Soul-Sickness

How many of the body's health complain,
When they some deeper malady conceal;
Some unrest of the soul, some secret pain,
Which thus its presence doth to them reveal.
Vain would we seek, by the physician's aid,
A name for this soul-sickness e'er to find;
A remedy for health and strength decayed,
Whose cause and cure are wholly of the mind
To higher nature is the soul allied,
And restless seeks its being's Source to know;
Finding not health nor strength in aught beside;
How often vainly sought in things below,
Whether in sunny clime, or sacred stream,
Or plant of wondrous powers of which we dream!

Happy Health

Health carries happiness for some,
They master the cures for the ill,
The ill end their lives with a kindness
Due to skilful doctors all around the world.
Health combines our spirit and mind,
The body is attached for the annexation.
A characteristic may stand, all alone,
To hide the health of some asleep
In this world, or not in this world.
The body is against health if the soul states,
The statements are magnificent, hurray!

Strong Health Makes Life Prolong

Protect your precious health
Neither smoke nor drink
Let not body be abused
Pray for peace of mind

Let exercise be done
Do if possible cycling
Swimming is a fine drill
Running is incomparable

Meditation calms the soul
Walking is the safest
Jogging is concentration
Exercising is ever wise

Food habits if are healthy
Colossal benefits are got
When healthy food is eaten
Health will pick up very fast

Very easily health is nourished
As our body is a great warrior
It possesses plenty of strength
Our duty is to tap it very well.

Metal Health

Well I'm an axegrinder Piledriver
Mother says that I never never mind her
Got no brains I'm insane
Teacher says that I'm one big pain
I'm like a laser 6-streamin' razor
I got a mouth like an alligator
I want it louder
More power
I'm gonna rock ya till it strikes the hour
Bang your head! Metal Health'll drive you mad
Band your head! Metal Health'll drive you mad
Well I'm remonstrated
Outdated I really want to be over-rated
I'm a finder and I'm a keeper
I'm not a loser and I ain't no weeper
I got the boys to make the noise
Won't ever let up
Hope it annoys you
Join the pack
Fill the crack
Well now you're here
There's no way back
Bang your head! Metal Health'll drive you mad
Bang your head! Metal Health'll drive you mad
Metal Health'll cure your crazy
Metal Health'll cure your mad
Metal Health is what we all need
It's what you have to have
[Solo]
Bang your head
Wake the dead
We're all metal mad
It's all you have
So bang your head
And raise the dead
Oh yeah!
Metal Health
It's not too bad
Bad Bad
Oh get your straight-jackets on tonight Oh
Bang your head! Metal health'll drive you mad
The bad boys are gonna set you right Rock on Rock on Rock on
Bang your head! Metal health'll drive you mad
Bang your head!

Judge of Justice (Why this Poverty)

With all my wisdom
The poor bow his head
Even in your kingdom
I do acknowledge
Before cruel hand of strength
There is no regards for knowledge
Many a time
I have seen
The poor being disregarded
And badly humiliated
Is this the justice awarded?
You the judge of justice
They have nothing
Only grief as wealth
Tears roll down their cheeks
They sleep hungry for weeks
O judge of justice
Why is this injustice
What was poor's foul
Of the tactless soul
Why you sent them to world
Full of men cruel and bold
Where without strength
Poor have to mew
You showered wealth
In the houses of few
By your great grace
Many are enjoying health
It's your presence
That flower give fragrance
Then why you deprived them
Of good health and ample wealth
Why embittered their life
Shrouded their soul with grief
O judge of justice
Why you did injustice

Sonnet: Enough is Enough

I told you many times but you didn’t heed;
I warned you many times; you weren’t careful;
I did advise you, you cared not indeed;
I’d cautioned you about the things harmful.

Enough is enough, you turn a new leaf!
Life is very short ’fore you deeply sleep;
What is the use of daily taking beef?
Think of the things you do, sometimes so deep.

Health is our wealth; this is the greatest truth!
Never in life have some understood this;
Like the seed you sow, so will be the fruit;
Know this soon man or life may go amiss.

Enough is enough, think of things you do;
Health of body, mind and soul, matter to.

Help

Dream not, O Soul, that easy is the task
Thus set before thee. If it proves at length,
As well it may, beyond thy natural strength,
Faint not, despair not. As a child may ask
A father, pray the Everlasting Good
For light and guidance midst the subtle snares
Of sin thick planted in life's thoroughfares,
For spiritual strength and moral hardihood;
Still listening, through the noise of time and sense,
To the still whisper of the Inward Word;
Bitter in blame, sweet in approval heard,
Itself its own confirming evidence
To health of soul a voice to cheer and please,
To guilt the wrath of the Eumenides.

The Tipler To His Bottle

What hast thou ever done for me?
Defeated every good endeavor;
I never can through life agree
To place my confidence in thee,
Not ever, no, never!

Often have I thy steam admired,
Thou nothing hast avail'd me ever;
Vain have I thought myself inspired,
Say, have I else but pain acquired?
Not ever, no, never!

No earthly good, no stream of health,
Flows from thy fount, thou cheerful giver;
From thee, affluence sinks to stealth,
From thee I pluck no bloom of health,
Whatever, no, never!

Thou canst impart a nobel mind,
Power from my tongue flows like a river;
The gas flows dead, I'm left behind,
To all that's evil down confined,
To flourish more never!

With thee I must through life complain,
Thy powers at large will union sever;
Disgorge no more thy killing bane,
The bird hope flies from thee in pain,
To return more never!

Health and Wealth

When I had health, I strived to earn more wealth;
I toiled so hard that I soon lost my health!
When I got wealth, more vice crept in by stealth;
My wealth was gone, so also my good health!

So, keep your health and earn some wealth;
Don't earn more wealth and lose all health;
Just use your wealth to keep your health;
In life on earth, Health is your wealth!

Enough wealth but no health

I have amassed enough wealth
but not bestowed with good health
I have fine body and healthy mind
permanent weakness with diseases of all kinds

I try to look reasonable as far as possible
something forces me not to be accessible
possible so much wealth stops me to be free?
Like so many heavy fruits laden on tree

All luxury and comforts is at my disposal
I like no suggestions or good proposals
May be inner false strength or pride prevents
Ill feeling coming on fore possibly to vents

I hope and feel there is soul like thing
it urges me to stop and to do something
I lack courage and enough strength
it stops me from going to any length

I have some feelings but can’t express
Read between lines but can’t redress
it may be lacking spirit or not enough?
Prevents me from facing the situation rough

I try to come out of situation with purge
With love and kind gestures to emerge
I still think body is not that strong
Stalls the desire to move and among

Why can’t I lead the ordinary life?
Is the time still not ripe?
Am I destined to be beggar?
Troubles are in store with pills coated with sugar

is it so difficult to come out of cage?
Rewrite complete things with new page?
The body doesn’t allow me to replace rage?
It has passed with youth and now old age

if I can’t be good human being with enough wealth?
Allow me to become ordinary man with good health
it hurts me more than anything else
I shall do it with strong resolve to repulse

It is no use to continue with weak body
Then it will be business of anybody
We will be just reliant on others
Worries may engulf us and bother

Wealth has still important role to play
It can make it easy for any other way
Health is to have little more dominant part
If one has to be healthy to look rally smart

Health and wealth can’t be at anybody’s cost
Both concern us equally in life very most
One can’t be done away with one another
It has to be supplement to each other

Since wealth has failed to deliver the goods
I shall be careful about my intake or food
I may send message through new initiative
Prove to the world with the strength relative

A Dialogue Between The Soul And Body

Soul
O Who shall, from this Dungeon, raise
A Soul inslav'd so many wayes?
With bolts of Bones, that fetter'd stands
In Feet ; and manacled in Hands.
Here blinded with an Eye ; and there
Deaf with the drumming of an Ear.
A Soul hung up, as 'twere, in Chains
Of Nerves, and Arteries, and Veins.
Tortur'd, besides each other part,1
In a vain Head, and double Heart.

Body
O who shall me deliver whole,
From bonds of this Tyrannic Soul?
Which, stretcht upright, impales me so,
That mine own Precipice I go;
And warms and moves this needless Frame:
(A Fever could but do the same.)
And, wanting where its spight to try,
Has made me live to let me dye.
A Body that could never rest,
Since this ill Spirit it possest.

Soul
What Magic could me thus confine
Within anothers Grief to pine?
Where whatsoever it complain,
I feel, that cannot feel, the pain.
And all my Care its self employes,
That to preserve, which me destroys:
Constrain'd not only to indure
Diseases, but, whats worse, the Cure:
And ready oft the Port to gain,
Am Shipwrackt into Health again.

Body
But Physick yet could never reach
The Maladies Thou me dost teach;
Whom first the Cramp of Hope does Tear:
And then the Palsie Shakes of Fear.
The Pestilence of Love does heat :
Or Hatred's hidden Ulcer eat.
Joy's chearful Madness does perplex:
Or Sorrow's other Madness vex.
Which Knowledge forces me to know;
And Memory will not foregoe.
What but a Soul could have the wit
To build me up for Sin so fit?
So Architects do square and hew,
Green Trees that in the Forest grew.

I Come Back Slowly To Strength

I COME BACK SLOWLY TO STRENGTH

I come back slowly to strength
I nurse myself gradually forward
To health again
And I wait for the moment
I will not have to think
About each step I take –

I wait to forget about my own health
And wonder
If and When this will be.

I long for a poem which is true Poetry-

I think that age as a number is not nearly as important as health. You can be in poor health and be pretty miserable at 40 or 50. If you're in good health, you can enjoy things into your 80s.

Restless soul

Am I a restless soul.
A soul to be lost.
A soul not quite whole.

Im to be a restless soul
Of one that is on a search.
To find myself again.

Restles am I
A soul possed.
A soul taken.
A soul not my own.

Im to be a restless soul
Untill I find myself
Once more

The Entire Surrender

Peace has unveiled her smiling face,
And wooes thy soul to her embrace,
Enjoyed with ease, if thou refrain
From earthly love, else sought in vain;
She dwells with all who truth prefer,
But seeks not them who seek not her.

Yield to the Lord, with simple heart,
All that thou hast, and all thou art;
Renounce all strength but strength divine;
And peace shall be for ever thine:
Behold the path which I have trod,
My path, till I go home to God.

Mind Help

Place the message in your mind
And reveal it to the watchers around.
Place the obsession of the mind
In the honesty of the soul, ready to explode.

Place the vision of the eyes in your brain
Where gray and white matter is to train.
Your place in soceity is only ascertained
On the health of your body and mind.

Power Of The Unity

The ritual was strong
Deep within the soul a spark shone
Under the silence a strength grew

The power of the unity
Lead and follow forever.

Health And Happiness

Maybe it's not
That I don't care anymore
Maybe I just never did
You can't say
That I have ever lied
Because I keep the truth well hid
Tell me what's wrong
Is something wrong?
You can't be sad
When something you have never had
Suddenly feels gone
I wish you health
I wish happiness
But absolutely nothing else
I'm not here to keep an eye on you
I think you misunderstood
I could make things easy for you
I won't
But I could
Does that make you sad?
Cause you look sad
You should be glad
For what you've had
And don't feel bad
I could wish less for you
I wish you health
I wish you happiness
But absolutely nothing else
There is no distance here
To get across
There's nothing to grip
Or get a hold
The emptiness you feel
Is nothing at all
Now nobody broke any bones
It could be worse
Yeah, it can get worse
You've got your strength
And you have got your health
You should be worried 'bout
Somebody else
(chorus)
