From One's Soul
When a rawness has rubbed off,
And one knows they have paid the cost...
With that touch that is finished.
To glow and not diminish.
A gloss radiating seems to fit,
An acknowledgement that praises it.
Raise up a glass.
And toast those facts at last.
That a polishing done did it.
With a sparkling gloss it gets.
Raise up a glass.
And toast those facts at last.
That a polishing done did it.
With a sparkling gloss it gets.
When it's done from one's soul,
It can not be bought or sold.
With that giving of a gloss it gets.
And an attention that seems fit.
When it's done from one's soul,
It can not be repo(ed) .
With a polishing done to it.
And that gloss that seems to fit.
Raise up a glass.
And toast those facts at last.
That a polishing done did it.
With a sparkling gloss it gets.
When a rawness has rubbed off,
And one knows they have paid the cost...
It can not be repo(ed) .
When it's done from one's soul.
And...
A polishing done did it.
With a sparkling gloss it gets.

Fantastic Duo
You have been my rock.
Like it there or not.
Chip to pebbles from this boulder.
But a strength is held,
As if moltened gold.
You know.
You know.
You know you know.
You are there in my mind alot.
Feelings we've known don't come to a stop.
Because of an argument I or you can not drop.
You know.
You know.
You know you know.
Fantastic duo!
You know.
You know you know.
We've been that rock.
As a duo.
You know you know.
That just wont stop.
As a duo.
You know you know.
And whatever claims you want to give me shade,
Don't gloss or laminate it.
Duo.
Duo you know!
We've been that rock.
As a duo.
You know you know.
That just wont stop.
As a duo.
You know you know.
And whatever claims you want to give me shade,
Don't gloss or laminate it.
Duo.
Duo you know!
Fantastic duo!
You know.
You know you know.
We've been that rock.
As a duo.
You know you know.
That just wont stop.
As a duo.
You know you know.
And whatever claims you want to give me shade,

Two souls
Everyone is many sided personality
and it doesn't depend on your mentality
if you want to meet another soul
so that to be together as a whole;
with your characters, deeds and actions
together come to a certain perfection
like diamonds polishing each other,
like diamonds sparkling together
reverberate in each others soul,
live together playing one role.

10 Seconds Of Everlasting Joy
Many have been sold,
On making purchases without substance.
To become upset with a buyer's remorse.
Expecting what had been advertised,
Glittered with a gloss...
And providing that need,
As was seen by those on TV and paid...
To re-create 10 seconds of everlasting joy.

My Pink Man
Pink is my colour,
wat wld i do without it, i wonder.
Pink is my mans colour,
which he aint shy to wear.
If u saw hm in hs pink shirt,
u wld definately kam to a halt, He is a total hunk.
I write lv letters to him in pink ink,
n watch his eyes blink
wen readin th letter in pink.
I love wearin pink blush,
coz wen he touches me my cheeks flush n i blush.
He gave me a pink rose
wen i wore my pink gloss
n kissd hs sweet lips
makin them turn as pink as my lip gloss.
Pink is th colour of hs door,
we'll slp on hs pink carpet on th floor
cz i wanna feel hs soft skin presd against mine 4 sure.
He is the one i live for,
he is th one to die for.
My pink man,
he's th reason y am nt a nun.

Us girls
Girls are so beautiful
inside and out
love is big
hair untouched
lips so soft with our gloss
We just want fun
continuous sun
lots of love and friends
good ones, that are
there till the end
A helping hand they will lend
love always they will send
that is a true friend
us girls are so bubbly
so fine and divine
but still boys are the ones
who try the pick up lines
cuz were so gorgeous
no one can recist
come on girls agree
with this
no boy can never handle this
(us) , us beautiful girls
cuz were all so beautiful
inside and out
love is big
hair untouched
lips so soft with our gloss

Gloss Paint
Beneath the gloss paint
that covers
the cracks in the walls
there is a sickness.
Another side to laughter,
fancy dresses,
and dinner suits
and gaiety.
Superficially there is order,
manners, grandeur
but underneath,
deceit and lies.
The priest who likes small boys,
the business man
who made his wealth
from whore houses.
The banker
who did dirty deals,
made money from
the weaker willed.
The leaches; fancy ladies
plundering their living
from rich husbands
and sugar daddies.
Beneath the gloss paint
that covers
the cracks in the walls
there is a sickness.

Red, Sparkling Wine
I Have Seen A Sight
Of a Man Falling Down …
… it wasn’t for a Fight
… but it was due to what He’d Found …
… Red Sparkling Wine… Does It Every Time
Red Sparkling Wine… She Should Be A Crime …
Red Sparkling Wine…
She Starts out – Flowing – Smooth
Gets in Your Blood – Then You got Somethin’ to Prove!
You Chase Her Intoxicating Perfume
… must be Brand X … or Lady-Doom …
… Red Sparkling Wine… Does It Every Time
Red Sparkling Wine… Feeling So Sublime …
Red Sparkling Wine…
… Sweet from the Vine, but She ain’t Vintage
Make You Loose Your Mind and Your Hard-Earned Wages
Her Cheap-Thrills… can’t Heal a Heart, that’s Bruised …
You ain’t in Love! … just in a Bottle of Booze …
of Red Sparkling Wine… Once in awhile is Fine
Red Sparkling Wine… Know the Warning Signs ….
of Red Sparkling Wine…
She’s Beautiful, as She Pours
Your Problems – Passed-Out, on The Floor
She’s Crystal-Blood in an Hour-Glass
Her Pity-Promises… just don’t Last…
Red Sparkling Wine… Does It Every Time
Red Sparkling Wine… She’ll have You begging for Dimes …
… to buy … Red Sparkling Wine…
She’ll leave You Broke, You won’t be able to Think
She’s ‘Madam Dope’ … if You Need One More Drink
… of Red Sparkling Wine… Just a Matter of Time
Red Sparkling Wine… Have Another… ‘ Cause I’m …
… Red Sparkling Wine …

Gloss and Ego
I...
Don't wish to discriminate.
And I...
Choose love to taste and make.
Say I...
Will not laminate my name.
Just to play the game of gloss and ego.
Oh I...
Think about the crooks a lot!
Say I...
See a leeching that can stop.
Yes I...
Believe integrity could save.
And implusively a 'something'
One could nurture.
I...
See purpose in a doubt.
I...
See the use of it as boosting.
And I...
See encouragement released.
When mistakes are made,
To show life isn't slices...
Of Grandma's apples.
Oh I...
Think about the crooks a lot!
Say I...
See a leeching that can stop.
Yes I...
Believe integrity can save.
And implusively a 'something'
One could nurture.
I...
Don't wish to discriminate.
And I...
Choose love to taste and make.
Say I...
Will not laminate my name.
Just to play the game of gloss and ego.
I don't need to do a deed for sequels!

Lone Voices Of Own God
images at times tremble by the cloud
the rhythm seems being shadowed
yell still rocks up in the vale of tunes
voices within bale the cries by the mystery
silence when riffles through the symphony
swooning the crescent stance wrapped up
love of god still inspires by the reminiscence
the wonder of innocence lies when undying
gloss never be lazed lone bequeathing
the dream when betiding beneath
that happens to merge into secret of myth
by the lone voices of own god steering within
yet not baleful by the wind unseemly
warmth still croons by the rhythm of own
innocence when intense and mystical
vale of tune spruces up by the bliss
breath still holds and beholds the sparkle
the gloss of all secrets as reasoned sacred true
heart when enlightened by the redemption
faith still nestles in the truth by the trust

You remain precious to me
I remember the gloss
that you put on your lips
and how soft and hot
they were against mine
and how you press kisses
on letters and cards
and I remember your brown green eyes
wherein I am lost
and the Estè Lauder perfume
that makes you smell like a flower
and how wonderful pretty
you look every day
and I remember how you loose
your bikini top in a wave
and the boy watching you big eyed
while I bring a towel to you.
and the haunted hill that we visited
and your car that went
in the wrong direction
and how we travelled
along the coast past Houtbay
when you were mine
and how sparkling you looked at me
and I know what it is to love
and I wish that we could still be together
and be able to look at you like then
and that we could embrace each other
to eternity
as you remain precious to me.

Guys would sleep with a bicycle if it had the right color lip gloss on. They have no shame. They're like bull elks in a field.
Have you heard of this new thing called the internet? It's giving people new expectations. It's allowing them to become their own expert. Knowledge lies anxious at their fingertips. Gloss over the truth in your advertising and you'll quickly be dismissed as a poser.

Those Raisin Dreams....
remembering those raisins
ah, those dreams long exposed
to the sundry suns
& the
myriad moons
untouched on dreadful days and somersaulting summers
so dry, dark brown, wrinkled,
lacking the gloss
of those
happy days of yore
and yet when tasted are still too sweet
the soul
salivates......

There Will Be Substitutes
and for him to be alive for another year
he takes the substitutes for such absence
he justifies
this absence shall make my heart grow fonder
he looks at himself in the mirror
and feels the gloss of the glass on his face
the pain is there and it may subside a little bit
but it is there and it has always been there
and it will always be there
always
the substitutes heal the surface and makes a scar
the real pain inside keeps piercing
to the bottom
always and it has always been there
like a cancer of love always, always creeping, growing
there is no cure
