Obsession is just
Delusion that Reason's
unable to dispel;
perfectly acceptible-
'long as delusion
know's itself deceived.

Driven By Delusion

Driven by delusion?
Where did you get that conclusion?

We heard that and chose it to ignore.
Since we know how we arrived.
And persistence did it.
Most times with the pedal pushed to the floor.
With a confidence to approach,
And knock on many doors.

Driven by delusion?

Delusion might have taken the credit.
But we did not sit in stifled reminiscing!
With champagne sipping on caviar dreams!
Are you kidding?
Not one of us tried to find that time.
If you knew how precious to us time means?

Driven by delusion?

We do admit there had been some wishes.
But all of us are aware of this...
A good work ethic could not be dismissed.
And delusion came along for the ride.
Delusion had nothing to do with our drive!
Not a thing to do with this...
Not one bit!

And,
Let me say this...
'IF' you believe any of this was driven by delusion,
You obviously have been fantasized by 'bling'
And not by substance.

Since substance requires one to take control,
With an experience to be behind the wheel!
And none of us has acquired a taste for substitutes.
To waste and use as an excuse.
Choosing to lead.
And not be the ones who followed.

'And,
Just 'who' are the 'we' you refer to? '

Oh...
Apologies!
I always refer to myself in third person!
Especially if the task 'appears' to be more than I can handle!
With 'that' on my mind.
And so far...
I've underestimated myself too often.

But 'never' my abilities!
You have no idea,
How they seem to have a mind of their own!

'I'm learning not to take anything for granted!
Not a single thing.'

Why are you backing away from me like that?

I Lived Most Of My Life In Delusion

I LIVED MOST OF MY LIFE IN DELUSION

I lived most of my life in delusion-
I dreamed I was writing great masterpieces-
Every life moment was hoarded
For the sacred work.

I am old now
The manuscripts are piled up
No one wants them;

I apparently was wrong about my life and work
I lived in delusion-
Now I have all the time in the world to do nothing in-
These lines too can go to the pile.

Come Closer

Are you an illusion of my delusion?
I seem to feel you from another time!
I seem to have had you in my mind.
And here you appear as clear to me.
Leaving me to wonder if this could be...
What I sought I could not touch in my dreams!
Is this real?
Is this reality?
When you look at 'me'
Do I appear to you as you appear to me?
Are you an illusion of my delusion?
Come closer...
Make me believe!

Bombarded By A Variety Pleasures

There is a seeking to be entertained.
Not a desire to have their brains engrained,
With a maintained wisdom that sustains a momentum...
Gaining in comprehension, no!
They have done their best...
To restrict and depict as weak the existence of reality.

Delusion!
That's it.
A delusion that fits,
The welcoming of an expecting temperament.
With a keeping of secret misdeeds meant kept,
Self righteously protected by a deception expressed.

Delusion for them is the idol that symbolizes life.
And the living of it the way they like...
Bombarded by a variety pleasures.
And deceits of all kinds to lead away innocent minds,
Kept behind the scenes to partake as intended with others...
While discussing the rules and the nature of a game played.

If we can dispel the delusion that learning about computers should be an activity of fiddling with array indexes and worrying whether X is an integer or a real number, we can begin to focus on programming as a source of ideas.

Delusion of time.

It`s just a delusion of time.
We thought we were more
But we aren`t,
No more than before.
No less than the future.
It`s just a delusion of time.
We thought they were here
Forever.
And now familar faces and smiles
Are not (just distant memories.)
And nor will ours
Be,
Eventually.
The road of the future
Is littered with the past.

Delusion disappeared

Delusion disappeared
by your presence.
I heard evolution
I heard dissolution
I heard immoral glory
I saw your wisdom
I saw your strength
I saw your valor
I saw your effulgence
I also saw your
Multifarious divine forms
Various colors and shapes.
Delusion disappeared
by your presence here.

Surrender survive
Name delusion rhyme
Pretender revive
In no no mode time
No think no heart
No melody shine

Baby baby barefoot I am

Barefoot I am

Be whatever wherever whenever
Rhythm blast forever cast
Drowned in devotion
Be whoever whyever reason of never
To love me to go with me
My time is loloways now
Swallowed by an ocean

Baby baby barefoot I am

Flower bloomed sublime
Will give it up all
If you touch my feet
Name delusion rhyme
Sound of an empty hall
Rushing back to the street

This Must Be The Place I Waited Years To Leave

(tennant/lowe)
----------------
(everybody e-e-everybody
Everybody e-e-everybody
Everybody e-e-everybody
Everybody jump to attention...)
Each morning after sunblest
Feel the benefit, mental arithmetic
I waited by the staffroom
In time for benediction
Living a law just short of delusion
When we fall in love theres confusion
This must be the place I waited years to leave
To our voices nobodys listening
We shiver in the rain by the touchline
Then a coach ride to the station
My lord, the carriage awaiteth!
Living a law just short of delusion
When we fall in love theres confusion
This must be the place I waited years to leave
This must be the place I waited years to leave
And how
How long?
Im listening to the words I thought Id never hear again
A litany of saints and other ordinary men
Kneeling on the parquet
Whatever has gone wrong?
The fear and feeling hopelessness
I dont want to belong
I dreamt I was back in uniform
And a candidate for examination
History, someone had blundered
And a voice rapped knuckle under!
Living a law just short of delusion
When we fall in love theres confusion
This must be the place I waited years to leave
This must be the place I waited years to leave
And how
And how
How long?

[our people demand only...]

Is It Just the Image

Which one of these traditions,
Seem more defended?
Is it deceit or delusion?
With the state of the economy,
Thrown in as an afterthought.
You know...
Those thoughts that come after,
Reality is addressed.
With little purpose considered,
As a notable priority.

False impressions are kept intact.
Fantasized lives that are not coming back...
Are given forums and empathized speeches.
Only a grandmother knitting from the third row,
Would appreciate this flow of debated pudding.

Which one of these traditions,
Seem more defended?
Is it deceit or delusion?
Or is it just the image...
Needing the most protection!

Albert Einstein

A human being is part of a whole, called by us the 'Universe,' a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Shock

The shock of what is not,
Is more disturbing...
Than the acceptance of what is!
Once what is not,
Is stopped and dropped...
A reality delivered,
Ceases attempts...
To make what is not,
Meant to limit with intent.
Meant to have many consent...
To a controlled existence with contempt!

And what is 'not'...
Loses the attention given.
Loses an illusion driven,
To have and behold delusion.
And delusion and reality...
Do not a couple make.
Not today,
When earthquakes are shaking foundations...
Once believed permanent,
Because they were man made!

An Investment to Manipulate Eternity

Reality slowly has to you been revealed.
But your addiction to fantasy,
Has left truth to be suspected.

Even though you are quick to be deceived...
Anything that reeks of an apology,
You will receive and believe.

Thinking this action,
Provides you a more respected life!
And an investment to manipulate eternity.

And those with their eyes closed,
Have chosen to overdose on fed delusion.
Numb they are to anything that is real.

Fundamental of Liar Chapter CX: Ability

It’s not unable, it’s just not a favor
It’s not unable, it’s just reluctance
It’s not unable, it’s just not my style
It’s not unable, it’s just wrong
It’s not unable, it’s just no time
It’s not unable, it’s just out of place
It’s not unable, it’s just not consideration
It’s not unable, it’s just objection
It’s not unable, it’s just not effective
It’s not unable, it’s just stubbornness
It’s not unable, it’s just not important
It’s not unable, it’s just mercy

Entrapment Of Facts

Yes...
You've been hoodwinked and swindled.
Bamboozled and deceived.

Yes...
You've been emotionally drained,
By all that you could not fathom...
Or wished to believe.

And even though you have called 'me' crazy,
Because my prior sentiments...
Were regarded as embittered,
And made no logical sense.
When you were in fact,
Attached to those senseless acts.

Guess what?
Not another minute,
Of your newly discovered visuals...
Are going to redefine,
Your wasting of my time.

Call me anything you want.
But it is your voice,
Not mine...
That has been distanced.

My own was deemed long ago,
The one chosen to be ignored.
I am sure you remember that! ?
And what you are now experiencing,
Is an entrapment of facts.
Upfront and delusion free!

By the profound words

Delusion disappeared
By the profound words.
You are no ordinary
Human being my dear poet
You are great of the greatest
You are pure you are superb
And transcendent.

I am overwhelmed
With joy and wonder
By your profound words.
With your poem
I behold all animate
All inanimate and many
Wonderful sights.
Thanks poet
Your poem is avyaya
Not destructible.

Delusion disappeared
By the profound words
Your poem is supreme
And I am dumbfounded.

Congratulations

Are you one to have pulled yourself away from...
The dance of delusion.
With 'laws' that proclaim...
A color blind inclusion.

And diversity administered,
By those who seek that done in quotas.
And this tremendous joke that floats...
Manages to do that!
And does it well.
Without giving a clue...
It's sinking comes much too fast!

Are you one to have pulled yourself away from...
The dance of delusion.
With 'laws' that proclaim...
A color blind inclusion.
And you see it for what it is?
Congratulations!
