Human With Flaws
All I am
Is a human with flaws
You can't change me
You can't me no
And you can't erase my problems
Just a human with flaws?
I guess, this sounds
Normal
There is a person
Behind the flaws
Can you see her?
She's beautiful
Smart, Happy... Perfect
But no one sees her
Do they?
So, yes, all I am
is a human with flaws
But everyone can change
And so can I

Why dont you close your eyes and reinvent me

You knew you had a heart made of stone
You should have let me know
You could have let me know

We can unwind
All these other flaws (x2)
Youd agree its a typical high
You fly as you watch your name go by
And once the name goes by
Not thicker than water nor thicker than mud
And the 8k thuds it does
Sunset so quickly
Lets make it quiet and quickly
Dont frown
Tastes better on the way back down
I care for yours
We can unwind

You
I dont want another boyfriend.
I hate this dating game.
I want someone who would treat me right,
And tell me im perfect in every way.
I want someone that cant live without me,
And says it everyday.
I want who understands me,
And kisses my pain away.
I want someone who would hold me and not let go,
Even if I try to run away.
I want someone who wont leave me,
If another comes his way.
I want someone who only see's me,
Who fears I'm going to go away.
I want someone I can call my own and who isnt always perfect but I think so anyways.
I want someone who sees my flaws and loves me for them.
I wanted that person to be you.
But I guess we just cant always get that guy.
I guess I just want,
The perfect guy.
And that guy is you

What Matters? (Sands Trickle...)
so much easier to see
the flaws in others,
than the flaws in ourselves.
we stumble through life,
pretending we can fly,
never realizing...
that we can!
what matters?
ask yourself today!
our actions
(and our actions within)
speak for us!
the sands trickle
without restraint.
forever doors unopened,
or closing...
what do we want,
what do we need...
more than?

In Its Right Perspective
Those who look for flaws will find them!
Those looking to be inspired,
Will feel encouraged.
Feeling to be freed of making excuses,
Brings them peace.
I don't make excuses.
My flaws are for anyone to see.
I do not write to keep them hidden.
Nor do I flaunt my power.
Everything here,
Is in its right perspective.
And I've known that...
For quite awhile now!

Flaws
Blemishes are like opinions given.
They are exposed for what they are.
To either accept or reject them.
Something eventually is corrected.
Someone with flaws has to be convinced.
Some flaw bearers are nauseating...
And sometimes over compensate what is done,
For approval sake that comes close to being disgusting
However...
Few with blemishes AND flaws,
Have the ability to capture the imagination of anyone.
Unless they are comedians laughing sadly at themselves.

Peace Day
A day will arise
When the horses will run
Covered by blinders to flaws found in every human
In unision across the land
Proportional in turnaround to the love brought around
Someday, our souls will unite
Crossing all divides
Withstanding all tides
Joined in peace and love
Grateful just for you
You human.

We're All Different, Not Disabled
If you class yourself as ‘'normal',
Why are you not aware,
That all of us are different,
So why the need to stare.
What does being ‘' normal'' mean?
Exactly how is it defined?
If you don't fit the stereotype,
Does it merit you being maligned?
We didn't ask to be this way,
But life's challenges we accept,
We work and laugh the same as you,
Truth is we're quite adept.
Some individuals are born this way,
Others by sheer chance,
By treating us all as equals,
Our lives you will enhance.
Try not to be judgemental,
There's more to life than wealth,
If we had the chance to choose,
We'd rather have good health.
We have our partners some have kids,
The mortgage and the stress,
Our lives are much the same as yours,
Same problems more or less.
We go out to our work each day,
We socialise and play,
Pay our dues the way you do
There is no other way.
When you're in our company,
This should hold no fear,
You can talk to us directly,
Some of us can hear.
When we try to integrate,
You will always get the clown,
Who'll look at you and comment?
‘' They should have that put down ''.
None of us are perfect,
All human beings have flaws,
So think about the damage,
Remarks like that can cause.
Some say we've got it easy,
We come out on top,
If you really think that,
With you we'd gladly swap.
We may be in a wheelchair,
Some can barely walk,
There are the blind and infirm,
Those who can't hear or talk.
Some have problems mentally,
But like us they want to survive,
If we take the time to help them,
They can be glad they are alive.
Disadvantages are prevalent,
They come in all shapes and sizes,
Both the mental and physical,
Appear in many guises.
This is true of life itself,
That's why we're all unique,
Just think if we were all the same,
We'd have our troubles to seek.
We all have problems of our own,
You know that to be true,
Regardless of your troubles,
We will not look down on you.
Try not to treat us differently,
We don't ask for any favours,
Being treated as an equal,
Is what everybody savours?
We just ask you to be considerate,
Try not be all seeing,
When you look at me I want you to see,
Just another human being.
If you want to get to know the facts,
Then get your questions tabled,
Like every living thing on earth,
‘' We're All Different, Not Disabled ''.
What For Them Will Be Their Just Reward
Beginning to grieve their own imperfections,
They seek 'immediate' relief...
From the sight of their flaws and blemishes,
They have begun to witness.
Yet for years by others seen,
Even though those same 'flaws' and 'blemishes',
Now declared too painful...
Have agonized others who have suffered...
With a tolerance,
Of sacrificing all of their lifes...
Enduring being afflicted by them.
With no one attempting to heal or mend,
The scars they have had to pretend were not felt.
Or for 'them' and those before them,
Carried.
But did dare not to say,
Existed!
What for them and those before them,
Will be their just reward?
Apologies?
Ointments?
Bandages to mask their wounds?

Sunny Day
Would you show me the door?
My apologies
I will slither out across the floor
I will crawl out on my knees
I'm ugly, my soul is ugly too
I have so many flaws
I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do
I hate myself because I....
I'll stand far away!
My apologies
I wouldn't wanna dull your sunny day
I'll crawl out on my knees
I'm sorry, I wreak of depression
I have so many flaws
Your happiness is my only obsession
Just you, all you
Don't blame me I never can believe how stupid I can sound
For you, only you
It's obviously my fault why can't I? And figure out what's wrong with me
Just you, all you
I can never truly make you satisfied sometimes I just wish I wasn't me
For you, only you
Maybe I'd be better off alone all I do is embarass me
I'm nasty, I'll try not to get me on you
My apologies
God forbid, what would we do?
I'll crawl out on my knees
I'll stand far away
I have so many flaws
I wouldn't wanna dull your sunny day
My karma last night, was your dinner
My apologies
I will follow you cause your a winner
I will crawl out on my knees
You aura, it glows like toxic waste
I have so many flaws
Spit and I would lick it just to taste your presence
Just you, all you
Don't blame me I never can believe how stupid I can sound
For you, only you
It's obviously my fault why can't I ? and figure out what's wrong with me
Just you, all you
I can never truly make you satisfied sometime I just wish I wasn't me
For you, only you
Maybe I'd be better off alone all I do is embarass me

Who Is It For You To Tell Me What's Right For Me?
who are you to tell me who i can't be,
to tell me who i can't be with,
to tell me who is right for me,
when you don't walk in my shoes,
i'm not going to be you,
so why are you trying to turn me into you,
i have a brain, i have a mind, i know what i want,
why can't you see that?
instead you see my flaws,
what i have to change about myself,
what if i don't want to be like everybody else?
i like my weirdness and my uniqueness,
why do i have to change for you to like me?
God made me who i am for a reason,
He doesn't make mistakes,
he makes gifts to present to the world,
why should we be ashamed for who we are?

Better to have a diamond with a few small flaws than a rock that is perfect.
Reversed
An angel without mercy
A demon filled with grace
A saint becomes consumed by greed
A child without a place
A mind without a thought
An action without reason
A forest filled with naught but death
A year without a season
The innocent become guilty
The guilty lose their flaws
The just begin to break the rules
And felons follow laws
A rhyme without a poem
A lyric without song
A small issue affects the world
What’s right becomes what’s wrong
Our world has always had its flaws
But now it seems it’s cursed
And one day soon will meet its end
Now that everything’s reversed

Not Only Human
Morning is almost here - let it wait
I just want to lie here awhile, tempting fate
I dont think I could breathe now with you gone
But its not weakness its just something Ive begun
Maybe theres a light thats always on
Maybe were not only human, maybe
Maybe theres a light thats always on
And were not only human
When youre sleeping your ceramic
Youre surrounded by little stars
Every shimmer is a searchlight
Every planet is ours
Change the street change the decade
Still the longings left inside
But why am I too small to carry you?
Why does twilight make me cry?
Maybe theres a light thats always on
Maybe were not only human, maybe
Maybe theres a light thats always on
And were not only human
When all is said and done
When all the weight is gone
When all is said and done
When all the weight is gone
Were not only human
Life is something set to music
I can hear it when Im sad
Theres a chord in every muscle
Every kiss you ever had
Theres a power when youre near me
In our heads or in our bones
I know nothing but Im guessing
When we die were not alone
Maybe theres a light thats always on
Maybe were not only human, maybe
Maybe theres a light thats always on
And were not only human
When all is said and done
When all the weight is gone
When all is said and done
When all the weight is gone
Were not only human
Not only human
Not only human
Not only human
Not only, yeah, human.
No, human, human.
Human.

Even the most beautiful sheets have small flaws.
Do You Still Call Me Brother? ?
Brother, so you call me
when your hands are red with blood
whiskers resembles those of vampires, ,
in the dark silent of the night
portraying me like a devil on the cross
am i still your brother?
when without without change in temperature and without any love lost
you ran away from me
..telling your fellow conspirators how i am bad
or is it a better deal you have found
and brother you still call me
when you have led me to believe
that the exposure of your ugly fangs
is a smile, , to be with me
when you have wanted to swallow me alive
brother, ,
is my success you cant stand?
or is it a question for the Lord
why it has not been you
when my star is shining?
..and you still call me call me brother
perfect i know i am not
and nobody is perfect didn't they say that?
i have my human flaws
but should the whole be informed?
courtesy of your generosity
in information about me
and you still part my shoulder
..brother you call me
when my nudity you have exposed?
my GOD is not a human being
to be influenced by the conspiracies theories about me
my blessings shall continue to roar
from all directions of the wind
my calabash shall be filled
and i will soon kiss the clouds
unlike you my brother I
will hold your hand until fate smiles at you
will cover your nakedness until the end of time
will wipe the sweat dripping from your rigid face
..my smile will come from the heart
and i will rejoice in your every success
until the end of time
so it shall remain......

It's Me
Are you seeing what I see?
it's me!
this fat,
ugly
thing that has more then she needs.
My flaws are out
and on the table, count them out
and see,
we don't see the same me,
it's me!
you see this flawless
beauty that's
smart and
funny, sweet
and sexy but
we don't see the same me,
it's me!

If You Look For Evil
If you look for evil good you cannot see
For your eyes only tell you what they want you in others to see
Of good and bad races you keep telling me
But your opinions are different to mine we see things differently.
I've worked with those of different races and backgrounds and in truth I can say
That people as a whole are quite good in their own way
Of different beliefs and cultures but I found them to be okay
If you show respect for others respect to you they will pay.
When you start comparing races you I do not wish to hear
your ignorance on such matters only based on your fear
Of those you see as different to you difference you cannot embrace
'Tis wrong to condemn people because of their race.
If you are only looking for flaws in those who are different to you then flaws you will find
To the good that is in them you do become blind
In this multicultural World your thinking renders you as small
One must admire those who believe in a fair go for all.
