At The Circle
at the circle
which is so enticing
to be part
of those inside
it, i try to look
like one of them
as i arrange the
fold of my hair
put saliva on
my hand
to put some
gloss on my
skin and forehead
they all laugh
and i am too dumb
to understand
the reason why
they are all laughing
they say
it is funny
that i am funny
and i try to laugh
with them
in order to feel
that i belong
they continue laughing
and i begin to think
that they must be drunk
and i am the only
one sober
quite a positive attitude
to keep my
confidence
but no
they still keep on
laughing
and they they do
not even know my name
they're not interested
or if they are
only among themselves
in their own
witty world as i
think again and step
out from their
demarcations
and then
i smile going back
home
my own place
here with my own
limited confidences.

Laughing
I'm laughing at your funny face
I'm laughing at this funny place
I'm laughing in my space
I'm laughing at a fast pace
I'm laughing and cannot stop
I'm laughing feeling the bop
I'm laughing at your top
I'm laughing with a cop
My stomach hurts
My cheeks are sore
Yet I want to laugh some more
Just want to laugh day and night
Want to laugh 'cause it feels alright
I'm laughing with Pat
I'm laughing at the cat
I'm laughing at the mat
I'm laughing as the cat sat
Giggle, Giggle, Giggle
Giggle, Giggle, Giggle
Giggle, Giggle.

Its Funny
It’s funny how you break me down
And yet I’m still there waiting
How you yell and scream
And I’m still there trying.
Its funny how you get away
With the crap you do.
Well I’m not laughing
Because it’s just
Sad that you manipulate
Me the way you do.
Make me feel guilty
When I try to express myself!
It’s funny how you have
So much control over MY world,
And how push my buttons and
I refrain from do anything at all.
Its funny how play your cards,
Thinking I’d never leave.
Well no ones laughing anymore
Everyone can now see
You will no longer have control
Over me! No longer be the cause
Of my tears, no longer tell me what to do.
It’s funny, the way you’re
Looking at me all pathetic,
It’s funny the way I tipped the
Tables. Yes I’m laughing now,
I can finally fly and have no worries.
Your reign is done, the moments
Are gone, I think its funny that now
You’ll suffer what I have for many months.

Everybodys Laughing
Sammy lerner / ben oakland
Everybodys laughing
Yes everybodys laughing
They know that you and I are through
And everybodys laughing
I told the world you loved me
And bragged about it proudly
But since they know its over
Theyre laughing at me loudly.
People love to linger
So they can point a finger
And tear apart a gal whose heart
Was taken through the wringer
It we could start all over
The laugh might be on them
But meanwhile
Everybodys laughing
It we could start all over
The laugh might be on them
But meanwhile
Everybodys laughing

All of that thick time without you
Has made me so thick and drunk
And its okay to laugh about it
I said, its okay to laugh about it
Running twice as fast to stay in the same place
Dont catch my breath to the end of teh day
And Id rather be shot in the face
Then hear what youre going to say
One day the wind will come up
And youll come up empty again
-and wholl be laughing then? -
Youll come up empty again
No reasons-no explainations-so play the violins
Its always funny until somone gets hurt...
And then its just hilarious!
You beat me every time you blink
If only I did not have to think
Think about you crackin a smile
Think about you all the while
On the ricochet - its going to hit you
Its always funny until someone gets hurt
You can laugh at me - when it misses you

Funny moments shared with her
Funny moments shared with her
Lodged inside my head
Laughing loud just having fun
Alive and never dead
Funny moments shared with her
Sometimes hot or cold
Never will it be the same
The story I've been told
Funny moments shared with her
Will bring a smile to me
Oh baby can we laugh once more
I'm missing us the we

Cry Now Laugh Later
Cry now, laugh later.
Its time now to return the favor,
Cry now, laugh laugh later.
I dont know why Im laughing,
Im still wet from the rain,
I dont know why Im laughing,
Im still spotted from the stain.
I dont know why Im laughing,
Im burning from the flame,
I dont know why Im laughing,
Theres a storm running through my veins.
Cry now, laugh later,
Cry now, laugh later,
Sign out, Ill see you later,
Time now to return the favor.
You know I aint lying,
Its so unreal on the other side,
Ill tell you why Im crying,
Dads ten grand on a 4 wheel drive,
I thought they wanted money,
Two thieves as they were passing by,
They tied me up so lonely,
And took the car out from under my eyes.
Cry now, laugh later,
Cry now, Ill get you later,
Im just too tired now to return the favor,
Cry now laugh later.
I dont know why Im laughing,
Immigration breathing down my back,
Aint got no money for a pay off,
Stay in jail until they send me back,
I dont know why Im laughing,
Im still hurting from the pain,
A foreigner in this hell hole,
He aint never gunna touch me again.
Cry now, laugh later,
Its time now to return the favor,
Youe got me crying now,
Ill laugh at you later,
Time now to return the favor.
I dont know why Im laughing,
Im still wet from the rain,
I dont know why Im crying,
Im still spotted from the stain.
You know I aint lying,
Im burning burning up from the flame,
I dont know why Im laughing,
Ive got the storm running through my veins.
Cry now, laugh later,
Baby got to sign out return later,
Just too tired now to return the favor.
Cry now, laugh later...

Sparkle
The pressure builds, you buy a gift
Youre hoping that your dread will lift
It glitters on her like a glass
You shudder as it comes to pass
Apologize to luce and lil
Converse with ed, a drive with jill
Your friends confine you in their worlds
One by one, a string of pearls
Confuse you say, this isnt me
You hover in their unity
Ashamed, you slowly lose your grasp
Release the links, undo the clasp
The skin that drips down from the tree
And peels back slowly from your knee
Erupts into your lung and heart
You laugh and laughing, fall apart
Laugh and laughing, fall apart(x28)
Laugh and laughing fall apart(x14)

Thats Not Really Funny
Did you think that I would laugh when you said I was small
Did you think that that would pass as if nothing at all
You say a lot of funny things, my little bunny
And I almost always laugh, but thats not really funny
You play the little bells and tell a good story
You bake delicious pie and thats enough for me
But I dont think that Im your man, and youre my little honey
And I like what you have to say, but thats not really funny
You must not continue to wear my ? ? like me
The neighbour children threw the window to the sea
The little boy will wipe his nose bacause its runny
Then point at me and laugh, but thats not really funny

My Funny Man
Love makes many lose temper
Others get hurt
Some even cry and forget about their existence
Unlike my funny man
He is always happy
Laughing and cracking jokes all the time
Amazing how funny he is
When in trouble he stays calm
He stands still and plans ahead
No time for worries
His presence hinders me from remembering
all snares the world brings
Because of him I refuse to think
the world contains stubborn men
His funny stories never cease
and my happiness will last forever with my funny man
Little by little he is turning me into a funny woman
I can feel the changes in me
There is always a smile on my face
Whenever I talk, he laughs and becomes happier
I know I am his funny woman
What a pleasure to have my funny man around!

Done take your pill
Just a bit late
Dont talk stupid girl!
(HER)
You know its something
To feel this way honey
I dont need a doctor
To feel your baby

Get your hand out my pocket
What you laughing for

Laughing At Ourselves
Some people have this tenancy
to make others feel sad,
some even torment just
to make others get mad.
Little ole me
I like to brighten up
everyone’s day with laughter
by telling a joke or two,
because I feel that laughter
is the best medicine
to get rid of the blues.
The world can be a funny place
if you stop and look at it for a while.
Everything has its funny side,
even in the darkest day.
An incoherent message
that makes no sense at all
some would find funny
and end up curled up on the floor.
So whatever you are doing
look on the funny side of it
for nothing can be funnier
than laughing at ourselves.

Fundamental of Liar Chapter XXII: Laugh
there's laugh, forced laugh
laugh, gentle rejection without word
laugh, looking sympathy with laugh
laugh but actually doesn't laugh
hiding anger, hiding pain
cheerful laugh but alone inside
why you try hard to impress people?
tired and wounded more
laughing your foolish joke
and crying life in the dark room
laugh for yourself
laugh with your heart
and you'll never regret to try an honest laugh

The Innocent Children
Tiny Smiles,
Light up the Room,
by the children,
You can hear their laughter,
down the hall,
the funny part is,
their laughing at nothing at all,
How is it that somewhere
between the ages of twelve
and fourteen,
you lose that sweet
laughter,
and you become serious,
You no longer find simple things funny,
you watch your weight,
and care only about money,
for a new pair of expensive jeans,
or those wonderful shoe,
I just sit and I muse
Why dont I laugh like that anymore?
And smile while im just thinking?
Where did my childhood go?

Joint Laughter
We laugh at the same funny things,
Our quick sense of humour just springs
From being together,
Whatever the weather,
It's wonderful what such laughter brings.
We can each see the funny side, that's true,
But of course we can sometimes be blue,
But if one of us is down,
Then the others a clown
Enticing a smile to break through.
Sometimes, when we're both very tired,
And we feel that we're electrically wired,
Something just makes us smile,
And after a while,
We can laugh, which is just what's required.
I won't say there's not sadness in life,
But try looking beyond all the strife,
We keep smiling along,
Till the sadness has gone,
That's the delight of being 'husband and wife'.

They Tell You This And That
they make the rules
they play their own games and they decide who's in who's out
who's it....
sometimes we surrender in the nook seeing them play the games
we try to understand the rules and abide
but sometimes, yes sometimes, just sometimes
we feel there's something wrong with their rules
just them inside the circle and just us outside their circle
and they all laugh at us
outsiders, barbars, strangers, aliens
got tired about names and labels just like you
and i make my own circle
circle of friends, circle of principles, circle of rules
where i am in and they are out and i also learn my own kind of laughter
side by side with them
i make my own world with my own kind of building blocks
step by step, inch by inch, block by block
i make this circle
i am in now and they are outside forever
i am free and they are in their own prisons now
i laugh and they cry.
this is my world
this is my confidence
and from that time on i said to myself
i am unique i am indestructible i am no copy cat i am original
in my own way i am king and in my own place this is my castle
i am myself now.

Youre Laughing At Me
I love you which is easy to see
But I have to keep guessing how you feel about me
You listen to the words that I speak
But I feel that you listen with your tongue in your cheek
Youre laughing at me
I cant get sentimental
For youre laughing at me I know
I want to be romantic but I havent a chance
Youve got a sense of humor, and humor is death to romance
Youre laughing at me
Why do you think its funny
When I say that I love you so?
Youve got me worried and Im all at sea
For while Im crying for you
Youre laughing at me

How To Make You Funny?
How to make you funny?
And you are always funny,
You hide it and
It is still funny,
And that makes me laugh.
How to make you serious?
And you can not be serious,
Funny is funny,
And being seriously funny is not that funny,
And you laugh.
How to tell you a joke?
And you are the funniest joke
That makes you more funny and serious
While you are drinking and thinking
At the risk
Of spilling the juice of your lips
At my laugh.

I'm Funny
I am fuuny
thats who am i
I am funny
Make u laugh n cry
I am funny
Do funny things
I am funny
I like to play with strings
I am funny
And i don't care
I look funny in my underwear
It's funny that im funny
Thats what i like to be
So lets be funny together
Be funny like me
When Happiness Is Illusive
When happiness is illusive
it is like a lingering dream
funny sometimes
to see you cry with a smile
with tears of joy
taking their own directional path
and meandering in happiness
on face and flesh
the tears being born out of a womb
where the story was told
where the echo from laughing
gave birth to a new friendship
a holistic feeling of closeness and comfort
more healing in its creation
laughing forever
laughing while time is not watching over you
laughing is your spirit and soul
echoing with the tears in your eyes
even unable to remember
when happiness is illusive.
