Beyond.

I've been beyond but I returned.
Though now I see things differently
As a result of what I learned.
I see with greater clarity.

The faults and flaws which I possess.
Which in the past I could not see.
Blinded by self righteousness.
My life was ruled by vanity.

Then came the night I nearly died.
My life was hanging by a thread.
I almost reached the other side.
Far, far beyond the fear and dread.

I watched the doctors tending me
I saw my body on the bed.
I was detached and floating free.
Close to the ceiling overhead.

One moment floating peacefully.
The next I knew I was in pain.
They had resuscitated me.
I'm back in my body again.

I've been beyond the boundary
Although you won't believe it's true.
I will not let that worry me
I am quite sure a few will do.

Those few who keep an open mind.
And other folks who've been there too.
And learnt to leave their fears behind.
Because they know more than once they knew.

Escape Mechanism

I was in pain, in agony
and saw no way to gain relief.
Then all at once I seemed to be
beside myself quite literally.

Some how I had escaped my pain
just left my agony behind
so I was comfortable again.
I thought at first I was insane.

And yet I knew I was still me
but by some magic of my mind.
I had escaped I’d struggled free.
Although it felt quite strange to see.

My body sitting in my chair.
To see myself from the outside.
As though I was both here and there.
I found it rather hard to bear.

I wondered then if I had died
and that was how I came to be
Observing myself from outside
I understood I must decide

I had a choice to be pain free
and leave the life I knew behind.
I chose somewhat reluctantly
and I returned immediately.

Back to the inside looking out
I don’t pretend to understand
what happened but I have no doubt.
Although I rarely talk about.

The day I found that I could be
in two places at one time.
Experience simultaneously
to be pain wracked and be pain free.

I sometimes voluntarliy
decide to take a holiday
from aches and pains which distress me.
Be pain free temporarily.

All men must die and so will I,
I do not let it worry me.
But until then I can but try
to bear my suffering patiently.

When it gets to much to bear
I close my eyes and I escape
to somewhere else I‘m not sure where
nor do I think I really care.

Eventually

I met a man
And talked about you
He seemed like a man from Osaka I knew
And he listened while I told him how you hurt me
And he consoled me when he told me he'd been hurt too
And he said we are inter-dependent
And the effects on each other never ending
And that the air has no boundaries
I think this water that surrounds me
Is the same water soaking through to you
So what comes floating to me
Eventually
Will come floating back to you
What comes floating to me
Eventually
Will come floating back to you
I had some tea
With a gal from Paris
We talked about life, sex, love and poetry
And you can't help it
Your name came up again
And she said man those kind of guys
Really know how to steal all of the oxygen
And I said we are inter-dependent
And the effects on each other never ending
And that the air has no boundaries
I think this water that surrounds me
Is the same water soaking' through to you
So what comes floating to me
Eventually
Will come floating back to you
What comes floating to me
Eventually
Will come floating back to you
I have a friend I confide in
He always says doll you got to learn not to lead with your chin
But you can't help it
It all comes up again
And then you have your fill
And your spill reaches down as far as a flood
So what comes floating to me
Eventually
Will come floating back to you
What comes floating to me
Eventually
Will come floating back to you
Eventually
Eventually
Will come floating back to you
Eventually
Eventually

Skeletons (home Demo)

I was following adventure, nothing mattered
And I knew best
I had a blood in my head, no one could shake it
Cause I knew best
But now I find
Remains of people that I left behind
I never took them once
I never, skeletons tell me hit me now and then
Because, skeletons to say I told you so again
Wish I'd done things differently
Cause skeletons don't set you free
I'd make a life for myself, I'd be a bigshot
Cause I knew best
I had high expectations, I was headstrong
And I knew best
All of my friends knew
What I was doing to the loving few
I know it's hard to chew
Cause never, skeletons tell me hit me now and then
Because, skeletons to say I told you so again
Wish I'd done things differently
Cause skeletons don't set you free
Well, all I wanted was fame to feed my ego
And I knew best
Cause when you're high on success you get impressed
And I knew best
I knew best

One step at a time.

I see no reason to be coy.
I was a baby long ago
and after that a little boy.
When all I had to do was grow.

I quickly grew to be a youth.
Certain that I knew everything.
But passing years taught me the truth.
I could be sure of just one thing.

The more I learnt the less I knew.
There was so much I did not know
and I had other tasks to do.
Things to see places to go.

We may not know what lies ahead,
such knowledge is forbidden us.
So we are forced to guess instead.
Perpetually curious.

I realised as I grew old.
That I must die eventually.
Leave my old body stiff and cold
And then at last I would be free.

Just how I knew I cannot say
but I believe it to be true
I grow more certain every day.
Although I KNOW no more than you.

I find it very comforting
to think that when this body dies.
At last I will know everything
with nothing hidden from my eyes.

Until I am reborn again.
Bereft of all my memories.
Knowing no more than other men
I learn again by slow degrees.

Bodies may die but I go on.
Blessed with immortality
Forgetting past lives which are gone
until I am what I should be.

A small part of the oversoul
Returned at last from whence I came.
A process I cannot control
but I must go through just the same.

When all are safely gathered in
and thus complete the oversoul
A new creation can begin.
Perfection is the final goal

Underneath a drifted Sky

lay down in my roof top, wonder up looking in the twilight
night, as the shooting star say hello and a goodbye falling
down goes with my blinking eye that close

the humid air, zooming beneath my tin cloth that covers
my skin, smooth body feels the wondering halos in my
imagination of what the moment of the night wonder the
illusion of the darkness reveals

like floating in the waving wave, without something to
hold, to catch but only the swinging clock in my neck that
once attach, and the timing pendulum heard, soon the
my heart broke looking for safety, my fingers tried to warm
my body, nay it pave the way to warm my feeling of
distress

listen my cool body and call the serenity of the wild
wind underneath the huge sky hovers my whole body; listen
of what my heart clings, capture the beautiful moment of the
given time, when thy soul touches your inner most feeling of
what is life live

deep inside of a feeling, a remembrance of a very
special experienced of life tells the passion of heart; the
joy that it possess lives in every memories, as the eternal
wisdom that you bring in your journey through out your way
to perfection, is a step beyond any other steps you’ve done,
move and lead you to accept that life is just a vanity of
dream of every dreams, in every night, that wonders the
falling star as it depart

be always underneath the sky as it drifted in your midst
the wonder of your life....the passing and gone, but hold on
the precious moment of events for, it will be you to start,
and the wonder of your step, begins in your heart

step on, the night is not yet over........wonder your dream
and you will be in the sky

Fantasy or Fact? for friend C.P Sharma

I am not dead nor do I live.
I hover somewhere in between
No explanation I can give
will prove to be sufficient to.

Describe exactly how I feel.
I long to stay but want to go.
To who or what do I appeal?
I am confused I do not know.

When I return to consciousness
and find I am myself again.
Gone is the sense of timelessness.
I am content and free from pain.

I knew deaths door was open wide
but knew my family needed me.
I did not choose to step inside.
It could have been a fantasy.

I’m sure some few will understand
but only those who have been there.
Most will dismiss it out of hand.
Though not because they do not care.

They simply cannot comprehend
they lack the sensitivity.
To know that death can be a friend
who is prepared to set you free.

But in the end the choice is yours.
It is your life you must decide
which would be the better course.
To just give up or to abide.

I don’t remember which I chose
but obviously I am still here.
I must have chosen I suppose.
But on that point I am not clear.

I can remember vividly
The doctors crowding round my bed
Whilst I was floating happily
and watching from above their heads..

Fantasy or reality
I do not know but I am sure
That it has wrought a change in me
that’s permanent and will endure.

No longer will I fear to die.
I know that death is not the end.
I am quite sure but know not why.
My enemy is now my friend.

I know that death will set me free
When my time comes then I will go
Released from my earthly body.
Towards a future I can’t know.

Self Is Grand Mother Of All!

Knowledge is mother of fear,
minion of mother,
Understands what is fear,
Knowledge of pain,
Knowledge of failure,
knowledge of action and reaction
and when grown up,
becomes minion of fears!

Soul in the growing body,
knowledge becomes mother of fear,
May be pain of a fall,
Or a bite of ants or wasps,
knowledge of things around us is mother of fear!

Knowledge of own capabilities and inabilities,
Knowledge of bondage and faults,
Old age and death,
knowledge of pain
strain,
failure or insult,
knowledge of fall is mother of all fears!

Body, mind and intelligence,
When glows with knowledge of world,
Every thought and action,
Orbits around unknown fear,
Spinning or rotating around axis of fear,
its cute pet name is carefullness!

Paradoxically,
Fear is mother of all Knowledge,
Fear of fall,
Makes one carefull on walk,
Fear of consequences,
Makes one to think right,
act right or walk straight,
Fear is mother of all Knowledge,
Takes one above the plane,
or takes one to man of knowledge,
Make one polite and flexible,
fear of death makes one to think of eternal,
Fear of law, may be law of land,
Law of divine or law of nature is mother of knowledge,
Everyone is comes with lesson,
Either to teach or to learn,
Every fear of consequences is mother of all Knowledge divine!

Fear of flaws of own,
or flaws in human laws is mother of all Knowledge!
The best teacher never preach,
But teach to clean the knowledge that is mother of fear,
Tears off the veil of fears,
Lit the lamp of knowledge of fearlessness,
light the dark corners,

Fear of sin or reasons for the fall,
Replaced by knowledge of courage,
Expert is that captain of ship,
Drive to safe still water,
Anchore safe,
the ship swinging in storm of fear
Is safely anchored in knowledge free of fears!

Or fills with knowledge of fearless Self,
can pierce the balloon of fear,
Make one
Work well, live well and behave well!

And fear becomes a trait,
Knowledge is mother of fear,
Knowledge of old age,
Weakness of old age,
Or may be of body and mind at growing stage!
Experience of adverse
gives rise to knowledge that is mother of fears!

But experience of love and compassion,
Fear of fall is good companion,
Teaches discipline and restraint
Make one daring and caring,
Someday one will understand the paradox,
'Knowledge is mother of fears,
Fear is mother of all knowledge,
God is father, and Self is Grand mother of all! ! !

With Darkness Looming

With darkness looming now, the question for us is, why and how?
The question's for God's Church, while weekly in a pew they perch,
Learning in God's Word each week, yet, at times we do not speak,
As right has now becomes wrong, we have become a quiet throng.

Why is the Church quiet friend, about the prophesied coming end?
Why are some folks blinded to, the darkness around me and you?
Why is there not more urgency, in light of darkness which we see?
Why are some not concerned at all, while we watch our nation fall?

How can Christ's Body be divided, as we are all to be likeminded?
How can some embrace the ways, of political figures in our days?
How can some pretend it's right, with their views as dark as night?
How can we not be concerned, with all The Bible we have learned?

It is for the times like this in life; we need to stand for Jesus Christ,
Sealed in God's Righteousness, we must live our life in soberness,
Being His Witnesses in the world, as we see the darkness unfurled,
Believers need to be of one mind, while we witness the end of time.

For we should not have any fear, of pointing out the darkness near,
A darkness that has blinded some, of the evil time, that have come,
Deceiving the Elect, if possible, as Satan works out his wicked will,
Preaching to us, wrong is right; we must in the dark be God's Light.

Sick And Tired

My love is on the line
A little late for all the things you didnt say
Im not sad for you
But Im sad for all the time I had to waste
Cause I learned the truth
Your heart is in a place I no longer wanna be
I knew thered come a day
Id set you free
Cause Im sick and tired
Of always being sick and tired
Chorus:
Your love isnt fair
You live in a world where you didnt listen
And you didnt care
So Im floating
Im floating on air
No warning of such a sad song
Of broken hearts
My dreams of fairy tales and fantasy
Were torn apart
I lost my peace of mind
Somewhere along the way
I knew thered come a time
Youd hear my say
Im sick and tired
Of always being sick and tired
Chorus 2x:
Your love isnt fair
You live in a world where you didnt listen
And you didnt care
So Im floating
Im floating on air
My love is on the line
Chorus:
Your love isnt fair
You live in a world where you didnt listen
And you didnt care
So Im floating
Im floating on air

The Key

I couldnt fall asleep all last night my mind was racin
I left so much behind to find the dream that I was chasin
And now I have a need to take a look at what is real
I need to learn to live and love and breathe and touch and feel
Chorus
But all I really know is what I see
And everybody sees it differently
I wish someone would open up my heart and look inside of me
But Im the only one who holds the key
Your body aglow as if to show you peacefully dreamin
So only you could know that deep inside somebody was screamin
And callin out to anyone who could help you through the night
And hopin that someone would come along to make it right
But all you really know is what you see
And everybody sees it differently
I wish someone could open up your soul and set the demon free
But youre the only one who holds the key

Longing For Home

My Lord I am longing to go home, away from this earth that I roam,
For Lord I long to be at that place, where I can look upon your face.
High above earth’s lowly sod, in the Glory of Heaven with my God,
From a world where wrong is right, into that Glorious Eternal Light.

I know not when the time will be, when I’m brought up into Eternity.
That time is not for me to know, I am simply told by The Lord to go,
To go and preach to every nation, the Good News of His Salvation,
Until that time, I just need to be, a light for Christ for all men to see.

At times I long to be by the side, of Him, who on a cross had died,
Where He bled and died for me, so that I could live for all Eternity.
I long to see God’s eternal shore, where evil darkness is no more,
Where there’ll be Eternal Light, this my friend, both day and night.

I long to hear that trumpet sound, so that we can all gather round,
Gathered with those saints above, saved by God’s matchless love.
I long to see my loved ones who, on the day they died, truly knew,
That they departed into His arms, to be safe from all earthly harms.

I am longing for a new body too, it’s something like we never knew,
This body will be an eternal kind, with perfect form and perfect mind.
An Eternal Body prepared for me, that shall last through all Eternity,
And this new body will be Glorified, as I stand by The Savior’s side.

This longing will not leave my heart, until the day in which I depart,
Depart from here to be with Him, who died to cleanse me of my sin.
All who long for the appearing of, Jesus Christ in the clouds above,
By Jesus Christ, will be blessed, this with a crown of righteousness.

Dying Thought

Towards the heavens I did stare,
My hands were clasped in a prayer,
I knew then that I was there dying
So I began to reflect instead of crying,
I did not worry as I began to think,
As life comes and goes in an moments wink,
Death was coming and it did not bother me,
Finally from my worries and fear I would be free,
I sighed and smiled while waiting for my end,
While knowing my body it would never mend,
My mind was calm and my soul was peaceful,
As I entered into numbness I wasn't resentful,
Finally no more pain and suffering will I be giving
As for worry and hate, I will leave that for the living.

Born Again

Born again when you die-
free from your body that's no lie.
You actually leave your body
when you sleep,
you're consciousness leaves when you dream.
You enter another realm,
a place in another helm.
So if you pay attention to your night flights,
you can transform your life.
There are symbols, there are clues
that help figure out a thing or two.
So when you dream—your life is on
the other side—
the other side that we go when
we die.

Live Your Life Be Free

Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
I see you walking with her
I see you all around
But you don't seem very happy now
You seem very down
I know you feel an obligation
To her emotional state of mind
This is the time in your life baby
When you should be having a good time
And if you want me I'll be there
To run my fingers through your hair
And if you need me its alright
Come on over baby, and see me tonight
You got to
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You know that I'll be waiting
You know my heart is true
I will be your everything
And give everything to you
So if you want me baby I know
Don't have to knock knock down my doors
Her heart was meant to be broken that day
You got a lot of love to live
So why dont you
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
And when you free your mind
You will leave your past behind
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me

Travelling to Nowhere

I'm travelling on the road to nowhere
I'm travelling on the road with nowhere to go
Just taking my time walking the line
Walking kinda slow
Searching for things, things I do not know

I've met a woman who plucks my cord-baby
Caused the earth beneath me to Rock & Roll
Ain't no saint that I know
But got that thing called Soul

Should have turned and seen the setting sun
Should have noted the shadows slowly come
Searching for things that do not matter
Life's never served on a platter

I knew this woman was right
I knew we'll make love underneath the stars at night
And through the mist of a new dawn
Her warm body close as we lay on the lawn

Should have turned and seen the light
Looked at the sun rise at the end of the night
Closed my eyes to let open my mind
Where true colours all around me I will find

For mum.

Last night when I just couldn't sleep,
My Duaghter's voice I did hear so loud and clear
I opened my eyes and had a glance around,
But she did not appear she didn't show herself to me.

She said: Please mum You've got to listen.
You've got to try and understand;

God Hasn't taken me from you,
He only took my hand.

When I cried out in pain that fatful night,
It was in that instant that I did die.
He reached down and took my hand,
And brought me to his side.

He pulled me up and saved my ragged soul,
From the misery and pain.
My body was hurt so badly inside

He knew that if I tried to live on in this world
I Would never be the same.

My search is well and truly over now,
I've found happiness at the close of day.

My body's gone forever, my spirit will never die!

So you need to go and live on now,
please understand,
God didn't take me from you,
He only took my hand.

Glass-ceiling

It's shivering on the edge
Of a razor, or on the verge
Of a sky-kissing cliff,
Hanging to fall inevitably...
And the glass-ceiling overhead
May break anytime;
We live thus with all
The urges of flesh and blood.
An invisible thread between
Life and death is only a link
To allow us to survive;
A controlling power
Drives us to dance,
With the rhythm of Time.
The flickering lights of the
Burning hopes let us live;
Under the glass-ceiling
A complete, fragile negation-
Still a firm belief works
To fight a mock fight to
Win the dilemma of life,
To make us live vibrantly!
With the glass-ceiling
Overhead...

You Don't Have a Clue how I'm Going to Die

You don't know thisyet but you will soon.
Do you know, Please know this now.
Your duaghter is going to top herself tonight.
She dosen't want you tosave her this time.
But she wants you to know that she's sorry.
Sorry for all the pain she's cuased.
But her life she can no longer bear to live.

Her heart and minfd has spoken to her.
She knew the truth.
She knew she could never be free from her past.
She knew the hurt and pain would always be there.
She knew it was killing her inside.
She knew that she could not fight any more.
She allways knew she'd lose the fight.
And deep down she allways knew,
in her heart that it would come to this.
That it would come to her suiciide.

She just wants youtoknow these things.
She loves you so much.
She couldn't make you watchher like this anymore.
And shesm sorry

A Strong Mind and a Gentle Heart

I was on top of the mountain looking down,
There you were, stuck on the ground,
In life I had it all, never had to crawl,
If there was beauty, it was all around me,
Sunset glowing against a purple sky,
Why did I feel like I had to cry?

I saw your hand waving down below,
In my throat a lump began to grow,
The pain in my heart knew,
I have been missing you!

So where to now?
What will Grace allow?
You struggle up towards me,
Trying to break free from the hands,
Hands that hold you back,
Hoping that you will crack,

With a strong mind and gentle heart,
The dark will never keep us apart!
Deep runs my pain as I see your tears,
Your love greater than my fears,
You shine your light into my mind,
Shadows caused by my delusions,
Reflections of great confusion,

I wonder where will we meet?
Should I go down to the streets?
Will you make it on your own?
I just don't want to be alone!

With battered hands and bleeding heart,
Your strong mind shouts out loud,
Breaking free from the crowd,
You reach out to free my soul,
To tear the pain from a sad man,
A leap of faith spreads hope across the land,

Despite my doubts I need to see you,
Reaching down I lift you up,
Together we drink from His cup,
Was I your inspiration or you my consolation?
The crowds sense the moment, feel the grace,
As I reach out and touch your face!
