Airs That Suppress
Boundless airs suppress my conduct to be,
The atmosphere leaps out to the spine;
Boundaries are amiss, my strength is sudden,
And appearing before me an apparition.
My ghosts supper on the mixtures of this galaxy,
My small ghost opens the window of the lords
Of the galaxy, so homely star systems feed.
The food for dozens of spectators is sight itself,
Fixing the legends of old, the ancient lights.

We can no longer see-

Sun And Moon
There is a sun and moon for every star in this sky,
Births of stars followed by deaths, comfort us faintly.
The stars in the atmosphere carry affection as they flash and blink,
Much like us in a way all.
There is a star in this galaxy too far away it hurts
My eyes when I look at it with pain as I lengthen my stare,
The gaze I wear is ancient, more like the star-gazers
And not the astronomers of our age.
More stars ensue, more are in horizon,
With hearts and hurts, full of love and life,
But we are endangered by them, their glare
And monuments defeat us in ways known to Man.

Careless Words
Careless words clutter the galaxy,
Chunky tales have no end to their galaxy;
Yet enchanted we stand in this tallness,
Dazzling and bright are the stars for us.
Dear prizes await the distinct, as the galaxy
Shall suffer from them from time to time,
Direful consequences await the suffered,
Much time depresses us while we slaughter.
Extra-large thoughts clutter our stars with pain,
Deranged mad brains cluster as stars
In this field of vision, in this dead space.
I see delight and delicious food in the stars.

Galaxy
The Galaxy
On the terrace in the sun I closed my eyes
and saw coloured light dancing under my
eyelids like a galaxy that only existed inside
of me… or is the real galaxy an illusion.
Scientists watch stars in their great telescope
but only see what is in their heads…
And we agree because we too only see what
is in our own mind. Ruby stars and pink moons
and the dream of immortality that our souls
fly to a mysterious planet like our own where
death has been vanquished.

Deep in space
To a sexy galaxy you will go

There lies a key to an anal affair and the condoms you must use

From Afar
I have tracked you
through the ages
Galaxy to galaxy
along the milky-way.
Having known of you
never being able to
reach out, and touch
you.
How cruel can lives be
only allowing myself
to admire you from
afar.

A Lonely Star
Looking out into a black velvet sky so high
All directions are filled with bright lights
Everyone of them shining with their white glow
Only to find a little star on its own
I gazed at that star and could understand how it feels
To be on its own and be different but still real
It may not be seen by the other stars
Who are in the galaxy so far
The little stars all shine bright to me
However, the littlest star is all I want to see
It's flickering light so peaceful and feeling glad
No longer can I see it look so sad

Two minds in Harmony for Tom Mariani
A myriad stars, bright points of light
are twinkling in the darkling sky
and many more beyond my sight
far from this island galaxy.
Another planet family
may orbit round some distant sun.
Considered mathematically
the odds are that there might be one.
Which is the same or similar
as those orbit our sun.
Perhaps some being sees our star
and sits and meditates upon.
The remote possibility.
a life form of a different sort
in some far distant galaxy.
A being capable of thought.
Is looking skywards wondering
about the stars he cannot see
and seriously pondering.
Upon the probability.
That sapient life is not confined
but wide spread through the universe.
A thought both beings keep in mind
A thought that others think perverse.
I wonder if one day there’ll
be some way we can communicate.
Perhaps by thought telepathy.
Now there’s something to contemplate.

After Years
Today, from a distance, I saw you
walking away, and without a sound
the glittering face of a glacier
slid into the sea. An ancient oak
fell in the Cumberlands, holding only
a handful of leaves, and an old woman
scattering corn to her chickens looked up
for an instant. At the other side
of the galaxy, a star thirty-five times
the size of our own sun exploded
and vanished, leaving a small green spot
on the astronomer's retina
as he stood on the great open dome
of my heart with no one to tell.

Galaxy Paradise
You are so unpredictable
When I am not
You are so irresistible
That I cant stop
You say my name
And I start walking on heaven
What flying saucers did you come here on
What extraterrestrial planet are you from
Youre much more than life
Youre from galaxy paradise
What flying saucers did you come here on
What will they say when they find that youre gone
Say youll stay in life
Queen from galaxy paradise
You are so unforgettable
And I will not
Our loves far more than sensual
And twice as hot
You touch my hand
And I know that well love forever
What flying saucers did you come here on
What extraterrestrial planet are you from
Youre much more than life
Youre from galaxy paradise
What flying saucers did you come here on
What will they say when they find that youre gone
Say youll stay in life
Queen from galaxy paradise

In this way, Edwin Hubble worked out the distances to nine different galaxies... We now know that our galaxy is only one of some hundred thousand million that can be seen using modern telescopes, each galaxy itself containing some hundred thousand million stars.

My uncle was born at the end of the Edo era and was a great authority on the various bizarre and gruesome legends that were so popular in those days: tales of haunted houses with rooms no one dared enter; tales of the souls of scorned women, still living, tormenting an unfaithful lover; tales of ghosts unable to relinquish an attachment to their former lives... Yet he took great pains to deny there was any truth to these legends, repeating the lesson of his samurai education that "a true warrior does not believe in ghosts."

Masquerade Ball
What is this?
A masquerade 'cross the sky?
Where the clouds cover the Moons Full face -
And the rainbows, colour-tint our eyes?
Sending out candy kisses -
A million and one stars, to shine -
Floating 'cross the atmosphere -
'Tis a good friend of mine.
The Galaxy 'tis wide open -
The door 'tis left ajar -
No Keepers of The Gates -
No more, wandering star -
A Masquerade in The Solar System?
Super Nova's and Meteorites-a glimpse, to a show?
A dance, amongst, the Milky Way -
Upon a Shooting Star, and it's off, we go!

She Has Faces
She has faces up in her bedroom and they gaze down on her guarding her slumber
A black bead rosary under her pillow and when it thunders she clutches it tightly
And she hears silence is white, sound is black, the world is wrapped in a paper sack
And when I leave I close the door to this galaxy of yours
Dropping by I open a window as the breeze blows in the curtains are butterflies
And we hear the church bells ring out on a hill and all of their echoes left us singing
Silence is black, the room is bright, our world is basking in tv light
And we are laid out on the floor of this galaxy of yours
With all of your heroes waiting in paper piles laid on the floor
I push my paintbrush lightly and fill in any empty nail holes
A dresser top, a jewelry box, colored tassels tied in knots
And a porcelain girl danced a music box ballet for us
And your nightlight is a star, or a firefly, that
Leads my gaze up to the ceiling
Wondering if you think that its the sky
With all of your heroes...
Open the window slightly, pick up paper off the floor
I hold my paintbrush tightly, and fill in any empty nail holes
Open the window slightly

Remembering Carlota De Pio
she walked into a desert room
where the window looks out
directly to the open galaxy
where shooting a star
is the only common game
and the only trees
she saw are open hands
without roots
the people maybe
had walked out from
there a long time ago
(but how did she really know?)
the only water there was a drop
hanged frozen
between the ceiling and the floor

Dad´s Army
Dad´s Army
On the Milky Way a black cloud appeared,
not dark as the night, but as a whole year
of winter nights put together and blended
with stygian thoughts of a suicidal dictator.
Then slowly the cloud began to dissipate,
became whispery as Fidel Castro´s beard.
…And there, on blue silk, a new born star,
unexciting at first but it grew stronger by
the galaxy minute- which last a bit longer
than on earth-, till it one day sparkled with
pride especially around Christmas.
The moment a new star is born an old star
lights up, like northern light, for so to fall
into perpetuity, and I shall not see my old
friend Clive Dunn again.

To have a feel of my food
To have the feel of my food not just the taste of it in my tongue
I use my bare hands, the rice I fold between my palms the fish
I touch with my fingers, and then my mouth opens to swallow and savor
Just like you tonight, I feel you with my bare hands I taste you
With my tongue because you are the food of my soul and my soul
Feeds on you as you also feed on mine
We are bare all over, not just our bare hands
We touch we feel we lick we breath with our noses
On our skins, we feed on our flesh, we go deeper
Into our souls, our eyes feast on the food we lay in front of us
The lights of our eyes open in our room the festivity to a beginning
We feed on ourselves we are hungry & greedy & we are never full
