Weep Not Teardroppers

Weep not teardroppers.
Every sign of warning on the wall...
Has been flashing in visable neon.
Every messenger sent away,
Bruised and battered...
Has been sent to deliver,
What now makes you shake and shiver!

Even the one who was elected to say,
'Changes come.
And they will come to stay! '
You browbeat...
As if the signs of this,
Has not piled sky high...
On every corner of every street.

Weep not teardroppers.
Dry your eyes.
Surprising for many it may be...
But,
REALITY isn't sugarcoated!
Nor is it dipped in something sweet.
And this reality that appears...
Is 'inclusive'.

'Why?
Why are you 'always' so...
Cynical? '

Well...
That's an improvement,
Over accusations of being embittered,
Disgruntled, negative and sarcastic!
Nationalistic and racist.
What a relief!

I'm hopeful one day you will find my 'cynicism',
Rated as mundane.
And...
You are the first to encourage my excitement.
And they say people today aren't paying attention.
How wrong can those who do not listen be?

'Why are 'you' crying? '

I'm overcomed with joy!

Today, I want to be cynical!

Today, I want to be cynical
I won’t listen those long lyrical
I don’t care people’s opinion
Today, I want to be cynical
I’ll be the sour vinegar
On the tip of your tongue
I’ll quench my cold blood
I’ll shut my crying heart

Today, I want to be cynical
I deny false sympathy
I believe world’s hypocrisy
Today, I want to be cynical
I’ll burn your comical face
With acid glance’s attack
I’ll breed my poisonous words
I’ll carve my sadistic smile

Today, I want to be cynical
I shame self pity
I laugh at naivety
Today, I want to be cynical
I’ll be the sound of thunder
Shake often your bright day
I’ll know your hidden mistake
I’ll close your chance to break

Today, I want to be cynical!

Pretending To Be Concerned

I use to be accused of making,
Some of the most outrageous comments.
With a cynical and sarcastic flair.
But today my statements are not as offensive,
As I would like others to perceive them to be.
No!
It seems my 'detected' embitterness,
Now is expressed openly by many.

Am I angered by this?
YES!
When I was thought to be a misfit maverick,
With nationalistic motives...
That allowed me to flaunt a daring to be different.
Today?
Everybody wants to be deemed as a disgruntled citizen.
And loudly voicing their disgust.

It seems as if when I did this,
I was quickly abandoned...
By those who chose to defend their pretentions.
And now...
They are pretending to be concerned.

Weep No More

Mary, don't you weep no more
Mary, don't you weep no more
'Cuz, I got your letter today
Pack my bags and I'm on my way
So, don't you weep no more
Don't you weep no more
Dry your eyes
Don't you shed no tears
The sun is risin'
So, put away your fears
Cuz, I know I once done you wrong
I want to say I'm sorry
And I'm comin' back home
So, don't you weep no more
Don' t you weep no more
I hear your voice in the wind
And I feel your tears in the rain
Shadows of night are falling
Can't you hear me call your name
I'm comin' home
I'm comin' home
So, don't you weep
Don't you weep
Don't you weep
Don't you weep no more

Willow Weep For Me

Ann ronell
Willow weep for me
Willow weep for me
Bent your branches down along the ground and cover me
Listen to my plea
Hear me willow and weep for me
Gone my lovely dreams
Lovely summer dreams
Gone and left me here
To wheep my tears along the stream
Sad as I can be
Hear me willow and weep for me
Whisper to the wind and say thay love has sinned
To leave my heart a sign
And crying alone
Murmur to the night
Hide her starry light
So none will find me sighing
Crying all alone
Wheeping willow tree
Wheeping sympathy
Bent your branches down along the ground and cover me
Listen to me plee
Hear me willow and weep for me
Willow
Willow
Wheep for me

Soul Crying Out

Listen to the rhythm
Listen to the beat
It has a cold wind blowing
Up through the street
Soul crying out
People crying out
In through the valleys
In through the streets
Feel the whole world moving
Underneath our feet
Somethings going on
I said what is going wrong
I feel them coming
So close behind
Sister says, were next in line
The man he says, thats ok
And the government says youre gonna pay, pay, pay
And you pay
Still you pay
Its just a soul crying out
Its just the people crying out
Its the land crying out
And I can hear you crying out
And I say, I dont know
Maybe I dont care
What I know is
I gotta get out of here
And Im going
Going any day
Some sweet day
Some sweet day
I gotta find a way
I can hear the lovers, whisper in the street
See a crowd has gathered underneath the heat
I hear what they say
But I dont believe what they say
I see the woman, with tears in her eyes
I hear the baby, calling in the night
Something on the bed, was it something she said
Hell this is not right
What goes on through the night
I hear her coming, all in my mind
Sweet common love, so hard to find
Someone said, man thats sa
And the people walk by, cos theyre so blind
And you pay
Still you pay
Its just a soul crying out
Just the people crying out
Its the earth crying out
And I can hear you crying out
And I can feel you crying out
And I say, I dont know
Maybe I dont care
All I know is, I gotta get out of here
And Im going, going any way
Do you know, some place to go
Im getting out of here
Where will I find some peace of mind
Im getting out of here
I come walking to you
I come singing to you
Some sweet day
Im gonna walk away
Im gonna walk away
Its just the soul crying out
Its just the land crying out
Its just the children crying out
All the babies crying out
Any way, some sweet day
Im gonna walk away
Turn away
Its just the soul crying out
Its just the land crying out
I wanna hear
I want you here
Some sweet day
Just a soul crying out
Of a land crying out anyway
When you say
Some sweet day...

Ninety Miles An Hour (Down A Dead End Street)

I took you home from a party and we kissed in fun
A few stolen kisses and no harm was done
Instead of stopping when we could we went right on
Till suddenly we found that the brakes were gone.
You belong to someone else, and I do too
It's just crazy bein' here with you
As a bad motorcycle with the devil in the seat
Going ninety miles an hour down a dead end street
Ninety miles an hour down a dead end street.
I didn't want to want you, but now I have no choice
It's too late to listen to that warning voice
All I hear is thunder of two hearts beat
Going ninety miles an hour down a dead end street
Ninety miles an hour down a dead end street.
You're not free to belong to me
And you know I could never be your own
Your lips on mine are like a sweet, sweet wine
But we're heading for a wall of stone.
Warning signs are flashing ev'ry where, but we pay no heed
'Stead of slowing down the place, we keep a pickin' up speed
Disaster's getting closer ev'ry time we meet
Going ninety miles an hour down a dead end street
Yeah, ninety miles an hour down a dead end street
Well, ninety miles an hour down a dead end street.

Bend your branches green along the stream that runs to sea,
Listen to my plea, listen willow weep for me,
Gone my lovers dream, lovely summer dream,
Gone and left me here to weep my tears into the stream,
Sad as I can be - hear me willow and weep for me.
Whisper to the wind to say that love has sinned
To leave my heart aching and making this moan,
Murmur to the night to hide her starry light,
So none will find me sighing and crying all alone,
Weeping willow tree, weep in sympathy,
Bend your branches down along the ground and cover me,
When the shadows fall, bend oh willow and weep for me.

Read em & Weep

Ive been trying for hours just to think of what exactly to say
I thought Id leave you with a letter or firey speech
Like when an actor makes an exit at the end of a play
And Ive been dying for hours trying to fill up all the holes with some sense
Id like to know how you faded and you threw it away
Id like to give you all the reasons and what everything meant
Well I could tell you good-bye or maybe see you around
With just a touch of a sarcastic thanks
We started out with a bang and at the top of the world
Now the guns are exhausted and the bullets are blanks
And everythings blank
Chorus:
If I could find the words then I would write it all down
If I could only find a voice I would speak
Oh its there in my eyes so cant you see me tonight
Cmon and look at me and read em and weep
Chorus
Ive been whispering softly, trying to build a cry up to a scream
We let the past slip away, and put the future on hold
Now the present is nothing but a hollowed out dream
And Ive been dying for hours trying to fill up all the holes with some sense
Id like to know why you faded and you threw it away
Id like to give you all the reasons and what everything meant
Well I could tell you good-bye or maybe see you around
With just a touch of a sarcastic thanks
But now the rooms are all empty, the candles are dark
The guns are exhausted and the bullets are blanks, and everythings blank
Chorus
Its there in my eyes and coming straight from my heart
Its running silent and angry and deep
Its there in my eyes and its all I can say, cmon and read em and weep
Read em and weep - for all the hours well be spending alone
Read em and weep - for the dreams well ignore
Running silent and deep -
And all those promises we promised to keep, they wont be kept anymore
Read em and weep - for the magic that our bodies had made
Read em and weep - for the blood that we lost
Running silent and deep - and all the secrets that we somehow betrayed
For whatever the cost
Read em and weep - for the memories still alive in the bed
Read em and weep - for the lies we believed
Running silent and deep - and all the things that can never be said
Why dont you look at me and read em and weep
Cmon and look at me and read em and weep
Its there in my eyes and coming straight from my heart
Its running silent and angry and deep
Its here in my eyes and its all I can say
Cmon look at me and read em and weep

Y.. Reality

Reality
Is dark and gloomy
But I see so much light

Reality
Is negative and bad
But I see so much goodness

Reality
Is falsehood and deceit
But I see so much honesty

Reality
is ugly and hideous
But I see so much beauty

Reality may be changing slowly
Please try to see
Take a look together with me

Beautiful Girl

Nickys in the corner
With a black coat on
Running from a bad home
With some cat inside
Now where did you find her
Among the neon lights
That haunt the streets outside
Stay with me
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)
She wants to go home
From door way to door way
Street corner to corner
With neon ghosts in the city
And she sings
Stay with me
Stay with me
Stay with me
Stay with me
Shes so scared
So very frightened
Anything could happen
Right here tonight
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)
She wants to go home
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)
Beautiful girl
(stay with me)

Weep Day

I never went to the tropical island
Though everybody said they saw me there
And it wasnt me you punched a hole in
At the west german protest march
Simultaneous events dont happen
We are isolated temporally
And a part is never called the whole thing
Though it bothers us to know its so
Every man is made of two opinions
Every woman has a second half
And its samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man (samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man)
Yes, its samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man (samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man)
I didnt write the words you hear me singing (didnt write the words you hear me singing)
I didnt sing the line before this one (didnt sing the line before this one)
You are not the one I was addressing (you are not the one I was addressing)
That person took a train to africa (africa)
Where he met the consulate from belgium
Who is now a buddhist in a cave
Who is pitching for the oakland raiders
Striking out the batter she became
Every man is made of two opinions
Every woman has a second half
And its samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man (samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man)
Yes, its samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man (samba time for tambo and weep day for urine man)

Idealistically Detached

Holding those accountable,
For public speeches made...
Idealistically detached from that,
Which is actually lived as fact...
By those scratching their heads,
Trying to reveal for themselves a relevance...
Applicable!
Is...

A routine of a message given,
By politicians witnessed...
Hoping,
No one notices a life of reality...
Those who ball their fists and listening,
While gritting their teeth...
Live on a day to day basis.

'I know!
Trust me...
I know,
There may be some amongst you...
Disgruntled and negative.
But I tell you this...
A prosperity for all,
Is as close as my manicured fingertips.
This I am certain of, notice...and can feel.

And just the other day,
While cruising in the Mediterranean...
I was overcomed by feelings of joy and peace.'

A Rubric On Belief, Chance And Change

The highest brick wall you will have to scale
Is the one you place before your trail

This world is filled with chance and opportunity
It is up to you, to look and see

Do not feel held back, by false perceptions and beliefs
Reality just is; you will find to your relief.

Pluck up the courage, you never know a ‘yes’ may be waiting around the corner
Worry not if life does not go on perfectly, don’t shut out the world, and become a loner

You will be the greater, if you own up to your mistakes
It will change your fate

The beauty of people is that you can change their hearts, win their minds
Today, a brick wall of animosity
Tomorrow, a brick of humanity.

It's Raining My Son

It's raining my son.... The autumn is wet,
Wet like the eyes of a poor beguiled love....
Go, close the window, and close the door,
Then come beside me, come, face me seated

In silence supreme.... It's raining my son.
Does it rain sometimes also in your soul?
Does your heart chill too? and do you shiver
Reflecting on the bright and bygone sun

Behind one of the closed doors of destiny?
But you weep my son.... In darkness, at once
Heavy tears outflow from your wet, wet eyes....

Weep, weep the tears of soon lost innocence;
Weep without knowing, my poor unwise son,
The poor prey of life; weep that you may grow.

A Nation In Tears

Beloved, weep and hold back nothing
Cry and wipe away no tears
For this will stand!
In the times tested by the present
And never fades from the memories of history

Weep, beloved weep
Smile not when the soul grieves
For the hour comes
When you smile, the fruit of tears
That sprouts out of emotions poured

Therefore, cry oh dear Uganda!
Remember the past glory,
And focus on the coming salvation
But you must still cry
And your rival will know!

When truth awakes, it will listen
And the eyes of justice will see
The heart of destiny will prevail
And the soul of reality will dawn
On a nation in tears

Dangerous Precedent

Children are failing at an alarming rate,
In public schools.
They can neither read nor write.
Quote or recite,
Anything...
From approved and acceptable literature.
However,
They do excel and achieve high marks...
At rapping and the playing of video games.

This reality is not 'becoming' a threat.
This reality IS and has been a threat,
To anyone who can see...
What the future ahead is going to be.
And the defending of this IS and has been...
A sick reflection of one's addiction to delusion.

For anyone to perceive themselves,
To be intelligent enough to say
Such freedoms to prevent,
The continued demoralizing decay
Should have such freedoms taken away
Is setting a dangerous precedent.
Has just learned what that term means.
And has decided using it to defend their ignorance,
Will gain them personal attention.

The 'dangerous precedent',
Has been in allowing the absence of respect and discipline
To infiltrate the minds of children who are raising children,
Believing the act of marketing sex and decadence
Is going to overnight produce a society of upstanding citizens.
While illiteracy becomes a prerequisite,
To obtaining a Master's Degree in Physics.

The 'dangerous precedent' had already taken effect,
When the building of prisons began to become considered...
As rehabilitation centers at the taxpayers exorbitant expense.

The 'dangerous precedent' began
When the flowing of crime hit the streets.
And anyone expressing an embittered reaction against this...
Was rumored to be 'negative' and disgruntled,
About the truth of a pretentiousness no one sought to face.
But today
People are blaming those in leadership positions,
For not being strong enough to protect their interests.
Or fight courageously to uphold their rights to entitlements.

Yeah!
It's in the 'water'.
It 'has' to be!

Bend your branches green along the stream that runs to sea
Listen to my plea
Listen willow and weep for me
Yes, gone my lovers dream
Lovely summer dream
Gone and left me here to weep my tears into the stream
Sad as I can be
Hear me willow and weep for me
Oh, whisper to the wind and say that loves a sin
Leave my heart a-breaking, and making a moan
Murmur to the night to hide her starry light
So none will find me sighing, crying all alone
Oh, willow weep tree
Weeping sympathy
Bend your branches down along the ground and cover me
When the shadows fall, bend over willow and weep for me

Whisper to the wind and say that love is sin
Leave my heart a-breaking, and making a moan

Angered That Truth Now Sits

The first time I was introduced to truth,
I had to walk around with my head down.

The obviousness of it had yet to arrive,
In my environment.
And the mindsets of the people,
Were still locked into blocking...
Anything that dealt with truth.

When it was spoken,
Voices were raised in protest.
Accusations of being negative were mentioned.
People had become sensitive in the protection,
Of their delusions.
With a defending of their ignorance!

The first time I was introduced to truth,
I had to walk around with my head down.

Today?
People are protesting the fading away,
Of their delusions.
They have begun angered that truth now sits.

Truth has declared it remains to stay!
And not make a temporary visit.
People have become upset with it!
And obsessed with the turning back of a clock.
A clock that has long ran out of time...
For them to find themselves and embrace reality!
