Me And Wine
I want my tea as much as wine,
Happy farm of fascination;
These liqueurs converge as liquids
Scorning the very rituals so blessed by some.
They exasperate me as far as heaven,
Yielding rapid results, gainful memories
So helpful to convergence, the reality.
Illicit markets never sell too many liqueurs,
Incurable illnesses diverge filling the glasses.
A silhouette of a man tends to be interesting
Like the goal of civilisation.
Tea and coffee are not the wines in cups
That taste, and blend into more liquid.
The happy farm we concentrate upon
Is the happiest one by far.

The Farm
There┬┤s a cockroach in my coffee
There┬┤s a needle in my arm
And I feel like New York City
Get me to the farm
Get me to the farm
Get me to the farm
Somebody get me to the farm
I got terminal uniqueness
I'm an egocentric man
I get caught up in my freakness
But I ain┬┤t no Peter Pan
Get me to the farm
Get me to the farm
Get me to the farm
Get me...
Buckle up straight Jack
Sanity is such a drag
Jellybeam thorazene
Trancendental jet lag
Sanity I ain┬┤t gotta
Feeling like a pinala
Sucker punch-blowin┬┤lung
Motherload-pigeonholed
I'm feeling like I'm gonna explode
I wanna be a Hare Krishna
Tattoo a dot right on my head
And the prozac is my fixer
I am the living dead
Take me to the farm
Take me to the farm
Somebody take me to the farm
Somebody take me to the farm
Take me to the farm
Take me to the farm
Somebody take me to the farm
Somebody take me to the farm
Take me to the farm
Take me to the farm
Take me to the farm...
Take me to the farm
Take me to the farm
Somebody take me to the farm

Chocolate box
Cellophane wrappers,
pictures so pretty.
Raspberry filling,
the tongue so willing.
The mind is aglow
with sweet flavours we know.
Cream, coffee and rum
for our well rounded tums.
Cherry is heady with sherry.
Whiskey is rich and it's fine.
Chocolate liqueurs are so heady,
please let the biggest be mine!

An invited visit to an uninvited play
Their apartment was ballroom-huge,
just off Park Avenue; they were
generous with their invitations;
we, happy to partake of their lavish lifestyle,
their buffet food, their wine, their décor…
for which, we paid in a grubby coinage:
from cocktails to liqueurs,
the captive audience for their literate, spotlight centered abuse
of one another.. the complicity of it all
made my fresh underwear feel dirty..
outside, after, in the street,
the rain came down;
how sweet the rain felt.

Oh Yes, I'm So Happy!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause i get to hear your lies
i'm so happy
surprise!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you tell lies on me
i'm so happy
see?
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you call me names
i'm so happy
i'v fame!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you break your promises
i'm so happy
i'm joyous!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you gave me some attention
i'm so happy
i'm in heaven!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause i get to be used
i'm so happy
i'm amused!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you spare me a few minutes
i'm so happy
i must be nuts!
oh yes, i'm so happy
cause you let me love you
i'm so happy
i'm through with you!
oh yes, if i was so happy
cause of you
i'll be happier
now without you!

I was a typical farm boy. I liked the farm. I enjoyed the things that you do on a farm, go down to the drainage ditch and fish, and look at the crawfish and pick a little cotton.

Learning From Words
I learn sometimes in my sleep when I wink,
Or when I stand tall, suppressing only some of my thoughts.
To sit is learned; affected by love the soul weeps,
Fasting will occur as the soul weeps further.
My learning collapses when I am drunk
From liqueurs so sweet;
Or when I am drunk from the words I choose
The sweet wine of heaven seems to cascade.
On my head is a spell of magic
Taken from the arms of a priest so logical
In the way of his denomination.
I learn so well from him,
Rather than from wine or words of plain speech.

Me & Bobby & Bobbys Brother
Well there was me and bobby and bobbys brother
Please take me back to that place
Where Ive got all my memories, those were my happiest days
I remember all the games we used to play
I really do
And I went to see them almost every day
I wanted to
Though we quarrelled at times
And had a few fights
We were the best of friends
We found a place in the sun
To have enough fun
Well there was me and bobby and bobbys brother
Wildest kids you could see
We would play together
Climbing the apple tree
Yes there was me and bobby and bobbys brother
Please take me back to that place
Where Ive got all me my memories, those were my happiest days
They would take me out for football games and such
They liked to play
And I guess I didnt like it very much
But anyway
I was happy and proud to be with the boys
Being a little girl
I found a place in the sun
A heaven of fun
Well there was me and bobby and bobbys brother
Wildest kids you could see
We would play together
Climbing the apple tree
Yes there was me and bobby and bobbys brother
Please take me back to that place
Where Ive got all me my memories, those were my happiest days
Well there was me and bobby and bobbys brother
Please take me back to that place
Where Ive got all my memories, those were my happiest days
(got all my memories, those were my happiest days)
Where Ive got all my memories, those were my happiest days
(got all my memories, those were my happiest days)
Where Ive got all my memories, those were my happiest days
(got all my memories, those were my happiest days)

What makes me happy
What makes me happy is rain,
Heaven in little drops of liquid.
And darkness makes me happy,
Too happy...
Maybe it's because light hurts my eyes,
And I really hate light
Kansas makes me happy, land of my birth
Every time I see clouds, I am happy
So really I'm happy a lot
May these things make you happy
Every time you see the moon
Have a merry, merry Christmas
And good will to you
Perhaps you'll be happy
Please.please be happy
You will soon.

I Aint Gonna Work On Maggies Farm No More
(bob dylan)
I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I wake up every morning
Hold my hands and pray for rain
Ive got a head full of ideas
Driving me insane
Its a shame the way she makes me scrub the floor
Well, I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
Well, I aint gonna work for maggies brother no more
I aint gonna work for maggies brother no more
He hands you a nickel
He hands you a dime
He asks you and your friends
If youre having a good time
He blames you every time you slam the door
Well, I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
Well, I aint gonna work for maggies pa no more
I aint gonna work for maggies pa no more
He stubs his cigarette out in your face just for kicks
His bedroom window is made out of bricks
And the national guard are standing at his door
Well, I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
Well, I aint gonna work for maggies mother no more
I aint gonna work for maggies mother no more
She talks to all the servants about man and God and law
And everybody swears shes the brains behind pa
Shes sixty-eight, but claims shes twenty-four
Well, I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
Well, I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I try so hard to be just who I am
But everybody wants you to be just like them
They say see, while youre playing I get bored ? ?
Well, I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more
I aint gonna work on maggies farm no more

At Least, Everybody's Happy
I want you to be happy
Because if you happy
I will be happy too
I want you to feel happy
Because if you happy
I will feel peaceful
I want your happiness
Because if you happy
I won't need anything else
I want to see you happy
Because if you happy
I will not be forced to see you grieving
I want you to know happiness
Because if you happy
I will not disturb only by your sorrow
I want to hear that you're happy
Because if you happy
I should not listen to your unhappy story
I want you to find happiness
Because if you happy
I will not be chased by constant nightmare
I want you have a touch of happiness
Because if you happy
I could rip your ugly sad face with smile
I want to give you happiness
Because if you happy
I could take you from the darkness
I want you to taste happiness
Because if you happy
I must not swallow the bitterness
I want you realize that you have a right to be happy
Because if you happy
I won't be drowned in regret because ignorance

I Cannot Go Back To Where I Once Was Happiest
I CANNOT GO BACK TO WHERE I ONCE WAS HAPPIEST
I cannot go back to where I once was happiest-
I cannot go forward to a happiness unknown.
I can only remain where I am now
For as long as I can remain here.
Happy sometimes,
Happy on occasion,
Happy in spite of and along with all the unhappiness.
I can only be a bit and somewhat happy sometimes-
That’s all there is for me
Now and to the end.

Strawberry Wine
He was working through college on my grandpa's farm.
I was thirsting for knowledge and he had a car.
I was caught somewhere between a woman and a child.
One restless summer we found love growing wild.
On the banks of the river on a well beaten path.
It's funny how those memories they last.
Like strawberry wine and seventeen.
The hot July moon saw everything.
My first taste of love oh bittersweet.
Green on the vine.
Like strawberry wine.
I still remember when thirty was old.
And my biggest fear was September when he had to go.
A few cards and letters and one long distance call.
We drifted away like the leaves in the fall.
But year after year I come back to this place.
Just to remember the taste.
Of strawberry wine and seventeen.
The hot July moon saw everything.
My first taste of love oh bittersweet.
Green on the vine.
Like strawberry wine.
The fields have grown over now.
Years since they've seen the plow.
There's nothing time hasn't touched.
Is it really him or the loss of my innocence.
I've been missing so much.
Like strawberry wine and seventeen.
The hot July moon saw everything.
My first taste of love oh bittersweet.
Green on the vine.
Like strawberry wine.

Only he can understand what a farm is, what a country is, who shall have sacrificed part of himself to his farm or country, fought to save it, struggled to make it beautiful. Only then will the love of farm or country fill his heart.

To A Woman Who Endured
Happy I am you no longer would be hungry
Happy your sacks today are laden with gifts
Happy the road to home no longer is weary
Happy all that has come to you pleasantly a lift
Happy of the time spent in outpouring prayers
Happy you no longer are weighed down nor bent
Happy times you dutifully waited and today the pay
Happy on your head a glorious crown, no not lent
Happy that in so doing, He did openly to all eyes to see
All people of good-will cling to you, a woman blessed
Happy you asked, He said He would, and did as He said
Now your footsteps, no longer Snowflakes tan: Blessed

The happy heart
The happy heart
~
How happy the heart
when left to sing and dance
when given every dream
told to believe
and never be afraid
happy joyful each beat
while the laughter is filling
those days and nights
which pass by so quick
leaving little memories
to always be kept
a treasure of their own
the friends which came
for the love they shared
and the joy they gave
valued in every way
how happy the heart
which has all this

Oh Happy Days
Oh happy days,
Everyone likes you.
Oh happy days,
Please stay today.
Oh happy days,
Sweet like honey.
Oh happy days,
loving family ties.
Oh happy days,
Giving us strength.
Oh happy days,
Children out playing.
Oh happy days,
On the green grass.
Oh happy days,
With boundless optimism.
Oh happy days,
I give thanks.
Oh happy days,
Dreaming for more.
Oh happy days,
Warm and bright.
Oh happy days,
Like love eternal.
Oh happy days,
And glad memories.
Oh happy days,
New hope prayers.
Oh happy days,
With smiling faces.
Oh happy days,
Holidays and health.
Oh happy days,
With close friends.
Oh happy days,
Generous and giving.
Oh happy days,
Shiny rainbow dreams.
Oh happy days,
Till the very end.
Oh happy days,
Always and forever.
Amen.

Coffee and the poor economies of the world.
Respect the sweat of human,
Irrespective of color, creed and religion,
One third of tap water is used to brew the coffee,
Procured two to five dollars per kilo in whole sale,
Starbucks sell two pound a cup in the stalls in UK,
Have spacious restaurants in our regions
converting UK pounds to our pitiful denomination,
Americana, Cappuccino, Mocha and Espresso,
Fancy name attached with degree of roasting,
Fermentation, with milk, without milk and bubbles,
Come to our countries, freshly roasted filter coffee,
Available on the road sides for five rupees a cup,
Cup size of less than 50 ml, just to moisten the throat,
Even the Cups of developed nations, fivefold our size,
Still it is only 25 rupees, equivalent to fifty cents,
We are the poor people; give us the fair price,
Coffee is the third liquid, after petroleum, on the market,
Out of one kilo coffee powder,100 cups can be brewed,
R&D, Oil rigs, Oil platforms, expensive engineers and workmen,
Billions of dollar investment, still one liter petrol costs 140 pence,
What have you invested in our poor countries,
To drink the sweat of our plantation coolies so cheap?
How are we obligated to sell our produce,
So cheap for you to increase the value and sell?
WE are fools and our politicians are your tools,
To puncture our hearts to do the batter trade.

A farm horse is drawn to a farm mare.
A race horse too will be
Averse not to a farm mare.
