A Mystic's Path
Born a Seer, yet goes unseen
Walks amongst, yet walks alone
Serves, yet goes unserved
Knows what others’ remember not
Heals his fellows though spurned
Loves, though hated
His fate, scourging, death, martyrdom
His reward...Angels bow before Him

Ramona
laughs so hard
that even sorrow smiles at her
fights so strong that even
fate accepts its defeat
loves so true that even hatred
walks out of the way
and lives life so well
that even death still loves
to see her exist...
she is safe now
i hope.

Walks Like A Lady
Walks like a lady,
With her tender charms.
She moves like a lady
When Im in her arms.
She loves like a lady,
Lovin all night long.
She cries like a baby
When shes done something wrong.
I told you once, yes, I told you twice
But you never listen to my advice
I catch you walkin with that boy again
Im gonna set you free.
Oh, Im gonna set you free.
Loves like a lady,
So soft and slow.
She feels like a lady,
Ooo, I cant let go.
She smiles like a lady,
Smilin all night long,
But cries lake a baby
When shes done something wrong.
(chorus)
Walks like a lady
Oh, but she cries like a little girl
Walks like a lady
Yes, but she cries like a little girl
Walks like a lady,
Walks like a lady
Cries like a little girl

Soul Less
And he walks soul less.
the past dark and endless.
skeltons we all have.
his always whispering.
And he walks soul less.
Grass green, but he cant smell it.
sky blue but he cant see it
life wonderess. but he has forgotten.
And he walks soul less.
Towards a destiny he cant avoid
a destiny he fears he created.
a destiny paid for in spades.
And he walks soul less
Scared, broken, unloved, shamed.
the ground all his eyes now ponder.
a man in body only.
And he walks soul less

Barman
Bar man walks up
Chews
puts something behind the bar
a pen -still- behind his ear
walks back
He bends down
comes up with a bottle
flips it
walks round a corner

Happy Endings
Time does tell
That even if they say so
Shed be the one that would know
That I did do what Ive done
And i, I wouldnt call it cheating
Id just say I was leading her on
Why walk while I run a-way
You- you ask me what went wrong
Me- Ill write you this last song
Please- just tell me one way we can win
One- more thing before I go
Two- the one who loves me so
Three- dont make me count to three again
Happy endings
Just what did you do, if youre a dream then come true
Stop pretending
That what you mean isnt what you say
Hopeful dreaming,
Of times before the pain, wishing it was still the same
Loving, leaving
Round and round and round we go again
Walks a-lone, have often lead to thinking
My love for you is sinking to what seems an all time low
Or high, the limits never ending,
And dont you know Im sending
Theres no venture I wont go
For you
She walks away, she talks away
She walks away
She walks away, she talks away
Away, away...

Ceiling
he walks down
and i walk up
he walks down
and i walk up
he walks down
and i walk up
we look into each
other and that's
just what we do
everyday
poor me
when am i induced
to be another
racist
he walks down
and i walk up
he walks down
and i walk u
that's what we do
day after day
letting our eyes
do the poor talking
whose fault?
whose fault?
i keep asking
the ceiling
in the nights
why why why?
i ask the ceiling
the answer comes
back in an overhanging
overbearing wordliness
the ceiling

A Man Walks Slowly/ When He Has Nowhere Special To Go
A man walks slowly
When he has nowhere special to go-
A man walks slowly
And has the time to look around
The flowers, the trees,
His own memories his dreams-
He walks slowly
And enjoys his walking-
Who knows how much longer
He will be able to go on walking?
He walks slowsly
He has nowhere special to go-
He enjoys the morning light
He is at home with the world and happy-
He walks slowly
And is at home wherever he goes-

Walks in the Rain
My walks in the rain
Have meaning
Its quite
Soothing
Relaxful
My walks in the rain
Are meant for only me
I walk in the puddles
And wish for things i want
My walks in the rain
Are special to me
No other i know
Enjoys the meaning of them
My walks in the rain
Are only for me

Lakshmi in her silken veil
Lakshmi, in her silken veil
of modesty, walks unrecognised,
free as birds are free, around our world…
veiled in stillness; her lovely arms
bestowing, secretly, invisibly
her wealth;
her step so light, her being so, so still…
she passes you every day;
has never forgotten you;
so if you think she has neglected you –
consider, instead, her reasons:
she may be holding back to teach
(do you hear her laugh so lightly?)
pure grace, pure gratitude,
tomorrow, or the next day…
humility, she teaches, is the greatest wealth..
so disguised, she walks so freely through our life:
she loves to walk in markets, and the scents
and colours, tastes, of her wealth;
she loves to walk in fields, in Spring,
her arms as gentle, careful, generous,
as a sower casts the seed;
she walks in hospitals, loving care
distributed without a holding back;
she walks in schools, sits with the pupils,
bathing in the wealth of knowledge
that flows from spring to river to the ocean;
sometimes watches hand in hand
with her sister Saraswati;
she loves princes and their consorts
decked with jewels that all can wonder at;
she does not like dark treasure hoards
or locks, or keys; or those who think
her wealth is somehow, theirs…
and where she walks, a trail of golden dust
dances in the air; if you do not see her,
go to the temple where she loves to rest
among her own; for if you thank her there,
you’ll see her everywhere; say nothing,
smile; share her modesty, her generosity,
that only her own devotees understand:
those who love her wealth, but never for themselves…
this, this, is her beauty.

Daughter of Death
I was born
Born to the blood of angels
Born through the veil of a storm
Born without love inside of me
Born with a need to perform
Born out of vengence
Born out of scorn
Born out of hatred
out of love torn
Born with a mission
Born with a drive
Born with a need
with a need to sruvive.
Now it's time to show you what i'm really about
no more pretentions;
No more frothing at the mouth
there's no use of hiding
all my sins deep inside
I'll wear them on my shoulder like a badge of pride
Cuz i'm the daughter of death
from my very first breath
i'm the daughter of death
blood red as macbeth
living a filthy mess
i'm a daughter of death
just a daughter of death
I was
Raised from buring ashes
Raised with tragic crime
Raised from cries of chaos
Raised on borrowed time
Raised by the darkness
Rasied by the night
Raised by the claws of fright
Raised to be hated
Riased to be loved
Riased to be doomed
By the powers above

Every Time She Walks
Listen in...
Listen...
Listen in...
Listen...
Listen in to the sound
All the day stops
Chords keep ringing
Can't believe what I've found
I'm shellshocked
Finding out
When I hear her coming 'round
I drop everything
When I hear her coming 'round
Yeah
Everytime she walks
Everytime she speaks
I can feel the ground
movin' underneath
And I don't remember how it ever was before
Daylight
It's alright
Even when she's gone
'cause it won't be long
I know everything is different
'Cause everytime she walks
Everytime she speaks
I can feel the ground
movin' underneath
And I don't remember how it ever was before
Everytime she walks
Everytime she speaks
I can feel the ground movin' underneath
And I don't remember how it ever was before
Everything is turned around
and nothing looks the same to me
She is music when she walks
She's playing me a melody
Everything is turned around
and nothing looks the same to me
Listen in...
Listen...
Listen in to the sound
All the day stops
Chords keep ringing
Got my feet on the ground
I'm not losing, losing
When I hear her coming 'round
I drop everything
When I hear her coming 'round
Yeah
'Cause everytime she walks
Everytime she speaks
I can feel the ground
movin' underneath
And I don't remember how it ever was before
Everytime she walks
Everytime she speaks
I can feel the ground
movin' underneath
And I don't remember how it ever was before
Everytime she walks
Everytime she speaks
It's like the world is turning just for me
It's like the w

0194 A Boy's Vision
The boy walks past the window;
you can see he's
got something clearly in his mind;
walks firmly on both feet as if
he walked on grass;
his carriage upright,
a half-smile on his face;
his eyes are bright;
he swings his hands from side to side
in front of him.
He has a vision.
Ah yes.
His captain's just tossed the ball to him;
it's his spell to bowl.
This is what he was born to do;
he has the skills;
he knows he can do it; can't wait; but
no hurry, as he's confident,
switching the ball from hand to hand,
warming it with his love.
The boy walks past the window.
He has a vision.

From the biography of an unknown woman: II
She has chosen no path
She's simply put on one
Hazardous and full of
Pitfalls
Avalanches
Landslides
Tre nches
Pebbles and
Boulders too
Yet she walks on
Like a little girl on a treasure hunt
Still expecting to find a treasure
And
She walks on with cuts and bruises
Like a walking raw wound
She patiently walks on...

Perhaps
'He who knows What life and death is, is above all law.'
Chapman.
He who knows what life and death is
Walks superior to fate.
Every word that Fortune saith is
Just accordant to his state.
Unto him indifferent breath is
Nature's bitter use and wont.
He who knows what life and death is!—
Ah, perhaps you do, I don't.

Capricious Friend
Fate!
What have you done to me?
Why did you let us fall in love so easily?
Fate!
You could have lied to me,
Now I’m left to feel this way
Fate!
You tempt an early death of me,
As my heart breaks more n’ more each day
Fate!
Why did you take her from me?
Then tease…
“You’ll be together again, it’s your destiny”
Fate!
“Tis a cruel n’ wicked game you play with me

She Walks With The Angels
Tired and weary she layed down her head
Rest my child, let heaven be your bed
No more suffering and sadness for her
Loved ones couldn't understand, why this had to occur
Weep no more my family and friends
To her god, she had made her amends
Had her such a short time, and loved her so
When god called her home, she had to go
She walks with angels day and night
She's at peace now, since giving up the fight
So try to be happy, she's always with you
Live your life, don't let sadness break through
She'll be waitng at that gate with open arms
When your times over, she'll sound the alarms
She's your guardian angel you love and adore
She walks with the angels forever more!
Dedicated to Ann Springer, may this bring her comfort!

I Rememer, .
I Remember, ..
I Remember, seeing cops take you away.
I Remember, it was just the 3 of us.
I Remember, going to see you.
I Remember, talking to you ALL the time.
I Remember, telling you ' I love you.'
I Remember saying, ' Daddy, i miss you.'
I Remember, when you packed your bags.
I Remember you, holding your new born child.
I Remember, when you left me.
I Remember when, i told you i hated you.
I Remember, when i met HIM.
I Remember, when HE called me HIS daughter.
I Remember, HE took your place.
I Remember when, I told HIM ' Dad, i love you.'
I Remember now, im not YOUR daughter, ..
IM HIS.

Walking Man
Moving in silent desperation
Keeping an eye on the holy land
A hypothetical destination
Say, who is this waliking man?
Well, the leaves have come to turning
And the goose has gone to fly
And bridges are for buning
So dont you let that yearning
Pass you by
Walking man, walking man walks
Well, any other man stops and talks
But the walking man walks
Well the frost is on the pumpkin
And the hay is in the barn
An pappys come to rambling on
Stumbling around drunk
Down on the farm
And the walking man walks
Doesnt know nothing at all
Any other man stops and talks
But the walking man walks on by
Walk on by
Most everybodys got seed to sow
It aint always easy for a weed to grow, oh no
So he dont hoe the row for no one
Oh for sure hes always missing
And something is never quite right
Ah, but who would want to listen to you
Kissing his existence good night
Walking man walk on by my door
Well, any other man stops and talks
But not the walking man
Hes the walking man
Born to walk
Walk on walking man
Well now, would he have wings to fly
Would he be free
Golden wings against the sky
Walking man, walk on by
So long, walking man, so long
