From The Window
Am I not to know or feel the pain,
You went out of your way to inflict upon me?
Am I not to know the sneakiness by which you did it?
Or were you hoping I would dropp to my knees...
To plead for mercy to appease your taste for sleaze?
Who in the hell do you think you are dealing with here?
I've learned to fight my battles on playgrounds.
With mommy and daddy...
Looking on,
From the window!
And I might have left with scars.
But I was not about to leave,
Feeling defeated.

Pitstop
In my pain remaining,
You still dropp more of it.
As if I occupy a pitstop.
And I am there...
To replenish your need,
To gas up...
As you retire your worn out displeasures,
To rebuckle for a rebooting...
For a race you keep,
To speed away to leave me broken.
I pray for you!
To Stop this dance you do with evil.
But emotionally you wish me drained.
So no one else can see,
Who re-energizes you...
After you are through abusing me.
But one day you will come not to feel this way.
The scars dropped by the clock...
Will inflict upon your mind reminders.
Behind closed doors,
You will begin to feel trapped.
By a consciousness that visits.
And your past misdeeds will plead to be forgiven.
But...
From whom or what,
Will release you from those pitstops,
That left me strickened as you struck...
With a letting go for a public showing.
'Stop it,
Let me go.'
The scars dropped by the clock...
Will inflict upon your mind reminders.
'Stop it,
Let me go.'
The scars dropped by the clock...
Will inflict upon your mind reminders.
In my pain remaining,
You would dropp more of it.
As if I occupied a pitstop.
And I was there...
To replenish your need,
To gas up...
As you retired your worn out displeasures.
To rebuckle for a rebooting...
For a race you kept,
To speed away to leave me broken.
One day you will come not to feel this way.
'Stop it,
Let me go.'
The scars dropped by the clock...
Will inflict upon your mind reminders.
'Stop it,
Let me go.'
The scars dropped by the clock...
Will inflict upon your mind reminders.
And it will be your misdeeds.
Not me to haunt you.

The Diary Of A Young Girl (diary From An Angel)
Dear Diary,
Daddy was on the couch again
Mommy left again.
I walked alone to school today,
Somtimes i feel alone, sometimes I feel like a real lady.
My friend left me at lunch,
I was alone, I miss her a bunch.
I got a bruise from daddy,
He told me I have to do what he says, and call him daddy
Mommy got home late tonight,
But thats no different from every night.
Daddy put me in bed with him,
I said I didn't want to, but he made me do it with him.
I cut myself, I cut my arm,
I sat and did my own harm.
Daddy and mommy were yelling,
Please don't tell, the don't know I am telling.
Daddy threatened me,
He said I ruined his life, and that I can't start new.
Mommy said I was nothing
God said she's bluffing.
Daddy killed mommy today,
As I sat and watched today.
Mommy left me alone here,
I can't feel her near.
Daddy says I'm his now, his to enjoy,
That my body is his toy.
Daddy cut through my body,
He didn't stop, even when i said I had to go potty.
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
I met god today
I saw mommy's face again today.
I don't want to see daddy again,
Not after the pain he's left with me, with nothing to gain.
I left him alone in the world,
I left him alone.
He hurt me yesterday, that's all I know now,
I'll never forget...... I don't know how

Mommy & Daddy
Ask your mommy and daddy, what happened to the indian?
How come theyre all living in places
With too much snow or too much sand?
Tell your mommy, I got a funny feeling deep inside of me
Ask your daddy, is it really as bad as people make it seem?
Wa ta tick it ta too too..
Ask your mommy why everybody swallows all those little pills
Ask your daddy why that soldier doesnt care who he kills
After theyve put you to sleep and tucked you safely down in your bed
Whisper, mommy and daddy would you rather that
I learned it from my friends, instead?
Do you think Im to young to know, to see, to feel, or hear
My questions need an answer or a vaccuum will appear
Dont be surprised if they turn and walk away
And tell your mommy and daddy that you love them anyway
That you love them anyway...
Give them a kiss
Love will set you free
Kings of emi
Mommy and daddy (alt.)
Ask your mommy and daddy, what happened to the indian?
Ask your mommy and daddy to tell you where you really came from
Then mommy and daddy will probably turn and quickly walk away
Then ask your mommy and daddy who really killed j.f.k
Wa ta tick it ta too too...
Ask your mommy if she really gets off on all her - all her pills
Ask your daddy, why doesnt that soldier care who he kills?
After theyve put you to sleep and tucked you safely down in your bed
Whisper mommy and daddy,
Would it matter if the bullet went through my head?
If it was my blood spilling on the kitchen floor
If it was my blood, mommy, would you care a little more?
Dont be surprised when they turn and start to cry
And tell your mommy and daddy, tell your mommy and daddy
Scream it to your mommy and daddy
Theyre living in a lie, a lie, a lie
Its all a lie, a lie, a lie
A lie, a lie...

Daddy Why?
Daddy why did you leave Mommy before I was born?
Daddy why weren't you there for my birth?
Daddy why did you divorce Mommy when I was only five months old?
Daddy why did you day those mean things about Mommy?
Daddy why weren't you there for my first birthday?
Daddy why weren't you there when I took my first step?
Daddy why weren't you there when I got hurt?
Daddy why weren't you there when I became a teenager?
Daddy you're not going to be there when I turn 16.
Daddy you're not going to be there when I graduate from high school.
Daddy you're not going to be there when I get married.
Daddy you're not going to be there when I have children of my own.
Daddy you're NEVER going to be here.
Daddy you had a choice.
Daddy I chose too.
Daddy I NEVER WANT TO BE LIKE YOU!

The Simple Prayer Of A Child
'missing in action'...
they didnt know...
dont get your hopes up,
we're doing all we can...
she lay on the bed
and wept uncontrollably...
the little boy sat in the darkness,
thinking...
he got down off his bed,
and down on his knees:
'God, if you're out there,
if you're real...
help my mommy, help me,
bring my daddy home! '
the room was still,
he could hear his own breathing...
suddenly light poured through
the window, and flooded his room.
the little boy got up
and ran to his mother's side.
'mommy, mommy, daddy's ok,
he's not lost...'
'what do you mean, honey?
what are you saying? '
'he's not lost, mommy...
remember what he said
before he left...
he's in our hearts! '
she took the little boy
in her arms and hugged him...
they fell asleep in the stillness.
the next morning the phone rang.
she answered, and listened,
her mouth agape...
'what is it mommy, what is it? '
she put down the phone...
'they found him, he's ok,
they said it was dumb luck...'
they hugged each other crying.
dumb luck, i think not...
the simple prayer of a child!

What Children Worry About
Mommy
Mommy, mommy
what’s going on in the world today?
Mommy am I going to be OK?
I heard some kids were wearing bombs
and blowing people up..
Mommy their world is very far away.
They can’t come here, right mommy?
Am I going to be OK.
Written: July 17,2007
Daddy
Daddy, daddy
I asked mommy some questions yesterday,
and tears were in her eyes.
She’s really scared daddy,
I know the reason why.
The kids with bombs,
might be here in our schools.
They won’t listen to the rules.
Mommy is really scared that one day,
you’ll both have no choice but to send me away
Written: July 17,2007
Mommy, Daddy
Mommy, Daddy, there’s no reason to fear
I figured it out late last night.
I said the words for God to hear.
I know He knows all things
and will do what’s right,
sooo… we say the words for God to hear,
everyday and every night.
Guess what Mommy, Daddy
everything will be alright.
Mommy, why are you still crying? ? ?

Dont Cry Daddy
(words & music by scott davis)
Today I stumbled from my bed
With thunder crashing in my head
My pillow still wet
From last night tears
And as I think of giving up
A voice inside my coffee-cup
Kept crying but
And ringing in my ears
Dont cry daddy
Daddy, please dont cry
Daddy, youve still got me and little tommy
Together well find a brand new mommy
Daddy, daddy, please laugh again
Daddy ride us on your back again
Oh, daddy, please dont cry
Why are children always first
To feel the pain and hurt the worst
Its true, but somehow
It just dont seem right
cause evry time I cry I know
It hurts my little children so
I wonder will it be the same tonight
Dont cry daddy
Daddy, please dont cry
Daddy, youve still got me and little tommy
Together well find a brand new mommy
Daddy, daddy, please laugh again
Daddy ride us on your back again
Oh, daddy, please dont cry
Oh, daddy, please dont cry

Inject The Venom
No mercy for the bad if they want it
No mercy for the bad if they plead
No mercy for the bad if they need it
No mercy from me
Tell no truth and tell no lies
Cross your heart and hope to die
Never give what you cant take back
Scratch like a cat
Inject your venom
Itll be your last attack
No mercy for the bad if they want it
No mercy for the bad if they plead
No mercy for the bad if they need it
V-e-n-o-m
Got no heart, no - feel no pain
Take your soul and - leave a stain
Come choose your victim
Take him by surprise
Go in hard and get him
Right between the eyes and -
Chorus:
Inject the venom
Inject the venom
Inject the venom
Inject it all
(stick it in, stick it)

Gimmick Twist
With tried and tired images,
Marketed to boost a drifting morale.
Limits are not given to a gimmick twist.
Used to provide a lift to a sliding confidence...
Shifting from fantasies!
Many bred and thirsting as their realities.
And they must be kept,
In a conformity supporting deceptions believed.
If they are swept into a revealing truth...
Where would this leave,
Those drugged on concepts.
And teased by falsities...
Those behind the scenes,
Are hoping crushes those left...
And out of breath,
To spread the advantages...
Of re-enforcing,
A higher consciousness!
If one should leave their comfort zones...
Where restrictions placed at their doorsteps,
Welcomes an intended implementation...
To distract with an attraction,
To self inflict a mental disease.
Condoned!
Of course...
They will never find their way back 'home'.
Or recognized the cleverness,
Used against them to disturb their rest.
And...
Coming easy and quick!
To appease the taste for conflict of all kinds.
Absorbing,
Independent thinking minds with teases.
Hoping a taste will satisfy an addiction,
With a needless but craved wish...
For a waste that slips from their reach!

Daddy Died Mommy Cried The Little Girl Laughed
Daddy is dead
Mommy shakes her head
They say Mommy poisoned him
And all the little girl can do is laugh
The little girl wanted to shout joyfully
It was all the little girl's fault
The little girl poisoned Daddy
Finally the little girl's revenge
Mommy and Daddy used to beat the little girl all the time
Mommy would watch and laugh while the little girl screamed
Because Daddy was raping the little girl
hey people a girl i knew wrote this poem
creepy huh?

Mom says I should be whatever I want.
Dad says I should have fought harder.
Mom said nothing.
Dad says that I am stupid,
Dad says I should have paid attention in class.
Mom says I am not stupid,

Mom says I am smart,

Dad says I am growing weak,

Mom says, though I am leaving, I can always come back.
Dad said nothing.

The Scars That U Leave
I don’t know how much more
How much more I can take
Of this crap you keep doing
Every night I go to bed
With the scars of the day
Scars that you inflicted
And the pain searing through my body
A pain that was caused by your hands
Inflicted by your hatred
A pain remembered the next morning
Only to be added to that night
A never ending pain
As the wounds are never left to heal
But are added to
Over and over again
Know I add a new pain
A pain I inflict on myself
A cut that you didn’t make
But was caused by you all the same

Downtown
With A turn-around
If you wanna dance on the ceiling
If you wanna shake your money-maker now
If you wanna leave through the back door
Feeling fine but just cant take it anymore
If you wanna leave Im downtown
If you dont like sleaze Im downtown
Tell me what you need Im downtown
And everything will be ok hey hey!!!
If you wanna breathe in the background
If you wanna wait and see whats goin down
If you wanna soak in the sunshine
Call a cab and come and see me anytime
If you wanna leave Im downtown
If you dont like sleaze Im downtown
Tell me what you need Im downtown
And everything will be ok hey hey!!!
If you wanna go crazy
If youre dying to please
If youre low down and dirrrrty
Then come and get some of me
If you wanna leave Im downtown
If you dont like sleaze Im downtown
Tell me what you need Im downtown
And everything will be ok
If you wanna leave Im downtown
If you dont like sleaze Im downtown
Tell me what you need Im downtown
And everything will be ok hey hey!!!

Never Should Have Trusted Him
watching from my window looking through the rain
i see him hitting and beating her. i really want to do something but i know i cant
i try blocking my ears and closing my eyes it hurts to much to here her and watch her be in pain
if he keeps this up i know she wont be here long
i hated i ever trusted him! everything i ever did wasted and gone!
i look at him, screaming and crying yelling over and over i hate you dad!
i wipe a tear from my eye i hate it that he’s doing this to mom! its really hurts inside, and makes me really mad!
mommy never did anything to you i scream
i cant take anymore so i curl into the back of the room, closing my eyes wishing this will be nothing but a dream
as i rock back and forth i think over and over what mommy could of done to make daddy this way
i scream as loud as possible i hate this day
then i look out the window and I'm so shocked to see daddy with that gun
its not a toy one me and him use to play with and have fun
he’s pointing it at mommy she doesn’t know what to do i look at her and can tell she has no clue
i think to my self yelling over and over what can i do
i get an idea and run into the rain
mommy’s always telling me to be a man not a boy so i stand there ready to take this pain
i see him getting ready to shoot and run in front of her i fall to the ground as the bullet goes in me
there both shocked not knowing what to do he cant believe he really did this i here him over my screams say” how could this be'
i look up at them taking my last few breaths of life
i lie to them so they wont be afraid 'don’t worry mom its not that bad just feels like a prick from a knife'
she cries down at me
i look up at dad and ask him t please let me and mom be
he walks away and i look up at my mom
'mom i lover you your the best, your the bomb'
i couldn’t let him do that to you
you really should of knew
that i wouldn’t let him hurt you
me and her share one last hug i whisper to her right before i die
don’t worry mom don’t cry well be together again some day everything will be fine

Throughout The Pain
Drowning in these tears I've cried
Hoping that it would drown out the pain
But instead I crawled through the pain
Ran through the storms
Hid all the pain inside of myself
Cause I knew no one else would ever understand
I was right they didn't understand
Not the pain I was feeling
Worse than a deep cut
Broken into and ripped apart
No one knew how torn up I was
How shattered I was inside
No one even knew it at all
Can't even describe the pain I was feeling
But here I am still
Still alive after I've tried to die
I can't say I'm pain free cause I'm not
I can say that most of the pain is gone
And that all in all I'm doing okay
I'm doing alright all things considering
This road I've traveled on was long and rough
These storms I've faced along the way
The scars upon me I made
It was all well worth it cause I learned a lot throughout the pain
Throughout the pain I made it
Still shattered I don't think I will ever find all the pieces
But I'm still here through the long suffering of pain
I made it throughout the pain and made it through the storms

Epiphany, Dead Man Walking
i learned to walk again,
the day you drove away
and left me standing in the drive...
i learned to see again,
staring at old photographs
in a book hid away.
i learned to think again,
thinking, and rethinking
every move and every action.
i learned to feel again,
struck dumb with waves of sorrow,
with blood on my lips.
i learned to cry again,
in the dark and sleepless night,
when no one else could see.
i learned to fight again,
pushed back against the wall
with nothing left to lose.
i learned to pray again,
to a God that doesnt answer,
from the gates of hell.
i learned to dream again,
violent shaking nightmares,
waking up to a cold sweat.
i learned to love again
to cherish every moment,
every touch forgotten.
i learned to walk again,
and walked off into the sunset
with our hearts in my hands.

The Pain I Can Control
The pain I can control
The pain that makes me whole
The pain that stops and brings some tears
The pain that erases all my fears
The pain that I inflict with this knife
The pain that might be last in my life
The pain that brought me to my knees
The pain that woahed me full of pleas
The pain that made me see the light
The pain that is bringing me home tonight
The pain that is wrong and bitter
The pain that makes me feel fitter
The pain that my friends say is wrong
The pain that makes me feel so strong
The pain that makes my friend sad, and cry
The pain that makes her want to die
The pain thats not just pain to me
The pain that makes everyone see
The pain that thats tearing me apart
The pain thats ripping apart my heart
The pain that I'm addicted to
The pain I can't give up. Not even for you..
Woke Up With A Monster
Words and music by rick nielsen, robin zander and tom petersson
Hush little darling, dont you cry.
Daddys coming home, coming home tonight.
No bed of roses for your head, for you.
You see no future, its all in the past.
This is a nightmare, wont be your last.
Its hard to admit, its hard to admit youre that blind.
Mommy and daddy dont see eye to eye.
Mommy and daddy dont see when we cry.
Mommy and daddy they dont understand.
Whats wrong with this picture, is right in their hands.
Sleeping with an angel. ah.___
Woke up with a monster. ah.___
Sleeping with an angel. ah.___
Woke up with a monster. ah.___
Hush little darling, dont be long.
Mommas little angel cant do nothing wrong.
No bed of roses in your head, for you.
Wholl dry your tear when you cry?
Daddys comin home just in time.
Will, he be the one to make it, to help make it right?
Mommy and daddy dont see eye to eye.
Mommy and daddy make each other cry.
Sleeping with an angel. ah.___
Woke up with a monster. ah.___
Sleeping with an angel. ah.___
Woke up with a monster. ah.___
Not sleeping with an angel. ah.___
Not sleeping with an angel. ah.___
Mommy and daddy dont see eye to eye.
Mommy and daddy dont hear when we cry.
Mommy and daddy dont see eye to eye.
Mommy and daddy dont see when we cry.
Mommy and daddy they dont understand.
Whats wrong with this picture, is right in their hands.
Sleeping with an angel. ah.___
Woke up with a monster. ah.___
