A Flow

when we are in bed
we become like two rivers
flowing with each other.

when my face gets too
near your face we become
like two mountains separated
by a moon rising from
a deep forest

my tongue becomes roots
and looks for the place
where water freely falls
on a ground that is
wet and soft

and you too become like me
flowing, wanting for an opening
wanting to fill a space
of our common emptiness

when we fuse like profuse
lights from opposite directions
on a very faint rainfall
we make a rainbow
between two cliffs

when we hold hands we are
like two creeks meeting and
then forming a channel
that fuse looking for the entrance
towards the sea

and when we start to kiss and
make love and letting go every
worry and anxiety that we have
when we are finished we feel

we have found the gateway to
the sea and there we lose ourselves
to the vastness of the oceans
to the deepest of its floors

and then we are complete.
we become entwined with the universe.

The Fuse

Down at the court house theyre ringin the flag down
Long black line of cars snakin slow through town
Red sheets snappin on the line
With this ring will you be mine
The fuse is burning
(shut out the lights)
The fuse is burning
(come on let me do you right)
Trees on fire with the first falls frost
Long black line in front of holy cross
Blood moon risin in a sky of black dust
Tell me baby who do you trust?
The fuse is burning
(shut out the lights)
The fuse is burning
(come on let me do you right)
Tires on the highway hissin somethings coming
You can feel the wires in the tree tops bummin
Devils on the horizon line
Your kiss and Im alive
A quiet afternoon, an empty house
On the edge of your bed you slip off your blouse
The room is burning with the noon sun
Your bittersweet taste on my tongue
The fuse is burning
(shut out the lights)
The fuse is burning
(come on let me do you right)

Mountain Peak

We came together on the highest mountain on this earth.
As years went by we separated into rivers
from the tears this mountain cried.
We all fell into different rivers flowing though
forests, rocks, and waterfalls.
No matter what season we came across
we continued flowing.
We are rivers that started in the mountains,
and rivers that separated as we went through
many waterfalls.
Sometimes we travel together,
and other times we travel alone.
Always remember that these same rivers
that travel many miles through the earth
are once again together when it reaches its final destination
the “Ocean”
So, rivers that started up high in the mountains
and then separated are united
again as a family.

Life is short, running like the wind (Song)

God Created, Given as a life.
Touching the people, leaving the people
Moving from place to place
Life is short, running like the wind.

Flowing through the valleys, touching the water
Flowing through the mountains, touching the cliffs
Flowing through the deserts,
Flowing on the oceans and
Running around the earth.
Life is short, running like the wind.

Touching the people, spinning the lives
Touching the old and touching the young
Touching the women and touching the men
Flowing on the ground and playing with the kids.
Life is short, running like the wind.

Running through the villages,
Gushing through the towns,
Swirling in the deserts,
Storming on the oceans,
Touching the earth and calming down.
Life is short, running like the wind.

Touching the flowers, spreading the fragrance
Flowing in the sky and flying the kites
Speeding in the places and spinning the windmills
Running on the rivers and pushing the boats
Life is short, running like the wind.

Days are in and nights are out
Seasons are spinning, time is running
Teja is playing, music sheet is ending
Life is short, running like the wind.

Eyes are closing, dreams are flowing
Going into sleep and day is moving
Life is short, running like the wind.

We Disconnect

we disconnect because the link is weak
and the burden on the shoulder
is too heavy,

we carry an emptiness
like a cape without rain

we disconnect only to find other links ready
we lose and we shy away from regret
the fingers weaken
and the mind gropes for more like hands
wanting to touch another soft body in the dark

we disconnect only to fuse again
this time more cautious
whom, what, when
and why

Wanting To Be Near You

Wanting to be near you.
Wanting to be near you,
Once again.
Baby.
And wanting you to know,
I am your friend...
Until the end.

Somedays I feel defeat.
And this shows.
Somedays I'm not as strong...
Or comfortable.

I can be weak in mind.
And from time to time...
I am needing more from you!

You're deep within my heart.
This you should know.
Right from the very start,
We were one.

And if I've said or done,
Something you can't forgive.
Please tell me then and there!
Make me be aware,
Instantly!
Baby.
I'm wanting to be near you!
Wanting to be near you,
Once again.
'Til the end.

And wanting you to know,
I am your friend...
With no one and nothing,
In between!

Wanting to be near you.
Wanting to be near you,
Once again.
Baby.
And wanting you to know,
I am your friend...
Until the end,
Of time!

I am wanting to be near you.
Come what may.
Everyday...
We live.

Light And Lightness Of Our Beings

let the soft light land on my face
let it stay there for a while
as i close my eyes
and lay myself in the lightness
of my being

my hands are soft as
the hair of a rabbit
my lips open
to let my tongue wet
its red sides

i am as light as a feather
lifted up by air
i become light myself
rising from the walls
and the ceiling

i am freedom from
sanity i am the conqueror
of the logical order
there are no numbers
just an open space

there are no days now
and neither do nights exist

i am eternal
and i am inside this
space beyond
any space

i am a ray of light
i am a shooting star
i am a black hole
i am lost and no one
shall ever find me

except you, the one i love.
you make me feel so light.
i am carried away.
hold me and kiss me.
i am all yours.

Once In A Lifetime

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful
Wife
And you may ask yourself-well...how did I get here?
Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.
And you may ask yourself
How do I work this?
And you may ask yourself
Where is that large automobile?
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house!
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife!
Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...
Water dissolving...and water removing
There is water at the bottom of the ocean
Carry the water at the bottom of the ocean
Remove the water at the bottom of the ocean!
Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/in the silent water
Under the rocks and stones/there is water underground.
Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.
And you may ask yourself
What is that beautiful house?
And you may ask yourself
Where does that highway go?
And you may ask yourself
Am I right? ...am I wrong?
And you may tell yourself
My god!...what have I done?
Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/in the silent water
Under the rocks and stones/there is water underground.
Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

Bomb

With blankness staring back at me
and screaming from the pages
I feel the fear of apathy
gripping me, pushing me
on top of everything
in the corner with a view.
I turn off the fluorescent tubes.
This is the bomb that I've been waiting for (looking for)
You finally lit the fuse
thats in my head.
Yes, you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.
With nothingness on top of me
and bleeding from my folder,
who can stop the emptiness?
Don't let it take me over.
I've been sinking down
further into nothing.
I've been waiting long,
longer than for some things.
This is the bomb that i've been waiting for (living for)
You finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.
Yes, you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head,
and you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.
Yes, you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.

A world of love

A world of love
~
To all the world is love
and love is to all the world
where a heart finds a home
and a smile says so much
where a soul is found
a gazing look lights the eye
that song, that joy
all that is beautiful
love is all the world
and still more besides
love is the star lit heavens
the endless sky
the bottomless oceans
and flowing rivers
the mountains and forest
love is home
where the heart is found

Advice To The Newly Wed

let the pillars be far
do not fuse them like a rope
for the space
has to be respected

in there the air comes
to cool
the room and to hold the
house firmly
above the ground

the arms of the furniture
spread
for the tired man to sleep

the floors are ready to
embrace
the births of kids

outside the trees are stretching hands
reaching the sky

let there always be space
that lovers need

Emptiness Is Both An Illusion And An Irony

emptiness is always an illusion
which carries with it an irony.

when i look at it, as its content shows,
it has nothing

bare hands, opening fingers,
an empty transparent ball, it can

tell your future, it can dig your
past,

thinking that it is spacious, i went
inside it, pierce myself though it

only to find that that are so many
crowding elements in there and they

are choking me and you who is looking
outside it, thinks that nothing is happening

but then the struggle is horrible, quick
and even deadly, so many hang themselves in

empty air, and lose their lives, because
you cannot see the body of breathing,

when you learn to live with it however,
you become full, emptiness is its irony,

its antithesis, for how can you ever be full
if you have never known how to empty yourself?

the face of emptiness is a mist, and you touch
it, you will hold a forest, so many black birds,

myriad exotic orchids, so many blending sounds of
trees screaming, of creeks flowing of waterfalls

cascading that you can relate to the locks of
your hair and the hairs of your armpits,

inside it is too personal to be told, outside it
are so many denials with the faces of the people

that you have loved before, and then you decide
to stay at a distance, you are like a tree

dark as a shadow, counting the hours
when the sun finally fades away.

Wanting Out

I turned around
and there you were
standing in front of me
i can't ignore
the fact that you were back for more
It's kind of funny when you think about it
It's kind of hard to agree to disagree
now we're back to the start
no buts, no buts
but you want me back
so take me away
'cause I don't wanna be found
I should learn to speak up
When enough is enough
and I'm wanting out
and I'm wanting out
I saw you smiling in that photograph
and I remember how we used to laugh
but that was then
forgive and forget
that was easiest
so take me away
'cause I don't wanna be found
I should learn to speak up
When enough is enough
and I'm wanting out
and I'm wanting out------
ohhh
dadadadada dadada ohhh
And I don't know if I can get through this
and I never knew that before
you make up your mind
and suddenly find you're wanting more
so take me away
'cause I don't wanna be found
I should learn to speak up
When enough is enough
ohh
and I'm wanting out
and I'm wanting out
so take me away
'cause I don't wanna be found
I should learn to speak up
When enough is enough
ohh
and I'm wanting out
ohh
and I'm wanting out
and I'm wanting out
and I'm wanting out
and I'm wanting out

Welcome into my world
Waiting for you at the door step lonely
Longing for your love completely
Opening my heart for you widely
Wanting to hold your heart in me deeply

Welcome into my world
Let me stay with you closely
Let me touch you tenderly
Let me feel you lovingly
Let me kiss you softly

Welcome into my world
Make a place for me in your heart
Make a place for me in your future

Serenading Spirits

Holding our hands to make a spiritual fence,

Wanting to be together

And to make our dreams come true.

Hearing whispering spirits serenading us,

Clenching our fists,

Raising our opened hands,

Flowing our ideas down through our wrists,

Blazing in our bones

The moans of our tongues,

Our ideas forming a whirlwind within itself,

Blending our time and our space,

Those seconds becoming irregular

In the intersection between spaces,

Hearing whispering spirits serenading us.

We Are Converging

Wanting to be heard.
Wanting to be valued.
Wanting to be acknowledged.
Wanting to sustain a way of life...
Fading.
To emerge once again and surge.
Wanting to be admired.
Wanting most to be thought as best!
Wanting to imprint an impression...
That conflicts and unrest,
Did not from them initiate...
The perpetuating of protests.
Nor did the rise of destruction, fear and insecurities...
Leave this world in a chaotic mess.

We are converging!
And peace...
Will be the final test.
Many want.
Many wish.
Many hope to fill all hearts with love.
Instead of a digressive emptiness.

Lend me your Lips

Dear Love,

Lend me your Lips
For just one moment,
One day,
Once in your Lifetime
And I'll make them mine
Forever...

And you may go
Anywhere thereafter...
Any place in this world
You'll remember...
How your lips were mine
For that one moment
And how Forever...
That one moment
Became ours and ours alone.

You'll cherish that mark of mine
Those nibbles and those suckles,
Those bites of Love -
Those teasings of my tongue
Probing you in...
And you, slowly and slowly
Losing your firmness
That stiffness of your tight lips
Letting me in...

And me gaining entry -
Into those, closed lips of yours
Opening them up, like the
Blooming petals of a rose
And then, the nectar of love
Flowing from my lips
Washing you all over
Above and below,
Inside and out -
The upper and lower
Contours of your Lips.

Dear Love,
Lend me your Lips
For one last time
Let this be the First
And the last time
Ever...

I'll kiss you, smooch you
Feel you deep inside -
With my lingering lips
On the creases and folds
Of your moistened mouth.
Wetting you all over...
With the dripping wine
The bitter-sweet saline
Of my very seductive
Thirsty Lips...

Lend me your Lips, My Love
And let me imprint it
With the seal of a Lover
On her Beloved's Lips
And let this Kiss
Be once and Forever
For you to carry
In all your travels...
In your vivid memories
Of this soft and arousing
Tender love-making
Of my Lips
Entwined around yours.

Like the Dance of Serpents
Coiling in Love...
Fanging each other
With the sweet taste of poison.
Merging their mouths
Into unexplored trails of
Giddy Intoxication...
To make them endure -
And last them a lifetime
Of painful separation.

What Words Can I Say?

i make life
i want to make life for both of us
the one filled with cheers like the sparkling
champagne on a thin, fragile, transparent glass
so we too can have
very careful fingers to hold it
or it breaks
shatters on the stone floors
and you weep picking up the pieces
your tears cannot ever glue them
whole again

i want to make life and love with you
on words
no no no, not on words alone
on actions and concrete hands that touch your face and make it
warm
i put the sun
and let the water run on the rivers

i want to make love with you
let us leave life for a while
let us close our mouths with words and letters and lines
tonight, i will put the moon and the stars

i like the windows closed
it is too cold
and my bed is small for both of us

Im In Love

I’m in love is that what this is this truly what I’m felling
It’s for you and only you its why my heart is beating
I can’t keep my mind of you it’s just impossible to do
You just make me feel complete like no other can

The love it’s flowing out of me from the floor to ceiling
And the wonderful feeling I get from every meeting
It’s just the way I feel for no other no one just you
You and your smile alone can make me feel bigger than any man

Your making me laugh I don’t think you even mean to
Making me smile from ear to ear of which I can not help
You’re making my ego large just by letting me know that you love me
And the thing is you don’t even have to say anything I just know

And now the question begs would I ever let you go NO
When someone says that I don’t love you they expect me to be a welp
Because I’m not a welp I do love you they just don’t see
And now Ive expressed myself I think its time to go on the down low

Entwined In Concepts

Both of their minds were entwined in concepts of relationships.
Wanting their own to be one that was perfect.
And defining that with having good credit.
With things believed that would keep them in bliss.

And when these 'things' began to lose their sheen...
Less interest in themselves slowly could be seen.
The need to constantly be together became a non-necessity.
With a wish to be alone in one's own space.
In a place the other was either invited...
Or not invited to be.

And a love between them,
Although expressed...
Was missed.
Leaving dreams and desires,
To be held and kissed...
Becoming less obsessive.
And often dismissed.

As those things cherished gathered dust with time.
There was an emptiness felt!
And invited.
Under one roof where no happiness once there,
For them.
No longer, for them, they could find!

Yet and regretfully...
Both of their minds were entwined in concepts of relationships.
Wanting their own, they did, to be one that was perfect.
And defining that with having good credit.
Loans and debts could not keep this correct.
With things believed that would keep them in bliss.
Gone was 'that' and any remnants of happiness.

And when their credit became less than good.
They found themselves in arguments...
Blaming the other for a wasted life spent.
And agreeing to split is what they should do,
To prove this less the expensive.

With a being together for them now making less sense.
As they express to others,
They've done the best they could.
But a love to make better wasn't theirs to save.
Nor was it there from the beginning!
And this had been the costly mistake they made!
