Spring Season
Look at this world
As it smiles like a baby,
Reaching for treasures
That nature revives.
This is the time
that brings joy beyond measure,
Sweet as the memories
that fashion our lives.
Listen for sounds
that were frozen in winter,
Whispering soft
As a kiss on your hair.
Nature's reborn
And her warmth brings such pleasure,
sweet as the memories
That we used to share.
Feel the new sun
And the breeze he created.
Feel the wet earth
As it swallows the snow.
Pause to decipher
A message unstated,
Sweet as the memories
Of days long ago.

Sweet Memories Of My Childhood Days
Sweet memories of my past
Like sweet gentle breeze upon the mast
Sweet ceaseless flow of the running stream
Sweet castles in my boyhood dream
Sweet tales of ages and places
Sweet memories of names and faces
Sweet whispering voices before dawn
Sweet ecstacies that linger on
Sweet glory of hard time overcome
Sweet hopeful days to come
Sweet cherished secret untold
Sweet tasted love of old
Sweet me, in most sweetest ways
Sweet undying memories of my childhood days! !

Sweet Evening Breeze
I was loud and a little sad
She was visiting from atlanta, georgia
She had come to spend the summer with her dad
I thought she was very pretty
We would kiss and hold hands
Every night by the football field
Her body was tan
From the afternoons by the public swimming pool
Chorus:
Sweet evening breeze
Blows around my thoughts and memories
As I lie here today
And drink my tea
I can still see
Sweet evening breeze
I saw her in a coffee shop
In a big hotel down in austin, texas
She had cut her long hair off
And replaced it with
Blue eyes of sadness
Still acted like we were kids
And she told me that she had to marry
And she asked me if I did
Still remember
Chorus:
Sweet evening breeze
Blows around my thoughts and memories
As I lie here today
And drink my tea
I can still see
Sweet evening breeze
How redundant the future can be
These days of old are very, very
Ridiculous for me to see
When I think about the real gone stories
And how time holds the winning hand
I can tell by the lines on our faces
And the young cant understand
That they look at me
When they look at themselves
Chorus:
Oh, sweet evening breeze
Blows around my thoughts and memories
As I lie here today
And drink my tea
I can still see
Sweet evening breeze

Orange juice kiss
A circle of dried, sweet orange juice
Finger to mouth, the taste memories seduce
Memories of that sweet orange juice kiss
Thoughts race to the past and days of bliss
The giggling young angel standing at the bedside
The past and the present, emotions collide
Those glorious hours playing in the park
Warm sunny days before the onset of dark
When long summer day’s end and it’s time to rest
Sweet angel climbs up and lays head on my chest
If there’s one memory that brings me this bliss
It’s the memory of that sweet orange juice kiss

Love Song...
This sweet melody on air
It still reminds me of your hair
So soft and gentle to the touch
Just like this song we love so much
This sad old tune the radio plays
It holds all our memories stay
It brings me back to happier days
When we had our love have its way
For as every note that it sings
Hits a special chord in my strings
I remember the joy that it brings
This love song that we used to sing
This sweet old song that plays on air
This sad love song the radio plays
Reminds me of how we used to be
Fills me with memories of you and me…

Memories in the mind
Memories are made in the mind,
and there if you search, you will find.
There in the mind, so many things,
so many memories it brings.
So many years have passed,
of our youth, away we have cast
some memories happy, some memories sad,
memories have I, when I was a lad.
Memories have I, of a dog named shep,
memories of him, when he kept in step.
Memories of my friends, when we played,
of those days, for ever memories relayed.
Memories of family and fun,
when we talked until the setting of sun.
Memories of washing our fifty-seven Ford,
and wanting things we couldn't afford.
Memories are made in the mind,
long lost, search and you will find,
memories of days gone by,
searching memories, oh how you try.
Memories will fade out,
you have forgotton, what it's about,
memories lost in the mind,
dig them out and you will find.
Sweet Valentine.
The time has gone and your'e still everything to me
to wake up in each others arms is all I need
and I can't catch my breath untill we kiss
so hold me now sweet valentine and make a wish
When dark clouds fill the heavens and it looks like rain
your smile brings out the sunshine and their gone again
how lucky is my heart to feel like this
embrace me now sweet valentine and kiss
I sometimes find it hard to sleep beside you as you know
afraid that if I close my eyes I'll wake up on my own
What nature of enchantment makes me feel this way
your beauty and your eyes and everything you say
what warmth of loves emotion fills my mind
just you sweet valentine, sweet valentine.

Memories
(words & music by bill strange - scott davis)
Memories, pressed between the pages of my mind
Memories, sweetened thru the ages just like wine
Quiet thought come floating down
And settle softly to the ground
Like golden autumn leaves around my feet
I touched them and they burst apart with sweet memories,
Sweet memories
Of holding hands and red bouquets
And twilight trimmed in purple haze
And laughing eyes and simple ways
And quiet nights and gentle days with you
Memories, pressed between the pages of my mind
Memories, sweetened thru the ages just like wine,
Memories, memories, sweet memories

Memories
Memories of good times
Memories of bad times
Memories of our love
So many memories
Memories of us crying
Memories of us laughing
Memories of our commitment
So many memories
Memories of us hugging
Memories of us kissing
Memories of those late nights
So many memories
Memories of how we met
Memories of how you left
Memories of what you said
So many memories
Why did you leave me
with so many memories
Did you ever realize
that my memories are yours
Everything we did together
stays within our memories
I remember getting hurt
Do you hurt too
Let's make a new memory
that we can both share
Let's love again
in our memories

The sweet stays.
The fading memories still fill the heart
Like the wind’s footfalls on the lonely
desert.
Sweet memories are the persistent calyx
That wraps up the sap of the fallen fruit.
Sweet memories are the Arabian attar
That overspread the decaying pulp.
A man dies rather with sweet memories.

Do I Ever Cross Your Mind
Oh, sometimes I go walking through fields where we walked
Long ago in the sweet used to be
And the flowers still grow, but they don't smell as sweet
As they did when you picked them for me
And when I think of you and the love we once knew
How I wish we could go back in time
Do you ever think back on old memories like that
Or do I ever cross your mind
Oh, how often I wish that again I could kiss
Your sweet lips like I did long ago
And how often I long for those two loving arms
That once held me so gentle and close
And when I think of you and the love we once knew
How I wish we could go back in time
Do you ever recall these old memories at all
Or do I ever cross your mind
When old memories appear my eyes wont stay clear
When I think of those happier times
Do you ever recall these old memories at all
Or do I ever cross your mind
Do you ever think back on old memories like that
Or do I ever cross your mind

Ah My Sweet Sweet Heart
Wherever you are please stay like you always were
Ah that beauty smile may always shines throughout your world
As long as your memories are here ill never want more
Those lovely eyes will always guide my roads to God's roads
Ah my beloved I would never blame you yet if I could give you my eyes I won't say no
may the distances nor the time make you forget about my love
As long as I have even a little bit place there in your heart
As long as the memories of your and mine
When you and I were crazy in love
As long as those memories are respected
As long as my memories are there
There in your sweet sweet heart that I still adore
I can survive all the difficulties of life.

Amongst The Quiet Of Nature
Amongst the quiet of Nature with wooded hills around
The harsh cawings of the ravens the only living sound
In the nice Winter sunshine it is a pleasant day
From life's many cares and worries a place for to hide away,
Of an Earthly Utopia 'tis not hard to visualize
Where Nature in all of her splendour is beauty to the eyes
I too am part of Nature like all creatures great and small
And memories of Nature's beauty are marvellous memories to recall,
An artist on her canvas would try to capture such a scene
And I enjoy remembering the beauty I have seen
And the unmistakeable sounds of Nature on a sunny Winter's day
Like the clear flute of the magpie on trees not far away
A lovely day in Winter of around eighteen degrees
And in the stony valley there is scarce a puff of breeze.

Believe
As trees are robbed of Autumn leaf
New colours congregate beneath
A tapestry just He could weave;
Sunset reminds us to believe.
Dawn's kiss awakes the winged choir
As dewdrops flee the leaves to bask
In promised warmth across our shire
As morning mist removes its mask
Sweet childhood memories retrieved
And seeing is to be believed.
With Winter's breath the night is sealed
A starlit Eden is revealed, moon rising over open field
And muted trees that long to speak of frozen beauty,
Tonight just creak; silly people never stop to muse
Just shake the stardust from their shoes
For such times we all then grieve
Life's sonnet rhymes when we believe.
From Winter's bite comes Spring's soft kiss
And Nature's metamorphosis
From shrouded, clouded angry sky
Emerges Heaven's butterfly.
With bleat of lamb and budded morn
Heaven smiles upon the earth reborn.
Artist and poet on balmy eve
Each steal one moment to believe.
Our wine toasts absent friend the Sun
Who spreads honey over lost dreams once spun
Across meadow to bathe shy flower in hope,
Then piercing treetops; God's kaleidoscope.
The raging hiss of Summer's bliss
Duets with breeze the soul to ease
With perfumed promise lovers receive
One breath from heaven mimes- believe.

Cherished moments
I have cherished memories in my heart
They serve as buried treasure and shall never part
As I take inventory in my mind, there's a sweet aromor
I then bundled them up in my arms.
Inside I feel so good, safe from any harm
These are memories of how it use to be,
Not necessarily famous,
Nor necessarily in need,
Just sweet safely stored away
are these awesome thoughts. you see
About loveones and how it use to be
I really love those times
Wonderful precious memories,
They are oh so sweet
They are all on file, labeled as priceless,
Precious treasure, forever with me.

Memories, memories
Where are they hiding among memories?
It’s too sweet, it’s so bitter
I can reach you wherever you are
Memories, memories
Where are you hiding among memories?
You can’t change your past
But I can change your memories
Memories, memories
Where are they hiding among memories?
Give me your live
And I'll give you memories

Song of the wind
my heart awake, to the sweet chime
of echo of the wind, a calling that
flattered my being one, who waits the
dawning sunset of the beginning of a
new star beneath the twilight of
the horizon of the sky and sea
be it done my heart, let my whispering heart
listen to the cooled sound breeze that alluded
my soul to ride into the deep slumber of
joy, a joy that brings me to your crystal beauty of
eternity
oh! let the lilies that bloom lives in the oasis
of the wilderness of happiness and the magic
of incantation lives in your heart, where my
life i entrusted you so long to listen you forever
thy emptiness shadow of the past, lingers
on the day where you were born in my memories,
your inspiration comes to shelter my infinite
call to live in my heart till it ends
be my wind, a call that brings me to place of illusion
where my immortal soul await your everlasting
echo of song....... leads me........ to a place where
you want me to rest......

Good morning Sunshine
Good morning sunshine
Sweet loving light
Held in the darkness
Throughout the night
Hello sweet love
That brightens my days
With the smiles you share
And your sweet precious ways
Deep mysterious eyes
That truly amaze
The depth of passion
A heartfelt gaze
Sweet loving arms
That hold so tight
Bring warmth of love
Throughout the night
Good morning sunshine
So glad you are here
You bring such warmth
A heart so dear
Through out this day
I am thinking of you
Sweet loving thoughts
A love so true
With a simple embrace
And a soft gentle kiss
Our day lives on
Sweet loving bliss

Sounds of Nature
Sounds of Nature,
brings an echo
to my ear.
So gentle are,
their call
to my heart
Seeing this all,
birds making music,
to my ear
Sweet smell of
flowers still developing
oh, the spendor of it all
Sounds of Nature
brings an echo
to my ear.
Memories
Orbison/dees
In a cold december, memories can melt your heart away
In a warm september, you can still remember yesterday
Even in the darkest night when dreams fade away
When your love is gone, youll never be alone in memories
Memories, while walking through a winter snow, memories, when summer breezes start to blow
When true love is far away it may be yours in memories
Memories, while falling leaves just fill the air, memories, when springtime comes and loves not there
Even when you cry, try not to say goodbye to memories
Golden memories can turn the night into day, teach your heart to smile
And live each day a while in memories

Memories
My forgetfulness as good as my memories
So I always forget to keep memories away
They crowd in rushing when I am alone
But when I am among crowd they fly away.
I take every time firm resolution to forget you
But my memories as weak as my forgetfulness
So I keep continue to remember your sweet face
But I forget, you are the cause of my sadness
Sadness can give you pleasure as happiness
I am very pleasant in that of my sweet sadness
My life is a pleasure like that of slow dying
Still I drink poison in your memories and living
Forgetting in this life is as painful as dying
So I remember you all time though it is painful.
