The Poet Still Cries

In a maze, void of direction,
I grope vainly, aiming for conclusion,
I see much, yet all is delusion,
The walls craze me, absent of solution.

I tirelessly persevere, going ahead,
But the end is not near, I feel dread,
I pray, but He can't hear, I am mislead,
Man is overcome by fear, my hope is dead.

I bear all, I seek redemption,
The martyr will fall, only for resurrection,
He will hear my call, and forgive my rebellion,
I gaze at the hall, embracing the deception.

I hunger, my feet grow weary,
I thirst for more, humanity breathes barely,
I resent Her, and alienate reality,
I despise the Whore, and curse this mediocrity.

She leers at my weakness, sneering with apathy,
Her appetite is craven, lusting after the sensibility,
She lives off of crushed love, on broken liberty,
Her crown of despair, rules entirety bleakly.

Yet I know she fears, she envies humanity,
She knows the truth, in us lies Beauty,
She trembles unwittingly, recognizing her futility,
She clings to delusion, denying her impunity.

For mankind has sadly embraced this fate,
The potential of indecision too much to take,
So they now wallow in jealousy and self-hate,
Abandoning compassion for an illusion's sake.

They embrace reason, mindlessly craving an absolute,
In a universe of detachment, they stifle the music of the flute,
They ignore their identity, placing their hearts on mute,
They betray their muses, trading them for servitude.

But from I, the silent sounds of subjectivity will still rise,
The human soul will forever remember through my eyes,
How you sacrificed beauty in exchange for lies,
And why oh why the poet still cries.

Why

Why?
My human eyes gaze at the sky,
The Beauty imprisoned by the lie,
My tormented soul wishes to fly,
My body aching, begging to die.

Why?
Beauty sleeps in the heart,
True infinity in everyone's hope,
Reality and serenity so far apart,
Oblivion promised at the top of the slope.

Why?
Constrained by man's domination,
Twisted by vanity and frustration,
Fearful of the only solution,
Absolute peace in emancipation.

Why?
The dreamer refuses to live a lie,
Impossibility no matter how hard he may try,
His broken wings, the final sigh,
Again Beauty slumbers, humanity's cry.

Why?
God is dead, humanity crumbles,
Goodness has fled, Beauty stumbles,
The truth is red, away life tumbles,
Cruelty is lead, wickedness rumbles.

Why?
We are blind, we can't see,
Our kind is extinct, we must flee,
Hope we cannot find, so let us be,
No solace of mind, never again peace.

Repetitious Nature - Love

I love you my love, your heart is a black hole, I'll never escape from you, untouched by time, a universe of our own.

I love you my love, you're my haven from desperation, sanctuary for the weary, the crown to our supremacy.

I love you my love, inspiration from the noblest dedication, lending me the fire to bring me higher, the passion of creation.

I love you my love, whether I endure the torture, forsake my shame, aspire for more, I'll always remember your name.

I love you my love, overcome by the universe, crushed by fatality, broken by my curse, trapped in a twisted reality.

I love you my love, render my existence bearable, my motives honorable, save me from chaos, erase the terrible.

I love you my love, once I'm done, no pleasure in fun, meaning to be the one, fulfillment is undone.

I love you my love, clutch on to uncertainty, risking truth's integrity, for the hope of a better destiny.

I love you my love, confusion dominating through the lie, virtue and beauty shatter and die.

I love you my love, my spirit soars, wishing to fly, crashes to the ground, fallen and dry, society will sigh - hear my soul's anguished cry.

I love you my love, grasping the threads of insanity, weaving them into a tapestry, revealing life's heresy.

I love you my love, my eyes lifted far above, hoping to receive an answer, wishing the absolute could really love.

I love you my love, desiring ultimate comprehension, about the human being's nature, to know our destination.

I love you my love, will I ever have rest, will I be granted another breath, can I live another day, knowing there is no other way.

I love you my love, I feel the end is near, my life is of no worth, so there is no reason to fear.

I love you my love, all I wish you is the best, you are the noblest person, you deserve nothing less.

I love you my love, there is nothing else to add, my heart will always belong to you, so rejoice, there is no reason to be sad.

I love you my love, all has been said, I promise we will be together, to remember me, my words but have to be read.

I love you my love, all things have an end, or do they, the circle is eternal, so they say, so likewise is our love, to us, it is forever today.

Dread And Detachment - Triumph

Fear of the indifference,
Hunger for aesthetic sense,
Wisdom in reiterance,
Failure in passions.

Imaginative dysfunction,
Delusional comprehension,
Dreadful perception,
Human inception.

The unseen depth of understanding,
The greater wish of empowering,
Truth in emotional withstanding,
Brutal reality and forbidden loathing.

The soft melody of paradox's prison,
Tyrannical love gives birth to dissension,
Destructive lust gives heed to indecision,
The struggle of identity again arisen.

The mournful cry of the unfathomable heart,
Trickling skywards to heaven's apart,
Lonesome journey to the truth in art,
Surrounded by desert, the poet must start.

Bound to the path, a promise to keep,
Immortal and divine, plurality too deep,
Lull the mind, slow the mists as we weep,
I am a boy, I only wish sleep.

As I slip further gone, pulled by this power,
I resent the world, the torture of every hour,
My eyes see nothing, yet Truth is in flower,
The mind is infinite, reason trembles and cowers.

Kindle my shame, ignite my ignorance,
Feed the flame, enslave my arrogance,
Remember I came, forget not my vengeance.

This muse which counsels is my friend and my fire,
This passions burns bright, my vision aims higher,
Behold my glory and light, my will cannot tire,
Dread this night, my fight all will inspire.

The essence of existence, the absolute liberty,
Preceded by desire, bask in universal serenity,
The subjective is right, find love in Beauty,
This is human might, in us is eternity.

Deviance

I embrace the darkness within
Forever serve beneath its hand
Horrid thoughts that surface to me
Ceremony bloods command
I will live through this forever
I have done the things you grieve
As you kneel before its evil
Death is here deep inside your

Skinned alive now naked
Terrorized no humanity
Seek salvation from an mia god
Empty vessels chanting for your death

Walk the streets beneath the shadows
Searching for a cryptic bride
Eat alive the conscience I hate
Without pain I watch you die
I will live through this forever
I have done the things you grieve
As you kneel before its evil
My face is the last you'll see

Soaked in blood the mask you wear
Haunting cries the dead scream for me
Staring eyes invoke no guilt
I can taste your mind your lifeless

Face the dead and dying
Feel your life drain
Through your soul
Seek salvation from an mia god
Empty vessels chanting for the dead

Death is yours
Your veins have dried
Staring eyes of glass now empty
Still you speak with lips so cold
In my head I hear you cry

God is dead can't save me
Taking lives with impunity
Resurrection of a deviant Christ
Feeding hate to capacity - deviance

Seek Beauty

how long
and how lonely
are the steeps of your lies
and yet
how painfully liberating is the path that your truth requires?

so seek
seek beauty
in laughter and in tears
seek love
and fantastic colours just may highlight the dust in your eyes
seek beauty

coz in the end
when the lamp oil
burnt the flicker once and for all
we fade
we perish in that final hour
savouring the promise of glorious dawn

so seek
seek beauty in the ugly and in the vain
seek love
and fantastic colours just may highlight
the dust in your eyes
seek beauty

and take joy
in your daily struggle
let go repulsion as it clings to the shock
discovery
entering illumination
the transformation of matter into void

so seek
seek beauty
in corruption and in the pure
seek love
and fantastic colours just may highlight the dust in your eyes
seek beauty
seek beauty!

Thought And Demise

What is a thought meant to be,
But a hazardous waste of collected memory,
Twisted and embellished into clarity,
To complacently fall into sanity.

Who can understand enough to categorize,
The emotion that looms in the depths of the wise,
That animate all and light up the eyes,
That stir and trouble the sensitive cries,
Enshrined in a forgotten isle of lies,
Precariously navigated by the reader of skies,
Awakening the artist, who anxiously sighs,
Confronted by a reality he ardently denies,
In an idyllic stupor of creativity he lies,
The expanse of Beauty he tragically espies,
Vainly piercing the conceited disguise,
Of the unseen friends that secretly chastise,
Bane of the thorny rose that withers and dies,
Discarding shards of memory, the poet replies,
Hoping to perceive this catatonic prize,
As hope crumbles insipidly into demise,
Abandoning humanity with mournful goodbyes.

He Said He Wants to Be a Woman

'Just let me go!
God made a mistake-
It's what I know
This love is fake! '

With utter despair
He cried to be free
From his prison there
Into his fantasy.

An abysmal confusion
A mixture of roles
Of hopeless depression
A search to be whole.

His desires for men
Growing deeper inside
Consumed him by then
He no longer could hide.

'I am a woman, ' he said
Watching his wife cry-
'Share another man's bed
That is what I will try.'

So he left her to be
A woman of illusion
From a HE to a SHE
Craving men's affection.

From lover to lover
He searched for acceptance,
But sadly discovered
Love's elusive substance.

It's not Love to be used
Drained of one's resources,
Rejected and abused
By the greed of leeches.

The delusion was such
That he could not take it
Suicide offered much
Quiet peaceful relief.

Now this woman a man,
Lies in his/her casket
A forgettable human
Filled with so much regret.

It's the devil's deception
And the price is too great,
For to live in rebellion,
Without God - a sad fate!

'But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but YOU MUST MASTER IT.'

The Other

I cannot write.
The star is dead.
The poet in me returns to slumber.
So fleeting the instant, so silent the time,
Already Fall slips into December.
The twilight has come.
The end is near.
The final sigh of Winter.
Nature heaves, my heart dies.
Life poised on a balanced whisper.
That cannot fly, is already gone,
Far away, twisted by a convulsive mutter.
I am lost, I am dread,
The illusion so faint, so sweet.
It was said, I once said.
You are mine, I am yours,
In you fulfilled, I drink and meet.
Lost, oh lost, hopelessly lost forever.
Escape, escape, I fly, I run, I go.
On the precipice of dreams, I roam.
Roam in search of another.
But I am, no more, I know,
No more will Beauty shine.
For what is right, what was mine
Has left, has left me for no other.
I cannot write.
The star is dead.
The poet in me has fallen.
Fallen asleep, away from me,
Fallen in the hands of another.
It was said, I once said.
That love lasted forever.
The brilliant bushel of light
I surmise
Has fallen to the shadows of Winter.
So have you betrayed me,
With lies,
In lies, you lied with another.
So fall I have, in Fall I shook,
In Fall I met with a stranger.
Not of peace, not of hope.
The sightless eyes of restless demise,
These eyes of sorrow did whisper.
Of the deed you did, of the cries of joy,
The cries you never would utter.
For me, for me, for me,
For me you ever did slumber.
But for him, this man,
The alien, the fool,
You did turn yourself traitor,
You gave yourself, so entirely,
So entirely to another.
I cannot write.
The poet is dead.
I finally put an end to the torture.
It was a beautiful night,
Not a breeze crossed my sight,
On this longest twilight of December.
I slew the poet,
I slaughtered the stranger,
I murdered the man, this Other.
But in shame, in shame,
In misery, I did exclaim,
In shock I beheld another.
Not a stranger, no other man,
Truly
None other, none other was the stranger.
One and the same,
Yes, one and the same,
I had been deceived forever.
This curse, this doom,
This misery, this gloom,
Must look no further for its maker.
The artist of design,
The creator of the Line,
The one and only Stranger.
I cannot write,
This poem is dead.
I am now trapped in eternal slumber.
The poet was right.
It was said, I once said.
Beware the longest night of Winter.
The Beautiful night, the absence of light,
Will bring you, truly,
Will bring you naught but dread.
And so it was, the poet was dead.
The deed was done,
I ended the stranger, the impostor,
The traitor.
But in death, in death,
Even with his final words he said:
My brother, my brother,
What have you done my brother.
There is no Other.
Rest peacefully brother.
For together, in each Other.
I am dead.

No Rest for the Weary

No Rest for the Weary
By: Adam M. Snow

There's no rest for the weary;
all those times we were dreary;
and agony suffers evermore.
We are swallowed by time;
wanting to die;
all from tormented prime;
and the tears we've shed evermore.

We are weak, bounded by fate;
surrounded by, no love but hate.
There's no dream for the weary;
and all around the night grew eerie.
The sun falls in an endless abyss;
followed by all hope and bliss.

With nightmare following by;
we cannot help but to cry.
As Poe's raven cries nevermore;
we become more like a withered rose;
growing out of an open door.
There's no end for the weary;
as we see death even clearly.

We raise the gauntlet of raw;
to our suffering and flaw;
followed by our agony and tide;
to those who's trying to hide.
There's no rest for the weary;
as we ponder all that is leery.

We've been swallowed by lies;
in this time of demise;
being left dead but alive;
in this abode for peace;
nevermore will it cease;
in the minds of all;
as we continue to fall.

There's no hope for the weary;
with eyes so teary;
as we weep what we sow;
with our fears we bestow.
Now taint is our soul;
as we lie, buried in this hole.

With hearts full of dread;
we try to be one with the dead;
only to suffer more.
Now with uncaring eyes;
tormented and scorn;
we despise our demise;
and brake free evermore.

There's no time for the weary;
and those who are deary;
only to be tormented by glee.
We're not broken yet we cannot see;
our life beyond this narrow pass;
trapped behind the looking glass.

The mourners gathered to your delight;
to welcome your tormented night;
and by the moon the reaper weary;
as we lay to rest this time so dreary.
Go on now my wayward son;
and be free from all we've done.

Cut all your strings;
spread your new found wings;
and soar into the sky anew.
You're no longer weary;
no longer dreary;
now that you are free.

Albert Einstein

A human being is part of a whole, called by us the 'Universe,' a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

The Bowl and The Spoon

i hear the sound of humanity's voices,
the sound of suffering and need.
i smell the fear, and i feel the anger,
of those left alone, the victims of greed.
i feel the hate of the guns and the bombing,
the terror of women and children.
i cry the tears and shed blood with them,
i hear the prayers of the dead for the living.
i feel the hunger of children left starving,
i am the anger of the unemployed in line.
i breathe the despair of those left homeless,
i am the hope of those looking for a sign.
i am the body that somehow god needed,
i am the ears the lonely pray for.
i am the eyes that see through the heart,
the prisoner walking through the last door.
i hear the sound of the baby crying,
i feel the mother walking across the room.
i am the father praying for work,
i am the bowl and i am the spoon.

Mankind to justice,

Mankind to justice,
Mankind to justice will prevail,
The last man that hops will seek that little to the best,
Like this little earth hast no morals,
What is man's happiness?
Not that which we desire,
But that movement that will never lie and bring justice,
There is no good or evil,
There is the Heavenly Realm that will make man realise this beauty,

Thinking of my own picture there is that manna from Heaven,
I feel that I need this time that is my sign,
There is taste that is Beauty than morals could imagine,
Mankind that hast no felonies,
This is the Right Justice that will save Humanity from lies,
In all that is to be done under the sun,
No more barbarism in what we call intelligent,
Since LOVE is greater than Half missing,
We are on that journey called Blessed,
And there are those that worked efficiently to see that good prevailed on earth,
What is genius?
It is the idea that will save HUMAN HEARTS,
It is not a realism on crime and felonies.

Believing whilst Bleeding,

Thread chords now cling tight to the stems
Of a form from which they used to sway,
Everyday in passing reflections laugh harder
Tearing vibrations through the looking glass,
For everyday that passes I've smoked another field of grass,
It seems I've dreamt away in blue any vision I held true of the past.

Old heads sing slow a song born aloft illumination,
Cloud burst light from emotion graces the day.

Sunken eyes of solace placed perfect in proportion
Demand in domineering servitude complte and utter adoration.
Shrinking skies of bloodshot glazes fade into the void,
As I toy with delusion, fusing confusion.
Skin so pale a whiter shade never have I seen.
Her hair befits an Elven maid but there breathes a Raven Queen,
Beneath her mask lies another, a portrait of true dreaming.

Her chest bears the mark of the moon in descent,
Of the crescent. Emblem of the Empress.
She who lies unimpressed by our explanations,
She who lies unimpressed by our explorations.

Here I am seeking an answer, some form of resolution,
A conclusion with which I can be satisfied,
There you stand denying the questioning of truths true reasoning.

In and out of season you’re wilting,
Outside still the sky is melting
Slow and silent soft felt fabric drips,
Don't slip I heard them say as they dissolved
Their cheeks upon bathroom tiles,
Tripping taking in the cool for a while,
Defending the exchange of foolish ironies
As the water heated skin to a
Solution, all it was they sought was resolution.
As I am seeking now an answer I'm sure will
Leave all I hold as pure weak at the knees in the knowledge
That there is no cure for the sickness I continue to host
Within my shell. An addiction to hell is less than I need,
As upon a hope for happiness I continue to feed.
Believing whilst Bleeding,
That there exists some form of meditation
Beyond the need for masturbation,
It's all I need, an illusion to feed,

Beauty or Truth

How shall I love you
................in beauty or in truth?

Your beauty is plain to see,
Not something you can hide.
Your truth must you freely give me.
So deeply within you it abides.

I prefer to touch your beauty,
There in your eyes where it glows.
I cannot feel the truth
That in you somewhere grows.

I cannot taste the truth,
Sweet words in your mouth,
From deeper thoughts where it lies,
But your lips are tasty buds of everything alive.

I cannot smell the truth
................of your firmament,
But the perfume of your beauty
.................is the fragrance I long to sense.

I will love you in your beauty
.................embrace your breasts and womanness
And I will love you in your truth
.................nestled in your inner essence

I cannot desire the one and not the other.
I’m compelled to feel the beauty of your charms
And in your arms embrace the treasure of who you are

....................— even if it takes an eternity.

Disintegration

While pawns die in the front lines
And the rest wallow in Poverty,
The filthy rich just wine and dine
And barren Politics rape Liberty.

Dissolving the essence of family,
The high and the mighty fall prey
To the whims and caprices of many
Forsaking what the Truth may say.

Renaming what is obviously Sin
Labeling it merely a lifestyle,
When a prince bares all of his skin
They call it a party and smile.

As greedy Bankers count their Gold
Who cares if millions die of hunger?
Man has degraded, his soul is sold
Sadly, Humanity's sinking lower.

When foundations like these fall apart
What else can the righteous do?
As a parent with children, I'll do my part
I will pray to the God Who is True.

Life’s Gateway

Those who – find no beauty.
Within life’s pages. Have lost...

Gateway lies beckoning open...
a simple smile can be a welcome token.

Those who pursue – yet find no beauty
within life’s manifold pages. Have lost multiplicity.

All beauty within – breast filled soul.
Milk of life swells to inspire not to console.

In stewing vulnerable void – goodness flees
sadly encroaching emptiness blackness dwell.

Gateway soul-sucking vortex demon seed lies
onward wayward beckons despair embracing hell.

Those who failing - find no beauty.
Have lost sanctified plot – perceive not immortality.

Psalm 74

Oh Lord I look out at perpetual desolation
I see nothing but the blackness of the night
I hear the jackals howling in anticipation
And my sunken eyes behold this dreadful sight

The sun has set and shall it rise again?
Or has the nightly shadows won the day?
On every side they break and tear to pieces
And the reapers hand is never far away

I listen for a voice, nay, only silence
Total devastation is my only friend
He makes a feast of all I ever hoped for
And the hell lies in no knowledge of its end

And only at this point can I consider
Of all I took for granted every day
The beauty that has died and gone forever
Torments my soul and causes me to pray

Oh Lord forget me not for I have fallen
Fallen from the lofty heights of your embrace
My heart cries out, its pierced by many sorrows
As it languishes, it longs to see your face

I am your child on that alone I call thee
For I have squandered every morsel from your hand
And now I lay among the dead and dying
And I know that this is not what you had planned

Oh Father will you save me for your own sake
For darkness haunts the earth and cruelty reigns
Remember the apple of your eye and where I came from
Destroy the darkness and reverse its ghastly gains.

Good-Bye Forever

time slowly passes,
and I just sit and wait for something to happen,
and yet nothing,
all I hear is the second hand ticking and rain drops hitting the ground,
but as I go look outside to see this rain,
I notice it isn't rain at all it's my tears hitting the wooden desk,
no one knows,
and no one sees the truth that lies within,
to you I'm just a little kid but to my family I'm stronger,
but yet to myself deep within I'm weak,
I fall short,
I have and am nothing,
if only you knew me well,
to you I'm just that little girl you walked out on,
oh, so many years ago,
but now, now I've grown,
words hurt yes but actions speak louder than words,
when you left it hurt but now it hurts a little more but yet a little less,
I want my dad but I don't want the pain I once went through,
but I can't expect you to remember the tears I shed over you,
for you just hid within your lies,
but now I know I'm bigger than that,
and your weakness is my strength,
good luck without a single piece of happiness,
I never want to see you again,
I just need my family in which you'll never be a part of,
not now not ever,
I did love you yes,
but no more,
looking into those cold black eyes I only see hate and pain,
I feel bad for you,
you'll never know love like I do,
never know what you've done and how much it hurts me,
I hate this,
I hate you,
I hate everything about you,
but yet I love you,
not because your my father,
but because your my brother in God's family,
God put you here for a reason,
though at times I question it I'm thankful,
my blood brothers mean so much to me,
and I love them,
now and forever more,
something you'll never know,
I'm tired of it,
so good-bye forever,
and I hope I never see you again.
