The Next Dictator Maybe Enroute Feb 25th,2011
The next dictator is waiting and ready to get up to bat,
In his fancy army general uniform with gold brimmed hat,
Of course he has his group of friends to help him along the way,
And he wants to stay president for life and cool down this fray.
But he should only stay for no more than four years at the most,
This should be written down in a constitution and engrossed,
Better still, ten guys go to Switzerland and see what they got,
Write their constitution down before your the place is tied in a knot.
A new president elected every four years no matter what,
To ensure the country is not taken over by some strange nut,
There are too many examples of power gone completely mad,
A long list of defiant dictators that is more than sad.

Arabs Please Pay Heed Feb 24th,2011
The Arabs have a choice: accept the next dictator or change,
Usually a general from the army, who then becomes deranged,
No matter who he/she is, they should be there no more than four years,
Because after that they go power mad or so it appears.
Someone has to sit down and write a constitution for all,
Go to Switzerland, read their’s because they are on the ball,
You have to elect a president by name – not party or rank,
And not someone standing on top of a big orange army tank.
Then put the constitution to the people for a yes or no,
Your first referendum with luck and several more to go,
Getting rid of a dictator is one but starting up is two,
You follow my instructions though everything is new.

No More Despot Dictators Mar 7th,2011
Are there more Arab dictators dressing up for their new jobs?
Just waiting around for the dispersal of the riotous mobs,
Fitting on their new army general’s uniform quite bold,
With chests full of ribbons and peaked caps weighed down with gold.
They have to wait a while till revolutionary things calm down,
And maybe then dress up like Gadhafi in a fancy gown,
By then these revolutionary guys will slow down and change,
It will be okay then to be a despot and rearrange.
And these Arabs have never had a constitution yet,
Now is a good and maybe only time to write one, you bet,
Get a copy of the Swiss Constitution and do it soon,
Before the next dictator can organize his own goons.

Advice For Arab Revolutionaries Feb 22nd 2011
I got advice for all those Arab countries in revolutions,
Write a constitution now as one of your few solutions,
Get an okay from the people and make it only for them,
Next president for only four years or it maybe more mayhem.
A set-date election every four years for different girls/guys,
Check how much money is left and no need for a surprise,
Elect the president by name – not someone in his party,
Everyone over eighteen to vote regardless of poverty.
All countries should have binding referendums like the Swiss,
Separation of church, mosque and state should not be hit and miss,
A despot diehard ruler should not control the army,
And try to work things out all these national things in harmony.

Donald Trump is the most dangerous president in the modern history of our country and he must be defeated. Tragically, we have a
president today who is a pathological liar and who is running a corrupt administration. He clearly does not understand the Constitution of the United States and thinks that he is a president who is above the law. In my view, he is a racist, a sexist, a homophobe, a xenophobe and a religious bigot, and he must be defeated, and I will do everything in my power to make that happen.

THE RIOTS OVER THERE Apr 1st 2011
I’m not sure what to think about those many riots over there,
Are they good; are they bad; and what’s the end result in these affairs?
There’s usually at least a dozen riots going on all at once,
And that many despot dictators showing off their arrogance.
And the UN has shown that they are absolutely confused,
As we wonder whose side are they on and we’re not amused,
Wouldn’t dare tell despot dictators that maybe they should quit,
Or tell the rioters that a constitution could benefit.
These despot dictator guys are usually replaced by others,
Could be some sort of relative or even a brother,
Constitutional writers are not well known over there,
In fact no one has ever heard of one in these despot affairs.

I mean, the Constitution of this country was written 200 years ago. The house I was living in in Madrid is 350 years old! America is still a project, and you guys are working on it and bringing new things to it every day. That is beautiful to watch.

It would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights; that confidence is every where the parent of despotism; free government is founded in jealousy, and not in confidence; it is jealousy, and not confidence, which prescribes limited constitutions to bind down those whom we are obliged to trust with power; that our Constitution has accordingly fixed the limits to which, and no farther, our confidence may go; and let the honest advocate of confidence read the Alien and Sedition Acts, and say if the Constitution has not been wise in fixing limits to the government it created, and whether we should be wise in destroying those limits; let him say what the government is, if it be not a tyranny, which the men of our choice have conferred on the President, and the President of our choice has assented to and accepted, over the friendly strangers, to whom the mild spirit of our country and its laws had pledged hospitality and protection; that the men of our choice have more respected the bare suspicions of the President than the solid rights of innocence, the claims of justification, the sacred force of truth, and the forms and substance of law and justice. In questions of power, then, let no more be said of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.

Friends
Friends stay together
through good and through bad
Friends stay together
through happy and sad
Friends stay together
through break-ups and tears
Friends stay together
over the years
Friends stay together
when different or alike
Friends stay together
through pain and through strife
Friends stay together
no matter the cause
Friends stay together
just because
Friends stay together
through love and through hate
Friends stay together
through destiny and fate
Friends stay together
they're just always there
Friends stay together
because they care♥

The Golden Face Of A Youthful Egyptian President
I have seen youthful golden face
of a new virile youthful Egyptian
President rising like radiant rays
of rising sun amid decades dark
deceit oppression sown cruel deeds
justification was evil choking cloak
Emergency laws masked Mubarak
dictator deeds Mubarak ranked fifteen
on Stinking Dictators List of Shame
profile official description data states
'15. HOSNI MUBARAK of Egypt:
A senile and paranoid autocrat whose
sole preoccupation is self-perpetuation
in office, Mubarak is suspicious of even
his own shadow. He keeps a 30-year-old
emergency law in place to squelch any
opposition activity and has groomed his
son, Gamal, to succeed him. (No wonder
only 23 per cent of Egyptians bothered
to vote in the 2005 presidential election.)
Years in power: ' 30! Out Out Vile Ruler!
I have seen youthful golden face
of a new virile beautiful Egyptian
President rising like radiant rays
of rising sun amid a golden halo
a young man with a heart tears of
purity will water Egypt like Nile
a young man with a heart tears of
sorrow pain fall for your suffering
Oh Egypt dictators curse is broken
no more will Jackal God Mubarak
steal state treasure gnaw Egypt like a bone
Mubarak blood taints Egypt no more.

Our Constitution’s Birthday
Our Constitution’s Birthday
(September 17,2008)
In the year, Seventeen eighty-seven
Those thirty-nine, changed our History
They signed that piece of parchment
The Laws of, the Land of the Free.
In more than two hundred twenty years
It has gone through a few changes
That’s not, an easy thing to get done
For, all of our lives, it rearranges.
The First through Tenth Amendments
Are known as our Bill of Rights
And many times, they were in danger
But, the People, usually won those fights.
Sometimes, those people in power
Try to change them, for their gain
Sometimes they will just ignore them
Like we’ve seen, time and again.
They are our only, real protection
With a high and terrible price to pay
If we don’t keep fighting for them
There’s some, would take them all away.
Other Amendments, Thirteen and Fifteen
Abolished Racial Suffrage and Slavery
Supposed to give promised Rights
To all of those promised, Liberty.
The Sixteenth, allowed for Income Tax
And as we know, it has many a flaw
Some say, that it was never Ratified
That, it was never made, a Legal Law.
The Eighteenth, Prohibition of Alcohol
Which was, another legal blunder
With organized crime borne of it
And, the Rule of Law torn, asunder.
The Nineteenth, said Women could Vote
After a very long, contentious fight
Just look at what those Ladies have done
Since, they got their, American Right.
Then, a Repeal of Prohibition
Came with the Twenty-first
In most places, booze flowed freely
To quench America’s, hearty thirst.
The Twenty-second said, Two Terms
Was, all a President could serve
But, as we know, for some, one
Was one more, than they deserved.
The Twenty-sixth said we could Vote
When reaching Eighteen years of age
Since they could fight and die for us
Every time, we had a War to wage.
Those great words of our Constitution
Have served our Country long, and well
Will they withstand the test of time
Or will History show, our Nation, fell?
If we don’t protect them with our life
If we bow to those powers that, be
If we let them twist those words around
One sad day, we’ll be no longer, Free.
We can’t let our precious Bill of Rights
Fail, to protect us all, as they must do
We can’t let one man, or group of men
Twist them into something, they construe.
Though, our Constitution is not perfect
Our Founding Fathers knew, this so
And, “In God We Trust”, is not enough
Our Freedom depends, on where, we go.
We must each, defend those Freedoms
From outside foes, and those, within
It’s, We, the People, wield the power
To lose this battle, which, we must, win.
So, On this Constitution Day
Let’s each, pay the price we owe
To uphold those words of Wisdom
Penned upon that parchment, long ago.

We Almost Forgot
Should we try to avoid getting ourselves in a knot?
About the separatists in Quebec which we almost forgot,
Can we sit silent for another hundred years not knowing?
Or should we get some changes to the constitution going?
But the media moguls announce that everything is great,
Therefore there is no need to sit down and have this debate,
Is Trudeau’s Charter not enough to keep everything calm?
Is everyone getting excited instead of just going along?
Should we have recall and referendums in a new constitution?
Or would that add to what we already have – confusion?
Should we elect senators and those in the Supreme Court?
And who should we talk to for information and support?

Woman Power
Youve heard of woman nation,
Well, thats coming, baby.
What we need is the power of trust,
That its coming.
Youve heard of the law of selection,
Well, thats how were gonna do it, baby.
We allow men who wanna join us
The rest can just stay by themselves.
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
Two thousand years of male society,
Laying fear and tyranny.
Seeking grades and money,
Clinging to values vain and phony.
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
Do you know that one day you lost your way, man?
Do you know that some day you have to pay, man?
Have you anything to say, man, except
Make no mistake about it, Im the president, you hear?
I wanna make one thing clear, Im the president, you hear?
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
You dont hear them singing songs,
You dont see them living life,
cause theyve got nothing to say, but
Make no mistake about it, Im the president, you hear?
I wanna make one thing clear, Im the president, you hear?
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
You may be the president now,
You may still be a man.
But you must also be a human,
So open up and join us in living.
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
In the coming age of feminine society,
Well regain our human dignity.
Well lay some truth and clarity
And bring back natures beauty.
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
Evry woman has a song to sing,
Evry woman has a story to tell.
Make no mistake about it, brothers,
We women have the power to move mountains.
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
Did you have to cook the meals?
Did you have to knit?
Did you have to care for life instead of killing?
Theres no mistake about it, sisters,
We women have the power to change the world.
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power! (woman power!)
Woman power!
Woman power!
Woman power! (woman power!)
(woman power!)
(woman power!)
(woman power!)
(woman power!)
(woman power!)
(woman power!)
(woman power!)
(woman power!)

Egyptian Tanks In Tahrir Square
Mighty yellow metal monsters
intimidate approach Tahrir Square;
symbolic modern dread dealers
of death sent to scare spread fear;
but courage of Egyptian peaceful protesters
defies president calculated tank terror threat;
day upon day witness oppressed courageous
civilian populations demands freedom fight.
No torture dictator rule indefinitely steals
a sovereign nation’s dream freedom right;
No general president in immunity survives
indefinitely citizen’s claim to freedom right.

Good Luck Mr. President
Yes, the tears flow.
A President inaugurates;
Hope rises.
Faith renewed.
Fire comes down
to light the candle
which will show us our way.
Good luck
Mr. President
while the way is long,
we travel it together.
The nights will stretch away
into years
but our writing hand
will not stall
over the difficult parts
History is being written here.
Good luck Mr. President
we are counting on us.

All I Can Do Now Is Write Another Poem
All I can do now is write another poem-
The poems are small,
And do not require the long hours and long years
Of the books-
Like the world as a whole
I seem to have a shorter attention span
And less patience-
A poem can be written and given a name
In minutes not years-
Though some would say a great poem
Takes the travail of years of waiting
And years of work-
But I did not say
‘All I can do now is write another great poem'
Perhaps I have in all the years of the nights never written one-
I can write the poems I write
My kinds of poems
In a fairly short time-
All I can do now
Is write another of my kind of poems-
Whether they be worth anything,
Or not.
