid to look upon a new face
Today, I'll step up and take my place
Today, I won't think about what I've lost
Today, I'll look forward instead of behind
Today, I'll find some piece of mind

Today, I'll hope.... Today, I'll pray... Today, I'll believe

Today, I'll dream as if I always did
Today, I'll wish on a star the way I used to
Today, I'll reach for the heavens and sigh
Today, My heart will start to heal
Today, the biggest miracle is ME.
Today, Yesterday's problems ceased to be
Today, the rain has stopped and the sun has returned
Today, the breath of kindness is found in words

Today, I wonder.... Today, I am a child.

Happy Birthday, Dear Octogenarian Poet! May You Live Longer!

We heard today 'tis your happy birthday!
Eighty-one years had slipped away smoothly;
Thank God, you are just what you are today;
Our life must go on as per destiny!

Despite all strife, life has been kinder still;
What you had done, not many can ev'r do;
The good thing is you are not very ill!
God's wisdom and blessings reach but a few.

Each one's life-span is set by God Himself;
He gives us freedom to reduce/ prolong;
Man's work is judged not by his accrued pelf;
Ev'n now, your life just stays a blissful song!

Yet, none prevent the changes around us;
The strongest man has weaknesses galore;
God's work that's prime, if you do without fuss,
Can open yet, another wider door!

Age does not matter but your mind and heart;
Health will be good if your soul stays quite pure;
And if you'd been righteous right from the start,
To ripe old age, God helps you well endure!

May You Live Longer! "

Today My Friend Died

Today my friend died,
I still cant believe my eyes.
It seems like my world has ended.
Today my friend died,
the cute face and sweet smile,
keeps flashing in front of my eyes.
Today my friend died,
my first and last best friend.
She was waiting for this day,
as she had only sorrows and troubles with her.
Today my friend died,
the friend who cared about me,
the friend who solved my problem,
the friend who always fought with life.
Today my friend died,
and I think,
I am filled with problems with no solution,
a human with no confidence,
today I am here with no hope,
I am here today without happiness.
Today my friend died,
she has stepped into my life,
as a spirit of mine.
I cannot express how important she is to me.
Today my friend died,
I recall my memories with her,
and cry....

Be Happy

If you choose to live your life,
This way, that way, any other way,
Make sure you live your life happily,
Enjoy living this life every second, daily,
Have fun that you choose the best,
Have friends to accompany to last,
Have the satisfaction in your heart,
Have faith in you always, not least,
But when thinking of whatever done today,
Should not bring tears in your eyes,
Whatever you do today,
Should not hurt you tomorrow,
Let whatever you do today,
be the extension of yesterday's happiness,
and the foundation for tomorrow's,
Happy memory.

Is It Luck?

My socks and shoes always match
Is it luck?
Theres a foot at the end of each of my legs
Is it luck? I can play my bass for you
Is it luck? some gals like to kiss my face
Is it luck? is it luck?
There was food inside your mouth today
Is it luck? your barber cuts your hair just so
Is it luck? when the taste of sex is on your lips
Is it luck? is it luck?
Cyanide works oh so fast
Is it luck? polyester makes you sweat
Is it luck? if a graham cracker gets you off
Is it luck
Love. love?
Is it luck? is it luck?
(additional lines: she said she wanted my body not my mind so i
Showed her my dictionary to show the words that I know and how
Loquacious I can be when I set my mind down to it, and she wasnt
Impressed. she wasnt impressed at all.

I Wondered If You Were Alright

When you wake up in the morning
with no smile upon your face,
and you think everyone’s against you
and in life you have no place.

You’re going through the motions
and just getting through your day,
and everyday you ask yourself
why should life be this way.

No money to build your dreams on
barely enough to get you by.
No one to love, hug, or kiss you,
or to dry a tear from your eye.

No one to share your troubles with,
because no one wants to know.
Your life is passing you quickly by
and you have no place to go.

I used to see you out with friends
when I went out Saturday nights,
but for a while you’ve not been there
and I wondered if you were alright.

I’ve missed your smiling eyes and sparkle,
and your laughter about the place.
Would you like to smile and laugh again,
and show the world your happy face?

I suppose I’m asking to take you out
to anywhere you would feel at ease.
Please give your life a second chance
and help me to help you, please.

Some Questions For You This Morning

do you smile?
or have you forgotten how to smile to people

do you know that they too
are lonely and scared?

do you know what a hug means?

do you hug
the homeless ones?

you use things
no argument about that

you use people?
that can be a good question for you today

do you love yourself?
yes yourself too?

not just them in co-dependency

wash your face
with the gentleness of water in your hands
dove soap it

wipe your face and look at yourself in the mirror
comb your hair

spray perfume in your hair
the smell of lemon grass

you don't like it?
pick your choice

you have choices
you make decisions

please yourself
be free
and come to me

thus says the Lord your friend for a lifetime
beside you
as always
