Love And Success

The holy man said, "If it is for love, then you will succeed,
But love knows no success
And success might forget love
Nevertheless, if it is for love you will succeed'.

Then love spoke to success, "You have many forms,
Some succeed when they climb the mountains
Some others when they surf the unknown tides,
For some it is winning over their thoughts
And for some others, it is winning over others'.

And success replied,
'It is in my indefiniteness, the mystery lies,
They define me and my course
Some are happy with me,
And few others are happy in their search'.

Love spoke again, "have you seen the face
Of the soul that chose to love,
For the success of the other
Happy as always
For they never lose their smile'.

Success replied, "I serve them,
And even happiness serves them
it is my pleasure to know you through them
and few know, I will do anything for you.

If Given The Keys

If given the keys to unlock,
A flowing of bestowed opportunities...
Is not believed to be the responsibility kept,
By the ones handed those keys...
Who can not accept,
That the action done was precious?

And they lose the keys kept with no sense,
That reflects an appreciation...
But just an expression of a thoughtlessness?
Why bother to give someone like this,
Time to make excuses?
Or address their foolishness, period!

'Back this thing up,
And get me outta here! '

I thought you said,
You were going to leave them...
With another set of keys?

'Maybe you didn't 'get it'...
But that's what they were anticipating I would do.
And I had a change of priorities,
The moment I was given a look of impatience.

Let's go!
Enough time has been wasted here.'

There Is No Rest For Success

Success is a journey not a destination a year from
now you may wish you had started today.
Every beginner is a winner. Success is not escaping problems but facing them creatively.
There is no success without sacrifice.
Great success always calls for great sacrifice.
Even failure can become an important ingredient to success.
Failure just means that you have not yet succeeded.
I’d rather change my mind and succeed than have my own way and fail. Success without conflict is unrealistic.
Any person can be successful on smooth seas,
but it is the victory over the storm that gains true honor.
Success doesn’t come through the way you think it comes;
it comes through the way you think.
Never settle for less than success.
Success is doing something good.
When you can, where you can, while you can.
It’s better to attempt to do something great and fail,
than attempt to do nothing and succeed.
Success is not necessarily reaching your goal- but reaching the maximum possibilities in light of the opportunities that come your way.
To keep your values on target remember to live so that when you “arrive”, you’ll have pride behind you and hope ahead of you.
The success is truly the path to heaven.
Success is never ending, because success is like the process of seed planting. Every creative contribution like a seed planted may bear fruit.
Success finally is not what you have it is not what you do;

Joey

Joey Keys was from my neighborhood
Some would say that he was bad and Joe thought that was good
Joey got the name "Keys" picking locks
He never really robbed no one; it sure amused the cops
Joey's parents owned a restaurant
After closing time they'd give us almost anything we'd want
I never cared that Joey Keys was slow

Though he couldn't read or write too well but we'd talk all night long.

A silly poem about keys

Keys can open doors
they can lock you in
keys on a piano
but not on a Violin.
Keys to a safe
inside a vault
keys lost again
well that's your fault.
Keys on an old typewriter
and on a modern laptop
keys stolen by a thief
to break into a shop.
Keys hang on a keyring
or on a fancy chain
but how on earth can you
dropp them down a drain?
Keys for this and that
a key lying under the mat
having to rush to the Vet
it's been swallowed by the cat.
So I'll end this poem now
and try and get my key
I dropped it down a drain

Several Ways to Express Success

To succeed for many,
Is a need to see...
An obvious public repetition done,
Of someone feeding greed.

Few accept success to be,
A feeling to live healthy and basic.
And happy to be blessed,
Getting the simpliest of provided needs met!

I guess there is several ways,
To express success.
But one has to feel what suits them best.
And not let success be someone else's interpretation.

Or become depressed...
If another's attraction towards a created success,
Does not stimulate or give...
The same arresting sensation to satisfy and digest.

Success...Depends On One's Definition Accepted

Those who seek assistance,
To spearhead their own success.
Hope for an easy way to accomplish it.
With less stress and aggravation.
And without the breaking,
Of seen public sweat.

Some would prefer it gift wrapped,
AND delivered!

Success is not guaranteed.
Even when one places a bet!
Many who choose to gamble,
Are hopeful for the best.
But will come to grips with what they get.

If the mind is in doubt...
It does not matter what the outcome is about.
There will always be questions,
For those who sequester themselves...
In bewilderment.
And seeking approval to be convinced.

Being successful,
And having that expressed...
Depends on one's definition accepted.
As well as 'who' and with 'what',
Addresses the desired affect.

Some rather shop around for appearances.
While others bog themselves down with 'work'!
Because of concept and not perceptions...
Based upon satisfactions done.
And known to get down on knees...
If necessary in compliance with one's belief.

Façade

Success had meant for many,
The acquiring of things.
And a dress to impress façade.
To gain attention and enhance,
A presence others would give approval...
And meaning.

But today a substance is more in demand.
A quality that expresses a genuine-ness...
Is a preference wished on fading deceiving scenes.

A success that impresses is slowly detected.
Folks today are seeking basic ways to live.
Finding themselves to be happier...
In participating in donating their deeds.
When that is done they quietly leave,
Without a need to make pronouncements.

Success had meant for many,

Always think of yourself as a work-in-progress.
Once you believe your have become a 'finished product'...
You can not succeed.
You will not!
Accept you are part of this experience,
We embrace and call life.
A piece and part of the 'whole'.

Make a choice to remain vunerable.

Seek it.

Condenser

Felt the best that I could feel censored every memory
Give me yours so I can feed mine
Anywhere but far away cant be what you meant to say
I wont miss you in the meantime
All jokes aside you should decide
If it pleases or pains you
You should be allowed but you were beat out
So nothing can save you
Closing up into the end try to start it up again
A lower voice and tired heart beats
Take away the self esteem force it through to get relief

Continue to stay firm and focus
Always try to have plus and no minus
You may succeed in life thus

Say it in simple way
Attention always pays
Think always positive

A Birthday cake for you,
A Slice of Chocolate Heaven,
It may be too sweet for you,
That's why it's a fake one.

Today you get your keys
Can open many doors,
Watch out for cheeky monkeys,
That hide behind the doors.
Sometimes you get donkeys,
You better slam the doors!
If it is a wolly wookie,
Dash quickly out the doors!
If it turns out Chucky,

We Are All Captured Beasts

We are all captured beasts,
And we howl - as we might.
We can't open the doors,
For the doors are locked tight.

If our hearts can remember tradition,
When our barking brings solace, we bark.
We don't know. Long ago we've forgotten
That it stinks badly in this zoo-park.

For our hearts can accept repetition;
Bored and weary, we cuckoo our song.
For the zoo is impersonal, habitual;

Some People Are Just Lucky

What, if anything, in a tomorrow wished,
Is guaranteed?
If the ability to experience the 'now' today,
Is an activity done that can be achieved.
Besides procrastination?
And many daily do that AND succeed.

Too often it is heard by some,
What they can not do...
Because there is no time to find.
Or funds to wine and dine themselves!
As if in a 'tomorrow'...
A lottery win will come to change their minds.

However,
Explain this to me...

Closing the doors
I am shutting all the doors
Will be walking totally alone since not even a friend will get the entry
In my life, nobody can ever again sneak
I am closing the doors and do not ask me why?
You let go of my friendship
Sadly, you will never find a friend like me
I am closing the doors and I am not expressing this due to any hate
I was scared of letting in even a friend in my life
However, I did let in
Although, at the end even this friendship proved as wrong
