Wayward Dreams

Last night a dream cast a shadow
Over my all too empty bed,
That an angel had lost her way
A wayward woman wanderin'.

Troubled, bewildered, and forlorn,
Dark, confused, weary she appeared
Over many a mumbled word,
Soundin' heart-broke, I heard her say:

‘Oh my wayward dreams! do they cry,
Do they hear their lover sighin'?
Do they not see what we have lost,
Will they not stop and weep for me? '

Her tears fell as I came closer:
I took her hand and drew her near,
And said, ‘Wail not into the night
For your plight and mine are the same.

‘That which was once held can be found,
That which was once found can be ours:
Follow me, we will find the way;
Back to our wayward dreams and home! '

Wandering

Ive been wanderin early late
From new york city to the golden gate
And it dont look like
Ill ever stop my wanderin
My daddy was an engineer
My brother drives a hack
My sister takes in laundry
While the baby balls the jack
And it dont look like
Ill ever stop my wanderin
Ive been in the army
Ive worked on a farm
And all Ive got to show is the muscle in my arm
And it dont look like
Ill ever stop my wanderin
My ma she died when I was young
My daddy took to stealin and he got hung
And it dont look like
Ill ever stop my wanderin
Snakes in the ocean
Eels in the sea
I let a redheaded woman make a fool out of me
And it dont look like
Ill ever stop my wanderin
Ive been wanderin early late
From the new york city to the golden gate
And it dont look like
Ill ever stop my wanderin
No, it dont look like
Ill ever stop my wanderin

William Blake

A Dream

Once a dream did weave a shade
O’er my Angel-guarded bed,
That an emmet lost its way
Where on grass methought I lay.

Troubled, 'wilder'd, and forlorn,
Dark, benighted, travel-worn,
Over many a tangled spray,
All heart-broke I heard her say:

‘O, my children! do they cry?
Do they hear their father sigh?
Now they look abroad to see:
Now return and weep for me.’

Pitying, I dropp'd a tear;
But I saw a glow-worm near,
Who replied: ‘What wailing wight
Calls the watchman of the night?

‘I am set to light the ground,
While the beetle goes his round:
Follow now the beetle’s hum;
Little wanderer, hie thee home.’

The Wayward Wind

In the lonely shack by the railroad track
I spent my younger days
And I guess the sound of the outward bound
Made me a slave to my wanderin ways.
And the wayward wind is a restless wind
A restless wind that yearns to wander
And I was born the next of kin
The next of kin to the wayward wind.
Oh, I met him down in the border town
He vowed wed never part
Though he tried his best to settle down
Now Im all alone with a broken heart.
And the wayward wind is a restless wind
A restless wind that yearns to wander
And I was born the next of kin
The next of kin to the wayward wind.
And the wayward wind is a restless wind
A restless wind that yearns to wander
And I was born the next of kin
The next of kin to the wayward wind.
The next of kin to the wayward wind.

Inside The Cross of Iron Shadow

Inside The Cross of Iron Shadow
====================

Shape to Guide Aligned by Light
Formed of Cross Divide of Shadow
Light to Darken The Cross Within
The Dark Surround The Light With Out
Shape To Confine The Shadow Caste Of Iron Cross

Pieced Together The Puzzle Within
Immediate Light of Circumstantial

Fade to Black
Cross Fade to Light
The Sound Staged Within

Shadow Sounds Free of Night
Forged Of Iron Shadow

Holier Than Thou Be This Shadow Cross of Age
Cast of Moon Beam of Light to Burn
Outline of Cross Confines The Shadow Dark
Which Binds A Mind To Light

Fore There In No Way Exist
This One Without The Other Side of Good
As Day to Blackest Night of Evil
As Sun Give Rise to Dawn To Cast Away
The Nightmare Within A Mind Of Day and Shadow

Night of Day To Darkest Cross Beam of Light
To Light A Mind Eclipsed In Shadow
Forever In Light To Dark Shade of Gray Matter
Inside The Cross Of Iron Shadow.

My Dark Dreams

I'm in the dark
And I'm lost
In my mind, screaming
Through the empty
Space, filled with no light
All I hear is my echo

I listen and hear the echo
Of silent breaking through the dark
Nothingness that consumes any light
That I don't see, in this lost
Place of empty
Dreaming, in which I scream

Soon as it stops, the screaming
High painful cry, and the echo
Fades, leaving me again in the empty
Hallow thoughts of my dark
Sleep, and wander through my mind lost
Of what I had, it was my light

What I had was like a warm light
That held me from the bitter screaming
Of the cold, it found me when I was lost
It covered me like a blanket, and echoed
Through my soul, with it I was never in the dark
And never left empty

Now, in my sleep, I am empty
The warm blanket of hte light
No longer holds me, but exposes me to the dark
And painful piercing screams
Of my own voice echoing
In my nightmares of what I've lost

I am lost
In the emptiness
Of my own pain, that echoes
Through me, and all I want again is the light
For it I scream
In my dreams, but all I get in the dark

I dream of the dark and I'm lost
My screaming is only heard by the empty
Space in my mind, where light shined, but there is only echo.

There's Magic Still In Love

Never lost.
Never,
Bewildered.

No, I'm...
Never lost.
No...ever,
Bewildered.

But I can be,
The one deceived.
And I can be,
Too naïve.
Also the one,
To believe...
There's magic still in love.

Never lost.
Never,
Bewildered.

No, I'm...
Never lost.
Nor...ever,
Bewildered.

But I can be,
The one deceived.
And I can be,
Too naïve.
Also the one,
To believe...
There's magic still in love,
For me.

Even when the clouds are gray,
I'm the one to believe...
They'll go away,
Permanently...
Depending on the Sun that rises.
And those tears from me that leave.

But I can be,
The one deceived.
And I can be,
Too naïve.
Also the one,
To believe...
There's magic still in love,
For me.
Even when the clouds are gray.

Never lost.
Never,
Bewildered.

No, I'm...
Never lost.
Nor...ever,
Bewildered.

But I can be,
Much too honest.
And I can hurt,
Easily.
Yet still believe,
There is magic...
Kept inside my heart,
To find for me...
True love.

I'm A Shadow In The Dark

I am a shadow
in the dark
the evil sound in the night
I'm a shadow in the dark
but still it always feels so right

I'm constantly over looked
my brain is fried
my heart cooked

I'm a heart
that will never beat
I'm the one person
no one has to meet
I'm the cold
the dark
the light

I am a shadow in the dark
just give it up
you've lost the fight

The Wayward Heart

Who would love the wayward heart
Prone to being lost in a dream
Who would love the wayward heart
Who so neatly expresses such need
To be loved and nurtured
To feel as though it is the only one
Such is the longing of being alone
For what has been to long
Caught between trust and jealousy
The wayward heart is torn
Does it play to the romantic ideals
Or guard itself from harm
Who would love the wayward heart
And teach it to love again
To have the time and the patience
To understand its ways
Resolve to reap the rewards
Of helping the wayward heart
Finally find its way

Can You Make Me Dream Again?

Can you make me dream again
or are all my dreams just lost?
I haven't been able to dream anymore
and oh the wakefulness it's cost.
I lie there thinking something is wrong
but yet my days are fine.
And I understand between night and day
there is a very fine line.
What I can't understand is where dreams go
or why they have taken flight?
They say we all dream but where are mine?
Are they flying around like a kite?
If that's the case let me catch the string
and bring them back to my bed.
Then maybe they'll visit my weary self
and quiet my troubled head.

An Epic Of A Mother

when night felt deep in the main street of that bordering town, when streets were dipping in profound silence, we were in search of news moving aimlessly from here to there we met that mother, rather, we met that family unit some years ago.

a scratched man of broken images guides the woman with a girlbaby on her lap, clients appeared from the dark to bargain woman's flesh, the scratched man fixed the rate holding the girl of three years from her lap to him and allowed the woman to go with them.

the woman went to a deserted dark marketarea just beside the mainroad, during this break we appeared immediately in front of that man that broken man and learned he was the father of that little girl, husband of that mother-woman whom he sold for temporary shot-contact to be vamped her warm and salt, to be cooked her flesh and flexibility.

just we met that night with that woman that mother and also learned her dream was her girl-child would grow-up as a dignified woman which needs a lot of money, so she used to run on that underground track, she also knew her husband, the girl child's father physically not fit to meet her demand of purchasing the so-called dignity one need to acquire from human society.

when that woman the mother talked with us, the street lamp showed us her eyes were glittering with her dream of a glorious future of her three years old girlchild whom she loved more than herself.

where she now I don't know, but this epic I send for the readers of my site to pray for her specially for this day.

The Watcher on the Tower

The Voice of a Man

WHAT of the Night, O Watcher?

The Voice of a Woman

Yea, what of it?

The Watcher

A star has risen; and a wind blows strong.

Voice of the Man

The Night is dark.

The Watcher

But God is there above it.

Voice of the Woman

The Night is dark; the Night is dark and long.

II
Voice of the Man

What of the Night, O Watcher?

Voice of the Woman

Night of sorrow!

The Watcher

Out of the East there comes a sound, like song.

Voice of the Man

The Night is dark.

The Watcher

Have courage! There’s To-morrow!

Voice of the Woman

The Night is dark; the Night is dark and long.

III
Voice of the Man

What of the Night, O Watcher?

Voice of the Woman

Is it other?

The Watcher

I see a gleam; a thorn of light; a thong.

Voice of the Man

The Night is dark.

The Watcher

The Morning comes, my Brother.

Voice of the Woman

The Night is dark; the Night is dark and long.

IV
Voice of the Man

What now, what now, O Watcher?

The Watcher

Red as slaughter
The Darkness dies. The Light comes swift and strong.

Voice of the Man

The Night was long.—What sayest thou, my Daughter?

Voice of the Woman

The Night was dark; the Night was dark and long.

Lying Angel

A lying angel follows me
It is my shadow
Dark and bitter
A lying angel
Whispers my faults in my ear
She grabs them
In her tiny, white fists
And twists them
Around my body
Strangling
A lying angel
Laughs
As I struggle
She teases my hair
And pokes my cheeks
A lying angel
Is my worst enemy
And yet
I still need her here
Because she is part of me
My shadow is
A lying angel

Distorted Angel

Strange things seem to occur, somewhere behind the nursery door
Though I was just a bit of a kid, it was the bit that she was looking for
Now I dont know where to begin confessing
The way shes making me feel it cant be a sin
I was taught to believe you were looking down on everyone
And your benevolent face is beautiful to gaze upon
Now I just dont know who to tell to go to hell
Who put the old devil in the distorted angel?
Distorted angel
Pure illuminated sweetness
Frightening small children is just about your only weakness
I thought that you would tell me what Im living for
But I cant see you anymore
I dont know what we did but Im sorry if it made you cry
And if theres any justice at all Id be punished for it Id surmise
It will mark the spot very well where I fell
Under the shadow of the distorted angel
Beneath the shadow of the distorted angel
Below the shadow of the distorted angel
Angel
Beneath the shadow of the distorted angel
Below the shadow of the distorted angel
Angel

Beneath Still Waters

Beneath Still Waters
By: Adam M. Snow

Beneath still waters lie lost memories,
Of sullied dreams cast into seas.
Yet mine lost in a thousand days,
By my foreknown separate ways,
And only by the blood moon,
Will it shine ever so soon.

But mine, shattered by my past,
As my essence surpassed,
Tormented by my woes,
Like the crows upon my flesh.

Tender life of putrid mesh,
Cast down upon my burden.
But lest I suffer more,
For mercy is what I plead for.
To atone for what my sins may cost,
But I reluctant for myself now lost.
Willingly I encumber my future wonder,
Regrets now my only feeling,
I fallen, now kneeling.

Melancholy was my one desire,
Now I cast aside the pit of fire.
Awaken now my wayward dream,
And myself, I now redeem.
On this night of vespertine,
My untimely death was intervene.

Laying here in peaceful slumber,
No more worries should I encumber.
Weeping may endure the night,
My soul, my life becomes the light,
Open now my vastness heart,
Cometh tomorrow a brand new start.

I'm Lost, I need change

I'm lost in a darkness as dark as the night
but lighter then the stars above
I'm lost in a memory that once were
but now is gone far away
I'm lost in the sadness after the dark
but live my life with laughter
I'm lost in this world, so beautiful it is
but it takes my life from me
I'm lost in myself and so confused
that my heart is broken in two
It's dark, it's light
it's noon, it's night
everything is changing but me
I'm lost in a life so still and slow
that my heart stops beating soon
I'm lost in a town where my heart isn't placed
and without my heart I can't live
I need my life back,
I need to change,
I need to get out of here
I'm lost in this place where i don't belong
And if I stay my breathing will stop
Therefore I go
out into the world
to a place greater then here
There I am lost in a big new world
But my heart will be with me again

O Holy Night

(Traditional)
O holy night the stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior's birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
Till he appeared and the soul felt it's worth
A thrill of hope, the weary soul rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees, oh hear the angel voices
Oh night divine, oh night, when Christ was born
Oh night divine, oh night, oh night divine
Mmhmm...
Hallelujah...
The thrill of hope, the weary soul rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees oh hear the angel voices
Oh night divine, oh night, when Christ was born
Oh night divine, oh night, oh night divine

The Watches Of The Night

O the waiting in the watches of the night!
In the darkness, desolation, and contrition and affright;
The awful hush that holds us shut away from all delight:
The ever weary memory that ever weary goes
Recounting ever over every aching loss it knows--
The ever weary eyelids gasping ever for repose--
In the dreary, weary watches of the night!

Dark--stifling dark--the watches of the night!
With tingling nerves at tension, how the blackness flashes white
With spectral visitations smitten past the inner sight!--
What shuddering sense of wrongs we've wrought
that may not be redressed--
Of tears we did not brush away--of lips we left unpressed,
And hands that we let fall, with all their loyalty unguessed!
Ah! the empty, empty watches of the night!

What solace in the watches of the night?--
What frailest staff of hope to stay--what faintest shaft of light?
Do we _dream_ and dare _believe_ it, that by never weight of right
Of our own poor weak deservings, we shall win the dawn at last--
Our famished souls find freedom from this penance for the past,
In a faith that leaps and lightens from the gloom
that flees aghast--
Shall we survive the watches of the night?

One leads us through the watches of the night--
By the ceaseless intercession of our loved ones lost to sight
He is with us through all trials, in His mercy and His might;--
With our mothers there about Him, all our sorrow disappears,
Till the silence of our sobbing is the prayer the Master hears,
And His hand is laid upon us with the tenderness of tears
In the waning of the watches of the night.

Shadow/suicudan/angel

shadow is a personality
shadow is always there to torment me
shadow makes me live in fear
shadow makes me cry out black dark tears
-------

suicudan is another personality
suicudan is a hurt side of me
suicudan is a person who tells me to cut
suicudan is a person who lets me leak out blood
suicudan is there when i need to die
suicudan is there when i need to cover up my lies
-------

angel is another side of me
angel is a person who helps me lets me live happy and in peace
angel is like of the faces that i love
angel is then a force that takes me above
angel makes my luck good

Shade and Shadow Dark and Night

Shade and Shadow
Dark and Night
Demons move
Beyond your sight
Moving slow
Cross the ground
Never do they make a sound
Shade and Shadow
Dark and Night
A murder has
Taken to flight
Stirring up the
Cold dead air
Does it matter?
Do you care?
Shade and Shadow
Dark and Night
Thoughts fill your mind
You think you might
These toughts they
Circle in your head
More and more you
Wish your dead
Shade and Shadow
Dark and Night
Capitulate
Give up the fight
It's too much effort
To go on
You're going
Going going gone
