Dogs And Giants
You know the one who lifts stones and pelts the strongest of men,
And you have heard of ruinous giants stalking their prey with menace.
The stray dogs barking crazily at the giants and strong men
Are being killed, being slaughtered, like the killing of the troops.
The one who pelts at gigantic crowds called the exercising army
Shall be returned with a gust of freshness before being shot by the bullets.
So then canines deter the wicked and laugh in their way to the winter ground.
The summer sees a dog too fit for human consumption,
They pelt at the dog too fit for the consumption of themselves.

They Might Be Giants
Hang on
Hang on tight
They might be giants (boy)
They might be giants
They might be rain
They might be heat
They might be frying up a stalk of wheat
They might be giants (boy)
They might be giants
They might be brain
They might be washed
They might be dr. spocks back-up band
To make the merry-go-round go faster
So that everyone needs to hang on tighter
Just to keep from being thrown to the wolves
Tabloid footprints in your hair
Tabloid footprints everywhere
We cant be silent
cause they might be giants
And what are we going to do unless they are
They might be giants (boy)
They might be giants
They might be bald
They might be snow
They might be something else in the snow
Hang on tight
They might be giants (boy)
They might be giants
They might be fake
They might be lies
They might be big, big, fake, fake lies
Tabloid footprints in your hair
Tabloid footprints everywhere
We cant be silent
cause they might be giants
And what are we going to do unless they are

Killer Of Giants
If none of us believe in war
Then can you tell me what the weapons for
Listen to me everyone
If the button is pushed
Therell be nowhere to run
Giants sleeping giants winning wars
Within their dreams
Till they wake when its too late
And in gods name blaspheme
Killer of giants threatens us all
Mountains of madness standing so tall
Marches of protest not stopping the war
Or the killer of giants
The killer of giants
Mother nature people state your case without its worth
Your seas run dry your sleepless eyes are turning red alert
Killer of giants threatens us all
Mountains of madness standing so tall
Rising so proudly it has nowhere to fall
This killer of giants
This killer of giants
Killer of giants threatens us all
Mountains of madness standing so tall
Marches of protest not stopping the war
Oh the killer of giants
Oh the killer of giants
Killer of giants
Killer of giants

Sonnet: Country-Dogs but…
Who says that country-dogs are unworthy,
And dogs that roam the streets are to be shot?
So, people use the term in sense filthy;
But Dogs or Dogs where-ever from they’re brought.
The Dogs I see are sensible enough,
And keep their bodies clean in ways they can;
But human beings to them appear rough;
By looking once, they know the kind of man!
And some have excellent memory also,
And remember your kindness for long years;
When strangers come at nights, barking they do;
Ev’n children need not have any fears.
They scour the land and become prey to snakes;
And some are dead, sometimes in nearby lakes.

Stray dogs
Here and there and everywhere
Stray dogs doing business
And barkedup wrongtrees
And spoiled the working
Environments.
Stray dogs have no
Commonsense not true
Stray dogs encounter
The alien.
Stray dogs safeguard
The interest
And ensure to make
The area clean.
Stray dogs welcome
Common mass
Stray dogs do not like
Corrupt class.
Stray dogs can only think
The morrows
Stray dogs have practical
Experience and knowledge
You know I know all know.

They Got Lost
Julie at the station says theyll be here any minute now
But shes running out of records and her show is ending anyhow.
They can hear her saying their name on the car radio
But the signal keeps fading out no matter which way they go.
I heard they might be somewhere in this town
They might be giants got lost driving around
John said to john, I think we make a left at the light
There should be a big crinkle, assuming this map is right
John looked over and said, hey, no its not
Its a crumpled up wrapper from the fast food that we got
I heard they might be somewhere in this town
They might be giants got lost driving around
Dan said to hal, I see somebody walking this way
So they rolled down the window and said, hello. hey excuse me, hey
Could you tell us where we are and the best way out of here
They could tell from his expression he had absolutely no idea
I heard they might be somewhere near this town
They might be giants got lost driving around
Driving around
Driving around
Theyre still driving around

Gigantic Monsters On This Earth
Had we lived among giants the world would have stopped,
Then hesitation separated us from the monsters of the deep.
Designs of complexity denounce us when we are stopped,
Killing our intentions further and further, so we cry.
Going into your deep head, we discover the heads of the Earth,
Claiming the deepest dread so elegant and tasty.
Living among the gigantic dinosaurs feeds us
Like the feeding of hungry crowds, those fulfilling mounds of Earth.
Earth is a world of heavenly worlds, the furthest from the Sun
Some say, but most would not admit this statement.

Many Speak Like Giants
Many giants stagger at the battle they have fought,
Fighting inhibits the brain that rides and sways;
It innocently speaks, the wars bespeak to count,
So then fighting designs a right of conduct;
Many giants fall at their age of reason,
Reasons fell from the clouds and smothered with rain.
The real message awaits to see me as gigantic
And huge for the purpose,
I can wait and observe the crowd of people,
Watching is their insult and I have observed.

Here In This spring
Here in this spring, stars float along the void;
Here in this ornamental winter
Down pelts the naked weather;
This summer buries a spring bird.
Symbols are selected from the years'
Slow rounding of four seasons' coasts,
In autumn teach three seasons' fires
And four birds' notes.
I should tell summer from the trees, the worms
Tell, if at all, the winter's storms
Or the funeral of the sun;
I should learn spring by the cuckooing,
And the slug should teach me destruction.
A worm tells summer better than the clock,
The slug's a living calendar of days;
What shall it tell me if a timeless insect
Says the world wears away?

Own Place Of The City
Kevin was born in his own place of the city,
The predators engaged in conversation.
This haunted land was joined with him,
An early enemy concerned him, wanting, waiting.
In this ruined city there lived a boy called Kevin,
Once his life gained momentum they engaged
In conversation, forcing him to concede his secret.
Those merchants of evil concealed their evil
And wandered into the city forming bands of evil.
Wanting, waiting, the vagabonds learnt what fresh news arose,
Learning yet again, the giants rode their fight to conversation.
Kevin was in a place of safety, as the giants rose
Like plants of goodness, roots strong,
And always like trees of old.
Kevin never gaped at their weapons and words,
For gigantic help forced him to recite the world.

Conquering Giants
All of the giants within your life, are conquered with Jesus Christ,
Those giants that rage within, and those we face in a world of sin.
God who conquers giants for us, seeks only obedience and trust,
As we live for the Lord each day, following our Savior all the way.
Wherever in the world we trod, we faithfully need to seek our God,
To seek out our Savior’s will, as His purpose in life He does fulfill.
As believers, we’re God’s servant, to be used wherever we’re sent,
To fulfill a purpose bigger than us, through our Lord, Christ Jesus.
Like Moses and Joshua too, The Lord will strengthen me and you,
To stand strong and courageous, when things appear outrageous,
Whatever in life, may be our lot, The Lord God will forsake us not,
When we endeavor to follow Jesus, our Lord God will comfort us.
Being faithful to Christ’s call, God helps us stand, strong and tall,
So we will be ready and available, for God’s purpose and His will,
With a teachable spirit for Christ, God helps us deal with sacrifice,
As we meditate on God’s Word, God helps us live all we’ve heard.
If only in God we truly believe, with a humble spirit, we will receive,
Strength and courage from above, provided by The Savior’s Love,
To conquer those giants that we face, guided by sustaining Grace,
As God leads us with His Hand, toward that future Promised Land.

The Legend Of The O Keeffes
It must be a fallacy that dead canines can fly
But of the mystery in myths and legends one cannot deny
And one legend I recall from decades gone by
Is when an O Keeffe dies in Cullen dogs bark in the sky.
The legend of the O Keeffes has travelled far and wide
They hunted with their dogs in Duhallow's country-side
And stories of them in Duhallow abound
Of how with their dogs they hunted on foot covering miles of ground.
'Tis said the O Keeffes the best hunting dogs kept
And with their wives in their beds their dogs with them slept
And for the kindness shown to them their dogs them did repay
The O Keeffes never did know a poor hunting day.
I tell it as I heard it and I don't tell you a lie
It is said that in Cullen when an O Keeffe die
The dogs of their dead ancestors bark in the moonlight
In the starry sky in the dead of the night.
You can make out of this whatever you may
But in Duhallow the legend is living today
Of when a Cullen O Keeffe dies canines bark in the sky
The ghosts of their ancestors dogs on them have wings to fly.

Rely on fate
A snake is killed for being a threat.
A rat is killed for being a menace.
A goat is killed for being a prey.
Anyone is killed by an accident.

Love Me Love My Dog
We are an animal loving nation
but dogs are the number one pet
we spoil our canines rotten
and give all our money to the vet.
Dogs become part of the family
they get fed all the best grub
they get taken on long walks
and even get to go to the pub.
Old people like their company
and youngsters love them too
even when they leave dog mess
because they can't go to the loo.
They like to guard our homes
keep watch when we go out
they warn us with their barking
if there's a stranger about.
Some dogs are very strong
and are built for a fight
but others are very gentle
and would never give you a bite.
There are dogs which are lazy
and just like to sit and rest
whilst some are full of life
with lots of energy and zest.
But they make great friends
if they're treated right then
they'll want to be with you
during the day and the night.
So yes we do love our dogs
even when they leave their mess
but I do wish there was a breed
that could talk and play Chess!

Never Believe
Is anybody here?
Is everybody here?
The service is about to begin!
I make my servant by fires insidious
Instead of the laughter, theres the last of the separated jewels
Ill make dust of the whole damned wall
Ill make hovels for all the worms
I left off my hands to save these idiot bastards
Bastards!
Me and cellmate have lost again for ever
The sun shines and I breathe my father...
I want so much to remove your past
And deliver your neurotic flesh from evil
Grab this giants hand
Grab this giants hand
Grab this giants hand
Grab this giants hand
But Im only allowed to touch what I know
And all that I know are hypocrites
Liars and witches who burned in the name of human fear
You will never believe
Never believe
We havent much time left
Evening will come
And with it the equivalent
Of the devils animals
With fear to come
They ask of us favors we cannot fulfill
They ask, curse at us, and we smile
Caught in conviction
A crowd of senseless individuals
Will go further than both love and greed
As the clear salvation -- the future is here!
You will never believe
Never believe

The Creation Of Giants.
The creation of giants. You made me. You saved me. A destiny set in stone. Just remember your never alone. Ups and down, but still around. Its hard work in the making. Its just breath taking. All I've been through and I still haven't unglued. On the ins and outs no doubt. Brought down by being a little too proud. But still I clear shroud of darkness. I know friends when I see them. They don't prey upon me, yet their always there for me. Tripping over my own feet from time to time. But still i know the roads i must find. Their my stars align. A charted map i can see it now. It glows every night, and i know its right like a premonition. Some so great. Its the creation of giants.
