Routine

Scum scroungers
Smear landscapes
With fads of exposed rear ends
And diapered worn pants.
Why and how did this begin?

If he ran...
He would trip.
If she bends over...
We would see her shaved split!

There is no virginity in any of this.

And those once thought out of their minds...
Today are appealing and considered more 'legit'!

And left are huge tips...
After a psychologist visit,
By those who can well afford...
Moments of escapism.
To pay someone else
To explain to them,
Why deeds they did that have been done...
Have a way to reflect themselves,
In ways that puzzle the one that questions.
With grave importance on the mind.

('Should I prepare dinner?
Or should I cruise the bar during Happy hour? ')

This may work well for Wall Street 'peeps'
But the image reeking stinks...
With an absence of common sense linked,
In a thoughtless mental static sinking!
And kept entertained...
Useless and routine.
With injections of fear to keep activities tensed!

Those of Childish Minds

Those of childish minds,
I had to sever and leave behind.
They no longer fed my views of life.
I had been hatched from adolescence,
Many years ago...
With an expanding insight.
Rehashing redundant deeds done I did...
I could no longer validate,
Those actions of adults that reminded me of kids!
I began to feel imprisoned,
By this useless activity for me I could not envision.
That began to smother my mental growth...
And its clarity,
Beginning to feel remote and provoked.
I had to sever and leave behind,
Those of childish minds.
They found routine attractive to them.
And within me routine was not meant to be.
I am an adult!
And others who are...
Is a rare find today by far.
Leaving me to wonder,
As my aging process flows...
How gracefully can those grow old?
And where do those of childish minds go,
When an age upon them obviously shows!

That Which Is 'Now' To Be Lived

Firm and consistent.
Persistent and resilient.
To begin and finish as fixed.
Grounded and steady in sound ideals.
Uncompromising when it comes to visit.

Appealing and unyielding,
To passing fads and rehashing fashions.
And not about trends or the ending of them.

Reliable and constant.
With a taste that is craved.
Today and not tomorrow...
Without borrowing from yesterdays gone.
That which is 'now' to be lived as is!

The Expense Of A Mess Confessed

Those who believe,
They have been chosen to lead...
But never have shown the competence,
Are themselves now facing...
A wealth of stressful consequences.

And every step they have taken,
Makes little sense to convince...
The ones who allow themselves to follow,
Such hollow activities!

And one day those paying the price,
For not obtaining sound advice...
In ways inescapable to explain,
Will find themselves straining their brains...
For acceptable responses,
That come to shine upon them in a favorable light...
Bright and full with excitement that delights.

Leaving those with true quality to lead...
Left to clean up and undo,
The expense of a mess confessed...
No one is able to address or can afford anymore.
With a willingness,
To sacrifice a common sense ignored...
To again correct a direction.

The repetitiveness of this gets to be too exhausting.

Brokenness

They still wish to find,
A soft exit for their flaws.
With someone or somewhere...
They wish to lay the blame.
As to why they've left their foundations,
In shambles and shame.

Somehow excuses have to be found!
To explain the mess,
They have left all around!

They still wish to define,
Their deeds as just!
With a quality of life squeezed and dried.
From an economy ruined,
And busted from rust.
That have left themselves the ones criticized.
But they try to explain away,
Their absence of knowledge.
Hoping the existence of it...
Slowly drifts and fades.
With no one feeling betrayed!

Even with the credentials of those...
Who profess to have experience.
With some of them with law degrees.
And many who claim to be scholars...
Who teach their skills in college!
But none can use simplistic common sense...
To prevent a brokenness they have created.

Although 'hate' is what they seem to do best!

Ask Questions Realize Answers

some ask about clothes cosmetics?

some ask about work the weather?
common place questions whatever?
some ask more personal questions?
who differentiates personal questions?

what is moving emotional touching?
what is distressing sad affecting?
what is heartrending heartbreaking?
what is upsetting tender agonizing?
did you find your place in the world?
can you define your space in the world?

what a poignant question to begin with?
what is the best question to begin with?
what is the only question worth asking?
what interactive discourse is worth taking?
hi time dimension passes how have you been?
hi wishing u well so many scripts written unseen?

i am still looking for myself mine place in the world?
is a common youth answer what is question defined?
what have you learned do you now know yourself?
what defines qualities personality stock in yourself?
same we must remake our world to suit ourselves?
same we must remake an image to suit ourselves?

some must remake the world in their need own image?
some must see many images move through the image?
it felt good to finally get an education a degree at last?
do you like your work freedom to spend time money at last?
does it gives you the creativity knowledge you think you need?
or too far from what you thought you would be doing years ago seed?

Paving Roads Of Negativity

Naysayers have begun to lose,
Their influential ways of paving roads of negativity.
More people begin to see,
Evil inflicted intentionally on the decrease.
And the truth of those who have done good deeds,
Are witnessed to be surviviing...
From the smothering activities of those who had deceived.

Naysayers have begun to lose,
Their influential ways of paving negativity.
And their portrayals of themselves as victims in distress,
Have exposed their treachery once a tool used successfully...
No longer can hide,
Their mental and physical crippling pains.
Shown to be repayment for their evil claims now upon them aimed.

Lovely Cruise

By: johnathan baham
1977
Drink it up, this ones for you
Its been a lovely cruise
Im sorry its ending, oh its sad, but its true
Honey, its been a lovely cruise
Chorus:
These moments were left with
May you always remember
These moments are shared by few
Theres wind in our hair and theres water in our shoes
Honey, its been a lovely cruise
-- spoken: so lets cruise darlin
Chorus:
Ohhh, these moments were left with
May you always remember
These moments are shared by few
And those harbor lights, lord, theyre coming into view
Well bid our farewells much too soon
So drink it up, this ones for you
Honey, its been a lovely cruise
Yeah baby, its been a lovely cruise
Oh darlin, its been a lovely cruise

Moments after

Who know what will happen moment after?
Cries may be all over after day of joy and laughter
Destruction all over and mass slaughter
When hate spreads its wings and revenge there after

No one knows what is likely to take place
There may not be any body to offer solace
Better to prepare for worst to follow
Not let up or uncertainty allow

Who ever is alert is bound to succeed?
Careful planning cautiously proceed
May not yield what is expected
Danger may not take over as suspected

Half way is through if alertness is there
Easy solution and path way clear
Full confidence without any fear
Mental preparedness for hardship to bear

Life is full of uncertainty
No one is sure of its continuity
Happy moments should he shared fully
Life may believed in sense truly

“Leave all worries to me” I shall look
Every message is thus read in book
Why worry today when He is present?
Try for best which has got His consent

Life is continuity and noble mission
Needs some divine blessings with submission?
May be there lapses and emission with omission
Still lot of joy left with clear position

It may happen at destined hour
Nothing will be left to claim mine or your
This is one of simplest philosophy of life
Situation is not bad and time is ripe

Moments after and moments now
Hangs a balance for to act and how
If we can understand and manage
Road is open with clear message

What Keeps Us Alive Really

there is this sense of rottenness
we keep it
but we do not want to be outdone by it,
it stinks deep within us
but we keep always believing
that this cannot harm us
we go on
day by day on the common routine
the ways that make us
livable in the house of our heart

there are nails of the past
and the hammer that keeps on
bogging
we are never destroyed somehow
but like stairs
we are built and heightened
to become a big house
where others too live

there is this sense of brokenness
somehow
we start from there
and on and on the casualness
the smile that you see
every morning that we meet
we keep telling
i am alive and i am still intact

Night Of Fear

The silent night has turned to a night of fear
With windows howling wind into your ear
You listen to the spirits far behind
These things you hear are too much for your mind
The bell strikes and your spine chills like the grave
The chill that turns your blood from red to grey
You know that with these things you see and hear
The silent night has turned to a night of fear
Image on your bedroom wall
Shadows marching in the hall
Just about to flip your mind
Just about to trip your mind
Just about to flip your mind
Just about to trip your mind
The green and purple lights affect your sight
Your mother cannot comfort you tonight
Your brain calls out for help thats never there
The silent night has turned to a night of fear

Deeper Penetration

He had eclipsed her comprehension.
And tried to avoid some actions with her,
He would like to mention.
He was already digging deep,
Through the surfaces
She preferred to reflect her image in.
Although she was a beauty...
She was a bit mentally thin.
And needless to say...
No challenge for him.
Although they enjoyed each other,
Until deeper penetration...
Of other thoughts would begin.
And to make her happy,
And perhaps get 'some' again.
He pretended to be focused on her banter,
While he thought of stripping her
And making love butt naked...
Within the hour,
That would upon them descend!

Deeper penetration
Deeper penetration
Deeper deeper
Deeper the sensation!
He thought...
And thought.
How to get those conversations to begin?
Between her and him!

And to make her happy,
And perhaps get 'some' again.
He pretended to be focused on her banter,
While he thought of stripping her
And making love butt naked...
Within the hour,
That would upon them descend!

And it was just after eleven...
When deeper penetrations he wished,
Did begin!
And she licked his ears,
Whispering...
In each,
What she expected he loved to hear!
In them.

Differemt People

Well things can be broken down
In this world of ours
You dont have to be a famous person
Just to make your mark
A mother can be an inspiration
To her little son
And change his thoughts, his mind, his life,
Just with her gentle hum hum
So different, yet so the same
Two sisters only have their parents to blame
Its rare that two can get along
But when they do, theyre inseparable
Such a blessing comes to few yeah
The sky is full of clouds and
My worlds full of people
You got the different kinds with different ways
It would take a lifetime to explain
Not ones the same
He and she, two different people
With two separate lives
Then you put the two together
You get a spectacular surprise
Because one can teach the other one
What she doesnt know
While still the other fills a place inside
He never knew had room to grow
The sky is full of clouds and
My worlds full of people
You got the different kinds with different ways
It would take a lifetime to explain
Not ones the same
Oh ueah and once in a while I sit back
And think about the planet
And most of the time I trip on it
To kick back and think about
How massive it all is
And oh how many others are on it yeah
I often think about the world
In which I live today, of animals and plants
And natures gifts set on display
But the most amazing thing
That Ive seen in my time
Are all the different people
And all their different minds minds minds minds
And different ways
It would take a lifetime to explain
Not ones exactly the same
So many different people
So many different kinds
So many many many different people
So many different
Look at me, Im a person
Look at me, Im my own person
So many different people
So many different kinds
For better or for worse, different people

Entertaining the Absence of Logic

There are still those who are amply baited,
Who remain over medicated...
With hallucinations they satiate.
And prescribed just the right mix,
Of delusions to keep them fixed.
With a bombardment of mental distractions...
To ensure denial and truth is resisted.

There are still those who are amply baited,
Who remain over medicated...
With hallucinations they satiate.
The time to awaken their minds has passed.
Addicted to fantasize and this will last.
As they have been treated to dismiss,
All elements of reality in their consciousness.

Confirming with validation the admittance of conflict.
Entertaining the absence of logic and common sense.
Numbed and insisting this existence persists.
Entertaining the absence of logic and common sense.
Numbed and insisting this existence persists.
Entertaining the absence of logic and common sense.
Confirming with validation the admittance of conflict.

Thanksmisgivings

THANKSMISGIVINGS
Edward Iacona

There's a little tradition on Thanksgiving
In which the family and each guest
Takes a turn before the dinner
To tell how their lives are blessed.

Each person speaks of gratitude
Within their minds reflection
As she listens and waits what does she think
In her personal introspection.

Does she give thought to her family
Once united, happy and strong.
Or a single thought to her husband
And how she did them wrong.

Details here are unimportant,
As our hurt remains inside.
Does she have any accountability
To consider how she lied.

If there's a mental inquisition
If recent past comes to her minds door...
My question ends with a preposition
What could she be thankful for?

Until It Is Seen

Since they don't think of themselves,
As great.
Their activities produce...
Far less than great things.
What's in the mind,
People will find around them!

You know...
Seek to find,
For validation!

I grew up around some 'Dare to Be Brilliant People'.
All we had was our minds.
And early acquaintances with a can opener!

We were challenged then to use our minds...
And look our best!
These were in schools,
Before the 'Let's Move Away From 'Them' Those Negros'...
Days.

I remember too well,
When they were implemented.
Like the beginning of the ending of something.
You know...
It's like the feeling one gets,
When someone else does something stupid.

And you want to reach out...
But the 'I'm Better Than You' look is given!
So one backs off,
And does their own thing.
One backs off,
And observes the mistakes occurring.
One backs way off...
When insults begin to be thrown!

And this is condoned by the environment!
And backed by government policies.
Introduced to protect the greed of thieves.

Since they don't think of themselves,
As great.
Not face to face.
Their activities produce...
Far less than great things.
What's in the mind,
People will find around them.
To distort their existence.
With an enhanced ignorance.

Like devastation one creates.
And choosing to describe it...
In a way that it does not affect,
A reflection of their insecurities.

And wishing they could move away from them...
Like something they find disgusting!
To invent their own demise.
One accepted as more trusting.
And one that can be disguised.

But those with early acquaintances,
With a can opener...
Had been 'conditioned' to observe these events,
From distances.
And with opened eyes.

In a rejected effectiveness!
That begins to disturb.
And peel slowly away,
To expose and pain the nerves.
Of those who choose their conflicts,
To battle on fields no longer appealing.
Comes back to affect those now desperate.
Those expressing a social and mental,
Defectiveness!
And banning together to protest...
Their 'upsetness' in regret!

And in a massive state of denial.

But these days 'from' them,
They can not push away.
Like visions on a TV set!
They can turn off and go play!

Today those 'visions' are there,
To show them how they came.
And how they got that way.
And an ugliness prepares to come to sit.
And visit!
Until it is seen.

Given A Separate Life To Live

This has to be 'divine' intervention.
And so happy I am you called,
To bring my activities to 'my' attention.

You know,
Just this morning I awakened...
With just this one thought on my mind.
I thought...
How can I be of more use to those,
In the catering to their self-centered ways.
And no sooner had I finished my questioning...
Here you are,
Telling me I have nothing else to do anyway.
Why should I object to fulfilling your requests?

This has to be 'divine' intervention.
And so happy I am you called,
To bring my activities to 'my' attention.
And...
I will be giving more of my attention,
To my own activities...
Very soon.

'Did I upset you?
What did I say? '

Upset?
With you?
Are you kidding.
No.
You said exactly what I needed to hear.
At the right time and hour of my life!

'Well...
Are you going to be on point or not? '

Oh...
So sharp am I going to be on point,
You may claim I am too dangerous to annoy...
From this day forward.
Knowing...
We each have been given a separate life to live.
Amen.

'AMEN? '

Amen.
Thank you.
I needed that.

You have work and you love it...

Charming mornings? Not any more.
Waking up to a day, lazy and bore!
Di, you spoilt your lil bro, but no complaints
Coz
You have got work, and you love it!

The phone blinks no more,
Browsing as insane, nothing in store,
Anxious but happy
If
You have got work, and you love it!

No more games to play,
No greetings to hear and say,
Jittery, but getting along well,
When
You have got work, and you love it!

Unsettling routine,
Nothing like, how it should have been,
Questions crossing my mind
Why
You have got work, and you love it!

Excitement is all gone,
The day just creeps on,
Job looks mammoth and unending,
But
You have got work and you love it!

Meal times go un-noticed
All of a sudden, look what you did,
Unique are your ways, I wonder,
How
You have got work and you love it!

At times, life makes you helpless,
Greed grows, and more is less,
So I'll make sure I get used to this
Now
You have got work and you love it!

While this happens, something struck my mind,
Whatsoever, you are girl of a kind,
This is what I want you to do,
Good, that
You have got work and you love it!

The Messerschmitt Twins

My mind is made up, Im changing faster
Your mind is made up, avoiding worries
My old image is set to fade away
Forget the talking
Forget the actions
And quiet voices and all that happened
In just one of hour
You could knock me down
The twos are one now
And ones are fuller
No longer giving
No longer taking
These ways are tried
They never seem to fail
And when youre asking
You sound like telling
Despite the questions
Youre not receiving
I cant explain
Why you disappear
Your mind is made up
The time is taken
You reach decisions
We cant avoid them
Theres no success
No matter what we do
The twos are one now
And ones are fuller
No longer giving
No longer taking
These ways are tried
They never seem to fail
These ways are tried

The work, linked with profit is not boring.
The work, linked with reward is interesting.
The work, linked with the ego is untiring.
The work, linked with love is inspiring
The work linked with sex is tempting

Other than these, what work you do
amounts to the waste of life.

In No Mood to be Polite

Step to the left or to the right.
Get out of my sight...
I'm in no mood to be polite.
The atmosphere stinks like raw sewage,
With people hoodwinking and dumping their blues!
The climate today supports actions of the foolish
And speaking one's mind is considered taboo!
'Screw you! '
Step to the left or to the right.
Get out of my sight...
I'm in no mood to be polite.
Offensiveness is used to defend,
More jackasses now...
Then ever there has been.
And defending the right to insult and defame,
Should make everyone wonder
Why there's no shame to claim for the blame!
It's pouring down 'insanity' upon our heads like rain!
No plane can fly high enough,
To escape this sick and saddened game!
It's worse than awful!
Step to the left or to the right.
Get out of my sight...
I'm in no mood to be polite.
The atmosphere stinks like raw sewage,
With people hoodwinking and dumping their blues!
The climate today supports actions of the foolish
And speaking one's mind is considered taboo!
But decency still remains 'my' creed...
Despite this cesspool we are all swimming through.
