Stripped, Clawed and Flawed
Too many rather skip to a bar and nip.
Until they feel an alcoholic 'trip'.
And sit refusing to admit...
They're drowning denials that cause them fits.
Too many feel henpecked and nitpicked.
By spouses ripping them to bits.
And they choose then to bemoan their whims.
With others near,
Befriending them!
Spending every dime and feeling sick.
Leaving drunk with no left tip!
Stripped, clawed and flawed,
From a baring of emotions felt so raw!

Fatally Flawed
Ive become fatally flawed. Like the writing on the prison wall. Forever suppose to walk in failure chin up, and smiling. I feel like dying. I've become so fatally flawed. I feel like its just beneath the skin. An abomination. Please someone i need some intervention. Because I've become so fatally flawed. Every bodies going to the ball. But you just not invited. Like you got a contagious cancer. Its never an easy answer. But I've become flawed. In a depression that continuously spinning. Is this life really worth living. Just make it all go away. I want to feel everything's okay. Because Ive become fatally flawed. My souls dead but my body still moves. Ive become fatally flawed. I'm already dead to you.

Perfectly Flawed
I am perfectly flawed,
I am my own enemy,
I hate what I become,
I hate my weight, my height, my face, my race
I hate almost everything about myself,
We are who we chose to be,
I use drugs as my gateway to happiness,
Its the same ol' things I do,
I am a mistake,
I am a disgrace to everyone.
Our perfection will kill us all,

I'm not an Adonis, that's for damn sure. I've never really thought of myself that way, and it doesn't matter to me. My favorite actors aren't Adonises. Dustin Hoffman is a flawed-looking man; he's amazing to me. Tom Hanks is flawed-looking; people love him. Same with Gene Hackman.

The Law Of Nature Has No Mercy
those who swatted a fly
gathered eggs of birds
torn a wing of the butterfly
bit a bee, clawed a cow,
those who scared the crow
belted a bull, flagged a fluke
be aware
that the law of nature has
no mercy
you shall be punished
and swatted too, and torn

Intended to Keep Them Peacocking
Slipping from a pinnacle,
Clawed from a sudden drop...
And open to cynical remarks to start.
Apart from those of mine already made,
It seemed as though...
They would have taken what was said,
To save themselves.
Instead of turning their backs to lay blame,
On others to attack!
With excuses stale and lame.

I must have left my soul cracked open
like a door. . .
in the night. . .
Seizing the opportunity
while i lay there sleeping
all the beggars and thieves walked in
and they stole
all i stored inside
I woke to find
a shell of a man
