Light Strikes - 0384
Light strikes, by chance, one must confess,
A damsel, and some hidden hand
Unveils a latent loveliness
Revealed: emotions understand.
Enlightenment all floods, and grows,
Now matches merits in all eyes,
Crimson blushing turns the rose,
Envying lost Paradise.
And she who's key to happiness,
Life's flower, fairest in the land,
Is strong beside her and we guess
Can grow as straight, - joy by joy fanned
Encircles both, needs no disguise.
Lord! When she smiles he's rich, won't ask
A golden ring engraven while
Unable to prove to the task
Responsive, equal to the trial.
Eyes sapphire lit he catches to
Name some labour, share some sense,
Creating with her something new
Extending mutual confidence.
And by her side, still hand in hand,
Lost in inner reverie,
Is true reflection who Time's sand
Can't halt because Eternity
Exists for all her smile have scanned.
Lost! For, for HER, he cannot sleep,
As soft voice haunts throughout the night,
Unman's his heart, his senses sweep,
Real charm to worship with delight.
Entranced, both day and night he longs,
New humble where he most aspires,
Creating these acrostic songs,
Expectant dreams on deep desires.
A smile beside her complements
Life's picture, growing fine and fair,
In joyful playfulness, - no care
Can alter Nature's gifts and scents,
Enchanting all the elements.
Life until now has timed away
Avoiding naught, yet finding peace
Unduly difficult, yet may
Respond discovering release
Exchanging glances as souls meet
Never to separate again,
Chance encounter? Time may greet
Experience which will not wane.
And by her side evolving elf
Listens, learns, and longs to be
Identified as in herself
Complete, responsive, harmony
Expressing authenticity.

Light's all around
From dawn to dusk
From twilight to sunshine again
A ray of hope, A beam of life
The light's all around
Amusing every soul
Cheering every heart
Enlightenment - the soul's blossom
The power of elite, subdues the ultimatum
Knowledge and brilliance - the light of callosum
Eyes that dare to dream - manifest & redeem,
Eyes for a long sight, Vision that's light
The light and its velocity, travelling evermore
The light and its nuance, the light that is science
The light for its purity, the light is divinity
The lighter side of life, the light meant for sharing
Smile - the upturn curve, the light causing delight
Peace, love & unity, the shades of light in harmony
Reaching out with flying colours,
the prismatic light of the day
Creating a spectacular environ,
the illuminated light of the night
Enlivening joyful emotions,
the light of celebrations

Smile For Me
'Smile for me!
Is somebody waiting for me?
She took this picture
Did she take it for me?
Time is ticking,
Her smile insists, just to tell her was she waiting me?
When she smiles, I feel it, I know, I see it.
When she’s happy,
Smiles so bright, gives me another reason
For her her I’d fight!
I am happy when she’s happy
I smile when she smiles
I face the fact that it’s just her smile.
But I know inside,
Deep inside that smile,
She smiles for me, just for awhile.
A picture perfected, you should see
I just love it when she smiles for me.
She inspires me to reach out my hand
Hold her close
Let her stand
That smile of hers, no one can take,
No matter how early, no matter how late.
The time it takes, you must understand
It starting now, it starts again.
When you see her smile
It makes you see, just how deep is her real beauty.
To display her I would
Smile for me she should
My day would be complete, when she even smiles for me.
Those eyes, that skin, her hair, that grin
Makes you forget what world you are in
Her eyes I gaze
Her hands so soft
When she?
Will she?
I think she ought.
Smile for me, not the first or the last
Just smile for me, my time has past
I wait to see that smile she wore
She smiles for me forevermore.
Did I miss it?
Here it comes, a smile for me is coming out
But when, If, I wonder how.
She smiles when she sees me, when I am no where around
That smile she has inspires us all.
Will she smile? will she smile at all?
I wait to see, is it coming out? That smile is here,
It’s out it’s out
Taken with time
A grin so new
Just one more smile
Ok make it two.
Held in my arms.
Waiting’ to see.
Smiling, waiting, too much to ask,
But smile for me, at last, at last!
I saw one coming out
Here’s another
She smiles, she smiles like no other.
When she, will she, I should wonder,
But that smile of hers is the 9th world wonder.
Smile for me, smile wide smile bright!
Give me a smile to rest with tonight.
My smile is yours as you can see,
But smile for me so they all can see.
Hidden behind that timeless frame,
Is a smile I would love to see again and again'

Through Every Day
The Lord has and shall always; see me through all my days,
Whatever will come before me, His Gracious hand I will see,
As my life The Lord does guide, with my Savior by my side,
Through any task, large or small, He's the Lord God over all.
I seek God's face in the morning, before any trial or warning,
When talking to Him, anywhere, my Lord God's always there,
I just share what's on my heart, knowing to me He will impart,
Calm, for another day down here, as I cast to Him every fear.
I always reach the Throne of Grace, any time, from any place,
To talk about issues at hand, all things I may not understand,
God may not alter the day ahead, but He's always, like I said,
There, whenever I need to talk, anywhere along my daily walk.
Each day from beginning to end, I speak to God, as a friend,
Who helps me with doubt I face, to supply the needed grace,
Always an ear along the way, to help me through another day,
And in God, I'm always assured, I am in the Hand of my Lord.
In my days, as they come and go, this for sure I always know,
I'm guided by The Lord above, who leads me daily in His love,
And when I pause to talk to Him, He fills me with peace within,
Through the day into the night, He is always, my guiding Light.
By The Sea
Bright skies of summer o’er the deep,
And soft salt air along the land,
The blue wave, lisping in its sleep,
Sinks gently on the yellow sand;
And gray-winged seagulls slowly sweep
O’er scattered bush and white-limbed tree
Where the red cliffs like bastions stand
To front the salvos of the sea,
Now lulled by its own melody.
Yonder the rising waters ride,
O’er ironstone masses, celled and worn;
There, gnarled and bent by wind and tide,
A single mangrove stands forlorn,
Alone in melancholy pride
A symbol of the soul of man
In Life’s wild surges tossed and torn,
That yearns amid the battle’s van
For the vast good it may not scan.
Along this silent shining sand
Come, brother of my heart, with me,
Tho’ I have never felt thine hand
And tho’ thine eyes I ne’er may see,
Yet somewhere or by sea or land
Thine heart and mine keep equal beat,
And in Life’s strange eternity
Responsive souls perchance may meet,
And know each other ere they greet.
Begone regret and carking care
That to the murky world belong
The chimes of earth and sea and air
Ring softened here to elfin song.
Come, friend of solitude, to where
The low dark jetty meets the blaze
Of sky and waters slumbering long,
Here let us dream while ocean plays
The mystic chants of golden days.

Above From The Deep
Above from the deep
Taller than the sky wall
We shall pluck the sun
Embracing all shines in our arm
Bring it back into the ground
Brightening dark deep down
A Light for our dreams to grow
Above from the deep
Let the shine in their eyes staring
Upon me holding something
In my hand without a thing
Because only my eyes knowing
The existence of what i am holding
The invisible dream that i dream
Own my heart as whole
Forever it will be placed in my hand
Coated with my every strength
With all trust i lay in this palm
For invisible dream to survive
Just like a farmer without a land
Only in my heart for seeds to grow
Waiting for wake up from long sleep
In a while we witnessing the flowing wind
Moving with the time, roll the clock wheels
Then we watching days changing to years
Observing the hopeless grass grow taller
The shine in their eyes intriguing
Of my invisible seed surfaced by the dust
Layers of ashes bury it deeper from above
In my hand, i still holding, i still believing
The strength and trust i keep holding
For a small wish one day will growing
Above from the deep
Fertilizing with trial and error
Usual watering without surrender
Above from the deep
Raising hand from below
The green hopes finally crawling out
In ambient of different calling to wake up
Above from the deep
The sun still waiting for this new born
Touch them up to reach higher as they can go
Higher and taller above
Above from this deep
I just like a farmer without a land
But seeding dreams without discriminating
Of which seeds I should choose and growing
To pick only the best one to grow, No oh No
As my heart says grow all, their potential we don't hold
So i will grow all without discriminating
Even I am only a farmer without a land
One sweet day i smell something sweet
From a garden of my soul
The growing plant i seed once
with tears and hardness i witnessed
Harvest from sweet sacrifice
Turn for joy and happiness
For reality now in same line
Side by side walk with me
Above from this deep
Sweat and tears dropp to my feet
I smell the existence of my ripen dream fruit
Yet if i grow all dreams i shall have many
Of diverse tastes and colorful flowers
So i told the seed and land, my heart of no land farmer
Believe your self to go above, get brighter
Even you cant, don't go deeper, it's darker
So take care of what you dream
Just matter of time to tell you when
For one day it will go above
Higher, reaching from this deep
Above from this deep

This is a poem that i write for one of my friend here, that finally
found the strength after many times feel down for uncertainty time
I'm so proud to see how great smile can bounce back to that innocent heart.I know we dream many things in our life, sometimes we can reach sometimes we cant but never abandon what we have start, seed them with try...maybe for others our dream is a small but in our eyes that is what we wanted for, so chase what you want to do...we may not have it now, seed takes years to grow as a strong tree, some even to sprout takes years to get favorable condition....I never agree
for whom said, pick the best seed or seedling...sometimes the weaker one could be stronger and better, it changes through time, like our life we become better..we learn to survive, so give any chance to anyone and dream to grow and proves as what they really are...and for a dream we dream we will enjoy a fruit imagine if we dream of different, we may have many types of fruits/flower just if we seed and care them....but dream without try and care it is hopeless...
It's a dream in a dream...For my friend who knows that this is for you, you have fallen many times, cry deeply and now i am glad you find a shineSo go my dear friend, for everyone Go above from the deep...you will smile, For all..LOve_Unwritten Soul

Lost In Love
Would you love me
When nights are cold
Would you love me
When I grow old
Would you care
Baby its not easy
Take me by surprise
And say youre there
Would you love me
Give me one more chance
Would you love me
Try and understand
Would you share a life
That is music
Show me in your eyes
That youll stay with me tonight
Im lost in love
I cant live without you
Im lost in love,
All my dreams around you
And Im lost in love
And its true
I cant live without you
Oh, no
Would you love me
When Im in doubt
Would you love me
Just to be around
Would you share my
Life that is music
Take me in your arms
And sing my melody
Im lost in love
I cant live without you
Im lost in love,
All my dreams around you
And Im lost in love
And its true
I cant live without you
Oh, no
And Im lost in love
Say you really want me
Love is a passion
Just cant hide
And Im lost in love
Time and again and it
Hurts me
Youll be my reason
For starting again, again
Im lost in love
I cant live without you
Im lost in love
And all my dreams around you
Im lost in love
I cant live without you
Im lost in love
Baby, baby, baby, baby, baby
Im lost in love
Baby I cant live without you

She smiles
She smiles
She smiles
Wondering how to enhance
This handsome strangers eyes
Enchanting behind the mask
Not really an easy task
Her smile once sorrow
newly got borrowed
from a deep found dream
silky as white cream
give hiddden chance
to the most troubled smile
the smile of new desire
creeping along heart wire
aiming heartily ignorance
to tore a welcome smile
from the blushing cheeks
of this handsome strangers eyes
blissful as ever the feeling
of some sudden new pleasure
she smiles and tries
her most seductive smile
power of charm meaning no harm
she just smiles to keep
the glow in his eyes warm

If life can be
If life can be measured
Then there won't be any pleasure
It has everything in abundance
Take it freely and avail golden chance
This is the only field where you need no wealth
Love takes you forever till the last step of death
Hand in hand to last and take deep breath
Everything is before you as good faith
If at all anything that can bring smile
Stay there and think for a while
What is secret behind such magic?
Why love airs such music?
Think not about fragrance
It can be had by chance
But what about whole atmosphere?
Where you dream about her without fear
Think about such magnetic field
It is forever and permanently held
Individual reaches to perfection
With only one touch and simple action
I shall prefer to swim and sink
But shall not give any chance to think
This one has been obtained through without struggle
Later on let there be hurdles and enough of troubles
If ever you feel that heart has run out of kind feeling
Go to near by jungle, sit under tree and start thinking
It may generate series of waves to make you realize
Nature is always there to take care of and oblige
I wish that love stream should never dry out
We talk enough of love and rule out
Yet its essence remains to be seen with naked eyes
Person longs for it throughout life time and tries

The Cruel Winds of Winter
Got up this morning, no sun in my eyes,
The house is so cold, no warmth to the fire,
My love is gone, he took all my desire,
And cruel winds of winter howled all night.
My love could warm me in the coldest time,
Bring the light of day to the darkest night,
As tears of my sorrow fall from my eyes,
The cruel winds of winter cry in delight.
Pull on my coat, keep the chill from my side,
I walk by the sea, the salt stings my eye,
The caps are all gray, like clouds in the sky,
And with those cruel winds of winter, I cry.
As tears of my sorrow fall to the sand,
My love is not here to warn my cold hand,
He’s gone like the sun from this harsh, gray land,
And only the wind seems to understand.
This endless winter has replaced his light,
My sweet love gone, no warmth in my sight,
I drift lost and lonely, no sleep I find,
Still those winds cry with me deep in the night.
My heart so heavy, life has no delight,
And the cruel winds of winter, torment my night.

The lost smile
The lost smile
a magic smile as a reverie
Oh! a life full of revelry
a welcome smile unsaid
leading all my way to bed
smile a seductive one
absorb me to be won
your smile tickling my cheeks
ah! raise me into the highest peaks
my hidden smile weaving silence
without sense, wait for your presence
a smile totally forgotten
drowns us all in pricking pain
a tear-laden smile on the face
speaks volumes beyond words
smile whispering colors
full of blushing pleasures
a vanishing smile with heaviness
light leaving for darkness
and me and me wandering awhile
in search of my lost smile

My Lord Alone
It is The Lord and Him alone, behind how much I have grown,
Just how I've grown spiritually, since meeting God at Calvary,
Saving me, so spiritually lost, while the Lord paid all the cost,
Saving me from my life of sin, to gain a new life all from Him.
It was God, Who set me free, to put me on my way to eternity,
He had set me free in this life, to follow my Lord, Jesus Christ.
Indwelt with The Spirit of God, to guide me on this earthly sod,
Guided out of the spiritual night, to walk in His Truth and Light.
It is my Lord Who walks with me, while on an ordained destiny,
My destiny prescribed by Christ, Who is The Author of my life,
The Author and Sustainer of, my life, through His power above,
Sustaining me in times of trial, by His power, there is no denial.
It is The Lord, my dear friend, Who shall lead me up to the end,
And at every bend I'm assured, that I'm in the hand of my Lord,
Guided by His Love and Care, Christ goes with me everywhere,
Wherever I journey, I understand, I'm forever in my Lord's hand.
While I'm in God's hand forever, I'm without His presence never,
As Christ's Spirit helps me grow, in ways, that He's yet to show,
This as my God sustains my life, in this world of pain and strife,
As I journey towards Paradise, because The Lord paid the price.

On A Good Night
(paul nelson/don cook/larry boone)
On a good night I could hop in my truck
Round up my friends and with any kind of luck
We could end up howling at a harvest moon
On a good night I could put on my hat
Head down to the honky tonk and dance
But on a real good night I meet a women like you
Brown hair blue eyes once in a life time countrified kind of girl
Heart-breaking chance-taking wild little love making
Shaking up my world
Hey on a good night I can picture the day
All my dreams come true
But on a real good night I meet a women like you
On a good night I can drive to the lake
Turn on the radio and find george strait
Then go play a little game of eight ball pool
On a good night I might be found
Draggin with the boys cross town
But on a real good night I meet a women like you
Brown hair blue eyes once in a life time countrified kind of girl
Heart-breaking chance-taking wild little love making
Shaking up my world
Hey on a good night I can picture the day
All my dreams come true
But on a real good night I meet a women like you

Do It Now
Once upon the time there was a girl/
She used to say tomorrow i can do/
But somehow her tomorrow's never came true/
Every tomorrow drugged with it another one/
And the poor girl never found the right time to do/
What she decided doing/
Once upon the time there was a pretty girl/
One day the pretty girl fell in love/
Every time she decided to describe her emotions she was shy/
She always delayed expressing her love to the next time/
And for her the right next Time never came around/
She lost her chance somehow and lost her love/
Once upon the time there was a man/
He was known with his anger and cruelty even with his little boy/
But every night the father went to his little kid's room with crying eyes watched him sleeping/
And every night he decided to apologies and never again to beat his little boy but his decision never came true/
The poor kid was the victim of having a father like him/
One day the poor boy had an accident and died/
Unfortunately the right time for the cruel father never came true to change his atitude/
So if you want to do something do it right now tomorrow may never comes/
If you want to confess your love do it right now the life is so short shout out/
Those words are there burden in your heart when still you have the time/
And when you find out that you have to change your atitude/
Change it while you still have the chance/
Never think twice to do your apologies when you really have done wrongs/

Lost In The Stars
(kurt weill/maxwell anderson)
Before lord God made the sea and the land
He held all the stars in the palm of his hand
And they ran through his fingers like grains of sand
And one little star fall alone
Then the lord God hunted through the wild night air
For the little dark star in the wind down there
And he stated and promised hed take special care
So it wouldnt get lost again
Now, man dont mind if the stars grow dim
And the clouds blow over and darken him
So long as the lord gods watching over him
Keeping track how it all goes on
But Ive been walking through the night and the day
Till my eyes get weary and my hair turns grey
And sometimes it seems maybe gods gone away
Forgetting the promise that we heard him say
And were lost out here in the stars
Little stars, big stars
Blowing through the night
And were lost out here in the stars
Little stars, big stars
Blowing through the night
And were lost out here in the stars

Walk In The Night 2
Walk in the night
Walk in the night of peace
Walk in the serene night
And prove the theories of
The pseudo scientists wrong
Walk in the with God on your side
Walk in the night
And I swear I will be your devout
Disciple and you will be the guru
Of inter racial harmony and with you
We shall rock the bastions of
Racial supremacy
To their flimsy foundations
Walk in the night and
The dreams of your clean
Mind shall seep into
Your soul and you
Will be saved by the Lord
Take my hand
And walk with confidence
In the black star filled night
Walk into the heart of
The black night of
My black lover's night
Walk in the trouble free night
You might have heard some stories
It is the people with ultra
Motives who paint
The night black
And they blacken the good
Name of the night
And the stereotypes about
The night become entrenched
In our minds and that's
Where racism takes root
Walk in the night of the home
Of the array of the black stars
Walk in the night under
The prevailing darkness of the night
Clearly let your thoughts flow
In the deep dark forest of the night
Walk with me in the night and you
Will see that I mean you no harm
Allow my child and your child to play
Together in the night and let them
Learn to trust each other
Walk in the night with my friend's
Friend and rid your minds of the
Stereotypes of racial hatred
That you have accumulated through
The passage of time
Walk in the night hand in hand
With me and you shall not try
To see me so much in your image
And I will not let my unfounded
Fear of the pigmentation on your
Skin ruin the love and the mutual
Trust that exists between us
Walk with me in this marvelous night
And be my friend or better still
Be my lover to complete
The cycle of racial harmony
Walk in the night and see
With your uncluttered mind
The ways of the world without
The confusing things of
The day blocking your clear
Appreciation of those who
Follow a religion
That's different from your
And their racial orientation
That cannot be changed by neither
You or myself

Desert Rose
Bring the lost back to the right path
Desert rose with the silence voice
Whispering in the calm scented air
Mesmerizing, captivating, a guidance
Perfume sight for blinded eyes, in the sandy breeze
Trails the hopes to find way home
Back to the place of attraction
The hidden ambitious land
In the Secret garden of oasis
Trusted voice with hidden beauty
Miles away, spraying your spirit to the air
Taste the mist of fumes, language of mystery
The fragrance essence, invisible guide within the air
Natural elixir to heal mirages curse
Revealing there are the illusion images
Awakening sanity, miraculously sober
We'll see the truth of the truth
Disperse sweetest fumes, a silky touch
Now the land hypnotized under your spirit
Soften your soul with blossom smiles
Preserve your beauty with innocent fair
Thorns be ultimate sword, guard your pride
Protect life from harmful touch of enemy eyes
Desert rose,
Unveil us the secret of life
As the only softness will survive when life is so hard
Soft as water, gentleness not easily broken, a lesson
The smell of you may call thousands souls back
Among of them most will care, a little will scare
You dont cry when the evil hands break you a part
After all you lead them safe from lost
Brokenness they made,
But your fragrance lingering in hands
Haunting them back
Rare persona... in you desert rose
In the sandy ocean, you devote for better life,
Amazing grace based on your strongest will
Days without rain while the sun vapor the strength
Resistant but beauty even the land is burning thee
Root of hopes now stronger to find water deeper
True charisma, exist in you, desert rose
Comrades by twinkling stars and moon smiles
The night seems brighter by your whispering melody
Lullabying desert with sweet enchanting fragrance
Lay in frozen curse, stay strong to stand all night long
Strong stormy sand, covering your remark
Change the hills, dust on your body,
Thirst of the better life
Standing still there,
Your smile intact in the layers,
The bud never broken before bloom
Like us you not strong for all time
One day your smiles will broken, by a hand or storm
One by one the petals depart till all gone
All petals lost, follow the wind journey in a far distance
Flying, kissing the sand and fall to the ground
Finally you vapored and dried but wont surrender
That's not over as the fume wont decay
Never stop to give up for any reason, no way
Fragrance soul cant be defeated, killed in any way
Blessing gift in the desert
Your immortal spirit back revisited
Here in secret garden of oasis
With devotion for better life, desert rose keep survive
Broken will replaced, come new buds, each will bloom
Smile again, the beauty with enchanting fumes
Lead the lost back home again
You rose once, and will rise one more time
Share your glory till the summit of sand hill
Desert Rose, the soul perfume of serenity
Live your life with strong, soul's spirit truly

About Desert Rose:
Why rose? (Rose come from word rise, haha, beauty n great fumes)
Not like other roses, this rose live in oasis
The smell is a voice, silence with sounds
Center in the desert, the spirit within is stronger like the smell it has
In our life there's obstacles and illusion around us
Just like the desert rose, the nature guidance of life
facing the mirages, a lot of illusion that fool our mind
or the hardness when people broken your soul or even
When surrounding inhibit your freedom...
I learn from desert rose to keep soul and spirit win
The smell will show where to go, back to oasis the where they came from
In windy, sandy breeze we cant see clearly..more than that the scenery in desert
all look the same, a field of sand, where to go? ? ? like blind people
to find a way alone without a stick, if we be like a desert rose
the undying spirit and soul, we will have opportunity to finish.
The desert rose perfume signal the hope that the destination to go
the spirit should never die and if it die we will forever lost
in hopelessness...Even people keep you down and down
no matter what you give to them, the smell of fragrance cant
be killed by sword, and the smell is the spirit...devotee for better life
Once again, nature taught me about life...Rose symbol of beauty and fumes
we must be soft but not easily broken, if broken revive the new hope

Take One More Chance
Ooh, I dont understand,
In this crazy world we live in,
Just look around, is it true?
No one gives a damn.
Trapped in a world of illusion,
Is it too late for us, ooh?
Baby, well never know why were stranded here,
Lost in this crowded room,
I noticed you the minute you came into view.
But youre so hard to me,
Oh, why do I care for you so?
I never ever doubt, my love,
The time is oh so right for love.
Take one more chance, this is the last dance.
Take one more chance, this is the last romance.
I dont understand,
Been avoiding me all evening.
Each time I looked you just dance,
Again on the floor.
Like life itself had no meaning.
If I could touch you,
But oohooh, deep in my heart I know,
Theres a destiny,
Through all this sadness I see.
Its not too late to change, my love,
Tonight the stars are made for love.
Take one more chance, this is the last dance.
Take one more chance, this is the last romance.
[one more chance] take one more glance and give our life a chance.
[one more chance] take one more glance and give our life a chance.
[one more chance] take one more chance, this is the last dance.

A Story Of Old
She has heard stories of old
Of men with legs
That takes the lives of many
Of her friends
Is all this just a fantasy as she thinks of stories of old
As she sits basking in the sun
Her golden flesh cascading
With the sprays of the deep blue sea
She sits upon the rock
Were the waves laps
From morn to night
Braiding her long raven hair
As her tail sways to the waves
From story's of old
The golden rays reflect
Of the gems of spray
As it splashes around her
In its foamy depth of blue wonder
She opens her rose colored lips
To sing a soft haunting melody
That as captured a many souls
That has been cast into a world of bliss
She dives below the waves
To capture a friend
Its skin so smooth
As it roams the seven seas
They frolic and play
In the ocean of jade
That as carried the life
Of so many souls
Down to the depths of the seas
But amongst the beauty
Of the seven seas
She still wonders
How man can walk upon the earth
With two legs I might add
Is that no a tad strange
For one who lives under the sea
How can they breathe the air?
That strangles the voice of purity
How can they dance as gracefully?
As the dolphins swim
From place to place with so much ease
Then to her surprise
She finds a dream come true
The one that moves her soul
The one that makes her shake with
Exquisite joy at the mere sight of his face
Is a mere mortal just like you and me?
She longs to be apart of his world
To walk the lands and smell the flowers
That bloom in April showers
She longs to be apart of his world
To feel the warmth of Mother Nature
As the sun shines down on thee
She longs to taste the tender kiss
Of love that blooms inside one soul
As man and wife learns the joys of life
She longs to hear the laughter
Of children running through the lands
As they play hide and seek
In the land of make believe
She longs to hold a child
Close to her heart
And sing sweet lullabies
In a mothers world of bliss
Her soul bleeds
To hear the sounds of family
Singing their Christmas yuletides
With glee as they sing carols
Next to a snowy Christmas tree
All that just out of reach
As she watches with sorrow
At the man that invades her dreams
She glances at one last chance
To touch him briefly
As the waves surges
To carry her to her ultimate of all dreams
Tears fall as she realizes
To let him know she exists
She must risk her life for just one touch of bliss
She touches him briefly he sees her
She sees him he wonders
To himself is this just but a dream
He catches her beauty before a glimpse in the light
He catches his breath as he watches her float
In mid air graceful with all that she is
Then like a dream she fades
Into the deep blue ocean
Never to be seen again
Was it just a dream?
Was it just a fantasy of stories of old?
Of how mermaids captured the soul
Of mere mortal men to lure them
To their deaths to the bottom
Of the deep blue sea
Perhaps the vision he just saw
Was in fact just a fantasy
One told by many
A story of old
