The Path to War

Your weapons I see with their ammunition,
How does this weapon differ?

Your way is for fellowship and struggle,
A path is ahead of us too fixed.

Let nobody attack, nor defend themselves
From your attacks so obliterating.

The guns and bullets come streaming,
With traitors in a search for their freedom.

What does the gun mean?
It meant war was a pathway to victory.

Runnin' Shine

WELL NOW DOWN DEEP IN THE OZARKS MAN, THERE WERE I WAS BORN, MY GRANDFATHER OWNED A STILL AND RAISED A FIELD OF CORN. HE TOLD ME BOY, YOU GONNA CARRY ON THIS FAMILY TRADITION, THEN HE WILLED ME THE STILL PLUS ALL THE GUNS AND AMMUNITION. YOU BETTER START RUNNIN' WHEN THE BULLETS START TO FLY. YOU BETTER UNDERSTAND YOU FACE FLASH IN THE SKY. I'M RUNNIN' SHINE. MY GRANDFATHER TAUGHT ME ALL THE SECRETS OF THE TRADE, HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO DRINK AND SELL THE BEST OF WHAT I MADE. HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO UTILIZE THE GUNS AND AMMUNTION AND HE ATAUGHT ME HOW TO DEAL WITH THOSE WHO ENVIED MY POSITION. ONE DAY SHERIFF GERALD COLTRANE CAME A KNOCKIN' AT MY DOOR, HE TOLD ME YOU WON'T BE MAKIN' THAT CORN LIQUOR NO MORE. I FINALLY GOT TO UTILIZE THE GUNS AND AMMUNITION AND I FINALLY GOT TO DEAL WITH WHOSE WHO ENVIED MY POSITION

Samsher (Sword)

Samsher is another name for sword
Sharp edged weapons but not mightier than words
Old kings and chieftains used along with war lords
Protective arm length weapon carried by soldiers on board

Whoever had weapons carried the field
Surrendered all kings and great influence yield
Such was weapon and matter of great pride
Always visible on waist and can’t hide

Easy to defend and easy to maneuver
Straight into action without finding cover
Body art and activeness always had upper hand
Some times enemies turned tactics and became friends

Only one sword became famous in entire world history
Tipu (name) Sultan (ruler) had shining past with glory
Not only British but French too had to make the way
His sword ruled the land and complete sway

Anybody may question what specialty the weapon had?
It was given to him by another sultan Hyder Ali as dad
The legend reveled it had magic touch given by goddess
He was benevolent ruler and had always shining success

Luck may not favour all the time to come
Tipu too had feared and ready to welcome
Waged heroic struggle with all his efforts
No help could reach him through his ports

He had his downfall and was beheaded
All rulers did not unite and territory conceded
It was lone freedom struggle for unity preservation
Nothing could be achieved even with prevention

His sword was taken away and kept in museum
All efforts to bring it back failed and kept mum
Alas! Efforts of one wealthy and businessman restored
Sword is back home with its past glory and adored

Hymn to the fallen

Under our flag we solemnly swore,

To defend our country coast to shore.

Buried in bullets we stood and fought,

In freedom and justice we strived to sought.

We found no weapons of mass destruction,

We brought no justice but armmargedon.

Everyone was used by corporate greed,

Only in death shall we find peace.

Victory will be surely theirs

Victory will be surely theirs.
Without victory they will never get back
their lost homes.

Victory will be surely theirs.
For, without victory they will never be able
to sleep with their loved ones by their side.
In the middle of the night every tanks
will encircle their refugee camps,
snatch their adolescent boys and girls
from their mothers’ shelter,
bind their eyes and take them away.

Unless victory is theirs
the enemy’s insolent legs will go on kicking
their most revered old women.
Their ill fated children won’t be able to stop
the enemy’s bullets even by hiding themselves
behind their fathers’ broad chests.

Victory will be surely theirs
for they are not afraid
of the enemy’s hundreds of killer weapons,
their most modern bomber planes,
the earth quake like holocaust
hundreds of corpses of their kith and kin.

They are not afraid of the western power’s
military might,
and, so, victory will be surely theirs.

In order to teach the enemy a proper lesson
they fling their own lives like a grenade
into the enemy camp.
And, so, victory will be surely theirs.

There is no other desire in their limbs
other than that of self sacrifice
and the destruction of their enemy.
No battle formation of the enemy
can throttle that desire.

They throw away their lives like paltry pebbles
into the waters of death.
Their souls, in a frenzy for freedom,
fly upwards like blazing fireworks
towards the Great Freedom,
learning behind life’s eternal truth.

Underwhelmed

Underwhelmed,
And removing the wind...
Huffed up by puffed chests.
Those excited by conflict...
Find themselves looking quite perplexed.
They had prepared to go into battle,
With one who bragged but lacked experience.
And when the fight began...
Scriptures were recited.
People were invited to sing hymns.
What kind of struggle is this,
With no weapons used to defend?

Underwhelmed,
And removing the wind...
Huffed up by puffed chests.
Nothing like this has ever happened before!
Who wins with no weapons used or shown?
And with no bodies to count or collect...
What victory is this?
With no killing done for peace.
Or the gushing of blood to bleed and reflect!

Invincibility lies in the defense the possibility of victory in the attack. One defends when his strength is inadequate he attacks when it is abundant.

Towards the Oasis

There is no journey on boats
Without the oars
There is no pathway to victory
Without the steps of defeats
Without a long journey through the desert
You will never get an Oasis
Once the struggle is over
You will get the life you longed for
Burdens you carried on your shoulders so for
The struggle and tears
Will become sweet memory
And pages of your biography

I believe everyody in the world should have guns. Citizens should have bazookas and rocket launchers too. I believe that all citizens should have their weapons of choice. However, I also believe that only I should have the ammunition. Because frankly, I wouldn't trust the rest of the goobers with anything more dangerous than string.

Christopher Marlowe

Our Conquering Swords

Our conquering swords shall marshall us the way
We use to march upon the slaughter'd foe,
Trampling their bowels with our horses' hoofs,
Brave horses bred on the white Tartarian hills.
My camp is like to Julius Caesar's host,
That never fought but had the victory;
Nor in Pharsalia was there such hot war
As these, my followers, willingly would have.
Legions of spirits, fleeting in the air,
Direct our bullets and our weapons' points,
And make your strokes to wound the senseless light;
And when she sees our bloody colours spread,
Then Victory begins to take her flight,
Resting herself upon my milk-white tent--
But come, my lords, to weapons let us fall;
The field is ours, the Turk, his wife, and all.

Put Down Your Weapons!

Put down your weapons...
And the ammunition fed,
To spread your hatred!

On whose souls do you believe,
Are crushed to bleed as you succeed...
In what?
To do what for who and why?
The selling of an advance life...
To live in a living hell to dwell?
To raise more of it as you see fit?

Put down your weapons.
What peace is received by depleting the Earth?
With a mental disease perceiving a self worth.
What is it you think is being achieved?
In an atmosphere of religious differences...
With falsities conceived
To reveal racist contempt!
From misconceived interpretations meant,
To explore your won destruction?

To allow a rise to the top to breathe,
Hollow victories...
That leaves a quality of life left to bleed.
To say there has been 'something' conquered.

Put down your weapons!
Confess your digressions.
Put down your weapons!
At let God restore your mind...
To a peace you say you fight to find.

Put down your weapons.
Or all life once known,
Will be left behind to rot to dust...
From which the Earth it came!
Before your selfishness grew to be shown!
To display your degradations?

Last chance!

PUT
DOWN
YOUR
WEAPONS

Put them down!
And learn from past lessons.
They are all around.
With everyone trying to prove themselves,
The greatest of fools!

George Orwell

It is a commonplace that the history of civilisation is largely the history of weapons. In particular, the connection between the discovery of gunpowder and the overthrow of feudalism by the bourgeoisie has been pointed out over and over again. And though I have no doubt exceptions can be brought forward, I think the following rule would be found to be generally true that ages in which the dominant weapon is expensive or difficult to make will be ages of despotism, whereas when the dominant weapon is cheap and simple, the common people have a chance. Thus, for example, tanks, battleships and bombing planes are inherently tyrannical weapons, while rifles, muskets, long-bows and hand-grenades are inherently democratic weapons. A complex weapon makes the strong stronger, while a simple weapon --so long as there is no answer to it-- gives claws to the weak.

Religious War

Religious war has been fought by rare person
person fighting for religion is ever winner
only the person took the help of weapons
are defeated, History is witness in weapon war
only the powerful weapons are winner, but
that can not be termed as Religious War

Weapon War is always blind but religious war
is always full of love and peace.

Weapon war is the matter of ego
Religious war is the matter of consciousness

Weapon war sheds blood but Religious War
It sheds love and affection

A person fighting for Religious War has to be
martyr some time but he becomes the reason
to be worshiped for ever

Weapon war spreads chaos and terrorism
Religious War spreads prosperity

Weapon war knows to split the society
Religious War knows to unite the society

Weapon war knows to enslave the human being
Religious War knows to make him free
from all kinds of slavery

Weapon war pushes us back to barbaric age
Religious war pulls us forward to civilized age.

Weapon war ends with destruction
Religious war ends with creation

Religion is the law of nature
which prevails all to be survived

Stanza From A Translation Of The Marseillaise Hymn

Tremble, Kings despised of man!
Ye traitors to your Country,
Tremble! Your parricidal plan
At length shall meet its destiny...
We all are soldiers fit to fight,
But if we sink in glory's night
Our mother Earth will give ye new
The brilliant pathway to pursue
Which leads to Death or Victory...

Remembrance Day

For our king and our country and the promise of glory
We came from kingston and brighton to fight on the front line
Just lads from the farms and boys from the cities
Not meant to be soldiers we lay in the trenches
Wed face the fighting with a smile - or so we said
If only we had known what danger lay ahead
The sky turned to grey as we went into battle
On the fields of europe young men were fallin
Ill be back for you someday - it wont be long
If I can just hold on til this bloody war is over
The guns will be silent on remembrance day
Therell be no more fighting on remembrance day
By october of 18 cambrai had fallen
Soon the war would be over and wed be returnin
Dont forget me while Im gone far away
Well it wont be long till Im back there in your arms again
One day soon - I dont know when
You know well all be free and the bells of peace will ring again
The time will come for you and me
Well be goin home when this bloody war is ended
The guns will be silent on remembrance day
Well all say a prayer on remembrance day
On remembrance day - say a little prayer
On remembrance day
Well the guns will be silent
Therell be no more fighting
Oh well lay down our weapons
On remembrance day

Put Down That Weapon

Under the waterline
No place to retire
To another time
The eyes of the world now turn
And if we think about it
And if we talk about it
And if the skies go dark with rain
Can you tell me will our freedom remain
Put down that weapon or well all be gone
You cant hide nowhere with the torchlight on
And it happens to be an emergency
Some things arent meant to be
Some things dont come for free
Above the waterline
Point the finger yeah point the bone
Its the harbour towns
That the grey metal ships call home
And if we think about it
And if we talk about it
And if the seas go boiling black
Can you tell me what youll do about that
Put down that weapon or well all be gone
I must know something to know its so wrong
And it happens to be an emergency
Some things arent meant to be
Some things dont come for free
They keep talking about it
They keep talking...
Put down that weapon or well all be gone
You must be crazy if you think youre strong

Third World Warrior

Chorus:
You cant defeat him - hes fighting for freedom
Thats all he wanted - thats all he needs
Youll never beat him with weapons and money
There aint no chain as strong as the will to be free
Maybe his colors are driving you crazy
Call him a commie - maybe its true
Lure him away from his home with your money
Give him the work that you dont want to do
Chorus:
You cant defeat him - hes fighting for freedom
Thats all he wanted - thats all he needs
Youll never beat him with weapons and money
There aint no chain as strong as the will to be free
See how we honor the struggle for freedom
They needed vision - we gaveem war
See who is patiently watching in silence
The crucification of el salvador
Chorus:
You cant defeat him - hes fighting for freedom
Thats all he wanted - thats all he needs
Youll never beat him with weapons and money
There aint no chain as strong as the will to be free

Genuine Poets Are Brave

I can bravely say that genuine poets are brave
They go along, dawn to sun set, birth to grave.
To fight a war, they don’t need bullet or sword
There arm and ammunition is, their bold word.

They fire the bullets of word, evoke warriors;
Transform battle into victory, fought by fighters.
Poets’ bravery is, enthuse warriors and inspire
Their words extinguish too, the war that on fire.
