My Other Days
My days are in the other days,
Weeks follow the story of happiness;
For where are the wicked deejays,
Of a madness that exists aimless.
I have adventure in this ageless realm,
Advice is offered by the damned,
And I have refuted the worthy to overwhelm,
As I have refused the leaders who are programmed.
I see a scam that appears to disbelieve
In me as a gentleman of hope and learning,
This will be a thief of heights to relieve
Me in my wonders and joyous admiring.

A little pause
Days are busy, so are the nights
with endless struggles, clashes and fights
time ticks away, quietly flows the tide
pining for love and one joyous ride.
Days are busy, so are the nights
a little pause would have taken
happiness to great heights.

Thief! ! !
You are a thief
THIEF, THIEF, THIEF
Thief from bones and soul
Thief till dust and ash
THIEF, THIEF, THIEF
Thief who steals and shouts
Thief who cheats and hides
You have a pride
A pride of THIEF
You have an ethic
An ethic of THIEF
You have rules
Rules of THIEF
You take what you want
And run from everyone
Irresponsible about what you’ve done
Leave this mess to be blown
THIEF, THIEF, THIEF
There’s nothing real
From your belonging
You’re just a thief
And why I should follow a thief

Beware The Scam
Beware the scam my friends
Beware the scam
The one where you are
Asked 'support an orphanage'
Even through the medium
Of poetry beware the scam
There are ways and means these days
To ignite a sham
We have to learn to reap
Reap what we sow
Not expect handouts
From anyone although
Temptation prays at
Heaven's golden page
Beware the scam my friends
Hold still your gaze

Ballade Of Mature Beauty
Easy comes beauty in youth’s natural spring,
But with age its mellow dimensions grow.
Like to a bud, a full bloom, age will bring.
With grace its beauty does ebb and glow,
Its liberty allows its new functions to show.
Mature beauty is and will be admired always,
Youth’s beauty and its esteem goes to and fro,
But ageless deeper beauty has endless days.
Mature beauty has a melody to sing,
And this it releases so that you will know,
The elegance and blessing of its echo’s ring.
The evidence of a mind is part of its show,
For it opens tastefully with a view to bestow.
Ageless beauty never lacks for praise.
The beauty of life’s spring may lose its glow,
But ageless deeper beauty has endless days.
In poetry and melody its praises we bring,
For mature beauty’s many dimensions we know.
With fervid dignity I see it take to wing,
Giving the young buds an inspiring show.
May you long guide youth as they grow,
Leading them in elegance the celestial ways.
So youth will know how easy beauty may go,
But ageless deeper beauty has endless days.
Now young buds aspire to full blooms grow,
And become worthy of nature’s timeless praise.
Allow your charm in majesty and grace to glow,
And may your ageless beauty have endless days.

Seen Him?
Caught in the middle of crime,
The thief waits for his next skill.
Your days are numbered like his,
But the days are too far away.
My thief worked all day, just all the way,
Always seeking money from the rich,
Gaining new food and tools for his protection.
The last sky was littered with food of his house,
The house was bitter with talk and losing.
He was a thief in the very sight, the thief.

You Might Be Wrong
Uncouth ill educated lout.
You make your mind up instantly,
you are quite sure you have no doubt.
He is what he appears to be
You later find to you surprise
he is in fact a gentleman.
Regarded by the world as wise.
Not as you thought an also ran.
Because he does not look the part.
You thought him worthy of disdain.
But now you have a change of heart
you have been forced to think again.
Clothes do not make a gentleman.
Quite often they disguise a thief
who’s out to steal all that he can
He’s confident of your belief
That you can quickly recognise
the calibre of those you meet.
Forgetting that appearances lies
when other men are out to cheat.
The cover does not tell the tale
of what is written in the book.
If you are wise you will not fail
to take a second searching look.

Ive Been Out Walking
This song appears on the album for everyman as these days with slightly different lyrics.
Ive been out walking
I dont do too much talking these days
These days
These days I seem to think a lot
About the things that I forgot to do
And all the times I had the chance to
I stopped my ramblin
I dont do too much gamblin these days
These days
These days I seem to think about
How all the changes came about my way
And I wonder if Ill see another highway
And I had a lover
I dont think Ill risk another these days
These days
And if I seem to be afraid
To live the life that I have made in song
Well its just cause Ive been losing so long
Well Ill stop my dreamin
I dont do too much schemin these days
These days
These days Ill sit on cornerstones
And count the time in quartertones to ten
Please dont confront me with my failures
I had not forgotten them

Time eats your fear.
Having come that much, I now disbelieve
Things and people, believed in green days.
Age growing and fear subsiding,
I disbelieve the God and His efficacy.

Happiness and joy
There is nothing like happiness and joy
Some may come very late to annoy
The ship has left the port
Only you are awaited to deport
One silver line makes you happy
The neck tightened and kept ready
Some respite in form of happiness takes over
You are at liberty to enjoy it with defensive cover
The soul was hunted in desperation for cover
Your pain and agony was continuous and not over
You had not lost hope and prayed for happy end
You got everything back including friends
Why do people desert you in critical days?
Why do they send or push you away?
Don’t they think same days may not remain?
Happiness may take over and relieve the pain
This is finest hour in life and mission
There should remain no more confusion
Anything may happen at any moment
There is no fun in cursing or passing the comments

Oh Happy Days
Oh happy days,
Everyone likes you.
Oh happy days,
Please stay today.
Oh happy days,
Sweet like honey.
Oh happy days,
loving family ties.
Oh happy days,
Giving us strength.
Oh happy days,
Children out playing.
Oh happy days,
On the green grass.
Oh happy days,
With boundless optimism.
Oh happy days,
I give thanks.
Oh happy days,
Dreaming for more.
Oh happy days,
Warm and bright.
Oh happy days,
Like love eternal.
Oh happy days,
And glad memories.
Oh happy days,
New hope prayers.
Oh happy days,
With smiling faces.
Oh happy days,
Holidays and health.
Oh happy days,
With close friends.
Oh happy days,
Generous and giving.
Oh happy days,
Shiny rainbow dreams.
Oh happy days,
Till the very end.
Oh happy days,
Always and forever.
Amen.

Around the corner
I wont tell you the stories he has told me,
or the reason why for weeks and months
he couldn't sleep.
About the walk around the corner,
he kept walking round that corner,
walking round that corner
for days and months and weeks.
That isn't my story to tell you, only his;
but I can tell you that he walks around
that corner through his days
and through his weeks.
I can tell you that he marched them home
leading from the front,
right down through the Guildhall
to the sound of thudding drum.
I can tell you that he marched all those
young boys home.
All of them, but one.

One Simple Rule
As we get older time races by,
years seem like weeks,
weeks melt into days,
and soon they are gone
on their merry way.
It doesn’t have to be like that
if you follow one simple rule,
and that is to live your life
every second to the full.

The Old Days
The old days--the far days--
The overdear and fair!--
The old days--the lost days--
How lovely they were!
The old days of Morning,
With the dew-drench on the flowers
And apple-buds and blossoms
Of those old days of ours.
Then was the _real_ gold
Spendthrift Summer flung;
Then was the _real_ song
Bird or Poet sung!
There was never censure then,--
Only honest praise--
And all things were worthy of it
In the old days.
There bide the true friends--
The first and the best;
There clings the green grass
Close where they rest:
Would they were here? No;--
Would _we_ were _there_!...
The old days--the lost days--
How lovely they were!

What Part Of Reality Refused
What part of reality refused,
Do people continue to disbelieve?
The one they see without accepting,
And turn their heads?
Or the one they turn their heads,
To see in disbelief it exists to dismiss?

Those Born In Obscure Times
Those born in obscure times
Do not remember their way.
We, children of Russia's frightful years
Cannot forget a thing.
Incinerating years!, do you bring tidings
of madness or of hope?
The days of war, the days of freedom
Have left a bloody sheen on our faces.
There is a muteness - the tocsin bell
Has made us close our lips.
In our hearts, once so ardent,
There is a fateful emptiness.
Let the croaking ravens
Take flight above our deathbed -
O Lord, O Lord, may those more worthy than us,
Behold Thy kingdom!

If we would only give, just once, the same amount of reflection to what we want to get out of life that we give to the question of what to do with a two weeks' vacation, we would be startled at our false standards and the aimless procession of our busy days.
