Here to Play a Part
I am here.
As clear as the dawn that rises.
I am here.
Not hiding to be found.
Like some who peeking as they tremble...
In the hopes not to make a sound.
As they whimper and shake nervously,
While dishing dirt to pile pound per pound...
Upon someone's background.
I am 'here'.
Not to be chased from procrastination.
I am here.
Not to waste away in hesitation.
I am here to be for you as 'is'.
Not bait to make my argument.
Or fake a presence with no intention meant.
I am here to 'do',
Exclusively for you.
I am here to play a part with my heart to include.
And not to be used...
As a puppet strung confused from strings to diffuse!

A Puppet
What if a strung up doll hated its life
And every part of what
It stood for
But couldn't escape because if it cut all
Strings attached
A puppet
Would no longer be worth watching.
A puppet
Would merely
Be a doll with useless marionette strings
Hanging from its sides
It would be nothing to watch
Nothing to see
Nothing to be
But
A puppet.
Without anything.

Shake That Tambourine
(words & music by giant - baum - kaye)
Shake... the little tambourine
Shake a-ring a jing -jing a-ling
Shake, shake my little dancin queen
Shake that tambourine, that tambourine
I can hear them dancing, in the marketplace
Swishin and a-swirlin, in their silks and lace
Bracelets keep a-clinking, on their tiny feet
And with their tambourines they keep the beat
Rings on their fingers, bells on their toes
They make music, wherever they go
Pound that little drum now, tap on it with your thumb
Shake, shake the little tambourine
Shake a-ring a-jing-a-ling-a-ling
Shake,shake my little dancin queen
That tambourine, that tambourine
I heard their talent, open palace doors
Every night theyre dancin, on those marble floors
Kings may bow before them, but theyll be my own
Then theyll shake their thing for me alone
Rings on their fingers, bells on their toes
They make music, wherever they go
Pound that little drum now, tap on it with your thumb
Shake, shake the little tambourine
Shake a-ring a-jing-a-ling-a-ling
Shake,shake my little dancin queen
That tambourine, that tambourine

My Shadow Now Talks To Me
at the background
you whisper what to do
behind the drapes
and i am a fool
up there
you know what strings are
you are not seen
but you make a puppet
of me
i bluff you too
i dance like a puppet
i pretend i do what you tell me so
the show is over
and then i walk away
i like the way how disgusted you are
and when the distance is safe
i dance my dance
i do what i want to do
i sing to the sky
and the sky listens to me
i have my shadow
and now it is talking to me.

It Is My Pleasure
It is my pleasure
It is like making love to you
The better the poem
The hotter I get
And my words
Are all I have to make
You feel my passion
Until that day
I will ravage your body
With my vowels
And my pronouns will
Lick you insane
And my nouns will I
Penetrate you with and
Adjectives will pound
And pound and pound
Viciously until you come
And my subjectives
Will drain all
My pretense into you
Hot Hot Words
And all english grammar too

I was voted best-looking kid in high school but, as you can see, things changed. I used to say I was a 260 pound Woody Allen. You can make that 295 pound now.

Rock Away
Stay on it.
Pray on it.
Don't give up,
'Til you own it.
And...
Pound, pound that rock away!
Don't let it get to you another day,
Oh!
Get a pick and shovel pieces of it...
To a place where it will stay.
Oooow!
p-p-p Pound, pound that rock away.
Don't let it get to you another day,
Oh!
tick-tick-tick,
Get a pick...
And shovel pieces of it to a place,
Where you know it will stay!
Take it off your constant meter.
Make your heated sweat,
Even sweeter.
Give it up to the gripper,
Quicker.
Slicker.
Live your life lived that much richer.
And...
Pound, pound that rock away!
Don't let it get to you another day,
Oh!
Get a pick and shovel pieces of it...
To a place,
Where...
It will stay.
You will not feel free,
Until that beast has been ceased.
Stay on it.
Pray on it.
Don't give up,
'Til you own it.
Stay on it.
Pray on it.
Don't give up,
'Til you own it.
p-p-p Pound, pound that rock away.

Puppet Boy
Wake up puppet boy!
Get up puppet boy
You got a job to do
Even so youre free to go
Where your master tells you to
Listen puppet boy
Before you disobey
Consider that the strings attached
Could make a big change in your ways
Puppet boy
Its the little things that count
Little problems little minds
Little points of view
Puppet boy
Its the little things add up
Getting bigger pull the trigger
Little things like you
Stand up puppet boy
Time to start the show
Youd better do some brand new moves
They paid a lot to watch you go
No!
Whats that puppet boy
Dont tell me what to do
Whats that puppet boy
Im not a freak like you
Whats that puppet boy
Ill move when I want to
I cant hear you puppet boy
Now dance dance dance
Stay out of bed
Unless you wanna get wet
Im a boy not a toy
And Im not through yet
Stay out of bed
Unless you wanna get wet
Now wake up puppet boy
Listen puppet boy
Youre not a robot slave
Consider that no strings attached
Could ever make you misbehave
Puppet boy
Its the little things in life
Little problems little minds
Little points of view
Puppet boy
Its the little things that count
Getting bigger pull the trigger
Little things like you
Now wake up puppet boy!

Puppet
Puppet
By: Adam M. Snow
I am a puppet to those who use me;
for they know not what my curse may be.
All I want is for my strings to be cut;
but instead my eyes are sealed shut.
I'm hanging by strings for their entertainment;
for I am evermore bound in containment.
Who am I to be called their puppet;
though my essence cannot forget.
Day by day these strings grow tight;
day by day I try not to fight.
Although I'm stuck and cannot move;
now there's nothing else for me to prove.
I am a puppet;
yet I can't deny it.
Although I have become one with these strings;
all I wish is to spread my wings.

Locekd In
I cant stand the way you move it
You drive me crazy with that walk
You get me so excited. I tremble and I shake
When you make the moves you make.
Youve got the key. the key to my heart
Go ahead and use it
Drag me in, slam the door.
Then Ill be yours, for evermore
Youve got me locked in.
Locked inside your love
I cant take it when you touch me
Feels so good I could explode
Youve got me in a frenzy
I tremble and I quake
When you shake the things you shake.

This Intention Is Meant
There is a major difference,
Between wanting to do things...
And getting what is wished to do done!
A selected mission has to be picked.
An agreement has to be settled,
To insure the plan is legitimate and fits.
All that it takes to make things shake,
And fall apart...
Is a useless argument,
That doesn't make sense!
And perhaps that's why this intention is meant!
There is a major difference,
Between wanting to do things...
And getting what is wished to do done!
A recommendation to ensure some success?
Make sure those participating...
Have passed the requirements,
Of a backstabbing test!

A Puppet On A String
A puppet on a string is all that you are,
And all that you ever will be
Your told what to hear and what to say
And you're even told what you can believe.
You are not free as you were once before
As you gave that and your dignity away
Now you are told where to go and what to wear
And you were even told to change your name.
Your watched and not trusted wherever you go
And you must ask permission to leave
And that is the life that you chose for yourself
Now for you there is only shame and pity.
You're a puppet on the string as that is you
Your puppeteer tells you how to act
He tells you what to cook and when to sleep
And when to bed him and how to react,
But what can you do, as you have nowhere to go
Everyone knows of your lying and your ways
Your own daughters are confused because of you
Now they will be like you in their own adult days.
You changed your hair and you changed your name
Because your master commanded you to
To make him happy is what you want to do best
But sadly this situation for you isn't new.
You're a puppet on the string that's all that I hear
Wherever you might go or what you might say
You walk in the footsteps your master placed for you
And you will walk them until your dying days.
Your strings are pulled and then you will walk
Your strings are pulled and then you will obey
Your strings are pulled and then you will answer
And that's how you will be from day unto day.
No truth or loyally does your master have for you
Not even a vow to GOD or a wedding ring
But you never expect or accepted them anyway
As all that you are, is but a puppet on a string.

The Guitarist
Strum the strings
From room to room
The sound will ring
Sealed in its case
Taking up space
I use a pick to play
The guitar, everyday
Playing a chord
Only when I'm bored
Strum the strings
From room to room
The sound will ring
Its base is wood
Its strings are not
When you cannot play
There is nothing to flaunt
Before you play
Tune the sound
Strum on and on
Until a rhythm is found
Strum the strings
From room to room
The sound will ring
I
I have nothing to say
No light to use
No music to play
I'm idle
For I have
No guitar to play

Go Solo
Music and lyrics: hall
You need to make it on your own
You wanna shake it go it alone
Whatever happened?
I did alright by you
I can feel the passion girl
Its still as strong
Though the places have turned around
Oh I can be the one to wait
You take the easy way out
Im no one to doubt
(if that aint enough)
Aint enough for you
Go solo
(you can take the lead)
Play a brand new part
Go solo, solo
You say theres trouble in paradise
Im only joking but you better be right
Oh, whatever happens, there aint no turnin round
I can understand you need to find yourself
Make a way without any help
Oh I can be the one who waits
To take the only way out
Im no one to doubt
(if that aint enough)
Aint enough for you
Go solo
(you can take the lead)
Play a brand new part
Go solo, solo
I dont mind your flying blind
Just shake it up and take it to the break this time
Shake it up and take it to the break this time
This time, oh
Shake it up and take it, shake it up and take it girl
(if that aint enough)
Aint enough for you
Go solo, go solo
(you can take the lead)
Play a brand new part
Go solo
I could do good somehow
(if it aint enough)
Aint enough for you
Go solo, oh girl
(you can take the lead)
Play a brand new part
Go solo
Oh, shake it up and take it, shake it up and take it
(if that aint enough)
Aint enough for you
Go solo
How could you go solo
(you can take the lead)
Play a new part
Go solo ooh
Shake it
(if that aint enough)
Aint enough for you
Go solo, solo

Checkmate
(n. hendryx)
Queen to your king
Dont be afraid to move away to safety
I know you well, I can tell when your heart is feelin lonely
Ive seen those knights in armour guardin your door
Oh, but Im gonna keep on comin til you cant move no more
You can bait me, fake me, yeah
But I keep on comin at ya
You break me, shake me, yeah
I aint movin backwards
Shake me, take me, yeah
I keep on goin
til I hold you in checkmate once more, mmm
Im a queen to your king
Yes, Ive been told that you use your pawn to hurt me
Oh, nothings been gained
Oh, I can see that your bishops lies then wonders
Oh, if he could stop me with the power he holds
It ties me, it ties me over with his prison, his goal
You can bait me, fake me
But I keep on comin at ya
Just break me, shake me
I aint movin backwards
Shake me, take me, yeah
I keep goin til I hold you in checkmate once more
Ooh, til I hold you in checkmate once more
Bait me, fake me, aah
But I keep comin at ya
Break me, shake me, aah
I aint movin, I aint movin, I aint movin
Oh, but I keep comin at ya
Take me, shake me
I aint movin, I aint movin backgrounds, yeah
I aint movin, cause I aint movin backwards, yeah, oh
I aint movin, oh, I keep on comin at ya
Yeah, aah, yeah, I aint movin, yeah
Break me, shake me, yeah
I keep on comin at ya
I aint movin, I aint movin backwards

Now, the industry has got me thinking twice
Thinking with the treble mix, gotta shake em like dice
Let the whole world know I cant go for that
Girls know that I got gold and stacks
In every cul de sac from the streets to the clubs
Im making hits and everybodys showing love
Fact is Im back and Im rolling like jackson
Wont stop until Im back at multi platinum
So I start with some action, Im the main attraction
Here to lie down to the west crackin
Stackin big chips, holmes, gotta get em
Hauling in lots of residuals, what you got
You cant choose me
Bring it to you live for the year 2g

Sigmund Freuds Impersonation Of Albert Einstein In America
The world of science is my game
And albert einstein is my name
I was born in germany
And Im happy yo be
Here in the land of the brave and the free
In the year of nineteen five
Merely trying to survive
Took my knapsack in my hand
Caught a train for switzerland
America, america
God shed his grace on thee
You have whipped the philipino
Now you rule the western sea
Americans dream of gypsies, I have found
Gypsy knives and gypsy thighs
That pound and pound and pound and pound
And african appendages that almost reach the ground
And little boys playing baseball in the rain
America, america
Step out into the light
Youre the best dream man has ever dreamed
And may all your christmases be white

Solace From Strings
Tune up your strings.
Keep them tight.
Strum me a song
on this painful night.
Play, play
take my pain away.
Tune up your strings.
Let your fingers slide.
Help me forget
how I have cried.
Play, play
take my pain away.
The sound of your strings
make me weep
and as you strum
I can fall asleep.
Play, play
take my pain away.

The Auld Wife
PART I
The auld wife sat at her ivied door,
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
A thing she had frequently done before;
And her spectacles lay on her apron’d knees.
The piper he pip’d on the hill-top high,
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
Till the cow said, “I die,” and the goose asked “Why?”
And the dog said nothing, but search’d for fleas.
The farmer he strode through the square farmyard;
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
His last brew of ale was a trifle hard,
The connection of which with the plot one sees.
The farmer’s daughter hath frank blue eyes;
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
She hears the rooks caw in the windy skies,
As she sits at her lattice and shells her peas.
The farmer’s daughter hath ripe red lips;
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
If you try to approach her away she skips
Over tables and chairs with apparent ease.
The farmer’s daughter hath soft brown hair;
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
And I met with a ballad, I can’t say where,
Which wholly consisted of lines like these.
PART II
She sat with her hands ’neath her dimpled cheeks,
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
And spake not a word. While a lady speaks
There is hope, but she did n’t even sneeze.
She sat with her hands ’neath her crimson cheeks;
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
She gave up mending her father’s breeks,
And let the cat roll in her best chemise.
She sat with her hands ’neath her burning cheeks,
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
And gaz’d at the piper for thirteen weeks;
Then she follow’d him out o’er the misty leas.
Her sheep follow’d her, as their tails did them,
(Butter and eggs and a pound of cheese)
And this song is consider’d a perfect gem;
And as to the meaning, it ’s what you please.

Nothin You Can Do About It
Have you heard the news?
Im doing what I said I would
So now you say
Boy, I always knew you could
My wildest dreams
Murdered by reality
I gave you all I could give to you
But now Im taking back what belongs to me
I read you like a drugstore book
Howd I ever think you were cool
You got no bait left on your hook
Youre no friend and buddy, Im no fool
Chorus:
Aint nothin you can do about it
Aint nothin you can say
Aint nothin you can do about it
No ones gonna stand in my way
Ive done my time
Ive given up my pound of flesh
So why cant the man seem to understand
That Ive already passed the test
You did your best to keep me down
Tried to make my spirit give in
But Im here to make a big, big sound
Its your turn to lose and its my turn to win
Repeat chorus
I know you can never go back
Once you turn and walk out that door
Got no time for worries like that
Im not a kid anymore
You did your best to keep me down
Tried to make my spirit give in
But Im here to make a big, big sound
Its your turn to lose and my turn to win
Repeat chorus

Solomon To Sheba
SANG Solomon to Sheba,
And kissed her dusky face,
'All day long from mid-day
We have talked in the one place,
All day long from shadowless noon
We have gone round and round
In the narrow theme of love
Like a old horse in a pound.-
To Solomon sang Sheba,
Plated on his knees,
'If you had broached a matter
That might the learned please,
You had before the sun had thrown
Our shadows on the ground
Discovered that my thoughts, not it,
Are but a narrow pound.'
Said Solomon to Sheba,
And kissed her Arab eyes,
'There's not a man or woman
Born under the skies
Dare match in learning with us two,
And all day long we have found
There's not a thing but love can make
The world a narrow pound.'
