Life In Bluish Green
Fantastic, neither subject to excessive joy
nor dramatic depression, immobile all day
long while researching terms for my texts
no emotional response to the outside world:
achieved my object of becoming a machine
Checking statistics without anxiety, a single
focus on my text and the four walls of reality,
no concern about any other thing on earth -
the opportunity to enjoy the peace and calm
normal people feel working without interruption
Satisfied with the visible part of life, Stoicism
at last, no floating on a dream nor sinking in-
to black nothingness, life in bluish green, no
third voice to make comments, the scenery
arranged in Framework 2 without my help

When Watching
One thing I've noticed I've come to miss
When watching my LED HD TV
Is that whenever I flip through the channels
On my DVR,
I don't have to become a tourist
Glancing at the sights anymore—
I can only read the dialogue of information
That tells me what I am watching
Or what I could be watching.
I don't have the time to observe
Foreign landscapes
(Partially because
Nobody makes shows
Of that
Anymore)
Or see how other people are different,
I just see text, text, text with no
Context, context, context,
And I feel like I'm missing something.
I don't even watch TV much anymore.
I don't enjoy sitcoms
Because I don't enjoy their jokes
Because my life isn't like that.
I don't enjoy the news
Because they don't tell me anything I want to hear
Because I want to know what's happening in the world.
I don't enjoy reality TV
Because those people make me afraid of reality
Because they call themselves reality.
I miss the white noise, the static,
The scrambled images of channels
I never had as a kid,
Or the disintegrated programs
That looked like high-energy molecular,
Heated up, when the cable is out.
I miss the way it sounded,
The thunder storm sound,
Voices reduced to raindrops
Pouring against the black backdrop
Of a dead screen,
A comforting hum
Made of chaos
For periods of silence,
Sometimes enough to make me turn it off.

Depression 1
depression is loving someone with nothing in return,
depression is slowly living instead of jumping head first,
depression is acknowledging the mistake but without learning,
depression is not trying, giving into your life's curse.
depression is cutting and cutting thinking you cant stop,
depression is staying quiet thinking no-one will care,
depression is floating around with the desire to drop,
depression is ignoring the people who always seem to be there.
depression is trying to end the life you've been given,
depression is watching other people watch you,
depression is giving up instead of being hard driven,
depression is depression, do you feel it too?

Vision Of Peace In The Dna-affected Reality
the origin of reality non-negotiable pride which is anger, depression and jealousy in the middle of always mid-night you are nothingness-myth-creation
journey through the understanding of metamorphosis on the surface of the world's skin
negotiated truths
propositional statements but not images of the world
games out of fussy logic
journey into the soul of ragged time, looped hole of existential texts
unbirthdays
unrecognizable hopes standing on the feet of running social unrests
u-to-reality
you to reality of peace balanced fluxus of virtual touches
eat, sleep, sex and activities of poetry on the verge of peace-edge
Depression is...

Depression Makes Me
Depression makes me feel pain, Depression makes me stupid, Depression makes me feel low, Depression makes me mad, Depression make me sad, Depression makes me forget the world, Depression makes me tensed, Depression makes me lose self control, Depression makes me hate everyone, Depression makes me think over and over, Depression makes me feel lonely, Depression makes me think wild, Depression makes me worthless, Depression makes me sick, what does depression give me? when it runs high- it will make me die-rest in peace..

THE HERE AND NOW (Personal Writings)
A dear friend expressed concern about her role in the world, below is an excerpt from my response:
'I know what you mean about wanting to know the 'Big picture', so we can relax and enjoy life. I suppose that it's not that easy. All we really have is the moment, as the past is gone and the future's not here yet. The trick to all this is to enjoy any given moment, no matter what one is doing...not an easy task in the hubbub of the crazy world we live in.
What I know in my soul is that great change is upon us. The outer world is berserk and chaotic...our inner world may or may not reflect this, depending on how we choose to be. Think of yourself as the eye of the hurricane. High winds circle around you, yet you remain calm and centered.
Be at peace, for as you well know...God resides within you Beloved.'

I have seen that the American Dream is a reality - and I would love to feel the British Dream is also a reality. To enable that, we have to bring back some common sense and encourage family values, a proper sense of justice and make people believe they have a decent chance to build a business or career for themselves. I see this moment as a fantastic opportunity to restore this, because I believe Britain Has Talent.

I Just Want To Be The One In Your Life
Some people shoot for the stars
Dream upon dream
They long to go far
Chasing their rainbow so high
Wish upon wish
They'll reach for the sky
But I got one little dream
And baby that's all I want
Girl it's up to you
You can make my dreams come true
[Chorus:]
I just want to be the one in your life
For ever, for always
I just want to be the one in your life
For ever , for always
I don't need cheers from the crowd
To make me feel big
To make me feel proud
Darlin just a little touch of your hand
Is all that I need
To feel like a man
And I keep hoping each day
I'll woun't dream my life away
Girl you hold the key
To make my dream a reality
[Chorus 2x]

Dreaming of Li Po
After the separation of death one can eventually swallow back one's grief, but
the separation of the living is an endless, unappeasable anxiety. From
pestilent Chiang-nan no news arrives of the poor exile. That my old friend
should come into my dream shows how constantly he is in my thoughts. I fear
that this is not the soul of a living man: the journey is so immeasurably far.
When your soul left, the maple woods were green: on its return the passes were
black with night. Lying now enmeshed in the net of the law, how did you find
wings with which to fly here? The light of the sinking moon illumines every
beam and rafter of my chamber, and I half expect it to light up your face. The
water is deep, the waves are wide: don't let the water-dragons get you.
All day long the floating clouds drift by, and still the wanderer has not
arrived! For three nights running I have repeatedly dreamed of you. Such
affectionate concern on your part shows your feelings for me! Each time you
said goodbye you seemed so uneasy. `It isn't easy to come', you would say
bitterly; `The waters are so rough. I am afriad the boat will capsize!' Going
out of my door you scratched your white head as if your whole life's ambition
had been frustrated.
The Capital is full of new officials, yet a man like this is so wretched!
Who is going to tell me that the `net is wide' when this ageing man
remains in difficulties? Imperishable renown is cold comfort when you can only
enjoy it in the tomb!
Depression Is When
depression is when you hate everyone around
depression is when you don't want to make a sound
depression is when all you want to do is cry
depression is when you feel like you’re dying inside
depression is when your thoughts wonder all the time
depression is when you can't sleep even though you’re tired
depression is when you don't want to go on
depression is when you can't stop shaking outside
depression is when you hide who you are
depression is when you put on a mask to hide what you feel
depression is when you feel weak all the time
depression is when you give in to everything around
depression is when you don't care what happens anymore
depression is just another day in my life

A Key To Happiness
There’s nothing wrong if people desire
Having most of the things in life
But what is wrong is to have lust
Craving for more, don’t enjoy what they have
We always pray for a happy life
If God hears you and grant what you’ve asked
Enjoy these blessings and be satisfied enough
If you care for others, then sharing is not bad
We may experience sometimes
God seems to not have ears, He can’t hear us
Don’t feel bad, we must believe and trust
God knows if we deserve it or not
Those who want to enjoy life
Feel contented and be satisfied with what you have
Don’t compare yourselves with others’ lives
This will steal your happiness and you’ll be sad

The Dastardly Task
One long, dry legal text, I'm trying
my best, one long dry legal text, but
nevertheless, however I try, I cannot
finish it, my head's starting to crack
I suffer for lack of oxygen, my skin is
shrivelling and nothing seems thrilling
in this long dark night of a legal text, I
cannot utter a word to reveal my plight
Or fight against my inner being, mute,
immobile, without typing because when
I try, time seems to dry up in front of my
face, psychosomatic fatigue indicates
I need people to talk to, the doll faces
keeping me company can't lift the veil of
darkness and the terrible legal text goes
on and on, I have been abandoned
By the forces of life, bitterness filling my
heart - though as soon as a joyful thing
happens again bitterness will be erased,
my soul shall soar as it always does
When wonderful ideas take my thoughts
into the higher realms of joy and delight,
but for now, let me be mute and tackle
the dastardly task of my terrible text
Shedding little parts of my heart as I carry
the yoke eating into my mind, destroying
my joy and my life

Two Different People
Two different people
Black people, white people
Black world, White world
A black person thinks different from the white people
White people thinks highly of himself
White people works very hard for his living
Black's are lazy
They don't want to work, they just want the money
You have to work for the money, they just don't get it
White people knows that there are no free ride in life
Black's want a free ride, there are no free ride in life
Nothing is free in life except for the air that you breathe
The white people have to be careful of what they say to the black People
Whatever you say to the black people if they don't like it they will say it Is discrimination
We can't understand them
They have a mind of their own
The white people are loving and caring
What about the black people?
Not a hope in hell
I don't want any part of the black world
The black world is not safe for me
So I rather stay in my white world where I feel safe
We can't trust them
The reason why there is violence in this world is because the black People cause it
Now they don't like it because they have to live with it
We want a safe world for our people
The black people don't care about it because the only thing they know And seen is violence
There is too much violence on TV
They like it
They like the feeling of danger
We white don't like the feeling of danger
The blacks hate the white people and the white people don't like them Either
The white people knows when to shut up
The black people never knows when to shut up
There is why there are always problem with them
They make life miserable for us
The white people will always be a good friend
The black people can never be your friend
They will take everything they can get from you for free

One Breath, One Hunger!
if you've not heard
anything else that i've said...
look in the mirror,
and see yourself.
look at all others,
and see yourself.
look for God,
and see yourself.
look at yourself,
and see all of life.
look at yourself,
and see all those suffering.
look at yourself,
and see all others.
look at yourself,
and see God!
every thing you feel,
is being felt.
every thing you need,
needed by all.
every tear you cry,
on every face.
every prayer you pray,
a part of all prayer.
look to the earth,
and see yourself.
look into yourself,
and see the earth!
listen to the heartbeat,
of which you are part...
part of the whole,
of all that is life.
we are constantly being born,
and constantly dying...
death and birth, the same journey...
no beginning, no end...
the dream, the reality,
dead branches feed the fire...
darkness, and dawn,
one breath, one hunger!

The Medication Is Necessary
The happy pill.
Diagnosing something one can not see.
A wound that doesn't visibly bleed.
Does it make it any less real?
An how do you get it to heal?
Sometimes the only cure is daily medication.
The happy pill.
A silent suicide attempt.
Why is it so many go unheard.
Statistics, the deliverer so many verdicts.
Yet in poverty you are never reached.
The happy pill.
Just give me the happy pill.
Make me feel just a little better.
Tired everyday, not wanting to get up face anything.
The motivation declines.
And we stop for just one second too hit rewind.
Looking back, looking for a cause.
When their is really is none at all.
A chemical imbalance in the brain.
Not enough serotonin.
A smile, a laugh, ambition to do something, to do anything.
Why is it do so many of us judge this as fictitious disease.
Let me guess you one of those that don't believe in anxiety or add either.
Well they exist, in both mild and major cases.
I faced all three, I beat everyone but my anxiety.
No drugs needed so I thought.
But what if you can't get in a car without freaking out.
Heart beating out of your chest, what if I hit that guy.
What if I cause him to crash and he dies.
A true phobia, and sudden panic attacks.
And I'm doing this right, I must hurry up, oops too much, oops too soon.
How do you keep it under control without meds?
How do you keep focused, when your mind is racing.
Is it even possible?
Next thing I know I got to pull over this car cause I'm hyperventilating.
Getting into the fresh air and smoking two cigarettes just to calm my nerves.
I know what your thinking it is not really fresh air if your smoking a cigarettes.
Fresh air I consider in this terminology anything thats is outside the car.
So why do I need a drug for this.
Because your life is in danger without it.
Not just mine.
So next time you see that person taking their anxiety, depression, or add, medication just remember that before you pass your judgments.

Depression Is
Depression is when your sad and alone
Depression is when you can't do it anymore
Depression is when all you do is cry non stop and no one cares
Depression is when all you think about is ending your life and giving up
Depression is a life full of hell and heartache
Depression is not a good way to live but when you deal with it all your life like I do it just makes your life miserable and a hell hole
Depression makes you want to cut up your arms, legs, and whole body and watch the blood pour out to make it feel good in life
Everything I go through since I was born makes me have depression and only gets worse as life goes on
Sometimes I get so sick of the depression it just makes me want to end it all and wonder if i'm better off dead
In general depression will never go away, you'll have it all your life regardless
