You Are Better
You have actually succeeded in convincing me
I was making a fool of myself, everything I said
interpreted as negative - I give up, conform to
your opinion - I am too tired to fight - besides
why fight someone who shall do everything
that's wanted -
Why expect understanding and friendship
when I get common sense, help buying
groceries, guidance in human relations,
everything required - if you feel that I‘m
stupid, I have to agree; but as it means
you are the biggest fool
For putting up with me while I feel that you
are worthy - it means I would not agree to
anything with someone I deem unworthy:
if you deem me unworthy, so be it, you
are welcome to put yourself down, I'd
never do such a thing myself
If you feel you were capable of choosing an
inferior partner while I feel superior in my
choice of you, I prefer my own estima-
tion to yours; you can rate me as low
as you please, I rate me as high
as can be - because I know
You are better than this…

Dont You Feel Small
Ask the mirror on the wall
Whos the biggest fool of all,
Bet you feel small,
It happens to us all.
See the world
Ask whats it for,
Understanding, nothing more,
Dont you feel small,
It happens to us all.
Time is now to spread your voice,
Times to come therell be no choice,
Why do you feel small,
It happens to us all.
Look at progress,
Then count the cost,
Well spoil the seas
With the rivers weve lost.
See the writing on the wall,
Hear the mirrors warning call.
Thats why you feel small,
It happens to us all.
Ask the mirror on the wall
Whos the biggest fool of all,
Bet you feel small,
It happens to us all.

Step Into These Shoes
Step into these shoes feel this heart
Step into these shoes they might fit you
See through these eyes might be the same view
If Id lived through the same things as you
Id share the laughs, and cry the tears that you do
Chorus
Step into these shoes and feel this heart
Step into these shoes no reason to fight
Look into m mind it might fit you
Act out this part is it so different to you
Even if we dont ever agree
The only difference is cosmetically
Step into these shoes no reason to fight
Step in step into these shoes and feel this heart
Just feel my heart it beats with you
We float downstream in the same canoe
You might find the ocean faster than me
But Ill see it eventually
Step into these shoes and feel this heart
Step into these shoes no reason to fight
Step into these shoes and feel this heart
Oh feel this heart please feel it
Step into these shoes and feel this heart oh feel
This heart please feel it
Step into these shoes and feel this heart
Step in step into these shoes no reason to fight
Step in step into these shoes and feel this heart
Step in step into these shoes no reason to fight anymore
Feel this heart oh feel it
Step in step into these shoes no reason to fight

Fool About You
(copyright nazareth, tiflis tunes,inc.-ascap)
Sometimes I feel Ive been hung on a line,
Wasting my time,
Sometimes I feel Ive been hung upside down,
You turned me around just a fool about you.
Sometimes I feel Ive been left on the moon,
Fed with a spoon,
Sometimes I feel like a dog with no bone,
Or a toad with no stone, just a fool about you.
Sometimes I feel like saying goodbye,
cause Im living a lie,
Sometimes I feel like a clock with no time,
Or a verse with no rhyme, just a fool about you.
Sometimes I feel like a bird with no wing,
Or a bee with no sting,
Sometimes I feel like a train with no line,
Or a glass with no wine, just a fool about you.
Everybody knows Im a fool about you
Just a fool just a crazy fool,
Everybody knows I cant live without you,
So what am I gonna to do.

Fight
Sometimes there's nothing to feel
Sometimes there's nothing to hold
Sometimes there's no time to run away
Sometimes you just feel so old
The times it hurts when you cry
The times it hurts just to breathe
And then it all seems like there's no-one left
And all you want is to sleep
Fight fight fight
Just push it away
Fight fight fight
Just push until it breaks
Fight fight fight
Don't cry at the pain
Fight fight fight
Or watch yourself burn again
Fight fight fight
Don't howl like a dog
Fight fight
Just fill up the sky
Fight fight fight
Fight til you drop
Fight fight fight
And never never
Never stop
Fight fight fight
Fight fight fight
So when the hurting starts
And when the nightmares begin
Remember you can fill up the sky
You don't have to give in
You don't have to give in
Never give in
Never give in
Never give in

Respect his Freedom Afterwards
Reopening the argument, not good,
frustration my friend, I know respect
a precondition in life, but I feel like
stabbing Rudi with a knife, I don’t
care about other people’s opinion,
but his ideas are so important to me,
though he should be free to think and
feel as he chooses, just as I claim the
same thing for myself, but I just can’t
let go, I want him to agree with me, a
real fight with him, the fact that he wins
because of physical strength no con-
solation, one last attempt before settling
the question, I shall respect his freedom
afterwards, first fight for what I believe…

Sonnet: The Fool
Who would prefer to hit the ball same side?
Who loves to accept defeat without fight?
Who would knowing rules, by them not abide?
Who would prefer darkness to that of light?
Who would give birth and try to kill one's child?
Who would betray his master who feeds him?
Who prefers severe punishment to mild?
Who would want life to turn gloomy and grim?
A fool will keep his body, mind, unclean!
A fool will risk his life for stupid things;
A fool may think, he can do sin unseen;
A fool self-praises his follies and sings!
Who would dare climb an electrified fence?
Who would not pay heed to his common-sense?

Sweet people
You may find the sweet people
With sugar coated words and very much capable
To deceive you in single moment
To leave you behind for whole life to resent
Think twice before buying easy
That may make you quiet happy
But believe not a single word
You will then reap a reward
There is no dearth for such talent
You need to attend no school or remain present
It is inbuilt quality and inherent
Of course not gifted by parents
One thing is certain and sure to bother
We take joy and pride to fool others
We forget for seconds about plight
That may be faced by person to fight
Believe your own eyes and act wise
You may find many people with hollow promises
Do as your own conscience permits
Act whatever you feel alright and deem fit

You Dont Fool Me
If I could see you would you still give me
Just hold me tighter and love me maybe
Youll be my thunder, I dont want saving
You dont fool me, oh no you dont fool me
One look at you its easy to see
Oh no you dont fool me, oh babe you dont fool me
Ill play along, just give it to me
You build me up now, you pull me down
You make me come on yeah, keep me around
Ill want to move you, I surely could
You dont fool me, oh no you dont fool me,
One look at you, its easy to see oh no
You dont fool me, oh babe you dont fool me,
Ill play along, just give it to me
---instrumental---
Just gotta have you, you drive me crazy, tell me you feel it, your honey give me ...
Here burns the fire, I feel your heat
You dont fool me, oh babe you dont fool me
One look at you, its easy to see
Oh no you dont fool me, oh babe you dont fool me
Ill play along, just give it to me
Oh no you dont fool me, oh babe you dont fool me
One look at you girl, its easy to see
Oh no you dont fool me, oh babe you dont fool me
Ill play along, just give it to me

Rent, Groceries And Gasoline
I used to live the luxury life
A new house, three cars to drive
Steppin' over the credit line
I was payin' a heavy price
It seemed more was never enough
So I called my creditor up
Said "All I need is that cadillac car,
I'm heading for a brand new start"
I was in way to deep
Straightened out my priorities
I'm a man of simple needs
Just rent, groceries, and gasoline
I got a trailer sturdy and cheap
Hot time, job work when I please
Goin' to Mexico next week
Gotta feel that ocean breeze
I might settle down sometime
Right now, it ain't on my mind
Got a pretty girl along for the ride
She's the adventurous kind
I got everything I need
Straightend out my priorities
I'm a man of simple means
Just rent, groceries, and gasoline
Got a full tank and some food to go
Check the map and we'll hit the road
In the flicker of the dashboard lights
I feel my life unwind
I got everything I need
Straightend out my priorities
I'm a man of simple means
Just rent, groceries, and gasoline
Rent, groceries, and gasoline
I need rent, groceries, and gasoline
Just give me rent, groceries, and gasoline
And I'm outta here!

Treat Your Woman Right
It saddens me to see
how some men treat their woman so unfair
they neglect them completely
as if they didn't care
while she's waiting at home
they're out having an affair
believing all his lies
she is totally unaware
Some men expect their woman
to do everything they say
if something is not done right
their temper flares up right away
some think they have the right to dominate
a woman is not your slave
she's your partner, your lover, your mate
She will make mistakes ofcourse
she's only human you know
no need to yell, hit or curse
patience and understanding
is the way to go
some men use their woman only for pleasure
no regard about how they feel whatsoever
some men enjoy making their woman feel like dirt
they never take the time to see what she is really worth
Some men take their woman for granted
making her feel neglected and rejected
left out and not being wanted
some men never tell their woman
how beautiful she looks
Nor appreciate the little things she does
Or compliment her on how well she cooks
some men never make their woman feel special
like she is the one and only
they don't spend quality time
so she won't get lonely
Make your woman happy
don't make her cry
learn to value the water
before the well runs dry
hold on to her really tight
don't let her slip away
it doesn't hurt to treat your woman right
'I love you' would be a nice thing to say

Dry leaf
We are social animal alright
Meant to fool all and fight
Create controversy and question creator
Forget our own existence and try to fool the mentors
As you feel the hungry, you take the food
As you grow in age, you feel nice and good
Human mind may never allow being at rest
Live happily as much as you can and think of best
What has happened to all of us?
Raising the finger of doubt with mistrust?
Are we in position to create human body?
Is it not the work of only almighty?
Let us not fool ourselves and claim ignorance
You are on this beautiful earth merely by chance
Think for a second and leave the doubt
There is nothing much to talk about
We shall remain at his mercy all the times
We may feel powerful at some give point of time
Nevertheless we are pawn in his game
You will never be able to find where from you came
I feel shame about arguments and laugh it out
We have no ability to hold strong with roots
We can be no more within friction of second
As everybody is destined to end
Peace thought and love only come from humble person
If he is wicked then he will escape it with many reasons
If he is arrogant with power then he may boost his image
Only to come down on earth like blank page

First-rate pursuits involving, as they must, trying to understand what life is about and trying to convey that understanding — inevitably result in a sense of failure. A Napoleon, a Churchill, a Roosevelt can feel themselves to be successful, but never a Socrates, a Pascal, a Blake. Understanding is for ever unattainable. Therein lies the inevitability of failure in embarking upon its quest, which is none the less the only one worthy of serious attention.

Get Up, Stand Up
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: dont give up the fight!
Preacherman, dont tell me,
Heaven is under the earth.
I know you dont know
What life is really worth.
Its not all that glitters is gold;
alf the story has never been told:
So now you see the light, eh!
Stand up for your rights. come on!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: dont give up the fight!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: dont give up the fight!
Most people think,
Great God will come from the skies,
Take away everything
And make everybody feel high.
But if you know what life is worth,
You will look for yours on earth:
And now you see the light,
You stand up for your rights. jah!
Get up, stand up! (jah, jah!)
Stand up for your rights! (oh-hoo!)
Get up, stand up! (get up, stand up!)
Dont give up the fight! (life is your right!)
Get up, stand up! (so we cant give up the fight!)
Stand up for your rights! (lord, lord!)
Get up, stand up! (keep on struggling on!)
Dont give up the fight! (yeah!)
We sick an tired of-a your ism-skism game -
Dyin n goin to heaven in-a jesus name, lord.
We know when we understand:
Almighty God is a living man.
You can fool some people sometimes,
But you cant fool all the people all the time.
So now we see the light (what you gonna do? ),
We gonna stand up for our rights! (yeah, yeah, yeah!)
So you better:
Get up, stand up! (in the morning! git it up!)
Stand up for your rights! (stand up for our rights!)
Get up, stand up!
Dont give up the fight! (dont give it up, dont give it up!)
Get up, stand up! (get up, stand up!)
Stand up for your rights! (get up, stand up!)
Get up, stand up! ( ... )
Dont give up the fight! (get up, stand up!)
Get up, stand up! ( ... )
Stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up!
Dont give up the fight! /fadeout/

The Way I Feel
Written by christine mcvie.
Once in everyones life
You know a feeling has to grow
And you may be having a bad time
And you really shouldnt let it show
Youre taking a risk, but it doesnt matter
cos you know, you know that its real
I cant conceal the way that I feel
I cant conceal the way, the way that I feel
How many times have I told you
Oh, I adore you
And if it meant anything at all
Id do anything for you
But its too late and I know Im making
A fool, a fool of myself
But I cant conceal the way that I feel
I cant conceal the way, the way that I feel

Somebody Knows
Out of my head and delighted, somebody knows how I feel
If you ask me to play it, you wont have to say it twice
cause Im goin to the head of the line, Im takin my life away
Im so glad you made it, and now that youre ready
Ill begin to tell you what you want, but I know
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows, (I feel, I feel) somebody knows
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows, (I feel, I feel)
Somebody knows what you want and what youre tryin to do
cause the same thing can happen to you
A little smoke, a little drink, can make somebody start to think
That he knows
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows (I feel, I feel)
Somebody knows what you want, when you want it
(somebody knows) when youre doin it right
Somebody sees with their feelings, and feels what theyre being tonight
And were doin it together, I know
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows, (I feel, I feel) somebody knows
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows, (I feel, I feel) God I know
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows, (I feel) I feel somebody knows
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows, (I feel, I feel)
Got what you want on the run now, keep it on in sight
Make me crazy, and you wont need me to tell you that youre doin it right
cause I know
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows, (I feel) I feel somebody knows
(I feel, I feel) somebody knows (I feel, I feel)

What You See As Normal, I Just Don't See
i'm tired of getting told,
that sex is just a normal thing,
why do i have such a problem with it?
it's a natural thing to enjoy,
everything that was normal,
to me it just not normal,
to live life being afraid,
of the one thing, sex,
i can't get my mind around that,
i can't see it as something normal,
the first time i was introduced to it,
i was a child,
a freakin child,
i didn't have a choice,
sometimes it feel like,
i still don't have a choice,
ppl may tell me i do,
but they just don't get it,
how trapped i feel in my body at times,
my mind and body are seperated,
sometimes things don't feel real,
times like these i wonder why try,
why continue to fight a battle,
that don't seem to be worth finishing?

Do Ya Feel
Joan speaks French, not a word is said
For those who set sail on her waterbed
It's a fetish cruise, our pleasure to
Hmm do business with you
Do ya feel like taking 'em down
Do ya feel like taking 'em down
Love and hope, trust and faith
After prayer, it's back to Alice's place
Peaches and cream, angel food
If you can't get up then just get rude
Do ya feel like taking 'em down
Do ya feel like taking 'em down
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
Jean's well aware that time's no friend
Gravity's calling, the party will end
But until it does, love's for lunch
Half the world blows and half the world sucks
Do ya feel like taking 'em down
Do ya feel like taking 'em down
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
Fight it all you want it's a love machine
