Found Where They Decided to Stand
After reaching the top...
Full of themselves and peacocking nonstop!
Where do the scratch and clawers go.
With their blinded achievements reach...
Once the subduing and the beating of opponents,
Has been done.
With the burning of many bridges!
And skipping through hoodwinked relationships.
Backstabbed to get a position on the summit!
Where do those who have scratched and clawed go?
And will those who had healed...
Over time,
And 'below'...
Care to show them a bit of empathy?
When a not so slow declining descent,
Brings upon these 'achievers'...
Feelings of remorse and guilt that shows?
Or...
Will they discover,
A return finds them neither missed or reminisced...
By those who found where they decided to stand,
On the ground...
Happy and sharing meaningful lives lived.
And achieved...
When peace reached out to them from the Sun.
Proving with such glows bestowed,
They did not have to go to seek to reach to find.
All they had to do was to stand and 'be'...

Reaching Out
Reaching out is part of our lives.
We reach out for love and friendship.
We reach out for a great many things
and some of those things we reach out for
fall within our grasp.
While other things we reach out for are unattainable,
but we reach out for them
just the same again and again.
It is up to us to choose which is which.
Love and friendship
are always within our grasp
if we reach out for them long enough.
It is some of the other things
we reach out forever for,
which we can never attain.

Claim True Beauty
It forced her to claim true beauty
Natural one that had come her from almighty
She banged gently her head with hand
“Oh, What I did after all to claim friends”?
It is true peace in mind
At last you will find
The color you choose may reflect
Your desire coupled with noble act
What is there to look so attractive?
Cosmetic application to strive
Hide the real one and claim outer shine
That may not look after all very fine
But what a magic in this ordinary get up?
All dull colors are down not to show up
Simple shine with no more forced smile
Invitation to go along and walk for mile
No words can really explain
All acts are woven in chain
What does she speak and for what?
No answer is ever expected or sought
No flowers can claim importance?
They come up in natural environment at once
Human eyes may stare at to seek peace
Wait for appropriate time to come and release
That is all we live for and mean
Head to rest on solder and lean
Leaving behind all the worries
And final resolve to move and carry
There is so much to speak for color
White may stand for peace and not war
No other color may suit shining face

That Forgiveness They Seek
After decades of declaring created enemies,
They wanted others to believe...
Were full of jealousy and envy.
With a doing of awful things to themselves,
To gain and plot the getting of attention...
From those willing to give them empathy.
And empathy to them had been given.
They now wish to call a truce.
But with who or whom will they truce with a doing?
Those whose lives they have ruined to defame?
Or the ones they deceived into believing,
Those enemies selected and picked...
Would have never thought of them existing,
If they had initially minded their own business.
What is the purpose of forgiving anyone,
Who spends their time...
Proving to others they've been out of their minds.
And that forgiveness they seek,
Should be of themselves with lessons taught to teach.
Since they chose to reek their own havoc,
Blamed to have been done by someone else.

Successful in the doing of it they had been.

Achievements
Most people think of achievements
in only monetary terms,
but achievements have nothing to do with money.
They are the goals in life
that our hearts desire.
Someone in a wheelchair enters a marathon
and when they cross the finishing line,
they have achieved something for themselves,
proving they can do anything
if they really want to try.
When we put pen to paper
and finish whatever we are about to write.
We have achieved something
no one can ever take away.
Each day we set ourselves
little goals to achieve
and when we have done them,
we move on to another one.
