When a baby smiles, it puts the world on pause,
We forget all our troubles, we feel at ease,
For that brief moment, when a baby smiles

How magical, the smile of pure innocence,
Messenger of joy, that sparkles our tired souls,
Free from the complications of life,
For that brief moment, when a baby smiles

Completely detached from madness and chaos,
Our hearts soar, our spirits high,
We float around in bliss,

Growing Piles

Bliss comes
Bliss goes
Another thorn
From a faded rose
Once taken in with joy and smiles
Now thrown in pain on growing piles

Sometime maybe
Somewhere baby
Will we meet once more

Sometime baby
Somewhere maybe
Will we manage an encore

Just now the fog
is no memory jog
Of how this came to be

A break felt oh so painfully

Once days were filled with joy and smiles
While the washing up just grew in piles

Sometime maybe
Somewhere baby

Smiles, I was taught never to smile
I was told the stylish smiles of buffoonery
Chicanery and larceny abound
My mom said unless someone sticks you right in front of a camera
A smile is the last thing that you wanna do
Those smiles, those mirthless toothy smiles
Smiles, they all smile on tv
The quizmaster with his withered crones
The talkshow hosting movie stars, the politician licking feet
The mugger, the rapist, the arsonic lover
All smile out from the news, at one time or another
Those smiles, those garish sickly smiles
When I was young my mother said to me

How can one smile such sweet smiles,
When one is so saddened by sorrows for miles,
How can I smile the same smiles,
When life brings me nothing but tears,
I wondered for so long,
What reason you had to smile that long,
To keep smiling though troubles come,
And still remain sweet and silently overcome,
It's such a mystery to me,
Your smiles from heaven with glee,
I adore and yet envy thee,
But I'd rather you smile those at me,
I feel happy when I see you smile,
Even if I'm sad and lonely,
Your smiles bring me somewhere,
I don't even know where,
But it was you,
You gave me the reason to smile,
To smile with no reason,
To smile for a smile,

Its a Wonderful Moment of Bliss

They lay upon the satin sheets

Entwined in each other's bliss

As they stare into each other's eyes

They recall last night love of bliss

As he traces his hands down the curve of her slender body

And smiles his wicked cheeky smile

She catches her breath, as she in turn traces her hand

Down his hard lean supple body

She smiles with devil may care in her eyes

They both loss themselves in the love of bliss once again

That makes them climax as one in the heat of passion and love

Together they are suspended in their lover's arms holding their eternal love

In one moment of sweet tender bliss

He smiles…she sighs…it's a wonderful moment of bliss

so good that you could tae the whole world on

The Sleeping Child

My baby slept--how calm his rest,
As o'er his handsome face a smile

Being A Woman

she simply smiles
her smile
closes her eyes
And looks away

The words he speaks
Cut so deep
She can barely breath
So she just smiles

Touching her hand meant to soothe
Sends shivers down her spine
Not to be rude she doesn't move
But instead just sits and smiles

Pulling her in
To holds her close
She let's him be

She cannot show
how weak she feels

Smile For Me

'Smile for me!

Is somebody waiting for me?

She took this picture

Did she take it for me?

Time is ticking,

Her smile insists, just to tell her was she waiting me?

When she smiles, I feel it, I know, I see it.

When she’s happy,

Smiles so bright, gives me another reason

For her her I’d fight!

I am happy when she’s happy

I smile when she smiles

I face the fact that it’s just her smile.

But I know inside,

Deep inside that smile,

She smiles for me, just for awhile.

A picture perfected, you should see

I just love it when she smiles for me.

She inspires me to reach out my hand

Hold her close

Let her stand

That smile of hers, no one can take,

No matter how early, no matter how late.

The time it takes, you must understand

It starting now, it starts again.

When you see her smile

It makes you see, just how deep is her real beauty.

To display her I would

Smile for me she should

My day would be complete, when she even smiles for me.

Those eyes, that skin, her hair, that grin

Makes you forget what world you are in

Her eyes I gaze

Her hands so soft

When she?

Will she?

I think she ought.

Smile for me, not the first or the last

Just smile for me, my time has past

I wait to see that smile she wore

She smiles for me forevermore.

Did I miss it?

Here it comes, a smile for me is coming out

But when, If, I wonder how.

She smiles when she sees me, when I am no where around

That smile she has inspires us all.

Will she smile? will she smile at all?

I wait to see, is it coming out? That smile is here,

It’s out it’s out

Taken with time

A grin so new

Just one more smile

Ok make it two.

Held in my arms.

Waiting’ to see.

Smiling, waiting, too much to ask,

But smile for me, at last, at last!

I saw one coming out

Here’s another

She smiles, she smiles like no other.
When she, will she, I should wonder,
But that smile of hers is the 9th world wonder.

Smile for me, smile wide smile bright!
Give me a smile to rest with tonight.

My smile is yours as you can see,
But smile for me so they all can see.

Run, Baby, Run

She was born in november 1963
The day that aldous huxley died
And her mama believed
That every man could be free
So her mama got high, high, high
And her daddy marched on birmingham
Singing mighty protest songs
And he pictured all the places
Where he knew that shed belong
But he failed and taught her young
The only thing shed need to carry on
He taught her how to
Run baby run baby run baby run
Baby run
Past the arms of the familiar
And their talk of better days
To the comfort of the strangers
Slipping out before they say
So long
Baby loves to run
She counts out all her money
In the taxi on the way to meet her plane
Stares hopeful out the window
At the workers fighting
Through the pouring rain
Shes searching through the stations
For an unfamiliar song
And shes pictures all the places
Where she knows she still belongs
And she smiles the secret smile
Because she knows exactly how
To carry on
