To Replace Those Innovative

They believed it would be quite easy,
To replace those innovative...
With their fake creations.
And no one would notice.
Since they thought they had what it takes.

And today,
People are tired of sitting through...
A series of loose remakes,
By those who are attempting to...
Have their efforts just as impressive too!
Believing they could rejuvenate your sensation.

What is your response?
Don't you miss exposing your...
Ability to reveal your incredible nuances,
That are remembered to have overwhelming appeal?

What is your response,
To those who believed...
From you it was easy to steal!

'Well I...uh...
Excuse me!
I...
LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
Forgive me but, I...
LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
I'm sorry, I can't help it.
Do you mind repeating your question?
I'll do the best I can to be serious.'

No...
Not at all.
Don't you miss your ability to reveal...

'Oh yes...uh...
LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
I'm sorry!
Of course,
NOT!
I am having too much fun,
Remembering those fools...
And what to themselves,
They have done! '

I Miss You

Thought I heard your voice yesterday
When I turned around to say
That I loved you baby
I realize, it was juss my mind
Played tricks on me
And it seems colder lately at night
And I try to sleep with the lights on
Every time the phone rings
I pray to God it's you
And I just can't believe
That we're through
I miss you
There's no other way to say it
And I can't deny it
I miss you
It's so easy to see
I miss you and me
Is it turning over this time
Have we really changed our minds about each other's love
All the feelings that we used to share
I refuse to believe
That you don't care
I miss you
There's no other way to say it
And I, and I can't deny it
I miss you
It's so easy to see
I miss you and me
I've got to gather myself as together
I've been through worst kinds of weather
If it's over now
Then I'll be strong
Can't believe that you're gone
I've got to carry over
I miss you
There's no other way to say it
And I, and I can't deny it
I miss you
It's so easy to see
I miss you and me
Oh there's no other way to say it
I can't deny it
I miss you baby
It's so easy to see
I miss you and me
Oh no other way to say it
I miss you baby
There's no other
That you're deprived of me now
That you're deprived of me now
I miss you
Said I can't deny it
I, I, I, I miss you baby
It's so easy to see
I miss you and me

Much Deeper Than What Is Shown

There are layers of living one's life,
Complex.
That will not be easy to peel away to reveal...
What has been lived as one might suspect!

To scratch beneath a crust thought thin,
With a hope to match,
A few moments given...
To a belief thought easy to satisfy,
A curiosity to probe and pry...
Can not be applied!
Not to this specimen...
Thought to be light,
Of a wind...
One can stand against and defend.

There are layers of living one's life,
Complex.
That will not be easy to peel away to reveal...
What has been lived as one might suspect!

That which appears to sit alone as stone...
May show what's on a surface,
Something much deeper.
Much deeper...
Than what is shown!

Deeper, deeper still...
Than what is believed to be known!

Provoked But Motivated

The taking for granted of others,
Does not have long lasting benefits.
Nor does an attempt to fit another into a mold,
Believing this misdeed easy to sell to be sold to others...
Will not eventually backfire to expose one's own credibility,
To reveal an ability to create fantastic lies...
On those they chose to be depicted as they would please.

Creating one's own truth can be forgivable,
By those picked to be discredited as if this had been permitted.
But for those whose minds become disturbed,
As time unwinds them to unravel without a word from them heard.
It becomes more difficult to keep this from being noticed.
Or those provoked but motivated,
By those who thought them to be the fools they have never been.

Man's burden

I know your burden is heavy as you wait for relief.
You lay in the bed praying just for some peace.
You have a world of responsibility upon you
Trying to be sure that you always do
Whatever it takes to do for everyone else
Too much pride to ask for some help.
You don’t want to disappoint anyone you love
As you close your eyes praying to God above.
To strengthen you and give you the ability
To use you in all the ways you know He needs.
I know it’s overwhelming and tiring too
All the things you feel expected to do.
I look at you with eyes of respect
Watching you trying to balance and reflect.
You see the needs of all the people around you
And constantly envisioning what to do.
You spend hours upon hours trying to please everyone
And yet you never feel like your work is ever done.
I know you don’t get the response you deserve
For all you do as you continue to serve.
And if you haven’t heard it enough
I want to be the one to hold you up.
To encourage and uplift you, praise you and love you
While you pour out your heart into all that you do.
I see the goal and I see the light
As you try and you try to get the kids right
Drained, exhausted, tired and sore
From the yolk of each child’s burden you bore.
Be uplifted my love, even in your weakest hour.
Never allow Satan to steal or devour
The hope you possess or the joy that you bring
Providing support while it’s on you that they lean
You are the rock, the foundation on which they build.
Resurrecting young dreams that were trampled or killed.
Their teacher, their mentor, their friend
The one thing on which they know they can depend.

You have the right to feel, you are successful

Success, sweet success
Success, it is waiting for you
To own and hold on to it

Success of any kind
Has easy access
If you are after it restlessly

Success is not indeed the end
It is the beginning of a
New chain of successes

Simple it is to be successful
So simple, you wonder how many of us are not at it

It all depends on what you feel
Success means to you
You may school your thoughts
And train your emotions
To feel successful on everything
That happens around you

Your retention of all your
Physical, mental and social abilities
Is indeed your success

Your ability to make friends
And help them out in times of need
Is indeed your success

Your ability to keep your cool
In emotionally competing events
And situations
Is indeed your success

Your ability to make your ends meet
Come over challenges, emotional or otherwise
At the right time and in a rightful manner
Is indeed a success

Your ability to stand up
And hold on to your values
Is indeed a success

Your ability to be able to
Discharge your assigned responsibilities
Is indeed your success

Your ability to objectively assess
People and events
Without painting them subjectively
Is indeed your success

Your ability to stay most of your time positive
Progressive and productive
Creative and innovative
Is indeed your success

Your ability to hold on to
Your original traits
Without succumbing to the temptations
Of becoming someone else
Is indeed your success

If this forms your scale to measure success
You have the right to feel
You are successful

Easy Come,Easy Go

I see the way you look at me
It's not the Hennessey
Cuz you're feeling me
But instead you're acting scared
Don't be afraid of me
Let's not be cowardly
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go
Is it my girls 'round me
Or is my job heavy
Come baby talk to me
Maybe from caught out there
Don't tell me it's my hair
Come on now let's play fair
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go
Instead I get Mr. crazy
Yeah he's comin' see
With the guts to say to me
He thinks that him n' me
Should go and have babies
(Yeah right)
I wish you'd come and save me
Keep in mind boy
Keep in mind boy
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go
Keep in mind boy
It's easy come and easy go

As Long As Their Own Needs Are Met To Satisfy

If one has an ability,
Noticed and taken for granted...
One shouldn't be made to feel obligated,
To fulfill last minute requests...
As if the abilities one has to produce,
Seems effortless and easier to disrespect.
And available to be used to someone's advantage.

People seeking the ability of another,
Without giving them a consideration of what it takes...
Usually falsely represent their own agenda.
Especially if no compensation is mentioned.
And...
If the one being used brings attention to this,
Of course someone is offended.

'You offended 'them' by not doing what they expected.
Although your time and effort to create what they requested,
Is believed to be enjoyed.'

~It is enjoyed.
Should that mean I also find it easy?
And my ability is worthless?
What drugs are these people on? ~

'I remember being asked to do an entire play production,
For a family fund raiser several years ago.
With lighting and sound technicians.
For free! '

~What happened? ~

'I asked them what they had in their budget.'

~And...
What did they have in their budget? ~

'Hotdogs, sandwiches and soft drinks.'

~Maybe they have no clue as to who you are? ~

'They could care less about that.
As long as their own needs are met to satisfy.'

~And spend thousands of dollars to parade around,
In outfits to impress others...
While complaining those entertaining them,
Demand to get paid 'BEFORE' taking the stage.~

'It sounds as if you have been around? '

~I have.
And that I keep as my secret weapon.~

Reveal Yourself

Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself.
Life on earth is so bizarre,
We must find a way to fulfill,
What we really are,
Yes its true,
I love you,
And theres nothing you do thats wrong,
Find values of your own.
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
On the living room floor,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Till there isnt anymore.
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
For there are places even you dont know.
Reveal yourself,
For life is nothing but a movie show,
Or free yourself,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your soul,
Your sanity,
Just got to see it,
Smell it,
Know that its reality.
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Doesnt matter anymore,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Till there isnt anymore.
There are no rules where life is concerned,
Our past must be burned,
For theres nothing we have learned,
And its true,
I believe that we must all be free,
Immortal you and me.
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
On the living room floor,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Till there isnt anymore,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
And maybe youll go down in history.
Oh, how much longer must your life remain a mystery,
It doesnt matter if youre thick and fat or thin and long,
You must find out exactly where it is that you belong.
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Doesnt matter anymore,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
On the living room floor,
Reveal yourself,
For there are places even you dont know,
Reveal yourself,
For life is nothing but a movie show,
Reveal yourself,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your soul,
Your sanity,
Just got to see it,
Smell it,
Know thats its reality,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
Reveal yourself,
It doesnt matter if the world thinks youre right or wrong,
Reveal yourself.

Quick to Defend a Perception

Many are quick to defend,
A perception they have...
That they can do a balancing act,
While juggle balls.
Chew gum and hop on one foot.

Until it is brought to their attention...
Whatever it is they are perceiving,
Would be more impressive and believed...
If the cleaning of their own backyards,
Was for them a priority.
And accomplished to the best of their ability.

People are then more inclined to be forgiving,
Once it is acknowledged...
What one pursues to do,
Is in addition to what one has already done...
Successfully.

Upton’s Response, an American Public Education Reminder

our education over here in the U.S., should help the U.S., er,
(forget her)

should help South Africa and should help the Iraq

and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future..,

Ship Of Fools

Went to see the captain, strangest I could find,
Laid my proposition down, laid it on the line.
I wont slave for beggars pay, likewise gold and jewels,
But I would slave to learn the way to sink your ship of fools.
Ship of fools on a cruel sea, ship of fools sail away from me.
It was later than I thought when I first believed you,
Now I cannot share your laughter, ship of fools.
Saw your first ship sink and drown, from rockin of the boat,
And all that could not sink or swim was just left there to float.
I wont leave you drifting down, but woh it makes me wild,
With thirty years upon my head to have you call me child.
Ship of fools on a cruel sea, ship of fools sail away from me.
It was later than I thought when I first believed you,
Now I cannot share your laughter, ship of fools.
The bottles stand as empty, as they were filled before.
Time there was and plenty, but from that cup no more.
Though I could not caution all, I still might warn a few:
Dont lend your hand to raise no flag atop no ship of fools.
Ship of fools on a cruel sea, ship of fools sail away from me.
It was later than I thought, when I first believed you,
Now I cannot share your laughter, ship of fools.
It was later than I thought when I first believed you,
Now I cannot share your laughter, ship of fools.

It Takes A While To Catch A Thief

It takes a while to catch a thief.
Slick they are in receiving sympathy.
With a sincerity believed,
They would be the last to steal.
They are like plagiarists...
Lifting from another statements made,
With a twisting of words to attract their appeal.

It takes a while to catch a thief.
Slick they are in receiving sympathy.
With a sincerity believed,
They would be the last to steal.
Since no one would perceive them to be,
Lusting for what others have...
With no effort made they've invested to achieve.

Think About It

Think about it.
Is it really fair,
That anyone declared intelligent...
Should assume those not given that designation,
Are amongst those ignorant?
And should at all cost,
Be avoided?

And...
To that,
Your response would be?

Are you giving the question I asked,
More time to ponder?

Comeon.
Why are you looking at me,
Suspiciously?

Why are you backing away from me?
It's just a simple question.
Hey?
Hey?
You don't have to run away.
It's not my survey.
What is it you hide,
And try to protect?

HEY?

Some people today,
Get highly defensive...
By anyone attempting to communicate.
It's not like I asked anything to offend,
Intentionally.

aaa1 Especially the Donkeys

I remember thinking it’s all happening in the sky
Above the clouds
I remember thinking how did we get to know about it
6yrs old
With innocence of a child I never thought to question
Never asked mum or dad
Never asked anyone
Others believed so why not me
Anyway the stories were great
Grandad in his uniform, he believed
Auntie Rose believed
The whole side of dad’s family believed
They played in the band,
Sold the papers
Rattled the tins
Story was dad was thrown out for drinking
Off ill the doctor said Bill have some stout, it will do you good
When the officer saw it on a home visit dad was thrown out
But he still believed
So did I, with the innocence of a child
Auntie Gladys believed but they had no band
Just an organ, and the songs weren’t as good
No joy
Just belief
Uncle Fred repaired the roof, did odd jobs
He believed
Anyway it was worth believing for the Whit walks
People threw money
You kept it
After the walks the bus
The annual trip to Southport
Sandwiches and songs on the beach
Yet I still see myself, in the classroom
Dreaming of this land in the sky
Wondering why all these people didn’t fall out of it
Especially the Donkeys

Miss Misery

Ill fake it through the day
With some help from johnny walker red
Send the poison rain down the drain
To put bad thoughts in my head
Two tickets torn in half
And a lot of nothing to do
Do you miss me, miss misery
Like you say you do?
A man in the park
Read the lines in my hand
Told me Im strong
Hardly ever wrong I said man you mean
You had plans for both of us
That involved a trip out of town
To a place Ive seen in a magazine
That you left lying around
I dont have you with me but
I keep a good attitude
Do you miss me, miss misery
Like you say you do?
I know youd rather see me gone
Than to see me the way that I am
But I am in the life anyway
Next door the tvs flashing
Blue frames on the wall
Its a comedy of errors, you see
Its about taking a fall
To vanish into oblivion
Is easy to do
And I try to be but you know me
I come back when you want me to
Do you miss me miss misery
Like you say you do?

Strange Ways

Many people have strange way of meeting
With heavy face and deep frown, offer greetings
Good at heart but fail to show happiness
Forced try to come out of isolation and loneliness

Never mind meeting less people but share their views
Let them feel you are sympathizer among few
You are not here to gain their sympathy
But to share worries, agony and apathy

Life is worth only when you are involved in it
Light too may be seen only when lamp is lit
Feelings are also felt only when there is little gesture
Respect is also when only when you have fix tenure

You can earn fame only after hard work or dedication
Lukewarm response from others is also good indication
No one simply acknowledges your contribution
It is only for your hard efforts in distribution

'Live and let others live' should form the basis
It may lead to peaceful existence and avoid crisis
You need not speak yourself as work may reveal
Everything is open to judgment when nothing is to conceal

It is considered as achievement and good art of living
Fine blend of relation developed with and neat weaving
That is how one may comes to be known as very humble
His ideology may not need introduction with preamble

There is no big price tag for showing goodness
It must be seen as gift from God or holiness
Let inner strength find response with easy access
Life may be termed as worth while with grand success

Nothing may go wrong if one sincerely tries or attempt
There won't be immediate response or action prompt
Society or circle may recognize its real importance
It may have its own weight like any heavy substance

Many people go and opt for open confrontation
Use bitter words and enter controversy and altercation
They themselves mayn’t know what they are trying for?
Find no place to stand even at home or with neighbor

Is it not futile to try for worthless things?
Are we sure of attaining it for something?
Will it not cost dearly for our well being?
I shall prefer to be poor rather than being king

We are not here to behave as strangers
Sometimes we act like teenagers
Go for easy pick and quarrel
Simply accept wrong for real

Life itself is very strange with so many ups and down
Many may rot in streets and others may have crown
It is not important how and what you inherited?
But how you delivered and your work merited

Which One Is More Likely To Succeed?

Is the pain of hearing a 'no',
Easier to take...
For one accustomed to hearing it.
And continues to move on...
To another destination.
With the feeling that the act itself,
Will eventually reveal someone attracted....
To a practice of whistled bird calls?

Or will a door slammed on a foot,
Of one more aggressive and determined...
To make an impression,
Regardless of the circumstances.
And has taken painkillers,
To prepare no matter what the response.
Knowing what is done will attract someone.
And the gaining of empathy will be given,
Before the cops are called and come.

Which one is more likely to succeed,
In getting what is believed is deserved?
Or have they both been addicted to delusion?
