A joy ride on mobike...! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Arms around your waist,
And hairflying in the air,
That first joyride on mobike
On Delhi roads sealed our fate.
A lot can happen over coffee,
The best in town you will find,
As we walked hand in hand
Through a plush hotel lobby.
As we sat, you said say yes now,
What, we have just met, I protest.
I know for sure, it’s destined
Please just don’t ask me how.
Love at first sight,
I laughed out loud,
Happens in Mills and Boon,
As we slipped out at night.
I said yes the very next day
Still fills me with disbelief.
Like a hero of romantic movies
You were charming in so many ways.
Now the mobike is gone,
And we travel side by side,
In a luxury air conditioned car.
To town, to work every morn.
In silence we drive, preoccupied
Hands on lap, hair in place, I see
A couple on a speeding bike,
And think of that first joyride…

Joy Ride (7" Version)
Hello, you fool I love you!
C'mon join the joyride.
I hit the road out of nowhere,
I had to jump in my car
and be a rider in a love game
following the stars,
don't need no book of wisdom,
I get no money talk at all.
She has a train going downtown,
she's got a club on the moon
and she's telling all her secrets
in a wonderful balloon.
She's the heart of the funfair,
she's got me whistling her private tune.
And it all begins where it ends,
and she's all mine,
my magic friend.
She says: hello, you fool, I love you,
c'mon join the joyride, join the joyride.
She's a flower, I can paint her,
she's a child of the sun,
we're a part of this together,
could never turn around and run.
Don't need no fortune teller
to know where my lucky love belongs oh no.
Cos it all begins again when it ends, yea,
and we're all
magic friends.
She says: hello, you fool, I love you,
c'mon join the joyride, join the joyride.
She says: hello, you fool, I love you,
c'mon join the joyride, be a joyrider.
I take you on a skyride,
I felling like you're spellbound.
The sunshine is a lady
who ROX you like a baby.
She says: hello, you fool, I love you,
c'mon join the joyride, join the joyride.
Hello, you fool, I love you,
c'mon join the joyride, join the joyride.
Hello, hello, you fool, I love you,
c'mon c'mon join the joyride, be a joyrider.

On The Lonely Side Of Town
On the lonely side of town
When no one else is around
Her brown eyes cry those tears
Over her loves from the past years
Her heart is breaking without a sound
On the lonely side of town
She feels just like a clown
With tears pouring from her eyes
With no rhymn or reason why
But life has turned her upside down
On the lonely side of town
Her head is hanging down
Shaking from side to side
With not much left of her pride
There on that lonely side of town
On the lonely side of town
She is lost behind her frown
But in ways she may never know
Her love fine it's way to show
And by her love she is bound
On the lonely side of town
You can hear the old train sound
Reminding her of those days
When life glowed with brighter rays
Even on that lonely side of town
On the lonely side of town
She is loved by leaps and bounds
Even though she may not see
Love'S the only thing that's free
And it creaps up on her without a sound

We Walked Together In The Night
We walked together in the night
Hand in hand, intertwined
It was like a magical dream
I just couldn't believe
We walked together in the night
My heart raced on as if I might die
You calmed me down and told me everything would be alright
We walked together in the night
Just you and I
You held my hand, you held me close
You protected me, and kept me safe
We walked together in the night
That night was the best time of my life
Time I spent with you
We walked together in the night
We're just best friends....
But does this date mean anything?
We walked together in the night
We laughed, We played
We were nervous, We were afraid
What might happen after this night?
We walked together in the night
You took me out to the movies
You took me back to my house
Everything was perfect then
Until I ruined it...
I walked away with tears in my eyes.....I ruined it
I walked back home alone that night...because we weren't ready to date just yet

Joyride
Oh my sweet lover,
Save the last penny for me my love;
And let us play along only with the tunes of lovers!
Like the Hall of Fame and the cross cultures around.
Deep down in my heart is my mind on you always,
So ris eup and shine and never be late!
For being with you is always like the sweet songs of love;
Kiss my lips and never look back on this love.
You dancing shoes are needed tonight so,
Come and let me take you on a joyride with my heart;
And let me bring out the sunshine of light out of the darkness!
The church bells are ringing for you and i but,
This love is stronger than the sounds of the bells!
For you've got heaven in your eyes my sweet one.
Oh my dark lake of love,
Let me take a joyride with you!
For you are always on my mind and,
The sweet songs of love flows around you always;
For you are the one for me on this joyride.

Love Comes From The Other Side
When things get bad at home, you dont feel like being alone,
And you find yourself inclined to look around.
For the feelings we once shared are just no longer there,
And love comes from the other side of town.
(chorus)
Where love means just an hour with your stand in,
And not an empty house where love just has been.
Since everything weve built with love was not on solid ground,
Now love comes from the other side of town.
The life Im livin now just dont seem right somehow,
But its the best way to get by that Ive found.
Theres no love left at home, were both just hangin on,
And love comes from the other side of town.
(chorus)
Love comes from the other side of town.

My Town
my town
a place where I feel more comfortable
then I do at home
like nothing can go wrong
nothing will happen in this place
Lupine
Lupine is my home
my home away from home
it is where my family is
where my family’s heart and sole lives
it sleeps in a hotel
that means just as much
as the town does
to me
to Ethan
to mom and dad
why it does
we will never know
it’s almost like we have a
a bond
a relationship
with the town
with the hotel
with the snow
it’s in our gens
we just cant help but to be in love with it all
mix lupine
the hotel
and the snow
we’ll have a mix that cant be matched
for lupine is my town

Joy Ride
Like a dog with the television on
Staring blankly at the screen the way you do
I'll keep you there and your money too
If you all line up inside of here
Do what I tell ya and everything will be okay
And if youre lost, I got a bobblehead Jesus
Get on your knees, that Jesus will please ya'
Money is clean if we scrub it good with
Guns and gasoline, I'm gonna save the world
Nothing's obscene if we only close our eyes
Boys and girls welcome to this joy ride
Come on all of you wont left alive
Get in line and everything will be fine
We gotta toss our troubles to the wind
We need 'em like we did in the end
Money is clean if we scrub it good with
Guns and gasoline, I'm gonna save the world
Nothing's obscene if we only close our eyes
Boys and girls welcome to this joy ride
Joyride, joyride, joyride
[scatting]
Taking everything into account the way you should
Light it up, light it up cuz it be so good
Woah, Yeah, Oh, all of us praying now
Now, Yeah, Yeah, all of us praying now
What you got [scatting]..always fade away
Money is clean if we scrub it good with
Guns and gasoline, I'm gonna save the world
Nothing's obscene if we only close our eyes
Boys and girls welcome to this joyride
Joyride, joyride, joyride

On The Other Side
Michael w. smith
Im not how I used to be
When we hung around
Back when it was you and me
Tearin up this town
We used to live our lives running from change
Now we dont see eye to eye
I am not the same
Chorus:
And you wonder where Ive gone
Well, Ive found where I belong
Im on the other side
True - I used to walk your shore
But Im not there anymore
Im on the other side
Years fade like the setting sun
Turning us loose
They give us many ways to run
And many roads to choose
Well, I ran into saving grace
Headed for nowhere
Love showed me another place
And brought me there
Chorus
Why is it hard for you to see
All the changes made in me
Here on the other side
Oh, I could help you understand
And you could join me where I am
I am on the other side

Dirt Bike
Here comes the dirt bike
Beware of the dirt bike
Because I hear theyre coming to our town
Theyve got plans for everyone
And now I hear theyre over their sophomore jinx, so you had better check it out
All hail the dirt bike
Philosopher dirt bike
Silence as we gathered round
We saw the word and were on our way
Now its
Brain washing dirt bike
Ground shaking dirt bike
Mind bending dirt bike
In control
Soul crushing dirt bike
Self propelled dirt bike
You see I never thought Id understand
til that bike took me by the hand
Now I ride
Ride
Ride

Husband's Song
the night is getting late
and i am inside my car
the cd player is off
the silence is too loud
to be ignored
at this hour the roads are clear
except for the checkpoint
at the boundary between
this town and the other town
the rain starts to drizzle
it is cold
but he is confident that
to the place of his destination
it will be warm and cozy
his wife is waiting for him
to be home again

Theres A Place For Us
...theres a place for us, somewhere a time and a place.
So here we are together
Just you and me
Sitting side by side
Dont know why
With time just racing by
But I dont want to go
Well I dont know much about it
cos all I am is what you see
In front of you
Theres no more
Feels so close and yet so far
But I dont want to go
Here I am, take my hand
Here I am, please take my hand
Id like to sit here with you if thats alright
If you dont mind I could sit and stare all night
Sit here waiting for you to hold me tight
Its sad but I know its true
You see I know you well
Youd only laugh at me
And that would hurt me so
Just look at me here
Youve got me pleading with you
But I dont want to go
cos you know that I love you so
Yes you know that I love you so
Here. I will be here love
For you love, I will always be here love
If you look real close
Youll see my heart is on my sleeve
And itll be here waiting
Waiting for you, waiting for me
Someone once said that if you truly, truly believe
You can make things happen
Make things appear to be all that they seem
Tell me do you believe?
Well find a hideaway
Together well find a way
Somewhere, somehow, well find some way
There must be somewhere
There must be someplace
We can find somewhere
Where they dont know my face
Believe me we can find it
Yes we can find it
Somewhere, theres a place for us
Somewhere, a time and a place for us
Somewhere

Heart To Heart
(Emmylouy HarrisPaul Kennerley)
Heart to heart we'll hold together
Hand in hand we'll find a way
Oh, the storms of life may blind us
But with the loving vows that bind us
Heart to heart hand in hand we'll stay
Side by side forever and always
Day by day till our lives are done
This sweet love is ours to treasure
Far beyond all time and measure
Side by side day by day as one
The years connot take what's between you and me
We'll stand her together for the whole world to see
Heart to heart there'll be no other
Hand in hand for our love is true
Oh, the words that we have spoken
Will be a promise never broken
Heart to heart hand in hand with you

Dreamin Out Loud
(buddy blackmon/michael smotherman/vip vipperman)
Pardon me mister, it was my mistake
I gotta be more careful in a crowd
If you caught me talkin' to someone you cant see
Dont mind me, Im dreamin' out loud
I cant help wondering what did I do wrong
To lose the only one I care about
I cant stop living in the used to be
Dont mind me, Im dreamin' out loud
All I hear is her whisper my name
All I see is her hair tumble down
When I feel the touch of her hand in mine
I find Im dreamin' out loud
Well Id better be going, got some place to be
I know shes somewhere in this town
And until I find her and she comes back to me
Ill be dreamin' out loud
All I hear is her whisper my name
All I see is her hair tumble down
When I feel the touch of her hand in mine

Fire Tonight
Well, theres a hot wind blowing tonight in the east,
And I heard that the park is filled tonight with police.
On the radio theres nothing but a man saying
To stay inside.
Well, I remember what you said on the telephone,
That you didnt feel like it was safe to stay alone.
And you would get yourself to me if you could find
A way across the line.
But theres fire tonight on your side of town,
Orange light in the sky without a sound.
Fire tonight on your side of town.
I watch and wait for you to come around.
Well, theres a faint sound of sirens tonight in the air,
And I heard that the downtown streets tonight are bare.
On the tv here theyre telling me the roads are all
Closed down.
You said that if you couldnt take the car youd walk
Instead.
It was the last thing you said before the line went dead.
And now Im waiting by the window holding all the things
Of yours Ive found.
But theres fire tonight on your side of town,
Orange light in the sky without a sound.
Fire tonight on your side of town.
I watch and wait for you to come around.
I know we always said that we were free.
I know we never thought this would succeed.
But now your face is all that I can see.
But theres fire tonight on your side of town,
Orange light in the sky without a sound.
Fire tonight on your side of town.
I watch and wait for you to come around.

Sister I'm A Poet
All over this town
Yes, a low wind may blow
And i can see through everybo...
With no reason
To hide these words i feel
And no reason
To talk about the books i read
But still i do
That's 'cause i'm a ...
Sister i'm a ...
All over this town
Along this way
Outside the prison gates
I love the romance of crime
And i wonder
Does anybody feel the way i do ?
And is evil just something you are
Or something you do ?
Sister i'm a ...
Sister i'm a ...
All over this town
All over this town
They pull over
In their citroen vans
Not to shake your hand
With meths on their breaths
And you with youth on your side
A plastic bag stranded at the lights
This once was me ...
But now i'm a ...
Sister i'm a ...
All over this town ...
Oh, oh, oh
All over this town
All over this town
Oh ...
I still cannot speak french ... i am very lazy

Let Me Be Your HERO
Let Me Be Your HERO
By: Jo E
My daughter, let me be your Hero.
Let me take you hand and lead you into a dance.
Let me look at you and take you in my arms.
Dance with me in the Rain.
But most of all my daughter 'Let me be you Hero'
Let me show you how much you are loved.
Let me show you how much I LOVE YOU.
Let me just protect you.
But most of all, will you Let me be YOUR HERO
Let me be YOUR HERO
Take my hand, and i will lead you.
I will lead you to the most beautiful, wonderful, magic place where its just you and me!
Let me be Your HERO
I will take you hand in mine and never let go
Let me be YOUR HERO
I will love you till eternity
Let me be YOU HERO
Let me hold you in my arms where u just want to cry
Let me be YOUR HERO
I wil protect you, when there is no one to protect you. Ill BE YOUR HERO!
WIll you just let me be you HERO?
My Daughter ILL be YOUR HERO if only you will LET ME BE YOUR HERO!
