Santa's Big Night
“We’re done” yelled the chubby Chief-Elf
A pleased expression on his ruddy face
As he set the last toy upon a bulging shelf
(A cute doll dressed up in pretty lace)
“Santa will be pleased” said Mrs. Claus
Placing her tired hands on rounded hips
“Elves put away your hammers & saws”
A kindly smile forming on her rosy lips
In strode Santa all dressed in red 'n white
“Filler up”, he tossing down an empty sack
“Make ready my sleigh, I leave at midnight”
“I’ll need three elves to help me pack”
Aloft, as workshop clock struck midnight chime
The elves heard Santa say…
“Its Hawaiian sun for me come summertime”

Merry Christmas Santa Happy New Year
Santa Claus had done his very merry best.
He was almost ready for Christmas.
The reindeer were eager to make a start.
The elves were packing toys furiously,
Like there was no tomorrow.
Yes, time waits for no man...
Santa Claus made a final inspection.
His sleigh was in tip-top condition.
Everyone stopped to say the Christmas Prayer.
The magic moment was upon them all.
Once in his sleigh, he gave them a wave.
Suddenly Santa was on his way...
The reindeer flew above the clouds
With Rudolph's red nose aglow...
And Santa sang the song he wrote
Then shared out some of the mince pies.
Three hours later, the mince pies had run out
And half the world had received their presents.
Just three more hours left to do.
Rudolph's red nose was still shining bright.
Santa was getting tired, but didn't get caught.
Finally the last chimney was in sight...
Then it was all over and done with.
Santa's sleigh was empty. Well done, everybody!
Back at the North Pole, the party was on!
Santa's other half was rather merry.
The elves were dancing on the tables.
The forest fairies were visiting again.
Santa returned and the reindeer joined the party.
Rudolph had a few drinks... Ah, bless!
They don't call him the red nose reindeer for nothing!

Childrens Christmas Story
12/05/10
Santa s workshop is as busy as can be
All the elves working frantically.
Christmas day is almost here, and the toys
Must be ready for the Christmas cheer.
The elves have but one thing in mind
And that’s to get the toys made in time.
All year long they are making these toys
And they play like all girls and boys.
For every 500 toys they make
They could swim in the indoor lake.
They have picnics and outdoor games
And no two are ever the same.
Have you ever played hide and seek in the snow?
Where you’re dressed all in white and they don’t know.
Or ridden on a caribou
and so many Other things that you can do.
Or playing with polar bears, walruses and seals.
Imagine how that would feel.
Or putting on the tails and tie
And wobbling with the penguins side by side.
There are so many games that the elves do play
And that’s one of the reasons that they stay.
Everyone is family, and that’s the way
It was meant to be.
They only know of love and joy
And they apply it to every toy.
So when you think of Santa and the north pole
This is the thought that you must hold.

Santa Claus Lane
I remeber last Christmas Eve
Something happened that I couldn't believe
I went for a walk as the snow came down
And when it stopped I was in a different town
And the sign said have no fear; your not lost your here!
Walk in this Christmas
Down santa claus lane
No need to wonder
No need to explain
Just have soime faith in what you see
Your right here where you wanna be
Walk in this Christmas
Down santa claus lane
Down Santa Claus Lane
Elves were standing in the street
Snow men and reindeer came out to greet
Silver bells chimed frim far away
As santa rode by on an open sleigh
And he told me have no fear
Your not lost

Here Comes Santa Claus
(words & music by autry - haldeman)
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Right down santa claus lane.
Vixen, blitzen, all his reindeer
Pulling on the reins.
Bells are ringing, children singing,
All is merry and bright.
Hang your stockings and say a prayer,
'cause santa claus comes tonight.
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He's got a bag that's filled with toys
For boys and girls again.
Hear those sleigh bells jingle jangle,
What a beautiful sight.
Jump in bed and cover up your head,
Because santa claus comes tonight.
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He doesn't care if you're a rich or poor boy,
He loves you just the same.
Santa knows that we're god's children,
That makes everything right.
Fill your hears with christmas cheer,
'cause santa claus comes tonight.
Well, here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He'll come around when the chimes ring out
It's christmas morn again.
Peace on earth will come to all
If we just follow the light
Let's give thanks to the lord above,
'cause santa claus comes tonight.
'cause santa claus comes tonight

I wanna meet santa claus, the real real santa
I wanna see santa claus, the real real santa
He wants to meet ol santa claus
I took my brother to the department store
He wanted to show santa his christmas list

Hes only five and a half goin on six

Really really (the real santa) santa claus?
Is that (that santa) really santa claus, really really santa?

Hope he thinks thats santa claus
I picked him up and put him on santas lap
And then he pulled the pillow out of his shirt
He yanked the beard right on off of his chin
And in his eyes I could see he was hurt

Curious Story
I heard such a curious story
Of Santa Claus. Once, so they say,
He set out to find what people were kind,
Before he took presents their way.
'This year I will give but to givers,
To those who make presents themselves.'
With a nod of his head, old Santa Claus said
To his band of bright officer elves:
'Go into the homes of the happy
Where Pleasure stands page at the door,
Watch well how they live, and report what they give
To the hordes of God's suffering poor.
Keep track of each cent and each moment,
Yea, tell me each word, too, they use,
To silver line clouds for earth's suffering crowds,
And tell me, too, when they refuse.'
So, into our homes flew the fairies,
Though never a soul of us knew,
And with pencil and book, they sat by us, and took
Each action, if false or if true.
White marks for the deeds done for others,
Black marks for the deeds done for self,
And nobody hid what he said or he did,
For no one, of course, sees an elf.
Well, Christmas came all in its season
And Santa Claus, so I am told,
With a very light pack of small gifts on his back
And his reindeers all left in the fold,
Set out on a leisurely journey,
And finished ere midnight, they say,
And there never had been such surprise and chagrin,
Before on the breaking of day
As there was on that bright Christmas morning
When stockings and cupboards and shelves
Were ransacked and sought in for gifts that were not in-
But wasn't it fun for the elves?
And what did I get? You confuse me-
I got not one thing, and that's true,
But had I suspected my actions detected
I would have had gifts-wouldn't you?

The Kid
Last night I dreamed I was kid again
All the things I used to do I went and did again
Spent the afternoon with my best and closest friend
Wanderin through the days we thought would never end
It was back when Id still get things from santa claus
Back when he believed in me and overlooked the flaws
That can grow inside until it hides the perfect little boy inside the man
Im not a kid anymore, but I still believe that those miracles occur
Thats not something up his sleeve
And that the reindeer pull the sleigh and the elves still make the toys
Santa gives away to all the girls and boys
Tonight Ill climb back in that bed again
Try to live out all my dreams inside my head again
After christmas eve with my best and closest friend
Who still believes the worlds greatest dad just tucked him in
And I know that hell be looking out for santa claus
And Im sure beyond a doubt hell overlook the flaws
That will grow inside until it hides this perfect little boy inside a man
Im not a kid anymore and I still believe that miracles occur
Thats not something up his sleeve
And that the reindeer pull the sleigh and the elves do make the toys

'Zat You, Santa Claus?
'Zat You, Santa Claus?
Gifts I'm preparing for some Christmas sharing,
But I pause because,
Hanging my stocking I can hear a knocking.
'Zat you, Santa Claus?
Sure is dark out, ain't the slightest spark out.
'Pon my slackened jaw!
Who's there? Who is it stopping for a visit?
'Zat you, Santa Claus?
Are you bringing a present for me,
Something pleasantly pleasant for me?
Then it's just what I've been waiting for.
Would you mind slipping it under the door?
Cold winds are howling, or could that be growling?
My legs feel like straws.
My my oh me my, kindly would you reply?
'Zat you, Santa Claus?
Hanging the stocking, I can hear a knocking.
'Zat you, Santa Claus?
I say, who's there, who is it? Are you stopping for a visit?
'Zat you, Santa Claus?
Oh there, Santa, you gave me a scare.
Now stop teasing cause I know you're there.
We don't believe in no goblins today,
But I can't explain why I'm shaking that way.
Bet I can see ole Santa in the keyhole.
I'll get to the cause.
One peek and I'll try there; oh oh, there's an eye there!
'Zat you, Santa Claus?
Please, please, pity my knees!
Say that's you, Santa Claus!

Silent Night / I Guess There Ain't No Santa Claus
Silent Night
(Instrumental)
I got evenings to spare
that nobody will share
I guess there ain't no Santa Clause
I don't flirt, I don't dance
cause I don't get a chance
I guess there ain't no Santa Clause
Jingle Bells
Wedding Bells
Ring so merely
but Jingle Bells
and Wedding Bells
never ring for me
like the clock on the shelf
I hold hands with myself
I guess there ain't no Santa Claus
I got wine, I got cheer
I got nobody here
I guess there ain't no Santa Claus
well they sure got it right
when they sing Silent Night
I guess there ain't no Santa Claus
lovers walk, holding hands
everywhere I go
ready, set, here I stand
'neath the mistle toe
sugarplums in my head
only me in my bed
I guess there ain't no Santa Claus
my dad and mother
told one another
they saw a future for me
but since I've grown up
I got to own up
It's not like they said it would be
lovers walk, holding hands
everywhere I go
ready, set, here I stand
'neath the mistle toe
sugarplums in my head
only me in my bed
I guess there ain't no Santa Claus
I guess there ain't no Santa Claus
I guess
guess there ain't no Santa Claus

The Christmas List
Here's Santa in his workshop.
He's looking pretty p****d
'Cos some great thieving mongrel's
Gone and pinched his Christmas list!
How's he gonna know for sure
If a child's been good or bad?
And if that list doesn't show up soon,
He's gonna get quite mad!
The elves are getting nervous
As the accusations fly,
And they're on the verge of walking out!
What a catastrophe! Oh, my!
The reindeer are indignant
To be turfed out of their stable
While Santa searches frantically,
Upturning everything he's able.
Then, just as all looks hopeless
And Santa's fit to drop,
In rushes Mrs Claus saying
'I've just been to the shop,
To get some last-minute items,
And you won't guess what I've done!
I pulled out my list - and lo and behold!
I'd picked up the wrong one! '
Well, Santa stood there staring
At his wife through tears of joy!
Then with great haste he loaded up
His sleigh with every toy.
He apologised to all his friends
For his behaviour all that day
And promised that they'd find
A little extra in their pay!
So, calamity averted,
Santa sped off on his way
To deliver all the presents.
Then came home at break of day.
His missus stood there waiting
With a surprise in store -
She said 'It's a technological age!
Who needs written lists any more?
I've bought us both a laptop
Yours is blue and mine is pink,
So we can tell them both apart.'
She said, 'Now. What do you think? '
'Oh! Clever, clever woman! '
Santa cried, 'What a great idea!
I'll start a spreadsheet to keep a tab
On the chidren from year to year! '
Well, I suppose it was inevitable,
Even necessary, on the whole,
That technology would eventually
Find it's way to the North Pole!

Hey Santa
If everyday was christmas
If we could make believe
If everyone would care a little more
Thered be harmoney
The city is covered in snow tonight
The children fast asleep
Im waiting for him, but hes nowhere in sight
And I wonder if he can hear me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I wish with all my might
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
Bring my baby home tonight
Why does it feel like its colder than winter
Even by the fireside
My baby said hed be home for christmas
And now its almost midnight
The christmas lights up and down the street
Are such a sight to see
But all the presents by the tree
They dont mean a thing till hes with me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I wish with all my might
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
If you hear me wont you hurry
Bring my baby tonight
I know your sleigh is full inside
But wont you stop and give my baby a ride
Ill be waiting by candle light this christmas
The christmas lights up and down the street
Are such a sight to see
But all the presents by the tree
They dont mean a thing
Santa please hear me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I wish with all my might
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
If you hear me wont you hurry
Bring my baby tonight
The christmas lights up and down the street
The presents by the tree
I hear a knock, oh can it be?
My wish is staring back at me
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
I guess you heard me tonight
Hey santa
Hey santa...santa
Im underneath the mistletoe
With my baby tonight
Sleigh ride...
Its christmas time...

This Present Crisis
I'm afraid this one is past its sell by date, but if you can think yourself back to Christmas 2008, when I wrote it, you might just be able to appreciate it.
Santa's had to lay off all the elves,
And the dust is taking over on Santa's toyshop shelves.
If you want presents this Christmas, you'll have to buy 'em all yourselves,
Because Santa's had to lay off all the elves.
Santa's had bad luck in large amounts;
Lost nearly all his money in Icelandic bank accounts.
When he stood before the debtors' court and the verdict was pronounced,
He said 'There won't be any Christmas cheer now all my cheques have bounced'.
Santa had to cancel Christmas lunch;
When he failed to pay the elves, they polished off all his rum punch.
He can't afford the carrots that the reindeer like to munch,
And the banks won't lend him anything on account of the credit crunch.
The bailiffs came and took everything away,
The last few sacks of toys and things and even Santa's sleigh.
You can lie awake and listen, but no matter what they say,
You won't hear any jingle bells this year on Christmas Day.
The snow on the ground may glisten, as the choir sings a roundelay,
But you won't hear the sound of jingle bells this year on Christmas Day.
There may be a few things missing, but hark what the angels say:
The divine gift has been given, that's the point of Christmas Day.
There may be a few things missing, as there were on that far-off day,
When a baby was born in a stable and laid in a manger of hay.
It's the chance for a new beginning, so cast all your cares away,
And join with the choir in singing of the joy of Christmas Day.
There may be a few things missing, but Jesus is here to stay,
Which is why we all send you our wishes for a joyful Christmas Day.
In dolce jubile.
Have a happy Christmas Day.
As Santa Claus receives my gift
every child's dream is to receive, a gift from Santa Claus,
no matter what gift, as long its from the Santa of christmas
time
it's always a dream of every Mommy's and Daddy's at this
season, that in every wishes they hope may come true, the
lola's and lolo's comes and find meaning seeing their
wonderful grand-sons and grand-daughters, showered with
gifts of candies, beautiful dresses, chocolates and etc.
its Santa's Day, and its my happy day, i waited so long that
special day will come, and i'm so delighted of giving by gift
to the one that brings every hearts into a very special moment
of each families
as i wrapped, my gift, my heart ask, whether this simple
token i give, be accepted to his heart, folded it with golden
blue color and a lace with red that makes my gift to
special to see
exactly 12: 00 o'clock, midnight the Santa Claus i always idolized,
and dream off, have just come down from his sleigh, immediately
i meet him, and he knows me, he calls my name 'tony'. i smiled
and told him, that i'm very, very happy, at the same time giving
my gift to him, my Santa Claus replied, thank you
as he opened the gift, he notice, that my eyes look at him, with
a smiling face, just i want to emote myself, i know i can control
my emotion at that time, a little silent left on my lips, as he laugh
at me, hoh..hoh...hoh...you wrote me a letter?
My Santa Claus, pose in a second as he read the dedication
on the top of the gift, a simple inquiry and a little question,
why, until....' TODAY '.... you are alone...and nobody dare
to follow your footsteps......
..... this very moment my gift is not yet open.... please open it...

Santa Claus Is Comin To Town
(j. fred coots/haven gillespie)
You better watch out
You better not cry
You better not pout
Im telling you why
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Hes making a list,
Checking it twice;
Gonna find out whos naughty or nice.
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
He sees you when youre sleeping
He knows when youre awake
He knows if youve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake
With little tin horns and little toy drums
Rooty toot toots and rummy tum tums
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
He sees you when youre sleeping
He knows when youre awake
He knows if youve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake
Goodness sake
You better watch out
You better not cry
You better not pout
Im telling you why
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming
Santa claus is coming
Santa claus is coming to town
(coming to town)
Santas a busy man he has no time to play
Hes got millions of stockings to fill on christmas day

Christmas Bed Of Jesus
(11/23/12)
All the elves had gathered around
For the bed of JESUS had been found.
It was a mere fruit basket in which Mary had put some hay
And for this bed and shelter -Mary and Joseph had prayed.
The elves stood around in amazement and awe
As Santa heard the commotion and opened up his door.
AT LAST Santa s search was through
And the three kings had told him what to do.
From the workshop rafters came a sound
And whence it came - it could not be found.
Then an angel soon appeared
With a voice so beautiful and clear.
(she sang)
" This is the bed where our lord did lie
As the armies of angels above him did cry
He was sent to the world from God above
To show this world compassion and love.
He's come to save all those who believe
That with their simple thoughts and deeds
Their lives can be changed anew
And they'll know just what to do.
So on this glorious Christmas day
Get down on your knees and pray
And thank him for all that he has given
And made your lives worth living.
Give praise to the living God
Give praise to the living God
For he has captured every heart."
Now Santa had to spread the word
Of how this angels voice was heard
And under each Christmas tree
JESUS bed you will see.

Santa's Goodwill Message
Jolly old Santa checks his list,
And, if you've been good and not bad,
He's gonna make sure that this Christmas
Is the best that you've ever had.
The elves have been busy preparing
The right present for each girl and boy.
The gifts are piled high, and the reindeer
Are stomping their hooves for sheer joy.
Nighttime is now fast approaching
So Santa jumps onto his sleigh.
A slap of the reins and they're racing,
Then flying - up, up and away!
He soars off into the night sky
To visit you all, far and near,
Delivering bundles of goodies,
Spreading happiness and good cheer.
Then, when old Santa's job is done,
There's one thing still left to do.
Here's Santa's special greeting
To each and every one of you.
May your Christmas time be joyful,
Crammed full of goodness and light.
May the year ahead be prosperous
And your future be filled with delight.
