Your Heart Matters

Your heart carries water of fire,
This ardent organ is complete.
It is a cup so rich in taste,
My protector resides above.
With a sword the thumbs begin
To craft my skin of beauty, arousing the blood.
Bravery arrived last night for the shadows
Began definitely, with awe the points of view.
The soul mattered to me when I arrived
For the body lasted and was fresh all through.
Do not dare empty this heart in my breast,
Give the force of love a moment of joy.

Exceptional Food

The meal was over as I spoke,
Innards kept the blessing of cooking;
My spoken tongue was inert
As prayers were repeated.
My religion was of fasting
And not cooking or banquets.

It was my religion that mattered,
Like the oval office and similar places
Of comedy, the very seriousness,
The very proud deeds of the soul,
And those that mattered
To the food or taste we take with the day.

Now that dinner was over,
I was over, and this deed was over.
I lifted my fork to speak wonders
That astonished everybody’s taste,
Like the lunch of the noon
And dinner of the light of the night.

The dance began, as we were happy,
To dance was to be finality,
Jostling inwards with exceptional flavour
That was also ingested with the food -
This was food with spiritual music!
Our lives were ending right now.

Then the offer of a peace arrived,
As the music stopped and arrived
Yet halted in its path to see innocence
In the efforts of a speaker
Who intimidated us as we saw him,
The man of exceptional taste, the owner of this place.

Such deeds he spoke and such plates he gave,
Dishes supported his biggest way of talking,
Conversations surrounded his meaning,
So the party was special like the breeze,
The breeze of words that we felt on our cheeks,
As our ears were pricked with awe.

“This is the day we dine and the night we clasp,
Finding no sacred other place than this grand mansion.”
This he spoke to us with meaning,
And he wanted to see what we enjoyed
And some of us wanted more noise,
So the music began after the speech.

This night was extraordinary for the talents,
The food inspired me as I floated,
This morbid thought arrived afterwards -
What if the night should end
And leave us forever in the night?
Then there would be no merriment or taste.

I laughed as we sat in the carriage
That came by to pick us up;
We were rich, as a rich couple,
As a wealthy lad and lass,
Like the fountains of stupid colours
And fragrances, so bitter yet elegant.

I was thankful the night finished
With dignified manners and perfect noise,
Songs could never bring more joy
Than this enjoyment we experienced,
The joy of musical words,
The joys of a beautiful party.

A woman at a café’

She is a burning beauty so beguiling bright
As she sits in a café’ of a city under the night
Her skin over her face and limbs is spread like a dream
All the lights around her turn their heads in shame dim
Her legs peep beneath a dark collied skirt
Setting all passers by into anguish alert
What mortal hand or eye
Could frame or design your thigh

In what clay, in what mould
Were her eyes of fury and beauty rolled?
In what distant depths or vaulting high skies
Burnt the fire of her eyes?
He who framed her what dare he aspire?
What hand could dare size this intense fire?

Her shoulders, what an art
What craft could twist the sinews of her heart?
And when her heart begin to beat
What dread hands what dread feet?
Where is the hammer where is the chain
In what furnace she was give birth where it all began

The stars above the city threw down their spears
And watered heaven with their tears
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who made the man make thee?

She, she, the burning fire of the night
Lent her ore to the canopy of the city so bright
The flames of the candles at her table
Competed to reflect their image in her eyes like shadows fragile

Her glass of wine did not delay; it had stelled
Her beauty's form within its convex heart
So proudly its bounty to the world it held
Claiming it never captured a better art

Burnt! Burnt! Beguiling beauty in bright
As the city approached the edge of the midnight
The trees at the avenue their blooming boughs dropped
To feel her blood in her veins throbbed
What immortal hand what heavenly eye
Dare contrive your fearful symmetry beneath this sky

And there was none in the city’s daughters
With the magic like her when she sat down to eat
And like the night music on the East river water
Was her voice loud in tease and in din beat

When as if her humor and soul were causing
The charmed river pausing
The waves at its banks to lie still gleaming
And the lulled winds seemed dreaming

And the midnight moon was weaving
Her bright image over the water deep
While her twin breasts were gently heaving
As if an infant was asleep

As she got up to leave
She walked in beauty into the night
That a city of cloudless climates can give
And all that was best in dark and bright
Were reflected in the lofty vaults of starry skies
And met in her structure and in her eyes
And thus mellowed to that tender glow of night
Which heaven bestowed on her yet to the gaudy day denied

Why Do You Remember Me?

Why do you remember me?
when your heart weeps,
when your heart breaks.
You do not know if
my heart yearns for love,
if it weeps from your abandoned,
do you not know that my heart belongs
to you? and you keep stabbing it with
knives and flavors of you,
do you not know how many months, years I
have spend in journeys searching for the flavor of
your lips, for the fragrance of your skin.

Do you not know my body is
dead till you bring it back with your touch? .
Do you not know?
Why do you remember me?
if you don't even yearn for my yearns,
if you don't even taste the essences of me,
when you touch me or kiss me. If you
could only taste me with all of your senses,
you will know then all
of my secrets of lust, all of my nights of desires,
only the twilight of my evenings and mornings,
only the time that follows my path day and night,
they know why and how my skin screams for you.

Why do you remember me my love?
I have nothing to give you
but my heart filled
with ardent and aches.
I have no more to offer you but this,
my love, my heart, theres no more then this.

No beauty, no youth,
only me what you see, what is there.
But what is there is all me, truth
unconditional, simple, humble,
honest, and all of the pharses
I've written today in this significant prose.

And of all meanings and reasons, I ask you!
why do you remember me? .

The Beginning of a Hearts Affections

What is this come to pain, hearts affections
A word named love by many tongues
How it overwhelms the mind beyond all reason
What beauty is accredited to this force
That no living soul immune to its touch
can say to have defied such emotion
No love by its own name is completion
What else could claim such conquest over man
A word, a thought, a feeling, what is this
To now find freedom meaningless is pain
But what pains more than being without that soul
Who began the beginning of this event
A soul whom arrived here in full beauty
Has now a heart sworn unto its protection

You Lit The Fire

When you came to my life
the eternal snow of my solitude
melted in my soul,
formed rivers to fecundate the life,

My love was a dormant volcano
crowned by the long cold of my nostalgia
it was the quiet night, it was the night without echo,
it was the same sadness cohabiting with the solitude.

Then you arrived and lit the fire,
you gave heat to my soul and flavor to my life
then you arrived and moved away the loneliness
and banished sadness.

your love is a volcano in eruption
my love was an extinguished volcano
but the lavas of your heart flooded my being
and lit my soul!

Soul So Alone (2011)

Oh well...

The day I was unearthed for poetry;
my unfamiliar heart rate had rang,
and was swept away by innocence...

The day that I advertised my poetry;
my unfamiliar heart rate harangued,
and was eager for love's suspense...

The day that 'we shared' our poetry;
my unfamiliar heart rate had sang,
and commenced gentle lovingness...

So then...

That night we celebrated our poetry;
my soul illuminated, as to enchant,
and ignited passion; drawing heads...

That night we had tested our poetry;
my soul composed love to interact,
and once more removal of threads...

That night 'the love' recited poetry;
my soul untangled as you cracked,
and unraveled the scaled insolence...

It happened...

The morn arrived to breathe poetry;
my spirit grasped the earth to relax,
and feel alive, yet stagnant...lifeless...

The morn arrived trialing for poetry;
my spirit recants a differed contact,
and perils of love and measurement...

The morn arrived addled by poetry;
my spirit's dignity flowed in content,
and yet whisper deaths next attempt...

Which Comes First

when two people get married
is it a marriage of Body and Mind?
or is it a marriage of Heart and Soul?
and which one comes first?
SOMETHING TO PONDER!
what did i feel when i proposed?

my Body: told me that i ached for
the joining together, and sexual fulfillment.
my Mind: told me that i wanted to be
with her for the rest of my life.
my Heart: felt empty without her.
my Soul: soared to the highest height
to see all that could be given and achieved.

when i first saw you my Heart stood still
like on a roller coaster going down
and feeling the thrill.
and as that thrill rose, my Soul climbed high above
to show me this beautiful love.
this love so strong that it consumed my Body and Mind.
that it took me to 'the end of time'.

so for me which came first, as you can
plainly see, Heart and Soul was the one for me.

i give you my Heart- and all it contains
for without you, my life will never be the same.
i give you my Soul-for that is the other part
that i have to give
for without a Soul we can not live.
i give you my Mind- for your love to control
for it protects my Heart and Soul.
i give you my Body-
which is an empty shell
for without your love, i'm in living hell.

these are the four parts of this mere man
and i give it to you, for that's my plan.
i would take the human sufferings of
torture, pain and defeat
as long as i know your love i'll keep.

'YOU ARE LIFE' and all that it holds
Body, Mind, Heart and Soul.
take me as you would a breath of air
and my life with you i will share.

I THINK THE ANSWER THAT I HAVE GIVEN
SHOWS THAT LIFE IS WORTH LIVING.

Ray Charles

I was born with music inside me. Music was one of my parts. Like my ribs, my kidneys, my liver, my heart. Like my blood. It was a force already within me when I arrived on the scene. It was a necessity for me-like food or water.

She danced

last Night I dreamt again
walking the countryside
holding your hand in
my hand
Wished always
dancing on the love notes
which my heart plays

Surprised a day
received a front row pass
of a ballad to be performed
by a dancer of class
and my heart danced
on my own tune

The day arrived
reached the Audi
But was sorted out
an odd man out
by the security

I tossed invitation
was given last row stand
and Dekho...
A mermaid arrived
on the dice
and started to dance

Stood shocked
turned to stone
when I saw her face
It was the same hand
which once I embraced

To draw her attention
I shouted and cried
but in crowd, my voice died

She kept on dancing
with her heart and soul
I kept on waiting
On me if she ogles

Music came to a grinding halt
Audience stood in ovation
every one seemed enthralled

I smiled with my watery eyes
I preferred to vanish
decided not to eclipse the SUN

I dragged my body
as in Auditorium my soul I left
to brighten the world

I go back to
abyss of my body
without soul

By the degree of charm her countenance foretold

By the degree of charm her countenance foretold
The temperature of beauty, her womanly pride
As graceful as simple and as touching as cold
She seduced mine heart and my soul did abide
Her taste for passion, her loving tender caress
Which her essence withdrew and her heart absorb
Stealing my soul and my poetic finesse
Her sense organ attracted like a gravitating orb
My heart to her heart did my love bequeath
All my talent and genius on her beautiful beauty sweet
Perfectly blended with her sincere soul underneath
Where true love unites and true love meet
But no love for me, and all love to she
She did steal my love, my poetry, my heart sincerely

Soul’s relation to body

I love you; who is ‘I’- soul or body?
I won over your heart; you stole my heart.
Heart- do we mean the corporal one?
Soul, the fire, catches the body, the wood.
Soul to soul and body to body, no love sparks.
Soul in body loves soul in body.
Souls or bodies exclusively love not.
Soul and body are not like air and balloon.
Soul and body is like heat and body.

Sonnet: Beauty

The flesh gets beauty, when draped by its skin;
The soul loses beauty, when filled by sin;
The beauty of things is seen when revealed;
The beauty of unseen things is concealed.

Woman! Thy beauty is in concealment;
Nature, thy beauty is the Firmament;
O Man! Thy beauty is by revealing;
Heart, Thy beauty is in deep feeling.

The Grace of God is the dress of the soul!
The Stars, Sun and Moon- the dress of the ‘bowl’! ’
Just as how skin protects the body’s flesh,
Good deeds make a soul beautiful and fresh.

Doing good in life is most important;
Avoiding harm is more significant.

Absence

My cup is empty to-night,
Cold and dry are its sides,
Chilled by the wind from the open window.
Empty and void, it sparkles white in the moonlight.
The room is filled with the strange scent
Of wistaria blossoms.
They sway in the moon's radiance
And tap against the wall.
But the cup of my heart is still,
And cold, and empty.

When you come, it brims
Red and trembling with blood,
Heart's blood for your drinking;
To fill your mouth with love
And the bitter-sweet taste of a soul.

New Warm Skin (demo)

One fatal gift
Arrived here today
Heavenly sent
From the beauticians that pray
Here comes that face
And it's a textural treat
Is this a war?
Is this a god?
New
Warm
Skin
New
Warm
Expensive to touch
It's a novocaine skin
Beauty; this beast
Is transparent and thin
This sun can be cruel
I don't want to melt
Is this a war?
Is this a god?
New Warm Skin
New Warm Skin
New Warm Skin
New Warm
One fatal gift
Arrived here today
Contorted dreams
Of the beauticians that pray
Crawling out of this heat
And drifting this way
Is this a war?
Is this a god?
New Warm Skin
New Warm Skin
New Warm Skin
Is this a war?
Is this a god?

Above & Beyond

Woman in a million to me
I never loved so much
Is it any wonder Im alive
No one ever knows what makes a
Virtue or a vice
Let it be the spell Im under
(these naked eyes)
Let it be the rain and thunder comes
I go above and beyond the sun
Some love never dies
Story of our lives, ohh,
Swear by the stars above
And late at night I pray to myself
That you and I got everything we need
Id give it all for you and me
Love is the earth and the wind
And the fire and the soul
Love is above and beyond any eye to behold
Love is the key and the cause
And its makin us whole
Made me a little crazy, but i
Soon realize my fate
Every little touch Im paralyzed
No one ever know what makes
An angel in disguise
Let me be the one to taste you
Those naked eyes
No pity if the city ever crumbles down
I go above and beyond the sun
Some love never dies
Story of our lives, ohh,
Swear by the stars above
And late at night I pray to myself
That you and I got everything we need
Id give it all for you and me
Love is the earth and the wind
And the fire and we share
Love is the force and the edge
And its ready for those who dare
Love is above and beyond
And Im taking you there
(and baby, Ill take you there)
I go above and beyond the sun
Some love never dies
Story of our lives, ohh,
Swear by the stars above
And late at night I pray to myself
That you and I got everything we need
Id give it all for you and me
Love is the earth and the wind
And the fire and the soul
Love is the key and the cause
And its makin us whole
Love is the force and the edge
And its yours if you dare
Love is above and beyond
And Im taking you there
(baby, Ill take you there)
I go above and beyond the sun
Some love never dies
Story of our lives, ohh,

And late at night I pray to myself

Roundel I

When you are come, joy is so all complete,
The heart leaps in my breast, beholding you,
O flower of beauty, O rose fresh and new,
Whose slave I am, whose servitude is sweet.

Lady of gracious ways, whom all men greet
Most beautiful of women and most true,
When you are come, joy is so all complete.

For you the happy festival shall meet
In glee ; with none else have I need to do
For my delight ; from you alone I drew
The life and joy that make my heart to beat,
When you are come, joy is so all complete.

When She Walks By

Eyes so dark
Heart so pure
I could never love another
The way I love her
Gleam in her eyes
Like a candles flame
I love when I hear her
Call out my name
When she walks by
Birds stop their flight
The dead come to life
And the blind regain their sight
I could never love another
The way I love her
Eyes so dark
Heart so pure

Skin so soft
Soul on fire
She fills me with
Complete desire
The way she moves
The way she looks
One glance at her
Was all it took
When she walks by
People stare
At her radiant face
And her ebony hair
She fills me with
Complete desire
Skin so soft
Soul on fire

Perfect body
A scholar's mind
Michelangelo would envy
Such a find
Beautiful smile
Always sincere
Whoever's around
Wants her near
When she walks by
Angels weep
Gods hide their faces
And lovers leap
Michelangelo would envy
Such a find
Perfect body
A scholar's mind

Brave Sword

By bravery we subdue the brilliance
Of an enemy with a sling;
O the enchantment that bravery brings,
Promises are made on the mast.
Concerns creep to wander with lust,
Bravery derides the normal quest.
That it is from the strength of the heart.
The strong heart must be brave and gallant,
Like Fancy itself, the real pleasures that await.
Love and bravery are doubled when struck
By the sword, steel in its grip and material.

Just an Organ

It has been stated that the heart is just in organ.
But if it was just in organ why when a person falls in love they can feel that emotion in their heart.
If it was just an organ why when love is lost does the sadness that one feels seem to shatter the heart?
If the heart is just an organ why when a child wins a prize does a parent feel pride in their heart?
The heart is much more than just in organ it is the house of our emotions.
From the emotion of love, and sadness to the pride that swells in each of us.
The heart is not just an organ.
