I’m Dead (Revised)
I’m dead, don’t know how or when I died
although I do know why – endless lists of
French political news items broadcast in
stereo-audio booming with journalists’
machine-gun-fire voices have destroyed
my ability to prioritize
the senseless violence in African and
European countries facing like financial
crises coalesce into a grim grey stream – I
realize I cannot read these journals sanely,
much less memorise for language class,
my empty mind inanely vacillates
I do not care – with no substitute aims and
no alternative my mental gyroscope becomes
unsteady, even if I could seek help I’d still
lack the terms to describe my dilemma,
I cannot formulate the problem – unless
the explanation is I’m dead already

Insect
Mindless, now you will do as you're told
Restore, worship the god of control
Victims, helpless
New Slave, brain dead
Betray thy god
Facing endless damnation
Prepare, we'll have a new world our own
Regress, withdraw and you'll burn alone
Maintain respect
Obey Insect
Twisting your fate
Facing endless salvation
People from the outside
Craving for utopia
Nowhere near perfection
Future desolation
Join in now, join in now
Join in now, join in now
Promising heaven, celestial home
Inside your head now, insect has grown
There is no problem to analyse
Leaving this wasteland towards the sky
No need to worry, you're in the zone
Mind control fury, whispering tone
Overbearing manipulation
Impure, sadness, manic depression
Victims, helpless
New slave, brain dead
Betray thy god
Facing endless damnation.

Jumping to Conclusions
No sir...
I did not say,
You were clearly out of your mind.
You are jumping to conclusions!
This is what I said...
And I quote my exact statement.
'You have used your political clout,
To ruin my reputation.
You've destroyed my ability,
To seek meaningful employment.
You and your associates,
Have campaigned to slander...
And smear any attempts I've made,
To make progress among my own people.
In this community.
There are more living in poverty in this area,
Since your last election.
And...
One in which has the highest crime rate.
Least amount of representation,
For the tax dollars that are spent.
And...
You have been in office for three terms,
Doing absolutely nothing...
For the betterment of your constituents here!
Plus your use of racial tactics,
Speaks for itself.
And you seek my endorsement?
Where is the advantage? '
THAT is what I said!
Now...
How you take that,
Can be interpreted any way you wish!
But those are my comments,
About how I feel regarding you....
Your political clout and influence.
Anything else you'd like to add...
Would come out of 'your' mouth,
Sir.
And not mine.

Inverted
The feeling contends, once kind.
Violence starts, won't cease.
Vengeance comes. Want rewards.
The servant starts piercing chores.
Stitching mouths, once skinned.
The gaping wounds left to mend.
Reckless kills, live dispite.
Boundary has soldiers try.
I have come to read my friend
The gifts of all those born and bred.
The living dead once more resign.
We're facing cause it's creation.
I have come to resist life's scar in pain.
The fates just called in Armageddon.
Infected, for the scraps are red.
Deep within the living charge.
The bag once empty filled with fire.
I'd like to find out, just what you said.
I'd like to see you. Justice dead.
Who'd like to see you. Justice served
With lies to go around, the sentence served

We have to stop this violence. We have to make the political nature of the violence clear, that the violence we experience in our own homes is not a personal family matter, it's a public and political problem. It's a way that women are kept in line, kept in our places.

Grace
Looking in the papers makes me sorry to be human
A little ray of hope wont hurt at all
A price on every head & its cheaper when youre dead
Quality of life may have to fall
Muffled voices, world in action
Stir the peaceful, need for longing
I, I cannot describe the fear inside my heart
I, hereby do swear to live my life in accordance with grace
Guess its human nature to be cruel & to be heartless
But thats no excuse to shoot him when hes down
Crawl in on your knees & then bite the hand that feeds
The cages throw their shadows cross the ground
Wheres the sense in senseless violence
Hear the silence too forgiving
I cannot describe the fear inside my heart
I, hereby do swear to live my life in accordance with grace
Press your hands in, into the pavement
Bathed in glory, heres your moment
I cannot describe the fear inside my heart
I, hereby do swear to live my life in accordance with grace
I cannot describe the fear inside my heart
I, hereby do swear to live my life in accordance with grace

Whispers From Bones
THE WAR MACHINE
IS QUITE OBSCENE
THE WAR MACHINE
IS QUITE UNCLEAN
BUT
THE WAR MACHINE
WILL NOT STOP
BECAUSE
THE WAR MACHINE
MUST BE FED
THE WAR MACHINE
MUST HAVE BLOOD
THE WAR MACHINE
MUST HAVE DEATH
THE WAR MACHINE
MUST HAVE LIFE
THE WAR MACHINE
MUST HAVE STRIFE
THE WAR MACHINE
MUST BE FED
THE WAR MACHINE
LOVES THE DEAD
THE WAR MACHINE
WILL NOT STOP
BECAUSE
THE WAR MACHINE
IS ANGRY MAN.

Dead Guy Stickers
In the USA,
They want to put dead guy pictures on cigarette packs.
With that brilliant logic in mind, I say put dead guy stickers on:
car windshields(dead guys in wrecks)
pistol and rifle handles (dead guys shot)
marriage licenses (dead spouses)
hamburger and hot dog wrappers (dead fat guys)
pies, cakes (more dead fat guys)
bathroom doors (thousands of dead guys in bathrooms every year)
bicycles (road kill dead guys)
fire places (burnt dead guys)
swimming pools (drown dead guys)
every electrical outlet (fried dead guys)
air plane tickets (dead passenger guys)
the beach (shark bit dead guys)
cities (shot dead guys)
air (blue dead guys)
fish (poisoned dead guys)
motorcycles (more road kill dead guys)
scarfs (strangled dead guys)
football helmets (brain dead guys)
hot tubs (more drowned dead guys)
and so on.
Just about everything can kill you, such as:
Mothers (dead baby guys plus dead fathers)
Fathers (dead baby guys plus dead mothers)
Police(multiple dead guys and chicks)
Drugs (multiple dead guys and chicks)
and so on.
Once everything has a dead guy sticker on it,
You've been warned and the world will be safer, right?
It shows we care, right?

Substitute
You think we look pretty good together
You think my shoes are made of leather
But Im a substitute for another guy
I look pretty tall but my heels are high
The simple things you see are all complicated
I look pretty young, but Im just back-dated, yeah
Substitute your lies for fact
I can see right through your plastic mac
I look all white, but my dad was black
My fine looking suit is really made out of sack
I was born with a plastic spoon in my mouth
The north side of my town faced east, and the east was facing south
And now you dare to look me in the eye
Those crocodile tears are what you cry
Its a genuine problem, you wont try
To work it out at all you just pass it by, pass it by
Substitute me for him
Substitute my coke for gin
Substitute you for my mum
At least Ill get my washing done

Dead Folk Don't Talk
On the day she died they all came,
though I was shocked they recalled her name
but they drank our booze and ate our cake
yeah they ate our cake alright.
Maybe they meant well
maybe not
but you can't keep dead folk company
for dead folk, they don't talk.
Nobody came and nobody called
when she was ill and dying.
Nobody seemed to care at all
and now they're all here crying.
Maybe they meant well
maybe not
but you can't keep dead folk company
for dead folk, they don't talk.
So I sat there dazed and out of control
listening to them talking,
but when she were alive, the house was still,
just me and mother sighing.
Maybe they meant well
maybe not
but you can't keep dead folk company
for dead folk, they don't talk.
And afterwards, when they all went
I carried out her last requests.
I moved her gas fire, paid the rent
and left a note to the dairyman.
Nobody came and nobody called
when she was ill and dying.
Nobody seemed to care at all
and if they say they did, they're lying.

Im-Mortal
Dead and rotting like man
Immortal I am
An Eagles eye as far as i can see
destroyed by the masses
immortal to be
A sea of pain flushes over me
a nervous breakdown in me
The knowing of what to say
and the sun's rays
play two roles in my amends
Above a sea of fire and chaos
pain the only sound
my halo falls
falls to the ground
Dead and rotting like man
Immortal I am
The eagles eye can see farther than me
destroyed by masses
Immortal to be
And fire will rain and fill the sea
fire will rain...
reign over me
My skin feels like a suit
rip out my tongue
Making me mute
This fire is my master
making me see like a boy
a crippling disaster
No drug can numb this pain
no faith can break this grasp
but immortal i am.
dead and rotting like man
Immortal I am
Blinded at last
overpowered by fire
i cant...
The truth is, i am-Mortal

Am I Still Me?
I am not dead though I should be
There’s very little left of me.
I do not live merely exist
My mind is clouded the mist persists
I can’t remember anything
Although I try there is nothing
I don’t know where I am or why
I wonder sometimes who am I
Then the mists descend again
I don’t know where I am or when.
My body lives my mind has fled.
Dementia which I used to dread.
Has destroyed my ability
To think at all coherently
I am not happy nor am I sad.
I would not know if I was glad.
I should be dead but I am not.
The art of living I forgot.
The mists do lift occasionally
And I remember I am me.
Although my body is quite fit
Without my mind what use is it?
Am still me or just a shell
condemned to a living hell.
Am I still me?
I am not dead though I should be
There’s very little left of me.
I do not live merely exist
My mind is clouded the mist persists
I can’t remember anything
Although I try there is nothing

Mathematics is the most powerful tool that people have developed to investigate the world around us. But it is taught so that students do not realize this. The language of mathematics is able to describe objects, structures, properties and relationships in an unambiguous way. In this context we talk about the power of the "descriptive" of mathematics. In this way, people were able to formulate and express such assertions accurate and unambiguous knowledge.
