Snow Sweet
the woman was walking
perhaps she was a grand mother
very old and old old old and ancient
like a walking monument
there left a bit of her femininity
her breasts
like long flat oven loaves of bread
towards the gravity
she tries to be ottoman
as she could be
and the years
nestled in her whitening hair
very difficult to weave or plait
a rough walking stick in her hand
hatred tapping on the ground
was shr walking
or the walking stick
one of her eyes
covered with a white stain
seeing clearly is in vain
a present from her mother in law
jealous of her son
when weaving a carpet
she was remembering her days
on horse ride
told a love story
her grand daughters gigled and laughed
never understood
sometimes she us of the
hard and harsh days
during the liberation battle against the greeks
invading our country
and of my father asa a veteran officer
returning from a long war
arabs killing turks
evoked by lawrence of arabia
who reached every area
she said
the trains whistled strangely and prosperously
when greeks retreated and defeated in our country
who were swept to the mediterranean sea
ytes those were the harsh and hard days
she had ever seen
she was very old
was it a garment
or an old and torn cloth she wore
nobody could guess any more
eas she walking
or the walking stick nobody understood
years on her piled
she was at the edge of death
her only last wish
toı taste the snow sweet
she loved the best
but nobody bothered to mix the snow
and the teacle for her
she had also small jack knife
just to peel the apples
she liked the apples too
but her teeth cannot bite
one evening
on a cold very cold winter day
she left this world
in a cold and desolate room
swearing everthing to all
shivering and alone
with white snow in her hands
and mouth
near the window pane
and in vain
they told me that
what a pity she was my auntie
I could notf appreciate and knew value
unless she died
she used to call my mother
our bride
honest to say
our bride looked after her very well
sometimes jealousy covered my soul
what a pity
one day
our bride too fled to infinity
like a bridal falling on trees on a cold winter day
both of them are I think now in heaven really
our bride mother and my old auntie
where who knows
looking well after each other
I wish I were there
who will look after me when I die
I wonder
If there were snow sweet there
If there is
I tooo wonder
who will
mix the snow and the treacle
to make snow sweet there

Walking
Walking on a cold frosty morn
Gloves and scarf on me adorn.
Walking in the crisp fresh snow
Making my nose all aglow.
Walking up in the hills
Waterproofs on, to keep out the chills.
Walking down in the dales
Up in the sky see all the contrails.
Walking down along the field
Looking at what it has to yield.
Walking in the summer sun
When the day is nearly done.
Walking down the stony lane
Writing keeps me quite sane.
Walking shoes, boots and feet
All traipsing down the street.
Walking along full of emotion
Scribbling with a vague notion.
Walking in the evening shade
Watching daylight start to fade.

Dress of Snow
“Dress of snow”
In a snow covered coffin
Her remains were laid to rest
Her god created a snow blanket
For one of his best
She lived a life so pure
Always thinking of others
Now a carpet of snow lay
For the mother of mothers
Not walking on a carpet of red
Her carpet was just right for her
A carpet of pure driven snow
Just as pure as her

In The Winter
in the winter
the snow makes it look like
a marshmellow world
for all the childeren to see
the snow is soft
but cold
it sparkles in the sunlight glow
but gleams
with the moonlight
in the winter
it looks like
we're in the olden days
walking down the path
you chose
woundering...
whats at the end
in the winter
the childeren laugh and play
they build snowmans
make snow angels
and have alot of snow fights
in the winter
we pray
on christmas day
praying for all the little angels
who've lost there way

World of White
When I woke up this morning
My world was layered in white
So cold it was and very still
Snow had fallen through the night
No birds chirped a good morning
The bugs were hidden away
Instead was this harsh cold
I felt as though it would stay
I could barely see my lawn chair
For white had settled so thick
I wished I had seen it fall
This snow as it began to stick
The trees and bushes were
A fresh and lovely sight
Snow decorated the branches
Making winter look just right
We must enjoy the changes
So lovely and cold and bright
It will not last for long
This wonderful world of white!

Snowy evening
Snowy evening
Snow filling the ground
Turning the city into white
She, in a bright red dress
Walking slowly, enjoying
Her walk in the snowy evening
Towards the Fence of the garden!
Greenaries of the garden
Now in white shades
With frozen drops of ice
Covering the grass
Every little bush
Like a cotton plant
Making a lovely sense!
Few snow flakes in her hands
To taste the pretty white snow
She opens her mouth
Awesome beauty with a white perl
In hand towards her mouth
With more innocence
Trees and bushes covered with snow
Wonders if she is pretty
Or the snow fall is pretty
Unexpressed silence persists
In the garden
Till the beauty
Went down the street!

Snow-White (Part 5)
During this time, with unknown motions of sweet innocence, Snow White
Was walking in the wood to feel the Zephyr's scent and to see the pure light.
The prince was walking on his horseback at dawn lacing through its highs.
Being sad, he wanted to hunt, when the girl's face enlightened his eyes.
''Will he cross the boundary and move over to my side? '' She suddenly thought.
He came to her saying, ''I'm another victim of your beauty, I like you a lot.'
''I'm drowning in my own willingness to give up my strengths for your kiss, ''
''Queen of beauty, to get an approval to kiss you is my overwhelming bliss.'
He started to dismount his horse, because their eyes had magically met.
He kissed her saying, ' I could although avoid your eyes, but I would regret.'
''For this love that thrills my heart, there is no use in this forest to hide,
Skies' golden blessings come for our souls, please, will you be my bride? '
The queen poisoned an apple, '' She's driven by forces beyond her control.
I want her blood and she will eat this apple to pay for me the beauty's toll.''
She disguised herself as a peasant woman to knock on the dwarf's door.
The girl bitted into it, she had the bite in her mouth, when she fell on the floor.
The dwarfs returned home and they cried seeing that she was really dead.
She did not look at all like a dead person and her cheeks' color was still red.
They made a diamante coffin to lie her inside, so that she could be seen.
They wrote the name on it using golden letters to be visible through green.
Snow White laid there in the coffin for a very long time as if she was asleep.
One of dwarfs always stayed at home to keep watching and the tears to weep.
One day, the prince came to the dwarfs' house and saw the dead Snow-White.
She was illuminated by seven candles and he wanted to hold her very tight.
He asked the dwarfs to sell him the coffin with the princess Snow-White inside,
The dwarfs took pity on him and gave him the coffin with his dead bride.
As the prince looked into her eyes, he immediately knew that he can't wait
To be together with his lost bride and he wanted to open the death's gate.

Aproaching The New...the Unknown
it is not easy to save
or spare the years
itiis a tough business
though
ı have spared and saved so many years
once ı was a baby in a cradle
crying and seeking a refuge
in my mother bosom
then she was in flesh and blood
living beloved
now she is gone and left me alone
fed up with me
resting in her grave
may be a skeleton ı fear and salute
ı have never known father too
thoughmy mother...my father
my sisters and my big brother
always meet
ı n a photocopy
of an ancient..old and faded photograph
my wife put in my sleeping room
my father was a veteran soldier
of our liberatı on war
now ı am grown up
really
becomı ng an old man
a ping pong ball
walking in stalk
sometimes with a walking stick
lost one of my hip
no bosom to cry
with nowhere to shelter
just me and myself
approaching where ı never know
never guess
cause ı have enough of years
when ı remember them each
comes from my heart and eyes
the tears
fearing the new of everything
it is 20 of december
no snow this year
even the season is faking
may be the end we are approaching
for the word
for the universe
or rather for me
never the less
life living worth
some say it is fall
some say it is spring
some say it is the end
but ı have enough of spared years
let the rest be yours

Wintertime
Snow falling on the ground,
Little white flakes to be found.
Lift your head to the sky,
And watch the snow zippin’ by.
Cold wind at your back,
Nothing winter seems to lack.
A blanket of snow covers the Trees,
Winter can’t end. No please!
Can’t Jack Frost do his Job?
For a little longer, don’t make me sob.
Can’t I stay in this Wonderland?
I don’t want to return to golden sand.
But under the layer of cold, white snow,
Lies little seedlings ready to show.
I must say a grateful farewell,
To winter fun, for it was swell.
And say hello to summer sweat,
Instead of getting cold, we get wet.
Hello Spring! Hello Summer!
Goodbye Fall! Goodbye Winter!
Silent Snow
A single pane of glass divides
Myself from falling snow outside.
The first of many falling snows
That these white winter skies will know.
And taking then my quiet leave
The snow alights on cap and sleeve,
While walking slowly up the hill
I realize then the world is still
All still except for falling flakes
Filling fast the tracks I make.
All still except for swelling smiles
Growing with the snow in piles.
All still within a quiet mind
All still as footprints left behind.

Song Of The Evergreens
Listen to the briskly whistling winter evergreen
Whispering through the frozen morning light
And tell me whats to come
Saying my time is near
Never fear
I close each year
Im winter
Reminding me to trade my t-shirts for my woven wools
Trade my sandals for my skis
Whispered warnings in the wind
Saying soon come the dancing snowflakes
Theyre kissing every tree
Theyre kissing you and me
Please hurry
Falling
Dazzling dancing diamonds from the sky
Prisms
Rainbow sparkled flurries in our eyes
Whipping across the frozen crystal meadow
Pond of ice
Race the snow
Well build a warming fire there
And cuddle close and wine and dine
The setting sun
The morning light will find us high
Shooting down the glistening mountain side
Screaming through the whispering pines
The freedom of each day
Will cleanse our minds
I can hardly wait for winter
I can hardly wait for the snow
I can hardly hardly wait for winter
I can hardly wait for the snow

A Snowy Sunset
Snow Snow on the ground
Sun is sinking down down down
Trees trees covered in Wight
People gasp at the sight
Snow Snow on the ground
Animals scurry all around
Snow Snow in your hair
Stiffness and cold in the air
Snow Snow on the ground
People sledding down down down
Hot Coco and coffee inside
Why not go for another sled ride
Snow Snow on the ground
The sun has set past the ground
Lights light up the city bright
People every where say what a sight

Take Our Snow Please
As out the window,
I look, more snow today,
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please.
Six week-ends straight,
snow, snow every where,
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please, today.
So much snow, so much cold,
snow in the streets, snow in the yard,
snow on the car, snow on my shoe,
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please, we don't know what to do.
Winter, oh winter please end,
all of this snow, we don't really want it,
snow falling, flakes dropping
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please, don't delay.
Home Coming
Leaving in the dark
In an accidental day
From the dawn
To the following day
Celebrated winter wedding
Putting on by
Official white dress of
Soft cozy woolen snow
Enjoyed the day having
Made a velvet carpet with fallen snow
Closed windows opened
Opened windows closed
To see the snow bride
Of celebration had
Melting the joy in the eve
Saying good bye
Left winter bride
Returned home
To live with a long time
Fresh and beauty of own

Walking By The Sea
At the end of day
with my bride to be
watching birds at play
walking by the sea
holding her hand squeezing her tight
on the shore of sand, that be
all through the night
down by the sea
happy and carefree
no one in sight under the watchtower light
just her and me
walking by the sea
upon me came a feeling of euphoric kin
I never felt before
just a little after ten
walking on the shore
I think its love you know
thats what I wanted it to be
now we always go
walking by the sea
I always think of that day, long shed
just her and me, as beforesaid
walking by the sea

Strong Chill Of Winter
A strong chill of winter
has grasped this country,
the toll of its bitter cold
has the ground covered
in a blanket of thick snow
the fog is lingering over
the thick blanket of snow
dragging down the hope
that the snow is going
to go
in a desprete gaze
i looked out into
the haze of white
but i all i got to see
was the endless amount
of white

Let It Snow/winter Wonderland
Oh, the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since weve no place to go,
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
It doesnt show signs of stopping,
And I brought some corn for popping;
The lights are turned way down low,
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
When we finally kiss good night,
How Ill hate going out in the storm;
But if you really hold me tight,
All the way home Ill be warm.
Ah the fire is slowly dying,
And, my dear, were still good-bye-ing,
But as long as you love me so.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
When we finally kiss good night,
Oh how Ill hate going out in the storm;
But if you really hold me tight,
All the way home Ill be warm.
Ah the fire is slowly dying,
And, my dear, were still good-bye-ing,
But as long as you love me so.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
Sleigh bells ring, are you listening,
In the lane, snow is glistening
A beautiful sight,
Were happy tonight,
Walking in a winter wonderland.
Gone away is the bluebird,
Here to stay is a new bird
He sings a love song,
As we go along,
Walking in a winter wonderland.
In the meadow we can build a snowman,
And pretend that he is parson brown
Hell say: are you married?
Well say: no man,
But you can do the job
When youre in town.
Later on, well conspire,
As we dream by the fire
To face unafraid,
The plans that weve made,
Walking in a winter wonderland.
In the meadow we can build a snowman,
And pretend that he is parson brown
Hell say: are you married?
Well say: no man,
But you can do the job
When youre in town.
Later on, well conspire,
As we dream by the fire
To face unafraid,
The plans that weve made,
Walking in a winter wonderland,
Walking in a winter wonderland.

Well have lots of fun with mr. snowman.
Until the other kids come knock him down.
When its cold, aint it thrilling
When your nose, gets to chilling.
Well frolic and play, the eskimo way,

Snow White Transparent
“Mirror… Mirror…”
Snow White stops
Looks down at
Her hand
Perfectly pale
Unblemished
Young and
Innocent
But damned
So damned
The wicked
Woman knew
Smiled and knew
“This is what you want”
Hands her the
Apple, poisoned
And red
No one knew
That Snow White
Knew, knew
The Truth
No one
Suspects her
Not Snow White
Pure, perfect
Snow White
“Mirror… Mirror…”
A brush bristles
Through her hair
Snow White looks
At her reflection
In the Mirror
Her mirror
The Wicked
Woman’s mirror
Snow White’s
Image smiles
Sadly at her
No hope left
“On the wall…”
He comes in
Princely in
His ways
Snow White does
Not look at
Him, not at him
Oh no
She cannot
She resents him
It is not apples
That are poisoned
But lips
“Snow…? ”
Without words
She undresses
Revealing glorious
Pale body
His to touch
Snow White
Watches his hands
Lower and closes
Her eyes
This is not love
Love is not—
Love is
“Seven little men…”
She falls into the
Dark corners of
Her mind
Where poison
Still chokes her
And there is
Nothing but
Death and silence
Oh, for the silence
Snow White turns
To look at The Mirror
And asks:
“Who is fairest of them all? ”

Cold winter night
It was a cold winter night.
All was deadly still.
My guts so tight
I must kill!
The cry of a wolf enters my head
Like a train whistle that echoes far away.
Can it be…something lives on this winter night?
Follow the sound and pray
It does not go away.
My hunger juices flowing; I go.
I and the wolf both now know
Neither is alone in the land of snow.
Oh, how I wish I had his sight
On this cold winter night
The north wind moved in the night before.
The ground all snow and bitter cold…so bitter cold.
The sky filled with stars.
The snow grows old.
My guts so tight
What a cold, cold winter night!
The wolf stays hidden from my sight
With it’s furry coat of gray and white.
He glides across the snow without sound
Like a ballerina tiptoeing over the ground.
My guts so tight
On this bitter cold winter night
I with my blood running slow
My hands burning cold; my face red glow
Driven by the pain in my gut
On this cold-cold bitter winter night
I must kill
To make the night still
So the hunger pains
Will be gone again
I hear nothing on this cold winter night
My hair stands up on the back of my neck
I fear the wolf knows
I turn
Crutch to spring
His fangs showing white; my knife in my hand
We circle like two roosters in a pen.
For one this will be the end.
The pain in my gut is still tight
I will kill but not for the trill
On such a killing bitter cold winter night
With the grace of a cat he springs to flight
My throat his aim on this cold winter night
My knife hits his heart…he hunches in pain;
His fangs rip my throat cutting the jugular vein.
The snows now stain on this cold winter night.
Blood and flesh flung upon the snow
Cries of pain, moans of death…soon will go
From this bitter cold ground
All is still on winter’s playground.
The wolf dances no more
My lips move but there is no sound.
My gut is still tight
I feel alright
No more time to fight
On this bitter cold winter night
Wind and snow now fill the air.
The wolf has an empty den.
The snow will be tracked no more.
Twinkle, twinkle little star
Genocide complete
In a galaxy so far

When The Snow Comes Down In Tinseltown
Dear Santa,
I live in Hollywood
But it's not like in the movies
Where Christmas is always snowy white
On my list is just one wish
That it would snow tonight
Oh when the snow comes down
Oh in Tinseltown
On Christmas Eve you will believe
When The Snow Comes Down In Tinseltown
You close your eyes
And to your surprise
You see the reindeer fly
As choir's singing
Fa la la la la
Go walking by
You're singing and a ringing right along
With the church bells in the air
It seems so real
That you can feel
The snowflakes in your hair
Oh when the snow comes down
Oh in Tinseltown
On Christmas Eve you will believe
When The Snow Comes Down In Tinseltown
In the morning
When you awake
Your face all shining bright
And when you look outside
You see the palm trees
Dressed in white
Oh when the snow comes down
Oh in Tinseltown
On Christmas Eve you will believe
When The Snow Comes Down In Tinseltown
Dear Santa,
Thank you
Thankyou for that perfect Christmas Day
Gliding down the streets of Hollywood
In a one horse open sleigh
Oh when the snow comes down
Oh in Tinseltown
On Christmas Eve you will believe
When The Snow Comes Down In Tinseltown
