Decoys
You'll see over there,
Decoys.
But none to keep.
Or use as toys.
Realize they are bait to feed.
And a process to minimize,
Those who try...
To annoy with alibis.
We apply them to attract,
Those easy to tease.
And seeking a life of greed,
To please and disregard others in need.
Decoys,
Are easy to create and rid.
Decoys,
Used to fool...
And,
Derail those offtrack people.
We need decoys,
To trick...
Those who abuse.
Decoys,
Employed to trap.
Decoys,
Those greedy already fat.
Decoys,
To sidetrack those rat packers...
Who enjoy holding others back.
Decoys,
Employed to trap.
Decoys,
Those greedy already fat.
Decoys,
To sidetrack those rat packers...
Who enjoy holding others back.
Those decoys.
To school those up and coming...
Looking for money to get,
Without sweat to create...
A mess for the rest.
You'll see over there,
Decoys.
But none to keep.
Or use as toys.
We apply them to attract,
Those easy to tease.
And decoys,
Employed to trap.
Decoys,
Those greedy already fat.
Decoys,
To sidetrack those rat packers...
Who enjoy holding others back.

When They Don't Possess The Balls!
Many make false claims,
To sensationalize their own lives.
They use others as decoys,
To hide and mask their own insecurities.
With backstabbings.
Character assassinations.
Malicious gossip and innuendo.
And familiar deceit and lies!
People like you and me,
Are singled out and victimized.
Why?
Because that is easier for someone to do,
When they don't possess the balls!

When Will They Wake Up To See
A fated greed is celebrated.
Who becomes destroyed.
The needs of people are negated,
Yet who is annoyed.
Ambitious wishes to deceive,
Has the wicked on their knees.
Rulers they will never be.
Nor decoys employed.
When will they wake up to see,
Only One God there will be.
But continue they believe,
The Earth is just their toy!
A fated greed is celebrated.
Who becomes destroyed.
The needs of people are negated,
Yet who is annoyed.
When will they wake up to see,
Only One God there will be.
But continue they believe,
The Earth is just their toy!

And The Boys
There are,
Girls loving girls.
And...
Boys sharing their toys as decoys.
And they...
Make it okay,
To...
Do it their way today.
Girls saying...
They don't have to have a man,
To reach for an understanding.
And...
They've made it okay today,
To...
Have it their way.
And the boys...
Do down low under the sheets.
Playing ball where they please,
In discreet.
As the girls say,
They don't have to have a man,
To reach for an understanding.

Easily Spotted When On The Move
I've been taught not to buckle,
From a cursing done.
Or fall on my knees with anguish,
When my way is blocked.
And my steps become delayed,
With expressed dismay.
None of my dreams seemed,
To have been dangled like a carrot...
As if to tease until someone believed,
I had earned the merit...
To be the 'me' I have paid the price to project.
And not a stage or spotlight did I seek.
Who knew such decoys would be effective?
Only I knew what I sought to reach!
Perhaps those that did not know that,
Planted obstacles on the wrong road to teach.
Or the path of my choice...
Was not suspected to be the one I chose!
Or one that I could successfully complete.
Either way,
Naysayers are easily spotted when on the move!

Life is unavoidable
Watching Television
While surfing internet
Having cooked meal
While drinking wine
Answering to mobile
Seeking through the window
Sitting near the table
Everything is happening
Looking at the mixed slate
Writing something on a paper
At the same time
Six organs are working
Something somewhere else
Out of within these
Never fulfilled
Far beyond the scenery of life
One by one
Switched it off
Time for the space
Space for the time
Cannot realize the difference
Deep burden
A vacuum in mind
Putting alongside
Mind decoys
And went to the bed
Because of the morning is unavoidable

Steeler
Catch the play now, eye to eye
Dont let chances pass you by
Always someone at your back
Biding their time for attack
Check for decoys, stay sharp edged
Double-crossers get your head
Carpet-baggers bluff and strike
Kiss of judas, spider like
Waiting like jackals to sneak up and trick you
Wolves in sheeps clothing, slow death in consoling
Lurking in shadows, they pounce least expected
When you come to, theyll have gone right through you
Tricksters, jilters play their game
Sleight-of-handers, all the same
Masquerader in his lair
Wants to tangle in your hair

I have a Bird in spring
5
I have a Bird in spring
Which for myself doth sing—
The spring decoys.
And as the summer nears—
And as the Rose appears,
Robin is gone.
Yet do I not repine
Knowing that Bird of mine
Though flown—
Learneth beyond the sea
Melody new for me
And will return.
Fast is a safer hand
Held in a truer Land
Are mine—
And though they now depart,
Tell I my doubting heart
They're thine.
In a serener Bright,
In a more golden light
I see
Each little doubt and fear,
Each little discord here
Removed.
Then will I not repine,
Knowing that Bird of mine
Though flown
Shall in a distant tree
Bright melody for me
Return.

Tell those stories to me
Im dying to hear the things youve done and seen
Farfetched as they may be
You strike a smile in me
Your stories ring of perjury
Construted with self empowering theme
Suckin on my brain youre the teacher Im the student
Turning things around your storys not congruent
Tabloid decoys pitiful excuses
Turning things around
Youre turning things around
A manic stunning scene
Im taking notes your taking me away into your false realtiy
I know your comfort lies in lying to try to make your life make sense
But youre not making sense
Id say it aloud but Im not aloud
I see your head spin round and round
Broken record talk tonight
Skip that needle back and fourth on your mind wearing out unconvincing lies
Like a seedling dropped from an old oak tree
Your shade dont hide no sun from me
Fake stories humor me
Its graduation time
I love you like a mother

Save the Boys
Like Dives in the deeps of Hell
I cannot break this fearful spell,
Nor quench the fires I've madly nursed,
Nor cool this dreadful raging thirst.
Take back your pledge--ye come too late!
Ye cannot save me from my fate,
Nor bring me back departed joys;
But ye can try to save the boys.
Ye bid me break my fiery chain,
Arise and be a man again,
When every street with snares is spread,
And nets of sin where'er I tread.
No; I must reap as I did sow.
The seeds of sin bring crops of woe;
But with my latest breath I'll crave
That ye will try the boys to save.
These bloodshot eyes were once so bright;
This sin-crushed heart was glad and light;
But by the wine-cup's ruddy glow
I traced a path to shame and woe.
A captive to my galling chain,
I've tried to rise, but tried in vain -
The cup allures and then destroys.
Oh! from its thraldom save the boys.
Take from your streets those traps of hell
Into whose gilded snares I fell.
Oh! freemen, from these foul decoys
Arise, and vote to save the boys.
Oh ye who license men to trade
In draughts that charm and then degrade,
Before ye hear the cry, Too late,
Oh, save the boys from my sad fate.

To Jośe Marίa Palacio
Palacio, good friend,
is spring there
showing itself on branches of black poplars
by the roads and river? On the steeps
of the high Duero, spring is late,
but so soft and lovely when it comes!
Are there a few new leaves
on the old elms?
The acacias must still be bare,
and the mountain peaks snow-filled.
Oh the massed pinks and whites
of Moncayo, massed up there,
beauty, in the sky of Aragon!
Are there brambles flowering,
among the grey stones,
and white daisies,
in the thin grass?
On the belltowers
the storks will be landing now.
The wheat must be green
and the brown mules working sown furrows,
the people seeding late crops,
in April rain. There’ll be bees,
drunk on rosemary and thyme.
Are the plum trees in flower? Violets still?
There must be hunters about, stealthy,
their decoys under long capes.
Palacio, good friend,
are there nightingales by the river?
When the first lilies,
and the first roses, open,
on a blue evening, climb to Espino,
high Espino, where she is in the earth.

Paranoia's my favourite lover
Locked looks
in a spies romance
Secure a warrant
at first glance
My affections
will get detected
But all attractions
are taped endearments
A first kiss can destroy hates convenience
But long term commitments bad for surveillance
Watching the watchers retreating afterglow
Drift in panic rooms where desire has no doors
Friends?
We can be friends
just as long as you understand
that a Lie detector test
is going to always come in hand
Past the third base?
And there's nothing left to comply
Accept a cavity check
What else is there possible to hide?
Paranoia is the only truthful lover
It's a Honeymoon for one in a straight jacket suite
embracing the allegiance of Rorschach proposal
Forever is commitment to the psychiatric institute
called marriage and love - is gin for damage cases.
That's why paranoia is my favourite lover
She shackles me in her reviled attention
He confiscates me in his wild addictions
Where driving circles into one way mirrors
Into decoys where our souls are not clear
How could I give you this heart
Which is always looking for cameras
And where hiding behind ingenuine roses
When always enrolled as cold war surveillance
That's why paranoia's my favourite lover

Just As Tasty As the Pudding
Raise the bar!
Remove the 'settled-for-less' distresses,
And lift those spirits up!
In your hand is a cup you know remains half full...
'Too much' will never be enough,
When your cup is lifted up!
Rushing to supply with every wish...
You hold inside.
You've got the stuff,
Dismiss the fluff and accept His flow.
Raise the bar!
Congratulate your naysayers with prayers,
Extended.
If it wasn't for them your time would be theirs!
They did not win...you did.
And will again.
You could blow to them kisses...
Or wish them well with wellwishes.
This is not their discovery,
To know this fulfillment in collective recovery.
You are less on their minds than they are on yours.
Question not the opened doors awaiting.
These moments that come are not for one debating,
Outcomes before they are done.
When it comes into mind...
Dance with it time after time,
Until your steps have been mastered!
Raise the bar...
Lift it unassisted and persist it can be done.
Glisten as if Sun beams on you.
Demeaning shadowed scenes will seem to wither away.
New views due break through,
To solidify what for you is true..
And the proof is as tasty as the pudding.
Raise the bar and be lifted.
Something inside of you,
Begins to free a forgiveness that takes flight!
And this uplifting bar raised,
Restores ambitions to shine...
Whenever the mind finds it dines
Under the comfort of cloud cover.
Raise the bar...
Be lifted where you are,
And do it!
Stop smothering your joy,
Using decoys attracting quacks!

Greed..
Greed will make you hurngry
you'll never get enough...
it can tear a life apart
Greed is nasy stuff..
don't get greedy - don't be greedy
once you let yoursef be greedy
you can't go back again...
(i'm telling ya man...)
i know a man named Jessy
his Grandma was sitting good..
he set out to win her turst
and take everything he could..
he got greedy
he was greedy..
Jessy let himself get greedy
And He can't go back again...
Greed turns family on family
makes a friend the enemy
it can turn you on your Grandma
blinding you so you can't see..
it will turn you on your parents..
and tear your world apart..
there's no way you can change it
once you let it in your heart..
don't be greedy
don't get greedy..
once you let yoursef be greedy
you can't go back again...
once someone has been cheated
or swindeled it's a shame
greed will leave them cold and Angry
with only You to blame....
no one will ever trust you
trust gets burried in the past..
you're better of financialy'
but money it won't last..
don't get greedy don't be greedy
once you let yourself be greedy
you can't go back again...
once greed becomes a partner
and all is said and done..
when your lookin down at a grave...
can you really feel you won?
you now have more than others
you worked hard to steal it all..
others may have earned it but
your the one who made that call..
no one thought you'd do it
it never crossed their mind..
they trusted that you would be fair
but that was once upon a time...
you let yoursef get greedy,
you got greedy
And once you let yourself be greedy
you can't go back again....
someday you'll miss your sister
your parents and cousins too..
the black sheep of the family
will turn a lonesome blue...
don't be greedy, don't get greedy
once you let yourself be greedy
you can't go back again...

Were Not Going Back
Do you remember the good old days?
An empty stomach and a tear-stained face
Do you remember how it used to be?
The walking dead in the factory
I wont talk because
Its not as it was
You dont want the sack
Then dont doff your cap
{we are not going back} dont back pedal down a broken track
{we are not going back} Im alright jack is an easy trap
{we are not going back} no more need for wearing all black
{we are not going back} Im alright jack is an easy trap
Do you remember the dail pain
Of walking arouhnd with a ball and chain?
Do you recall when it was hard buyt fair?
You got your share on a line of a prayer.
Please put in my box
Some money for socks
Dont turn back the clocks
Its not as it was
{we are not going back} dont back pedal down a broken track
{we are not going back} Im alright jack is an easy trap
{we are not going back} no more need for wearing all black

Droppin Em
[ll cool j]
Just like pauline you all-in..
Oooooahhhh
Brace yourself, Im the ace with grace
Ima win the race and make you feel disgrace
In any case, yo, Im movin like a steeplechase
Mc soldiers -- about face
Now step off, I need room for my takeoff
My custom made lyrics slays, yours are soft
I think you better tape this, yo, you cant escape this
Yo, I planned it out just like a landscapist
Whipper-snapper back up for comin crap up
I plan to trap a mc and kidnap em
Phony, so skip the baloney
You and your cronies need to jump on a pony
And roll, cause youre just a rookie
When it was time for rap school, you musta played hooky
Im the show-stopper, your rhymes are improper
Ima teach you like the master taught the grasshopper
Just gettin warmer, Im a transform a
Regular rhyme into a barnstormer
Try to jump Ill bump you chump, my job is thorough
Any mc, state city or boroughll get ragged
I drop like a sandbag
Serious as the mob - I dont play tag
Best of the batch, no man can catch up
Hoes cant be passed, a battles a mistmatch
I flip lyrics, like a acrobat
And avoid combat like a diplomat
But when its time for battles, ? ? jacked or killed
Its a thrill to drill a run of the mill bill
With my skill, Im the lord of the rhymes
And I be writin at a rate that pace way past my bedtime
I rock the mic unlike
Some brothers I know, I guess they flow, psych
Im droppin em
Droppin em
Yo, youre all in, stiff as a mannequin
Im sharp as a pen and ima teach discipline
I get busy like its two of me
Evidently, Im hated by a few mcs
But so what? I just max like Im playin the sax
And take the crowd to the climax
Yo - cool j, Ill never go astray
Im funky you can hear me at the milky way
Youre weak, wick raps, Im cool as jazz
Got razamatazz ask my man shabazz
I know youre afraid because Im self-made
I invade, and blow up like a hand grenade
Mcs are terrorstruck, ima run amuck
Cause your rhymes suck, you made a record on potluck
Just a toy boy, cant stop my convoy
Rhymes I said last year were just decoys
Im like a fox, you annoy me like chicken pox
Im back with a style thats unorthodox
You musta had a teaspoon full of bull
Im like the hulk, with more bulk, Im powerful
They try to get with this, to me thats an insult
Boys shouldnt mess with an adult, thats too difficult
I enter like a giant sayin fee fi foe fum
Then rock the auditorium until its pandemonium
Im droppin em
Yo e, droppin em
Dont sleep - cause ima go deeper
All you sleepers, Im the grim reaper
My rhymes are rising, the angles gettin steeper
I hated mussolini martini so ima sweep a
Emcee, like hes one of the two
Break him into fragments right in front of you
Mic check one two, is too fundamental
My rhymes are monumental over an instrumental
In the center, I had to enter
Tormentor mentor experimentor and inventor
Of lyrics, so all you non-believers
Itll echo in your dreams at night when you receive a
Rude awakening, you cant do anything
You enter my kingdom and you cry as men bring
Gifts to the prince of excellence and magnificence
Alarm clock rings, you wake up, and youre convinced
That the crew invader, soloist exterminator
Greater evador of ducks, concert crusader
Is bad, my nicknames the circuit breaker
Eatin up the world, acre by acre
Im droppin em
Word to mother, droppin em!
Knowhatimsayin? straight til 1999, droppin em!
Yo, year two thousand, yaknahmsayin?
Audi man
Yo Im droppin em

Iron Eyes
Divulge yourself in my language
Speak of forked tongues that can masticate
Imagery with psychedelic blades
And swallow these swords so you can tell me
That I have eyes of iron
That I am blind but I can pretend to believe
That I can perceive in full colors
From sapphire, to eau-du-nil, to claret
And if you are malleable enough
To sink in my impermeability
And nibble on my waxing vision
Then I will permit you, in my elbow to my anteroom
Suffice enough to fracture my vision
And enrapture my eyes of iron
My eyes that can decipher decoys
My vision that can perforate veils and halos
I would gladly fall in a slumber
And in acquiescence I shall fumble
To bolt my callous eyes
And dwell within the perimeter
Of your coherent liminalities
Seasoned of pseudo-animosity
The facile art blotted of acrimony
May be adequate to coerce valiancy
Whenever, we could go now
To anywhere but the down town
Where everyone knows who we are
How we are damned and surmised to expire
Lead me down the Mediterranean Gulf
A sanctuary in the grazing sea
And I can ponder inside your bountiful fingers
Of callas that would cloy my cellars
And though we cannot swim
We would be buoyed by our belief
That we have feet of street lamps
That blaze aglow so no one would trample
If we pretend like lovers lost in time
Could we hold the sun perched in burning leaves
Of ivories and ebonies, of a tatterdemalion gypsy?
In daylight, I would feign that I can see
The words coming out the mouth
Of angry clocks and compasses
And I would curse like a sphinx
To live with you forever at the fringe
We'll pretend like black suited agents
Sheathing a pistol and a plan
To find fate and kill serendipity
And create something out of dark alleys
I would run whilst you walk
For you walk too fast
Perhaps, to leave all behind
Perhaps, there's something you're trying to find
But in gasping breaths
I would keep with your selfish pace
And I would keep you in askance
With the dark corner of my crumpled eyes
Juxtaposed each other like mutual towers
Are these orbits of hefty balconies
Unswerving eyes of flimsy convictions
I would vie for another vision
Of our galvanized liaison
That had transpired in my phantasms
And absconded through veracity
And left me with pallid assumptions
Of a fatal life line
That I wanted to preserve
As we traverse the phosphorescent shore
And trample in the city streets
In an ethereal living
Where we would never have to go home
For home is in our seams
Wandering with our dreams
But I have iron eyes;
Eyes solely to embellish
And all the things that it can perceive
Are those in a parcel ground
A land of voracious reveries
And all it failed to hold
Are things vagrantly unfolded
Right before these iron shackles
I have gone astray
Too far, too long, I have been away
But no one knows
And no one cares, anyway
Iron eyes, sleep pensively
With your dreams in a hearse
A cavalcade of whimsy notes
Remember what you are: iron eyes.

Modest Mouse
To the modest mouse,
Whose home, remotely shrouded
With the clutters of the cat's fallen eyesight,
Filled with such vitriol that none could grasp with coarse palms
And the cat, in her abode
Flourishing with jewels that glint like her devotion
To the pleasurable amenities of beauty and splendor
Why, have the heavens lost such bountiful ardor?
The lynx, the beau of indifference, forsaken with lips of crimson red,
Embedded with jewelry in a variation of halycon, sapphire, zircon
Inquisitive mouse, 'You glint so much, you fade in the light.'
Cat quips, irate with claws razor sharp, 'I beg your pardon? '
Oh, such absence of complications
As he prances across the wood, with reflux of blood in his tail,
Only exhibiting a weary face, of tombstone pale;
The cat walks eloquently, only embellishing what pride she has
Walking on thin, rusting wires with such prowess,
The modest mouse, puzzled, bewildered by such striding,
Resembling a hurricane, whose tempestuous whirling hurls edges that lacerate,
'There is no need to act like this! ' the mouse, judgment in surfeit
With such strife, arrogant like a lion,
The cat moves in sync with celestial aeons
With her whiskers, beaming towards the horizon,
None of this, the modest mouse could ever fathom
The modest mouse's confusion, 'Why pounce in such exuberant poise? '
Untoward feline's retalitation, 'Insecurity is a blight.' with such metallic alloy
The modest mouse, was not precarious, his eyes were too good for decoys
The cat's carnal eyes luster with so much flamboyance.
The modest mouse, in pure content, seeing his pale color of gray,
'You are charcoal gray, you should revel.' He told himself humbly.
And subtly, with silent distinctions, the cat stood behind the modest mouse,
With a condescending smirk in her face, for she is adorned in a multitude of colors.
'You seem to shine, like the rainbow! ' Oh, such humility this mouse beholds
The humility that withstands the fiery Summer, and the winter cold.
'I am, more than the rainbow.' Of this you see, the feral audacity?
With such depth, does she serenade herself incessantly.
'Your tail is horrendous! ' Said the cat, waving her emerald tail
Comparatively seeing, careening over her distinctions, the arrogance is ubiquitous.
Thus, the modest mouse cannot be stopped, he stood presumptuously,
Assuming a stance on all fours, with a face as meek as a lily.
The days metamorphosed into grueling centuries,
Withering the cat, stripping her of vanities,
With such disdain, the cat uttered, 'Why do I resemble you! '
And the mouse has spoken valiantly, 'Your vanity has altered your hue.'
The cat, vilified with the statement
Quivering at the mere sight of her shabby self,
The modest mouse stood behind her, nonchalantly,
'See, without vanity, there's is such ample beauty.'
