The Best Way To Deal With Doubt
The best way to deal with doubt,
Is to ignore it...
To experience the consequences.
Doubt will then not be of one's concern.
With a lesson learned.
And the freeing up of space in one's head.

No Doubt
You should know
No doubt, no doubt, no doubt, no doubt
You should know
No doubt, no doubt, no doubt, no doubt... no doubt
You should know
No doubt, no doubt, no doubt, no doubt
You should know
No doubt, no doubt
You should know by now that I really like when youre around
Its so irreplaceable, what we have with you and i
And you should know by now that we belong on each others team
One of the greatest things that came to be is you and me, you and me
I hope by now you recognize no matter what Im here for life
You aint getting rid of me, that is just the bottom line
I think you understand by now we can always work it out
No matter what, Im down, Im down
There aint no doubt that I still love you
No doubt I love you babe, really really love you babe
There aint no doubt that I still want you
No doubt I want you babe, really really want you babe
Shouldnt be no doubt that Im here for you
No doubt Im here for you, really really here for you
I have no doubt about being with you
Its me for you
Thinking back on what I did to cause you so much pain
It was such a silly thing I did to our relationship
But heres something from the heart, I really do apologize
Dont cut me off cause I really love ya
I love ya babe, love ya babe
And I want ya, I want ya babe, want ya babe
Said Im here for ya, for ya babe, for ya babe
Forever Im with you, Im with you
Baby cant you see you belong with me
Ill be here for you so Im telling you
There aint no doubt that I still love you
No doubt I love you babe, really really love you babe
There aint no doubt that I still want you
No doubt I want you babe, really really want you babe
Shouldnt be no doubt that Im here for you
No doubt Im here for you, really really here for you
I have no doubt about being with you
Its me for you
[spoken]
Look baby, I want you to know I love you
And I always will.. dont worry, cause you know...
There aint no doubt that I still love you
No doubt I love you babe, really really love you babe
There aint no doubt that I still want you
No doubt I want you babe, really really want you babe
Shouldnt be no doubt that Im here for you
No doubt Im here for you, really really here for you
I have no doubt about being with you
Its me for you
You should know
No doubt, no doubt, no doubt, no doubt
You should know
No doubt, no doubt, no doubt, no doubt... no doubt
You should know
No doubt, no doubt, no doubt, no doubt
You should know
No doubt, no doubt

Used To Be Bad
I used to be bad
But I dont have to be bad no more
Yeah, I used to be bad
But I dont have to be bad no more
Well aint no doubt about it, people
Its something you cant ignore
Well, I aint good looking
People, you know Ive been up on a shelf
Yes, I know I aint good looking
And Ive been put up on the shelf
But I got a sweet disposition
I like to enjoy myself
I used to be bad
But I dont have to be bad no more
Yeah, I used to be bad
But I dont have to be bad no more
You know I learned my lesson
A long, long time ago
Well, no matter what you say
No matter what you do
Youve got one life to live
Its gonna come back home to you
I used to be bad
But I dont have to be bad no more
Yeah, people, I learned my lesson
A long, long time ago
The good lord made this world
And everything thats in it
The way I see it, baby
You got to love it to the limit
Oh yes, now people
Its something you cant ignore
Yes I used to be bad
But I aint gonna be bad no more
Well, the way you treat me darling
Made me understand
Never quit you baby
Im gonna love you to the end.
Yeah, I used to be bad
But I aint gonna be bad no more
Yes, I learned my lesson
A long, long time ago
Yes, I learned my lesson
A long, long time ago
Yes, I learned my lesson
Youre gonna reap just what you sow

What I Am Not
Calling places, collecting careless
Sentences I write them down
So I ignore them, and you should too, you should ignore every word
Is calling what you can surrender
The only way to really learn
That the alphabet made up the words
You could never resist to quote
If all this wisdom is true
Then I doubt it could really have come from you
Then I am what I am not, I am what I am not
So there must be something more then
If I am just a thought I'm not
Faster than the destination
Of knowing where you really are
Is where you've always been
Or is it where you began
And happiness, did it happen
Sooner than the doubt it cost you
You learn from the mistakes that I taught you
If all this wisdom is true
Then I doubt it could really have come from you
Then I am what I am not, I am what I am not
So there must be something more then
I am what I am not,
If there's nothing more then
I am what I am not, I am what I am not
There must be something more then
If I am what I am not
Then I am what I am not, I am what I am not
There must be something more then
I am what I am not,
I know there's nothing more then
I am what I am not, I am what I am not
I know there's nothing more then
If I am what I am not

Why Empower It With Concern?
When something isn't...
Why empower it with concern?
What lesson is there learned,
By choosing to discuss...
The 'what ifs'.
As if those 'what ifs' breathe and exist!
When something isn't...
Why empower it with concern?
What lesson is there learned,
By choosing to discuss...
The 'what ifs'.
As if those 'what ifs' breathe and exist!
And the next step we need to take...
Is to select someone qualified,
To monitor our decisions and babysit!
And that time spent doing this...
Has been wasted like devalued dollars,
We struggle to find ways to throw away...
Or burn.
With no regard and less concern.
And that is the headache we've lived to earn.
Too many are already confused in creating solutions.
All we need to do,
Is to commit ourselves to have nothing to do with it.
Already you look relieved!

Bewildered By The Process of Progress
I will perceive a dangling done,
As a preview of a coming lesson.
And comprehension for this session,
Is a prerequisite.
Pretentions and anything less than common sense...
Will not reveal the purpose,
As to why something appearing out of reach...
Attracts most and gets immediate attention.
I will perceive a dangling done,
As a preview of a coming lesson.
And I will learn what that lesson is,
Without concern of the consequences.
Something will be exchange to my benefit.
Whether I limp in pain or walk away entertained...
I am going to gain an experience.
And a life lived can not be done without them!
You know...
Those experiences,
We more often get as we grow...
To eventually sit us down acknowledging,
Just how blessed we are!
And in appreciation of what has been accomplished,
As some reminisce bewildered by the process of progress.

Hyper-insomniaparachondriod
Silence is screaming in my head
So called repeat
Not much longer Ill be dead
So just forget me
Im losing my mind
I dont think you can save me this time
And it goes on and on and I just feel helpless
How long will this take to go
On and on when will I get through this?
Welcome to my own doubt and doubt
Im crawling deeper in this hole
Soon disaster
Im gripping what I thought control
Was falling faster
Im losing my mind
I dont think you can save me this time
And it goes on and on and I just feel helpless
How long will this take to go
On and on when will I get through this?
Welcome to my own doubt and doubt
Its dragging on
Im wearing thin
I cant stop these walls they keep caving in
Its gone too far
Wheres my mind?
Why cant I stop feeling this paranoia?
Its hyper insomnia
Dont you mess with me
Its hyper insomnia
Dont you start with me
And it goes on and on and I just feel helpless
How long will this take to go
On and on when will I get through this?
Welcome to my own doubt and doubt
Welcome to my own doubt and doubt
Welcome to my own doubt and doubt
Welcome to my own doubt and doubt

Doubt
Where do you come from
doubt of mine?
You surface again and again
in time.
I cast you away.
I say 'Don't stay.'
And then the sun comes out
and I wonder where's the doubt?
It's gone and I revel in surety.
All my thinking is purity.
I move along and I am free
of all the doubt. It cannot be.
You are not here.
I do not fear
but before my day is through
more doubt is in view.
Where can I send you
so there's no return?
You are not welcome.
My heart does yearn
for cloudy days that have no doubt
when the sun is hidden and not about.
Then I'll awaken and I'll know
sweet peace forever.
The doubt will go.

Fear Not Doubt
it is,
this doubt,
normal, in fact,
to me,
doubt is the beginning
of wisdom,
the only sister
of imagination
the only
way to be original
doubt is poetry
doubt
is truth, doubt is the springboard
of the questions
jump from it
and plunge into the
pool of answers.

Between You And Me
I already know the deal AND routine.
So there is nothing...
Nothing at all,
You have to prove to me!
UNLESS...
You are absolutely convinced,
Pleasing me with a brand new Mercedes,
Will remove every single doubt...
You may perceive I have.
And make that with a supply of gasoline.
An all paid expense account,
To use at my leisure.
And...
Let's see,
An incredible deliverance of all my foolish desires met.
At 'my' convenience.
And,
Oh yes!
You needn't doubt my undying love and devotion,
Faithfully kept at all times.
I'll keep this between you and me.
Just in case someone else thinks,
You've chosen me as your most favorite child...
From all the many millions you have created.
Deal?
'Or...? '
Or?
OR what?
'No deal.'

Something Of a Higher Consciousness Knows Everything
We were all given the same rules.
And the consequences for disobeying them,
Were tested.
By more than just a few.
Why many are protesting the results,
Of those tests...
That upset them to experience their distress,
Is their lesson not mine.
I struggle very hard and fight against temptation.
And I don't always win.
However,
Those lessons I accepted...
I had never expected them to end.
Maybe that is why,
I am not afraid to make mistakes...
And learn until my tears cried dry.
Whereas...
Others may repeatedly ask for a forgiveness.
And believing they are secretly in discreet.
With a perception that what is done,
Can not be seen by 'deities' beyond.
With a hiding of their business,
Away from public scrutiny.
And I am not that foolish...
To think what I do,
Is not spiritually viewed and judged too!
If I can oberved 5th graders doing exactly,
Those things I've done...
And they ignore me as if I am invisible?
I know that very same thing is being done to me.
Something of a higher consciousness,
Knows everything about my exiistence.
And praying everyday is what I do!
'Dear Father?
I know You can see me.
But here's the deal.
And my appeal...'

Without My Interference
Very early I was given one choice...
To listen.
OR...
Suffer through the consequences.
Of course,
I knew those consequences well.
With bruises on my head,
From knocking it up against brick walls.
But that was then.
Not only have I learned to listen...
I now have learned to pay attention.
With less from my mouth going out.
And more with my eyes and ears open,
To receive and allow what is coming in...
To make its own sense without my interference.
To learn 'something' I had not learned before.
And you know...
It is amazing how this works,
To obtain comprehension.
Who knew this approach,
Leads to a quickened understanding?
Who knew that's how this happens?
I still find myself scratching my head in disbelief.

Do Not Wait For Others to Live Up to Expectations
I've learned a few things...
With time and age.
And what experience brings.
One major lesson,
That took a long time for me to accept!
Do not wait for others to live up to expectations.
Yours or theirs,
Suspected or professed.
Time will move on and leave you in regret.
That has been the best lesson yet,
I have learned!

With Doubt
My mind is often filled with doubt
about who I really am.
I know my name and what I be,
but really who am I?
Some say this and some say that,
they are only reflections
of who I really want to be.
My lack of confidence in myself
leaves me lagging behind everyone else
and my mind filled with doubt
about whom I really am.
Dark clouds descend around my head,
no clear sky do I see
and mind is filled with doubt
which disguise is really me.
Will my mind clear one day
and reveal the truth to me
or will I face life with doubt
of who I really be.

Mid-Night Oil
I have burned the mid-night oil
and my brain is weary.
I have burned the mid-night oil
and my eyes are teary.
Things look better in daytime.
The darkness brings on thought.
Problems become magnified
and you feel like you are caught
inside a darkened tunnel,
not able to find your way out.
If it wasn't for approaching daylight
you would live in doubt.
You'd doubt the thought inside your head
would ever go away.
You'd doubt the thought could disappear
in the light of day.
You'd doubt the thought could not return
and you'd burn the mid-night oil.
You'd doubt the thought that on the ensuing night
you'd burn the mid-night oil.

Beautiful
200 miles per hour
That's how fast I seem to go
With the weight of the world on my
shoulders
Slow down. come and catch us all
WAIT!
Slow Down!
Take!
Slow Down!
Why can't you help me?
Slow Down!
Feel
When I'm in doubt
I need something beautiful
To fill the space we've taken up
I need something to feel real
Again before I go numb
Downward spiral. a kaleidoscope view
Is what you're seeing saying so jaded
The picture I drew
Come again. Come Again. Come Again!
Wait!
Take!
Wait!
Why can't you help me?
Wait!
Take!
Wait!
Take!
Feel when I'm in doubt
Feel when I'm in doubt
I need something beautiful
To fill the space we've taken up
I need something to feel real
Again before I go numb
Are you alive?
Are you alive?
I'm alive
When I'm in doubt
I'm alive

Sad Love Pains
I am not sure of myself and not even about this life anymore. Doubt, only doubt is here. One thing is sure that I will never look back into my past. Being left alone was not easy to deal with although my past will never understand. My past was all that I had and loved. Sadly, it is gone and I have to forget forever.

Run All Out of Benefits of Doubt
Benefit of a doubt?
Do you realize how many benefits
Of doubt I've given out?
How many 'Oh well, that's okay! '
I've said to myself...
To chase those doubts away,
That cropped up to stay?
Sometimes everyday!
To relay to myself,
I understand...
In an understanding way?
Do you realize when I had been in doubt,
I would find myself excusing
A cause someone else brought about.
And then when I became angry...
I was the one to feel guilty,
From being fed nonsense
That would raise my voice then made to shout?
And now you ask me,
To give to you a benefit of a doubt?
Another one?
I've run out of benefits of doubt.
They are gone.
And so are you...
Free to move on!
I have no more in supply.
None for you to use or abuse...
Or deny I have not tried!
Get out.
While I still havean eyebrow raised to offer.
And you are more than welcome to have it!
And before you leave...
Please keep the keys!
New locks I've got,
Just to keep any benefits of doubt restored...
From you forever ignored and blocked!

To A Friend In State Of Doubt
do not try to understand
there is nothing worth understanding
nothing understands understanding
in itself, it longs for the unquenchable doubt
for doubt makes understanding a fake princess
of the castle on the clouds
doubt unlike understanding does not beg
doubt scatters and understanding loses in this game
of reconcilement
it keeps a heap of leaves only to dry in its stockroom
it smells rotten and becomes rotten
do not attempt to inderstand
you will be at a loss in this search for wisdom
live in the ocean of doubt
there is a lot of space for the swimming and the sailing
look at them
who claim to understand life and death and rebirth and declare that they have attained
the state of nirvana
they are all drunk, they live in a crowded room,
noisy, boisterous, and so insecure
their mouths babble, and they speak so loud
the room has become too narrow
and there is no ease for breathing
