Abruptness

With all that people profess themselves to be,
On various levels of acceptance...
That we all at times attach ourselves,
To feel and produce...
A greater sense of self importance over others,
We can always count on Mother Nature...
To bring us back down to Earth,
With stunning abruptness,
That keeps our feet firmly planted...
On solid ground.

And our heads and minds...
Not too high up and beyond the clouds.
Since there will be,
Periodically...
Something done 'naturally',
That affects our awareness...
With a striking effectiveness,
Conducted by truth!
And the vivid workings done,
By undeniable reality.

Soothing Effectiveness

First to drug and addict.
Making them, their thoughts
And their minds worthless.

Obsessed are the wicked,
With control and dominance.
Everything done to produce seduction,
Is purposely decadent...
To rule a planet,
That has chosen them to shun!
With mysterious suspense.

In disbelief this Earth is not alive.
With the Sun and Moon as its balanced 'guides'.
Manipulating humans try to survive and thrive,
With conflicts and deceit...
Perpetuated by religious defeats.
As warned by a God perceived to be...
Their 'genie' in a bottle...a 'He' and not 'She'.
Ready to pop a cork on demand!

How self righteous is this arrogant stance?

And yet,
Everything Mother Nature does...
Those of barbaric minds,
Do not get!
Or after suddenly upsetting...
Scientific forces set!
Quickly removing the affects.
With a soothing effectiveness...
That schmoozes with a coolness all accepts.

Mother Nature Is Not Under Contract

Creating disasters,
To generate happy endings.
To temporarily salivate.
May be okay,
To satisify the bottomline in Hollywood.

However...
Mother Nature is not under contract.
And when she is attacked she fights back.
With a taste of reality...
No one on Earth can negotiate.
Or can debate what is observed,
With a manipulation of facts!

Mother Nature is not runniing,
To be elected for office.
And being direct...
You can expect,
Mother Nature will get!
With an effectiveness...
That humbles those unsuspecting.

Nature

Weather constantly changes.
No character, only dynamic.
Dull and dreary,
Or bitter and cold,
Or bright and shiny.
This is mother nature.
She is of this world.
She dictates the mood.
She affects mine.

Emotions, constantly changing.
Personality has dynamic,
But lacks character.
It is constantly changing.
Bitter and resentful,
Frustrated and annoyed
Happy & joyous.
This is human nature.
It is of this world.
It dictates our mood.
It affects another.

Mother nature cannot be controlled.
For she is not ours.
Yet mother nature controls me,
Though I am not hers.
Together, we must exist.
We must accept each as we both are.
Though one affects the other.
Based on emotion, not character.

During the storm,
The sky is still the sky,
The ground, is still the ground
The sun is still the sun.
This is the character of mother nature.
The snow may cover the ground,
But the ground remains.
The clouds may cover the sun,
But the sun remains.
Character is always constant.

Nature affects character.
Character is patience, kindness,
Compassion, empathy, forgiving.
Plain and simple,
Our character is love.
Human nature covers human character,
Although it might not be seen,
It still remains.
It is simply covered.

For the mother is of this earth,
The father is of the next.
Emotion defies logic, as logic can defy emotion.
Follow logic?
Or follow emotion?
One cannot follow both.
This is Father God.
Character is not of this world.
It asks us to do right.
Affecting all around us.

It is the silver lining that reminds us.
The sun never disappeared.
It was just covered by nature's emotion.
Even behind the clouds,
It still shines bright.
As does my love.
For which I will live,
Will determine my legacy.

I am the sun.
I am warm.
I am a son.
I am love.
I have a Father and a Mother.
I love them both,
But which defines my creation?
Which one is my first?
Which is my last?
Which is my everything?
First was,
Last is,
And everything always will be.

Like a scale,
One pan determines the position of the other.
The centre, will never change.
It determines the balance.
Human nature on the pans.
Character in the center.
In which do I put my faith?

Undeniable

Being here together
Is like dreaming wide awake
Once you've found perfection
You know it's no mistake
too many times
I've tried too hard
To make love become real
You showed me how
My life can change
When love is meant to be

It's undeniable
Your love is undeniable
It's undeniable
True love is undeniable
It's undeniable

You can change direction
You can change your mind
Cold sky and close your eyes
but the sun's still gonna shine
'Cause when the magic comes your way
And you say it isn't real
Yeah!
There's no use to try to lie
About the way you make me feel

It's undeniable
Your love is undeniable
It's undeniable
True love is undeniable
It's undeniable

I can't turn it down
(I can't turn it down)
No one else can turn it around
It's the truest thing I've ever found

It's undeniable
Your love is undeniable
It's undeniable
True love is undeniable
It's undeniable

The Catastrophe of Delusion

The catastrophe of delusion,
Conquered into submission.
And defeated by undeniable truth...
Wounds the minds of many!

The audacity of reality,
Tearing down walls of pretense.
Leaves an exposure of falsities...
With nowhere to hide.
Or a fence to sit!

Those aware with focused eyes,
Take comforts away...
From the ones medicated.
The ones sedated,
Who board daily...
Their escapading 'trips' as scehduled.

Anything to keep their minds numbed...
With detached satisfaction.

The catastrophe of delusion,
Conquered into submission.
And defeated by undeniable truth...
Wounds the minds of many!
As a way of life,
Quickly slips from their hands!
As those misunderstandings,
Are no longer in need of clarification.

What comes to an end...
Ends!

Basically Into Themselves

People feel and see,
What directly affects.
If it is not prioritized...
They do not get upset.

When winds change,
And blame is claimed...
Those once unconcerned,
Seek attention on them aimed.

An effectiveness is expected then.
When folks feel inconvenienced,
And their whims become threatened.

But prior to that no complaints are heard.
People are basically into themselves...
Until their own footsteps,
Have been blocked or blurred.

In a collective unity,
People find no comfort in that reality.
That sensibility,
Disturbs their 'selfish' and isolated normalcy!

People feel and see,
What directly affects.
If it is not prioritized...
They do not get upset.

However...
When winds change,
And blame is claimed...
Those once unconcerned,
Seek attention upon them aimed.

One Of The Great Mysteries Of Nature

A bird or wild animal when they sense death is upon them will crawl under thick cover for to die
Why this should be great minds have often pondered though they did not come up with the answer why
Beast or bird to die will try to crawl to cover it's something way beyond them to explain
It's one of the great mysteries of Nature and as a mystery forever 'twill remain.

There are so many mysteries in Nature and us humans despite our advanced technology
Cannot unlock Mother Nature's deepest secrets and Nature to us still a mystery
Some seem to think that wild creatures die in cover from their enemies to hide themselves away
But that is just one of a thousand theories and I would rather stick with 'who can say'.

There are so many mysteries in Nature and her secrets she doesn't share with you and I
And Mother Nature to me still remains a mystery though I've lived near her since I was a young boy
And those who say they know of Nature's secrets they kid themselves or if not that they lie
For Mother Earth to us remains a mystery though to understand her ways we never cease to try.

The bird or beast for to die will try to crawl to cover even
from their own kind they wish to die alone
And why this should be to us remains a mystery and none of Nature's secrets to us known
As the years go by we acquire greater knowledge but people like the Seasons come and go
But Nature with secrecy will guard her secrets and her secrets are not for us to know.

Feel Grateful To Our Earth Mother

Feel grateful to our Earth mother for at least we should feel aware
That without her we could not exist of us she takes good care
We pollute her sky and waterways and remove trees from her land
Yet what we do to her to ourselves we do many of us don't seem to understand
The only visible God of which I can claim to know
To the great Goddess of Nature respect we ought to show
Many of her many life forms because of us becoming rare
This Earth is theirs as well as ours to live on and this Earth with them we ought to share
Feel grateful to our Earth Mother since off of her we do live
We take and take and take from her but back to her don't give
The creator of all life forms that live on land and waterway and sea
Than our marvellous Earth mother there is no greater force than she
And what we do to her we do to ourselves so happens to be true
Respect our great Earth Mother since our respect she is due.

I Didn't Realize

Hey, why are you sitting on a cloud, dangling your legs over the edge?

Come down to earth and find reality, not dreams, and make a pledge,
to try and make an effort to succeed
with your feet firmly planted on the ground,
and where no shadows can obscure your mind,
so that your future’s sound.

Hey, WHY ARE YOU sitting on a cloud?

Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t realize your situation,
but of course you're dead right, I can see that now.
Please accept my commiserations.

Eternal dreams!

Something About Insight, Intuition and Awareness

There is something about insight, intuition and awareness
That can not be taught.
Like common sense is not a family trait.
It is either there or it isn't.
Experience in observation seems to be a prerequisite.
And some folks are born to walk around,
With their heads in the clouds.

I have actually had conversations,
With those who can lie easily with a straight face.
And then embellish that with something else.
Not aware they do not have to split their lips...
Before my radar detects dishonesty about to arrive.
Dressed elegantly in full BS.

There is something about insight, intuition and awareness...
That uplifts a consciousness that is far less expensive,
Than daydreaming during a college lecture.
And much more adventurous,
Than sitting to listen to a professor's drone!
Trust me.
Been there/done that!

It just amazes me people with college degrees,
And thousands of dollars still owed on loans...
Don't have a dropp of common sense!
If I was the one paying...
I would sue!
Or demand my money back for malpractice.
The expectation and what has been accomplished,
Just does not provide the balance.
Can you 'feel' me on this?

Reality Is Killing Lots Of People

reality has been killing a lot of people
those who dare sometimes they do not recover
despite the surrender
hands raised and heads bowed
reality still kills
heads hanging on the gallows
wrists cut and bubbling foams on the mouth
that case of poisoning was never incidental
it was real and true and harsh
but that is what reality does

the only thing that kills reality
is not rage
there is this submission to truth
the gentleness of acceptance
the tranquility of avowal
the simmering of guilt to the divine
the touch of the hand of God
the light eternal
that pierces the darkness of the crevices
of our souls

it is only this
when reality is dead
and you find yourself
alive
beaming with light
teeming with life
so silent in your newly found joy
still unnamed
undefined.

Do We Listen? Do We Learn? Do We Grow? No!

A grief recycled to produce an effectiveness...
Is the same grief experienced,
By a connection that affects us all.
No one is insensitive to devastation and sorrow.
And those who pretend they are,
Only fool themselves.
No one is 'that' distant from feeling 'some' empathy.

Mother Nature is not going to prepare us,
With a scheduling of events.
God has already warned us to obey,
When leaving us to follow the Ten Commandments.
But...
Do we listen?
Do we learn?
Do we grow?
No!

Do we demand and insist,
Others know our discomforts?
The second 'that' lollipop is removed,
From our mouths.
We are prepared to vocalize,
With our petty complaints immediately.
No matter who is inconvenienced,
By our spoiled tantrum fits we are quick to throw!

The Great Goddess Of Nature

The great Goddess of Nature is the one true God for me
I feel i sense her presence in every bush and tree
You may dismiss me as an atheist since to your God i do not pray
But what you think of me is your own business and with me that seems okay
The mother of the Seasons Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring
The great Goddess of Nature her praises i must sing
The great Goddess of Nature is around us everywhere
The foods of her creations with all of us she share
We buy and sell her produce and the land we claim we own
Of the great Goddess of Nature the only God I've known
Her sky, rivers, lands and oceans we see fit to pollute
But what we do to her to our own selves we do that only seems the truth
The great Goddess of Nature she is all around me
And everywhere i turn to look her beauty i can see.

Nature's Sellout

Nature's Sellout
By Lori Triggs
Copyrighted August 26,2009

A sprinkling of sunshine to sellout on the plants
While mother nature wrapped up in her shawl,
She is watching nature’s splendors around her...
It really is a paradise:

A paradise of mother nature
From earths dust on nature’s crust.

The dewy drops on mushroom caps
Are nothing less than mother nature tears,
From rolling laughter... it’s perhaps:
Mother nature with claps of thunder with lighting.

Are mother nature tears throughout the years
The crystal glow in woodland streams.

Reflects the light of mother nature
Instead of sunshine, as it seems,
When mother nature showers fall to earth:
When mother nature falls to the earth.

It seems like sunshine on the streams
The twinkling in the starry sky.

Is nothing less than mother nature
That interrupt the flares on high,
The glow of nature’s moonlit blinks:
The moonlit blinks are mother nature
That twinkle high in starry sky.

We Are Alive

I can feel the air around me,
I can see the people laughing and singing,
I can be the spirit in the trees,
I can fly with the birds in the sky.
I can believe what I want to belive.
I can say and do what I want.
I can be who I want to be,
I can follow my dreams.
I can taste the life within me,
I can smell the sweet breath of my soul,
I can be with the people before me,
I can think of those to come.
I can see through the eyes of others,
I can put myself in their shoes.
I can feel everything around me,
I can see the people laughing,
I can hear the sobs of an infant,
I can taste the love of a mother.
I can see the lives of others,
I can imagine what they are thinking,
I can guess what they are like.
I can see the colors in the wind,
I can hear the breath of god whispering his knowlage,
I can taste the strength he gave me,
I can feel the life in my veins.
I can stand here and think of all these things,
I can watch the day fall into night,
I can wait for what tomorrow will bring to me.
I can carry the word of god to others,
I can show them the light of hope.
I can show people the truth,
I can bring you the message of life,
I can bring you the knowlage of faith.
I can run through the prairies and forest,
I can touch everything around me.
I can hear my heartbeat in my ears,
I can feel the passing spirits,
I can smell the warmth of the Earth,
I can feel the live with in me.
I can tell you you can too,
I can show you the way to be free,
I can bring you to know your mother, Earth.
I can try my hardest to show you,
I can hope you'll understand,
Yet I know
It's up to you to welcome this power,
I know you can, just like
I can.
We are one with eachother,
We are one with the Earth,
She is our mother,
We are alive.

Took Her To The Moon

(mark nesler/byron hill)
Im not sure what I did just yet
But something kicked in on the night we met
Looks like her hearts out of control
What shes gonna do next, I dont know
Shes already dreaming about a house on the hill
How does she think were gonna pay those bills
When all I can afford is a two room shack
I took her to the moon and I cant bring her back
Now where did my fishing magazines go
Everywhere I look theres another cosmo
Flowers in the kitchen and a new bedspread
Now you tell me, was it something I said
Even old blues taking it rough
She clipped his nails and powdered him up
Her minds running on a one way track
I took her to the moon and I cant bring her back
Wheres that girl that I used to know
The one who said wed better take it slow
What on earth do I do now
To put her feet back on the ground
She goes to the mall but she never says why
She brings home things that a man wont buy
Ive already told her enoughs enough
Now what are we gonna do with all this stuff
She bought a bunch of soap that she wont let me use
A toilet seat cover and hand towels too
The kind you dont touch, just leave em on the rack
I took her to the moon and I cant bring her back
Wheres that girl that I used to know
The one who said wed better take it slow
What on earth do I do now
To put her feet back on the ground
Shes already dreaming about a house on the hill
Now how does she think were gonna pay those bills
When all I can afford is a two room shack

I have seen that the American Dream is a reality - and I would love to feel the British Dream is also a reality. To enable that, we have to bring back some common sense and encourage family values, a proper sense of justice and make people believe they have a decent chance to build a business or career for themselves. I see this moment as a fantastic opportunity to restore this, because I believe Britain Has Talent.

An Easier Way to Get Outside

I feed ideas.
And they still attempt to produce,
Fire from striking rocks.

I see them,
Knocking their heads against walls.
I do my best to show them...
An easier way to get outside,
Is to use the door.
That's what it is there for.

I feed ideas.
And they still attempt to produce,
Fire from striking rocks.

I turn on the lights.
And no one notices,
The switch.
I am accused of having magic powers.
