Party
You must fasten the knot in enough swirl
To concentrate on a significant pearl.
This pearl is fastened to a side of a shirt
And this I wear for time and space to hurt.
The part I play is to dance the night,
Fortunately the real strong light is bright.

Pearls
A pearl in an ocean of dreams,
What can I say, shot the beams?
A pearl in an ocean of hopes,
All I got was a lot of nopes.
A pearl in an ocean of fears,
Just hand me the beers.
Why a pearl in an ocean,
It has no motion?
(The pearl in me, it's my birthstone.)

Dear Gre Pearl Gay
Dear Gre Pearl Gay,
I swear from this day forward
To think positive things only.
I'll do everything to make you proud.
Tha fact is I'm afraid to lose you.
It's too hard for me without you.
I'm sorry for the lack of trust
And that's the time when you need me most.
Dear Gre Pearl Gay,
It's not my intention to hurt you.
Please, I don't want you to cry.
All I wish in this world is to be with you.
You're right to say that I'm weak,
Yet I'm not sticks and stones that will break.
You're the reasons why I'm strong and out of blue
'Cause the love I have for you is always true.

Black Pearl
Black Pearl
Black Pearl is my new car,
I have driven her quite far.
Up to South Carolina
and then on to the Midwest,
Black Pearl held up the very best.
She was a blessing sent to me,
she arrived on September 23.
I had to go out of town,
Car salesmen didn’t want me to breakdown.
So he gave me a sweet deal,
I got in Black Pearl on drove off with a thrill.
Black Pearl took me to Texas during Christmastime,
I visited with family and made it back just fine.
On way back stopped in Oklahoma to see friend,
this was all in year 2010.
Now Black Pearl is still with me,
I make she is maintained and she drives me safely.

Dance all night and laugh all day
I like to prance all right
As I like to play
Let dance all night and dance whilst we pray,
For these avenues run straight to the heart, so we
Dance all night and laugh all day
And on our would the stage we’ll play our part
Nothing but actors imprisoned by a magnetic cage
So we hunt a thrill and kill the time
For we have potions and magic within our brains
I dance all night I dance all day as this is the energy of peace at play
When the heavens were created god was at play,
in the 6 he moulded and on the 7 rested a day
So in celebration we dance wholly with joy,
And with divinity, share energys between all within the routine
As we dance all night and we dance all day peace be upon us and us upon peace

The Peril of Her Pearl
In the center of her breast a dangerous pearl found its nest.
A myriad of wondrous color it changes her mood with mighty vigor.
In love it's a pale tint of pinkish white,
In hate it's a ebony lavender tainted night.
Streaming vibrantly, fervidly through her veins
Its substance burns until control it obtains;
She touches it and with vivacious forces her pearl coerces
Her simple mind, her innocent love-
Which God gave her from his angels above.
The pearl; it's the dangerous peril
Of a innocent girl.
Those temptations allure assail her innocent demure.
So lust she must and her pearl turn to dust,
The peril of her pearl of an infatuated girl.

Pearls Of Wisdom
Every author that I know,
will at some time or other,
hand out a small pearl of wisdom,
in his or her work somewhere.
It does not matter in what genre
in which they choose to write
their pen will slip one day
and a small pearl of wisdom
will spill out and come our way.
We are all creatures of choice
and authors are no exception to the rule
in that once you have written one pearl
you can guarantee
more pearls will follow.

Daring Night
In the daring night when all the
Stars are shining bright
Squeeze me dont leave me
In the daring night
Galactic swirl in the firmament tonight
Oh with the lord of the dance
With the lord of the dance
In the daring night
I see orion and the hunters
Standing by the light of the moon
In the daring night
In the daring night
And the heart and the soul
As we look up in awe and wonder at the heavens
Oh and we go with the lord of the dance
With the lord of the dance, the lord of the dance
In the daring night
In the daring night when all the stars are
Shining bright
Oh baby squeeze me dont leave me in the daring night
In the firmament we move, we move and we live
And we have our being
Squeeze me dont leave, leave me in the daring night
In the firmament we move and galactic swirl
And we live and we breathe and have our being
Baby in the daring light
Darling squeeze me squeeze me
Dont ever leave me in the daring night
When all the stars are shining bright
And dont let go, and dont let go
Dont let go dont let go in the daring night
And we move and we move, and we move and we move
Baby dont let go in the daring night
In the daring night when all the stars are
Shining bright
Baby squeeze me dont leave me in the daring night
Capture it all oh with the lord of the dance
Oh with the lord of the dance in the daring night
With the lord of the dance in the daring night
With the lord of the dance and the great goddess
Of the eternal wisdom
Standing by the light of the moon in the daring night
And the bodies move and we sweat
And have our being
Dont leave me in the daring night
In the daring night when all the stars are
Shining bright
Squeeze me dont leave me
Baby in the daring night
Squeeze me dont leave me etc.

The Ruby And The Pearl
Can love be as warm as the ruby,
Can love be as pure as the pearl?
Just look in the heart of my love for you.
You'll find the ruby and the pearl.
My love will endure as the diamond;
And shine with the shimmer of gold.
It glows like a bright star above for you,
A thing of beauty to behold.
(Bridge:)
Come close and cling to my kiss;
Come close and share the passion of this.
Yes, love is as warm as the ruby
And love is as pure as the pearl.
Just look in the heart of my love for you.
You'll find the ruby and the pearl.
(Return to bridge:)
Come close and cling to my kiss;
Come close and share the passion of this.
Yes, love is as warm as the ruby
And love is as pure as the pearl.
Just look in the heart of my love for you.
You'll find the ruby and the pearl.

Daddy's Pearl
So you tell me she's a little cheater
She's a man eater
Well, that's all right
'cause i think i know her better
You can keep your chatter
And i know it's gonna be alright
Bite your tongue
You know i don't want to hear this
Bite your tongue
You know i've been told before
And i don't wanna hear it anymore
And you're not talking 'bout my girl
She is her daddy's pearl
Oh no
And your're not talking 'bout my girl
Oh oh oh
Everybody seems to get their kicks
Waiting for some fixation they ain't' got
That i'm gonna find out
Sooner or later
They're sure it's coming but i know it's not
Bite your tongue
You know i don't want to hear this
Bite your tongue
You know i've been told before
And i don't wanna hear it anymore
'cause you're not talking 'bout my girl, oh no
She is her daddy's pearl
Oh, oh, oh
She wouldn't hurt me for the world
Oh oh oh
Daddy's pearl
You know she's daddy's pearl
You know she's daddy's pearl
You know she's daddy's pearl
Bite your tongue
You know i don't want to hear this
Bite your tongue
You know i've been told before
And i don't wanna hear it anymore
'cause you're not talking 'bout my girl
She is her daddy's pearl
She wouldn't hurt me for the world
Oh oh oh

When summer comes
When summer comes
I will dress in silk blouse and skirt
Wear my new high shoes
Collared with green pearls.
And yellow cotton summer blouse
that sway like the stems of the pin Oak.
In August’s honey-dewed winds
Dark, hot, the time is right
To change dresses.
The pearl one
Slides over my body
Like a silky desire
And when I dance tonight
At his wedding
The hot diamond strobe light
Will dance with me
Like the moonlight across my
Window in slow, white –diamond illuminated
In this season
Of red, red light
When summer comes

Dance Unto The Light
Dance unto the light,
Sway to the sounds of time,
Watch the angels bright,
As they dance within your mind.
Dance my friends and sway,
To beauty, to laughter, to love,
For this is the most perfect day,
A perfect gift from above!
Dance unto the light,
Catch the stars bright,
For perfect are the angels love,
From the One Most High above!
Dance, dance, dance
As the music plays on,
Dance, Dance, Dance,
As we listen to their song.
Dance unto the light,
Star light, star bright,
Watch as the baby is born,
On a most glorious morn?
Dance unto the light,
Catch the stars so bright,
Yes He died on a tree,
But He died for Victory!
dance unto the light,
We dance unto the night,
The song has been sung,
For He has finally won!

Pearl, Merle And Earl And Sex
Every few days Earl tries to remember what sex used to be.
So he asks his girlfriends, “Is these thoughts sinful or weird of me? ”
Blushing Peal responds, “Why are all men so crass and crude? ”
Merle chimes in “Well Pearl, I like men who put me in the mood.”
Pearl recoils, “How can you treat it with so little dignity? ”
Merle jokes, “Using “it” for the word “sex” is an 'old' way to be.”
Listening to these ladies poor Earl becomes increasingly confused.
Are these thoughts a good thing or should they be refused?
Pearl says, “Merle, to keep your mind clean I suggest you pray.”
Earl retorts, “Pearl, I don’t want thoughts of sex to go away.”
Merle pipes in, “Pearl, just remember the way we all got here.
Folks have been doing “it”, I mean having sex, for many a year.”
Earl, why don’t you hustle those 70 year olds at other tables.
Sitting at one there’s an Olga, Margarite and at least two Mables.
White as her name sake, Pearl sat fingering her worry beads,
Hoping no 100+ year olds will bother her with their awful needs.

Dream Horse
Galloping, galloping in the night sky,
a pale dream horse and his dream herd float by.
There's no sound from their hooves,
There's no pound of their hearts,
as silently, soundlessly, they waft through the dark.
The moon was a chalice brimming with light,
when I first looked up and witnessed their flight.
In a swirl of mother-of-pearl stardust they rode,
and freedom of spirit was their only load.
Dream Horse, you are made of dream dust.
You rear on your hind legs and paw at the sky.
On earth you were a sight to stun the eye.
They say on this planet there is no grace
for you and your wild herds-there's not enough space,
but in endless eternity you've found a place.
So ride, Dream Horse, ride. Whirl by with your
dream herd, through the vast, incandescence of night!
There's no friction or resistance in their noiseless race,
as swiftly they slip through rimless space.

Is marriage inevitable?
Meena-
I loved her.
She was more than an angel.
I married her.
She was less than a devil.
Beena-
She was the mother of pearl.
Someone married.
She is still to me a pearl
or more than a mother of pearl.
Marriage-
Is it a death knell to love?
Love-
Is it alive like a mirage?

Sonnet: Poetry and Myself
Poesy served to poise my shattered heart,
That bled from earthly ‘missiles’ of turmoil;
And helped me upgrade my literary art,
As I began burning the midnight-oil.
The pearl I found in sea of my troubles!
Perhaps, it was by serendipity;
Pricey for me turned on the tables;
What a priceless, lucky discovery!
Like a plumb-line, I plunged into the sea,
And learned to swim ’midst the tall waves and tides;
The ‘pearl of joy’ was mine eternally!
I guarded it night and day, me besides
O Pearl of the deep seas, my Poesy!
Thou art no myth but a reality.

The Letters
i had a problem on my mind,
the answer to which was hard to find.
i tossed and turned throughout the night
and a knot in my stomach, which i could not fight.
i layed in bed, just abiding my time
waiting for daylight to arrive.
morning finally did come, sleep i had gotten some.
i got up out of bed, picked up the letter
that yesterday i had read.
there it was plain as day.
'sweetheart i love you, but i can't stay.
i must find what i am destined to do.
even if i must hurt my family and you.
i do not want to have a regret on my mind
because i did'nt get up to try.
so i leave you with my heart in hand
it was'nt something that i had planned.
i know that it will hurt my family and you
for i am going through the same hurt too.
you showed me all the beauties in the world
and i grew just like a pearl, but just like a pearl
i have to be shown and admired, and other
hearts, to be set on fire.
so i leave with tears in my eyes, and i must abide my time.
'this is the letter that i had read.'
and my heart was torn and bled.
weeks went by without a word, and to her family
she was not heard.
then i received a letter today, and in it she did say:
i searched the big cities and the towns
but the love i had gotten from all of you, was not to be found.
i did find something that touched my heart
and in me, has become a big part.
the love of a blind child, who was born without sight
who touched my heart with so much might.
he touched my face with his hands, and pulled them back right away
and with that he did say:
i am blind and i can not see, but i feel so much
pain etched in your face, and you left loved
ones without a trace.
you left loved ones with your heart in your hands
and it's something that they can not understand.
you left in search of something that you had all along
and that was a place that you could belong.
i survive because of the love that is shown
and eyes i do not need to see, something that may be hurting me.
if you are searching for something more
then go help the NEEDY AND POOR.
they need love and comfort too, and they belong to me and you.
i turned from the child and AGAIN ran away.
then that night to the LORD i cried and prayed.
when i fell asleep that night, in my dream
all of you were in plain sight.
all of you were beckoning me home, and your broken
hearts were shown.
so i ask you on bended knees, help me with what i've seen.
help me to help the poor, for this is my destiny
of which i'm sure.
she came home and we did marry, and now my baby she carries.
we are helping all in need, for in her
GOD did plant the seed.

If I Could Fall In Love
When I was young
I fell in love
She was a goddess
With a world inside of her mind
When she moved on
Something went wrong
She took my power
And the love I had inside
Now that I found you
I don't know how to
If I could fall
In love again
I'd fall in love with you
If I could change
A grain of sand
Into a pearl I would
I pray in time
I'll come to find
Away to break through
And save this heart of mine
You've waited long
If you can't hold on
I wouldn't blame you
I don't think I'd be that strong
What am I to do
If I can't have you
If I could fall
In love again
I'd fall in love with you
If I could change
A grain of sand
Into a pearl I would
You love me so
Even though I don't know
How do you deal
With a man like me
If I could fall
In love again
I'd fall in love with you
If I could change
A grain of sand
Into a pearl I would
I would

They Spark in Colors of Pearl and Silver
They Spark in Colors of Pearl and Silver
The Stars in the night sky…Shine so Brightly
They spark in colors of… Pearl and Silver
You must follow them to find your way home
But now you are on your life’s Journey to find yourself
And your dreams
You must let them guide you
You must let them light your path
They will help you understand
They will give you hope
They will shine down upon you
May the Stars be a light for you when all other lights go out…

Pearl, Merle And Earl And Politics
Pearl, a republican, finds it hard to change.
Merle, a democrat, as usual thinks Pearl is strange.
Earl, is independent minded and politically on the fence.
Pearl whines, “When I hear the liberal crowd, they’re just too loud.”
Merle snaps back, “Pearl, that’s no reason.
Would you vote for Mickey Mouse if he were quiet for a season? ”
Earl joins in, “I’d vote either way for anyone who didn’t say
Something stupid for a day.”
Pearl laments, “I’m worried about where our country’s going.”
Merle agrees, “All politicians argue while our problems keep growing.”
Earl declares, “We, the people, will demonstrate,
Until our government really starts to improve our fate.”
These senior members differ on many issues, but they’re closely bound…
In the belief that “It’s government for the people, not the other way around.”

Solar Family
Behold!
Oh round, mother-of-pearl,
There is your radiance upon my eyes
And the reflection of your untarnished waters
Forsooth!
There is a daughter
High up in the night like hidden gems
Until you shine the day and she smiles in pale pearl
And Look!
There is a sister and a cousin
Dashing madly 'round the father of them all
Laughing in the spaces between the sunset and dawn
And There!
Look upon their flanks
Scrambling like a parasite of sin
There is the future, will it grow up in the shadows or the light?
