Face Of The Sea
The sea has a face, my body,
As I remake the soul for glory.
Eyes closed, the water seeps in,
Nose shall succumb and body shall spend.
The scary waters around me inherit
The thinking hard creature I am.
This health is but a certainty,
Full of praise, full of work and hardship,
So that designing the heart is like grace.
Waters of high health are of the seas,
Their brine chases us from afar.

Why Work Ourselves Hard
Hard workers are long lived that does seem a lie
For the harder you work the sooner you may die
You drive a car hard though it's engine and body is strong
It quickly wears out it does not last that long
Hard work on the ageing body does take it's toll
Relaxation is good for the muscles and the soul
A time to recover when you are feeling tired
A balance in life is the thing most desired
By sensible people who know how to relax
Too much of hard work on your health a huge tax

Happiness Is Dead
Sympathy is what I lack, compassion has left me in the dark, while slowly happiness fades away like faded ink on wet paper
Damp with selfloathing, happiness seeps out like raging waters of emptyness

Education
Education I agree to in this country,
It endangers the body with more health,
Rather than doing harm it cares for the body
And the brain, and all that is in the heart.
One imagined the heart to travel knowingly
With the mood of one man and one woman.

I Was Under The Water
A feeling of being free over came me.
Like I was flying high above everything.
I couldnt open my mouth to speak.
The rush of water filled my ears.
The water went in my nose.
The warm waters forgave me.
Brought me peace and joy.
What I didnt know I was under the water.
I was drowning in front of them.
Its too late to fight for air.
Slipping slowly underneath the water.
The last thing I see is you.
Your hands picking me up.
I rise my hand to meet you.
My body gave up.
And the water took my life.

Shadows of winter, full blast,
Numbly, I succumb to morpheus's charm
Under duress, somnolence's catatonic 's few crumbs,
I can't afford the luxury to dream, a pupil of the forlorn,
Yet, haunted by the memory of that buoyant waters,
I regress, unleash this floodgates of tears,
Shadows of winter, full-blown attack,
Strip of my identity, I yield inevitably to its will.... until
Spring's pull, its cry, its song, may thaw the snow

A Life of Mystery!
Human life is a great mystery yet to be unravelled!
As long as soul is there in the body man survives;
How the soul has come and where the soul goes
Nobody knows yet making it difficult to believe it!
Independent survival depends on the work one does;
Work makes one survive standing on one’s own legs.
Many rely on money but work only provides money;
The good work one does brings support from all ever.

I love you; who is ‘I’- soul or body?

Self Boost
I would boost of self and claim
I have everything with big name
I have everything to proclaim
As I am perfectly placed with aim
I could go anywhere in world
I have rich ideas to be sold
People take my advices for granted
They always believe me and wanted
I have everything I want
But certain thing I don’t
I neglected health for fortune
Rest everything went out of tune
I was to cherish some of the pride moments
But had to sacrifice and face adverse comments
Any body would notice the deterioration
Their point may have only one orientation
It is important to have worldly pleasure
But at the same time perfect health to make it sure
If you have everything but no body to enjoy
It will be useless to sit on mountain without any joy
The head may ache and not allow you to think
You may seek isolation and quietly sink
This is stage where you need complete comforts
But alas! You are no where near the port
You are on sea waters
You have power to sail and course to alter
But it is realized the futile race sought after
All luxurious like things now fail to cater
It slides me to the pain zone
Complete devastation as if after cyclone

When you are aware of the real need of your body
Will not try to destroy it with bad habits wrongly.
Should learn how the human body function,
What to eat and drink to have the best food conversion.
Definitely must move enough to stop deterioration,
Never to have joint and bone troubles, need prevention.
Must rest enough and good night sleep,
To avoid stress, anger and your health to upkeep.
Our body has the built in healing,
Only we have to stop which is destroying,
Then you do not need doctor or medicine,
Perfect health is yours, your body'll be a well oiled machine.
The human body is the greatest wonder of this time,
