What the Significance of Having Them Means
The act of participating in rituals,
Has become more important...
Than why those rituals were established,
In the first place.
There are more today,
Planning vacations and escapades...
Around holidays they could care less,
Of what the significance of having them means.
You can,
If you wish...
Compare this to the event of birthing a child,
But having nothing to do with it after a certain age.

Omens And Rituals
The Book of Holidays,
And with omens and rituals in the land of your muse!
Because of your nakedness on this summer trip;
And, this had led many to sin.

Rituals That Appal
Cumbersome rituals appal the mind,
The wits are affected by this ritual.
The mind is troublesome to the eloquent speech,
One speaks loudest when affected.
The whole piety of a speaker is about,
Wanting the air of a seminary.
A doddering dwarf has reminded us
Of his walk in the holy region.
The rituals of his stupid speech
Are around the house of words.

In general, human societies are not innovative. They are hierarchical and ritualistic. Suggestions for change are greeted with suspicion; they imply an unpleasant future variation in ritual and hierarchy; an exchange of one set of rituals for another, or perhaps for a less structured society with fewer rituals. And yet there are times when societies must change.

Today as I sat
I thought of you
I thought of the days
When you and I sat
At that very place
Watching local artists play
On any given day
When you and I would “bond”
Today I realized
It’s quite a shame
That pride could take that away
Only when you lose
What you enjoy most
You realize its importance and value
Today as I sat
Thinking of those days
I remembered the fun I had
Today I had such fun
But you weren’t there
Today I had such fun
With someone who may never care the way you do
Today I had such fun
But I now know it can never compare

Adopted Children
Adopted children of the world! !
Through many years and the act of negligence;
Bit, how can i locate my child today?
Now that i am rich;
For, i did not care for him or her and,
He or she was taken away from me! ! ! ! ! ! !
All in the name of poverty;
But now, i am very rich!
And, i want to take care of my own child.
Once again,
Oh yes! ! ! !
For, i am very sorry for not taking care of my own child;
And this has been the matter at hand since all these years!
However, the rich takes advantage of the poor! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
But now, i want to see my own child and take care of him or her.
I don't care how long it has taken! !
For, he or she is my own child;
And, i gave birth to him or her,
But, the society took them away!
However, i am now fighting back today to get them beside me.

To save is to spend in lot.
If one refuses to pilfer, it means
One is planning to plunder later.
If one professes loyalty, it means
One is planning to cheat you in time.
The one who looks fiercely chaste
Is not averse to yield in secret.

Sights Blocked By Insight Flight
Did I mention,
Addiction to rituals...
Without testing their affects,
Eventually leads to blindness.
Sights blocked by insight flight.
And prolonged unhappiness?
No one should expect,
That a going through a motion...
Will be advantageous,
If a depth of feeling is not felt.
Or a self examination not ingested,
Will not expose a fakeness...
Unconsciously kept,
By the way one thoughtlessly...
Disconnects with a display of disrespect.
Did I mention,
Addiction to rituals...
Without testing their affects,
Eventually leads to blindness.
Sights blocked by insight flight.
And prolonged unhappiness?
Observe this for yourself.
Don't take my word as if I suggest!
The examples of it are abundantly expressed.
As if what is worshipped is self serving...
With pretentions unintended but there to address.

Abused and Not Know
Planning your life…
Concerning another…
Ain’t that a mother…
That person whom you…
Think you know…
In and out of your life…
No other place to go…
Being pulled by the wind…
Over and over…
Again and again…
The word…is out…
You are like a mother…
Hen…but yeah…
Marriage would make you…
His kin…say again…
Just another way to sin…
For your blending in…
Today…
Which is still a trend…
Jumping the broom…
No matter what name…
Abuse is a damn shame…
Planning your life…
And trying to keep some spice…
How wrong is nice…
How right is wrong…
Abuse is strong…
Crying or singing…
A song…
Do you really know the person…
For which…you wish…to share…
Damn…I do declare…
Is it to me…
Am I fair…
“I’m in love I don’t care”
I won’t listen to hear-say…
I won’t let my heart run-away…
In my life I want him to stay…
Not really concerned about his play…
I think…with…me…
It’s okay…
I have closed the mouth…
Of my woman inside…
Maybe I don’t have any pride…
Planning…and waiting…
Waiting and planning…

Meant to Be Overheard
Listen to them...
And you can tell,
What kinds of people they are.
And what they value,
Most!
What they boast about!
And how that is done well.
It's important to them,
Where they live.
And the prices of the homes,
In their neighborhoods.
It's important to them,
Who they know.
And where they socialize,
At the private clubs they go!
It's important to them,
What they drive.
And the number of vehicles they own.
What they purchase and where they shop!
The prices paid.
To which charities they give.
And the amounts they gave!
It's important to them,
How many degrees they have.
Which schools they were on the honor roll.
The training of their pets.
And where their children are currently enrolled.
It's important to them,
Where they take vacations.
And travel first class...
'Of course! Don't you? '
On buses, trains and planes.
And that once a year 30 day cruise.
It's important to them,
Where they wine and dine.
With the utmost of etiquette.
It's important to them,
The churches they attend.
Their religious and political affiliations.
Where near the pulpit on pews they sit.
And how much they donate...
As an 'anonymous' gift!
And listening to all of this self centered display...
One is proud and honored,
To be lifted from this pretentiousness.
Feeling grateful to be from them fading away...
From such displays of selfish ways.
And feeling more of a wholesomeness to be lived.
Far more beneficial.
Than existing to flaunt and receive attention.
Today many could care less,
Who tries to impress.
With an embellish and over exaggerated intention!
Meant to be overheard as it is addressed.

Midsummer day
In Sweden people today celebrate
a pagan feast
on the midsummer day
and snaps and beer,
are taken from early on
as one of the rites of May.
Unmarried girls sleep
with bouquets of seven different flowers
under their pillows
and hope to dream,
of their future spouse
or lover.
It is thought that magic
is at its most powerful today
and tonight rituals are performed,
to look into the future
.
a Pole is raised
as a symbol of fertility
and people dance,
around the midsommarstang
and like in a trance
they are swept away with passion.

Water, The Matter
Water
Is the one source from
Which all living things originated
Our life and living depend
Largely on its availability
Ancient civilizations got established
And flourished near
Perennial water sources
Without water, no need to emphasize,
We cease to exist
Anything we possess
Assumes no significance without water
Our knowledge about the universe
About the natural laws
About the animal kingdom
About the plant kingdom
About the happenings around us
And our dreams over the future
Our means to realize them
Draw a naught if water is not there
Though, we know this for long
We need to do certain things
That we and the generations to come
Do not suffer scarcity of water
Attempt is to make you appreciate
The significance of pure water,
As we have already contaminated enough
And we have jeopardized the
Build up of water sources
In the name of economic growth
And development of living comforts
The person who realizes this
And does something about
Ensuring availability of this life-support
Becomes an established soul
And spiritual person and guide
Not these words are mine
But of Yajur Veda
Which further says
Who knows the origin of water
Knows himself
Do our sciences have a clue
As to when and how
The first molecule of water
Came on to this planet of ours
Probably the one who knows this
Is God

If You Feel You Are Important
We are no more important,
Than the importance to us given.
If that is the reason,
You are basing your self worth.
And those opinions of others,
You and others may overrate as valued.
However,
If you feel you are important.
And this is the significance of your identity,
Why should you care what impression you make,
On those not paying you any attention.
Why is it a concern an attention to you be given?
If,
You feel you are important.
This is not a reflection of someone's ego.
This is acceptance with acknowledgement.
Who one 'is' is a gift of known identity.
And not an imitation of an interpretation.

Comparing My School with Many Other Things
From the old color blue, UCC now turns green
Why do you think our school has to do that kind of changing?
Better services and facilities, are these what it means
Or does the school just wanna change the color without any innovation to bring?
Students of other school compared their school into a jail
A jail that once you were freed, you will never want to go back there;
Some also compared their school into a baby
Because baby needs attention, as well as you must focus on your studies.
Students of UCC where can you compare our school?
Are you being trained here or are you just becoming fool?
To know the significance of UCC turning to green
Let us first discuss what does this color means.
Green is the color of nature, growth and learning,
It also means health, self-respect and well being;
Green also symbolizes money
Balance, master of healer and also harmony.
If green means life then life is what UCC will offer,
Quality life that only through God who can give it over;
If green means growth, then our school will improve,
If green symbolizes learning, the school will give the best they can afford.
If you will ask me where can I compare this school?
I will compare it to a pie, cat, and salad, to a garbage truck and to prison;
Pie because it is good at first until you reached the crust
Same as with studying which feels good up to the last.
In prison you can't leave no matter how you try,
It's just the same with Unida, it takes so hard to say goodbye;
I can also compare UCC to a garbage truck
It smells, it is big and you can hear it from a mile away.
School is like salad, you have to put something to make it better
Just like with UCC, they are making improvement for a better
They started with its color, then to facilities and etcetera
So that UCC will be like a cat which never dies
All of these will happen to UCC if God will lead us by.

Because Of You
Oh, I want to know I want to go
Through that situation again, Id like to catch
That something in your eyes it thrilled me once again
That gentle touch I cant describe
Its like a reflection of the moon on the water
Dont let it go, because of you the earth stood still
Just do it again
Burn, burn away, sacred letters, ragged backdrops
I dont care, the certainty of death,
The boring rituals of life they seem so far
I dont care for my life, I just live for your love
That is because of what you do,just do it again
Because of you the earth stood still
Just do it again
