Alcuin - 0293 Acrostic Sonnet Initial Version
All pause and rest, who, passing by the way,
Lines read. Reflect how frail is human clay.
Can you learn from my fate what yours shall be?
Unwound my watch, run down soon yours - you'll see.
In spite of this world's gifts, old Time won't stay.
Now here, tomorrow wed to history.
And can you for my fortune care today,
Leaves turn to trace if I was sad or gay?
Care you a fig? How long in memory,
Unused, the trace of what was Life to me
Is likely to remain? All slips away,
Naught human can defy Eternity!
The Day of Judgement none can e'er delay,
And yet some ask: 'are there still Gods to weigh? '

Awhile pray pause who, passing by the way,
Lines read, reflections fragile, seedling's clay.
Can you wring from my fate what your's may be?
Unwound my watch, soon your's spun history!
In spite of this world's gifts, Time's ticks won't stay.
Now here, then there sped, bed from care carefree.
And can you for my fortune care today,
Leaves turn to trace if I was sad or gay?
Care you a fig? How long in memory,
Unused, the trace of what Life was to me
In yours may stay, int-urned - all fades away,
Naught human may defy Eternity.
"Are there still Gods who souls with feathers weigh? "
Life's stings some cling to, just for one more day.
Chance led my dance, the rest is best set free,
Unsightly glance, dust in dust locked. No key
Is there unless, perchance, through D.N.A.
Nature's template may decoded be.

Lines cue, are fed into sped changeling's clay.
Can you spring from my fate what your's may be?
Unwound my clock, soon your's locked history!
In spite of this world's gifts, Time's ticks won't stay.
Now here, then there sped, bed from care carefree.
About my fads, what gads on you today,
Leaves cause to trace if grace was sad or gay?
Care you a fig? How long in memory,
Unused, space race of what Life was to me
In yours may stay, int-urned? All slips away.
No mor[t]al s[l]ips defy Eternity.
Awhile Bede's rosary I beaded, lay
Learning as priority, salvé!
Charlemagne advised and poetry
Unfettered formulated in my see.
Ideal 'truths held self-evident' decay,
Now mocked by some as mere apostasy.
Although some style me saint, to dry bones pray,
Let well alone! To your redemption pay
Complete attention free from falsity.
Unwarranted are myths through whose haze see
Insight of 'truth' to stem their own dismay,
Near teamed tears stream for yesterdays deemed key.
Avoid crass mediocrity, display
Less pride than tolerance, life's roundelay
Clipped short can't be rebought, rethought may be,
Urge surge repeat from peat. Cacophony
Is static silenced soon, life's bubble bray
Night stifles, casket covered carelessly.
Approach existence as poetic play
Link, ink, and think, don't sink, although you may
Chaos encounter, surface foam, froth, flee.
Untie knots individuality
Insists upon through fear of castaway.
Nudge fast past selfish immaturity.
Apart from withered spoon I sleep. Make hay!
Live for today, rank tyrants disobey!
Come dusk what husk explodes with energy
Unbounded by Time's set inconstancy?
Importance lies where wor[l]dy interplay
Nets little save self echo's breviary.
Against Time's tide none ride, leaves green today
Lack lustre, sapless soon, roll over play.
Creation calls destruction, mystery
Unendingly recycled, constantly
Insipid aftertaste, lost flavour, grey.
No favour sways fickle sickle's fealty
Alas! Ball questions not life's 'Yea and Nay',
Lets bounce pronounce directions for role play,
Checked, Chance advance swift mated, Fate's decree.
Useless to appeal, squeal 'gainst spiel's fee,
In debt all ultimately must repay,
Nature's 'jeux sont faits', recoups fling's spree.
'Are there still Gods who souls with feathers weigh? '
Life's stings some cling to - just for one more day.
Chance led my dance, the rest is best set free,
Unsightly glance, dust in dust locked. Agree!
If reply lies decoding D.N.A.
Nature's template still shrouds secrecy.

A Human Body
Words and music by roger taylor
They were talking in whispers
In bear skins and fur
Captain scott and his heroes to be
To have laboured so long
To have made it this far
Ooh its been such a long ride
Ooh you know its been a long way
For a human human human
For a human body you see
Can you believe it happens?
Now it happens here
Do you believe do you believe or really care
Can you believe it happens?
Now it happens here
To a human human
With a human body you see
There aint nobody gets out of this moonlight
Today is surprisingly fair
Oh oh oh oh woo woo
Weve got problems the lone ranger cant fix
The invisible man couldnt see
It takes a tough guy
To learn some new tricks
Ooh it takes such a long time
Ooh its been such a long way
For a human human human
For a human body you see
Can you believe it happens?
Now it happens here
Do you believe do you believe or really care
Can you believe it happens?
Now it happens here
To a human human
With a human body you see
You know its been such a long while
Its been such a long while
Takes such a long time
It takes such a long time
Its been such a long way
Been such a long way
Its been such a long while
Been such a long while
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah!
Its gonna be a long ride

Unique
Silk seconds string net spider-strong to weave
minute spun-sequence skeins which interlace
hours which in turn days turn to years that race
to knit an unknown fate. No need to grieve.
For from Life's cup joy stems which win reprieve
from Gods, grown jealous of the human race.
Cause and effect are manifest, - one face
coeval with charm eternal can receive
accolades none challenge, disbelieve.
Innate these qualities, where talent, grace,
integrate the skills that interface
potential never hitherto achieved.
All future generations must regret
They lived not now, - such gifts none shall forget!

Tomorrow
Tomorrow it is
Tomorrow we will
See where the roads they lead
Tomorrow's my dream
Tomorrow's the better me
Tomorrow never may be
Looking inside tomorrow's head
Tomorrow pretends to be brain dead
Tomorrow wants me to long for him
I spend today seeing tomorrow's beam
Tomorrow is there
Yesterday's tomorrow is here
Yet tomorrow I seek
My lamp's got enough oil and wick
Tomorrow where are you?
I've seen today but I look out for tomorrow's dew
Not today, I'll take care of that tomorrow
Tomorrow I'm here, tomorrow you're today
From 5years old, I'm 50years old one more day
The hour-glass spins and sands they turn
The clock it ticks, the second-hand warns
Tomorrow is today gone
What have you done? .

Our Love Is Here To Stay
George and ira gershwin
The more I read the papers
The less I comprehend
The world with all its capers
And how it all will end.
Nothing seems to be lasting.
But that isnt our affair;
Weve got something permanent,
I mean in the way we care.
Its very clear
Our love is here to stay;
Not for a year
But ever and a day.
The radio and the telephone and the movies that we know
May just be passing fancies,
And in time may go.
But, oh my dear,
Our love is here to stay;
Together were going a long, long way.
In time the rockies may crumble, gibraltar may tumble,
Theyre only made of clay,
But our love is here to stay.

Nobody's Home
It's empty now, no friendly face,
and nothing lives within.
I look around and I find no trace
To tell me what has been
So far I've come to find there's no one here, no life & fear
I came for nothing, they have gone
And Nobody's Home.
I came to learn, perhaps to teach
But I can tell somehow
The world that I was sent to reach
Has got no future now
Across the galaxy to spread the word, and no one heard
I came for nothing, I'm alone
And Nobody's Home
A requiem was never sung, no elegy was read
No monument was carved in stone in memory of the dead
For those who made this place do not remain, they feel no pain
A stranger fate was never known

Keep Moving
Hurry up
Dont slow down
Pick a time
Dont let hands pull you down
If youre waiting
Have it up
Move along
Say goodbye
Dont let words stay too long
If youre leaving
It read
We missed you
Between the lines
It said hold it high
With a smile
Speak out loud
With the mind of a child
If youre lucky
It read
We missed you
Between the lines
It said hurry up
We really must be going theres no time to delay
We have to leave our message because we cant stay
It really is important so remember take care
Please keep on moving cos theres nobody there
It read
We missed you
Between the lines it said
Weve waited for so long
But now its time t-t-to keep moving along
Here and there are the signs
On the road give way to stop and go
When youre moving
It read
We missed you
Between the lines it said
Weve waited for so long
But now its time to to to keep moving along
Keep moving, youve got to keep moving
Keep, keep, youve got to keep moving
To keep moving along

Here Today, Gone Tomorrow
Youre like a sailor with a girl on every shore
Stay with them now for they wont see you no more
Like a gypsy forever on the run
Stay for a while, while you look for a whore
Like that sailor leaves, come back again
Stay for a while, and they wont see you again
Like that gypsy caravan forever on the run
You stay for a while, then you pick up and go
Thats how you show your love for me
Thats how you show your love for me
Youre like
Here today, gone tomorrow
Each time you call, you leave a little sorrow
Youre like
Here today, gone tomorrow
Each time you call, you leave a little sorrow
Youre like that big, big star, hes tore the town apart
Givin everyone to console their aching heart
Like that snow that fell, looks so wrong and out of place
Stay for a while, then you leave without a trace
Thats xactly like that star, he tore the town apart
Leave everyone to console their aching heart
Like that snow that fell, looks so wrong and out of place
Stay for a while, leave without a trace
Thats how you show your love for me
Thats how you show your love for me
Here today, gone tomorrow
Each time you call, you leave a little sorrow
Youre like
Here today, gone tomorrow
Each time you stay, you leave a little sorrow
Oooh-huh oh-ho
Here today, gone tomorrow
Hmmm yeah
Your like
Here today, gone tomorrow
Each time I call, you leave a little sorrow
Here today, gone tomorrow
Each time I call, you leave a little sorrow yeah
Here today, here today but gone tomorrow
(thank you)

Tomorrow's Goodbye
(Gary Rossington - Johnny Van Zant - Rickey Medlocke - Hughie Thomasson - Gary Burr)
I'm just a cityboy
But there's a small town side of me
And i feel it closin' in
Are we blind to see
That she's dying more each day
And she's crying out to you and me
Changes come and when they're gone
They curse the fools who wait too long
So let's take care of what we have
Before the good we know goes bad
And the beauty fades and just slips away
The dirty air,the dying seas
Will this be the world we leave
To the wild and young
I say,just look at what we've done
And right before our eyes
Today's yesterday
Will be tomorrow's goodbye
Here comes the rain
And it might wash her tears away
But it doesn't change a thing
Like my brother before me
All i can do is write this song
And for her i sing
So let's take care of what we have
Before the good we know goes bad
And the beauty fades and just slips away
The dirty air,the dying seas
Will this be the world we leave
To the wild and young
I say,just look at what we've done
And right before our eyes
Today's yesterday
Will be tomorrow's goodbye
Do you ever think about
The future or the past
Do you ever wonder
How long this world will last
So let's take care of what we have
Before the good we know goes bad
And the beauty fades and just slips away
The dirty air,the dying seas
Will this be the world we leave
To the wild and young
I say,just look at what we've done
And right before our eyes
Yeah,it's right before our eyes
Today's yesterday
Will be tomorrow's goodbye

Short Message
history written and repeated
human learn and human failed
life circles
born, grow, repro then die
Parker Pyne said that there's five cause unhappiness in human statistic
'why am I living? '
is the common question in daily life and story
only human have a thought to ask about that
maybe you'll throw your safety and go to Alaska
or doesn't care about Copernicus but knows well about smoke ash
or maybe you're pretty satisfy to be watcher all long your life
there's a lot reasons to answer in human language
to argue and doubt how much your highest price
but you should know that this life is not fiction
you really are connected to people and some place
one single grain sand that create great long and beautiful beach
no matter how vaguely your explain about your self
or slightly your dream becoming true
worth the life

Will The Poem Written Today/ Read Well Tomorrow?
WILL THE POEM WRITTEN TODAY/ READ WELL TOMORROW?
Will the poem written today
Read well tomorrow?
Will what seems so right now
Last beyond the time of its being said?
Or am I a poet of the present moment only
Who in the saying believes in what is said
And who fails in the long – term reflection?
What will remain of all my ‘presents’
And all those times of writing
And feeling it is true?
Years from now
Long after I will be able to read any poem
Will these lines mean anything
To anyone?

To Burn Unused
“TO BURN UNUSED”
“To burn unused”
To be needed by no one
A burden to family and friends
A burden even
To the health – care – system.
Useless, sick, old-
Wondering how once a long time ago
One was a human being
And got somehow-
Without wanting or trying to-
To being
Something else.

Let Heart lead Head
Ambitions spurn, should man on man blind prey?
Sterile most gifts, where true hearts may not share,
phrases echo empty where none to care: -
best let the heart lead head along Time's way.
Life offers much, though who takes should repay
without delay, of bias, prejudice beware!

Path Of Mirrors
They walk so close to you, yet so far away
Their eyes are lost, their faces fixed like stone
They walk behind the mirrors and here they shall stay
You walk with other souls liveng, breathing, yet for them they are alone
You walk through the hall way down the path of glass
You watch as they walk on into eternity, into the dark
They walk there behind the glass,
People around you going through leaving their mark.
They walk past your reflection as if you never saw
They walk through time as if time weren’t there
They know you would never aproach them
They know you would never dare.
They walk through the glass and look straight ahead,
They know nothing lies ahead, yet they know they can not turn back,
So they walk into nothing instead,
Passing you so all you see is their back.
You pause infront of the glass looking looking past,
You know that you shall not join them you know it is not your fate
You think about the footsteps you take, wondering which shall be your last,
You walk on again only thinking of their fate
Their faces emotionless the souls so cold,
You think of how you own skin feels, so warm,
You watch as the move like action figures made from a mold,
All the same, all waiting out the storm
The storm of life, the storm of death,
You walk along side them as they walk past everyone,
They watch ahead never turning, never looking above,
They turn to noone.
You walk along beside them as they take no notice to lifes dance,
They only walk past, walk through the mirrors of fate,
Kepping one great stance,
You watch people finding their fate.
Their faces so still, alone in the world, without hope
You watch them walk on, you watch them pass
You see their unmoving faces, as they walk up the endless slope
They walk along, behind the glass.
You turn to watch as their souls move on,
You reach out your hand to touch the glass,
Only to feel the glass is gone,
You watch as your hand passes through the glass.
As you hand melts through one by one the spirits turn,
One takes your hand and pulls your arm through,
More spirits feel your presence and more turn,
They watch as you melt through.
You watch your world leave as you leave it,
You have found you fate and not you are here along with them,
They walk on as you pull your body through, leaving behind the sweater of life you knit,
You have come and joined them.
You look back at the mirror to look at your face,
And you see your eyes becoming lost,
As you enter their race,
The race that shall never end, the race through eternity, for now you are lost
You skin feels so cold you face feels so hard,
You walk with them, as one
As you emotions turn hard,
In true time you are done.
You walk with them, walk alone
They walk so close to you, yet so far away
As everything becomes an endless drone,
For now you are here to stay.

Leave Me To Mother Nature
I don't want to live for to be frail and old and kept alive by pills
And taking the most unnatural drugs for to combat my many ills
Leave me to Mother Nature my fate she will decide
Since the Reaper will find us all one day from him we cannot hide.
The greatest people we know of their fame was known World wide
They loved life, their achievements great but they grew old and died
The longest human life seems brief in the eternity of time
And time outlives the artist's fame and the great poet's greatest rhyme.
With pills do not prolong my suffering of suffering set me free
Leave me to Mother Nature she knows what's best for me
Human bodily parts like an old car engine with age slowly decay
Leave me to Mother Nature when I've known my better day.
Leave me to Mother Nature of me she will take care
An ageing body as we know is beyond human repair
Us Humans like Nature's Seasons to life we come and go
But Mother Nature lives forever the only God I know.

History Will Teach Us Nothing
If we seek solace in the prisons of the distant past
Security in human systems were told will always always last
Emotions are the sail and blind faith is the mast
Without a breath of real freedom were getting nowhere fast
If God is dead and an actor plays his part
His words of fear will find their way to a place in your heart
Without the voice of reason every faith is its own curse
Without freedom from the past things can only get worse
Sooner or later just like the world first day
Sooner or later we learn to throw the past away
Sooner or later just like the world first day
Sooner or later we learn to throw the past away
Sooner or later we learn to throw the past away
History will teach us nothing
History will teach us nothing
Our written history is a catalogue of crime
The sordid and the powerful, the architects of time
The mother of invention, the oppression of the mild
The constant fear of scarcity, aggression as its child
Sooner or later
Sooner or later
Sooner or later
Sooner or later
Convince an enemy, convince him that hes wrong
Is to win a bloodless battle where victory is long
A simple act of faith
In reason over might
To blow up his children will only prove him right
History will teach us nothing
Sooner or later the world first day
Sooner or later we learn to throw the past away
Sooner or later the world first day
Sooner or later we learn to throw the past away
Sooner or later we learn to throw the past away
History will teach us nothing
History will teach us nothing

The Uncultured Rhymer To His Cultured Critics
Fight through ignorance, want, and care —
Through the griefs that crush the spirit;
Push your way to a fortune fair,
And the smiles of the world you’ll merit.
Long, as a boy, for the chance to learn —
For the chance that Fate denies you;
Win degrees where the Life-lights burn,
And scores will teach and advise you.
My cultured friends! you have come too late
With your bypath nicely graded;
I’ve fought thus far on my track of Fate,
And I’ll follow the rest unaided.
Must I be stopped by a college gate
On the track of Life encroaching?
Be dumb to Love, and be dumb to Hate,
For the lack of a college coaching?
You grope for Truth in a language dead —
In the dust ’neath tower and steeple!
What know you of the tracks we tread?
And what know you of our people?
‘I must read this, and that, and the rest,’
And write as the cult expects me? —
I’ll read the book that may please me best,
And write as my heart directs me!
You were quick to pick on a faulty line
That I strove to put my soul in:
Your eyes were keen for a ‘dash’ of mine
In the place of a semi-colon —
And blind to the rest. And is it for such
As you I must brook restriction?
‘I was taught too little?’ I learnt too much
To care for a pedant’s diction!
Must I turn aside from my destined way
For a task your Joss would find me?
I come with strength of the living day,
And with half the world behind me;
I leave you alone in your cultured halls
To drivel and croak and cavil:
Till your voice goes further than college walls,
Keep out of the tracks we travel!

Living For Tomorrow
Music :rudolf schenker
Lyrics:klaus meine
Im still living for tomorrow
Im living for today
Lets make this world
A better place to live
Stop to take
Start to give
Loves got the power
To get it done
To stop the pain
Of a killing gun
And even if you say
Were gonna die today
Im still living for tomorrow
Im living for today
Cause love will find a way my friend
Whatever it will take
Im still living for tomorrow
Im living for today
Why dont we try today my friend
To make this world a better place
Lets make this life
A better life to live
Stop to hate
Learn to forgive
Evil power can kill
The human race
If we give life
A human face (a human face)
And even if you say
Were gonna die today
Im still living for tomorrow
Im living for toda
Cause love will find a way my friend
Whatever it will take
Im still living for tomorrow
Im living for today
Why dont we try today my friend
To make this world a better place (a better place)
And even if you say
Were gonna die today
Im still living for tomorrow
Im living for today
Cause love will find a way my friend
Whatever it will take
Im still living for tomorrow
Im living for today
Why dont we try today my friend
To make this world a better place
Im still living for tomorrow
